本发明涉及区块链技术领域,具体为一种基于区块链技术的智能物流配送系统。
基于全球领先的物联网、供应链大数据及区块链技术,设计并实现大PC行业流通领域的信用支撑平台和供需对接平台,研究大PC行业收购、流通控制及销售控制方法;研究大PC行业溯源方法;研究大规模多源异构物联链服务云平台构建方法;创新性地提出基于物联链的产品流通标准化管理模式,建立从原材料到用户的封闭自治生供应链组织,打造大PC行业领域的高附加价值产品流通交易平台。
平台将为品牌商与消费者搭建流通、交易与质量认证提供相应的解决方案和标准指导;提供“物联采集、信息上链、智能合约、防伪溯源”等新兴互联网+大PC技术,同时为产品提供真实可信的供应链各个阶段的记录,打造智慧化供应链。
我国在国际物联网标准的制定上已经有了一定的主导作用,然而在国内还没有统一、有效的标准体系,供应链物联网的相应商业模式还不成熟,重复投入问题较突出,可持续发展商业模式较少,目前供应链物联网发展面临连接成本过高且过于集中、扩展性较低、产品相关数据易于伪造、信息系统存在漏洞、交易不可信等障碍,因此急需要一种基于区块链技术的智能物流配送系统。
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种基于区块链技术的智能物流配送系统,解决了成本高、运行不可靠和持续性低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种基于区块链技术的智能物流配送系统,包括有产品物联链云服务系统框架、基础设施层和交易产品,所述产品物联链云服务系统框架的内部包括有数据层、业务层和应用层。
基础设施层包括有:生产质量监控设备、物流运输监控设备、仓储管理设备、数据中心的计算、存储及网络设备。
数据层包括有:实时接入包括仓储环境、车辆行驶状态、厢体环境监测及产品交易数据,订单信息、车辆配送信息、交通路网信息等数据。
业务层包括有:PaaS服务、移植低成本事件驱动引擎与高效率实时流计算引擎、基于以太坊区块链技术提供对关键数据锁定于区块链上服务、其他组件式服务。
应用层包括有:用户身份标识码完成对业务组件的加载和卸载、运用拼装和组合方式在最大程度上利用功能组件快速按照不同用户需求实现软件系统的组装。
具体智能物流配送程序如下。
1)产品仓储。
采用RFID、条码技术和语音视频等感知技术对仓储货物进行识别、定位、分拣、计量和监管,利用区块链的分布式“记账原理”在机制上保证智能仓储数据不能被私自篡改,采用区块链连接储物厢柜信息追踪农产品货物运输状况,采用分布式账本平台连接专用冷库等储物空间,帮助客户便捷追踪。
2)产品运输配送。
安全配送是利用非对称加解密机制和数字签名技术保证配送过程中的信息安全和客户隐私,非对称密钥对具有两个特点,首先是用其中一个密钥加密信息后,只有另一个对应的密钥才能解开。
3)产品交易。
平台针对产品招投标竞价交易,开发多重模型预言机系统,设计基于以太坊的去中心化产品交易竞价平台,能够让产品经销商、消费者们可以通过一个去中心化的、自动化平台去采购、销售中意的产品,并能够利用手中的数字代币进行交易,通过该平台,智能合约结合见证人系统和中心化的陪审团,使得去中心化产品交易竞价平台可以不依赖可信的第三方来自动、可信的判定竞价交易结果,从而根据竞价结果自动处理参与商家的代币,如果有争议产生,需要更高级别的审查,那么内部陪审制度将被激活进行人工裁定。
4)产品溯源防伪。
本项目提出通过物联链追踪生鲜农产品流通情况的方案,拟采用Linux 基金会的Hyperledger
Project ( 超级账本项目) 开发企业级私有区块链,记录生鲜农产品在完整商业周期中的流转情况,为每一产品携带时间戳、地理戳、品质戳等血统信息,包括原材料生成、加工、组装、批发、零售、消费等,具体将食品来源信息、工厂数据、保质期、存储温度、运输等信息存储于区块链,有效防止和发现诈骗及错误。
优选的,所述交易产品的表面黏贴有时间戳、地理戳和品质戳,所述时间戳、地理戳和品质戳的信息实时反馈到数据层中。
优选的,所述业务层提供的数据包括有面向大众的公匙和面向客户的私匙,所述公匙与私匙没有推导关系。

Claims (3)
- 一种基于区块链技术的智能物流配送系统,包括有产品物联链云服务系统框架、基础设施层和交易产品,其特征在于:所述产品物联链云服务系统框架的内部包括有数据层、业务层和应用层;基础设施层包括有:生产质量监控设备、物流运输监控设备、仓储管理设备、数据中心的计算、存储及网络设备;数据层包括有:实时接入包括仓储环境、车辆行驶状态、厢体环境监测及产品交易数据、订单信息、车辆配送信息、交通路网信息等数据;业务层包括有:PaaS服务、移植低成本事件驱动引擎与高效率实时流计算引擎、基于以太坊区块链技术提供对关键数据锁定于区块链上服务、其他组件式服务;应用层包括有:用户身份标识码完成对业务组件的加载和卸载、运用拼装和组合方式在最大程度上利用功能组件快速按照不同用户需求实现软件系统的组装;具体智能物流配送程序如下:产品仓储采用RFID、条码技术和语音视频等感知技术对仓储货物进行识别、定位、分拣、计量和监管,利用区块链的分布式“记账原理”在机制上保证智能仓储数据不能被私自篡改,采用区块链连接储物厢柜信息追踪农产品货物运输状况,采用分布式账本平台连接专用冷库等储物空间,帮助客户便捷追踪;产品运输配送安全配送是利用非对称加解密机制和数字签名技术保证配送过程中的信息安全和客户隐私,非对称密钥对具有两个特点,首先是用其中一个密钥加密信息后,只有另一个对应的密钥才能解开;产品交易平台针对产品招投标竞价交易,开发多重模型预言机系统,设计基于以太坊的去中心化产品交易竞价平台,能够让产品经销商、消费者们可以通过一个去中心化的、自动化平台去采购、销售中意的产品,并能够利用手中的数字代币进行交易,通过该平台,智能合约结合见证人系统和中心化的陪审团,使得去中心化产品交易竞价平台可以不依赖可信的第三方来自动、可信的判定竞价交易结果,从而根据竞价结果自动处理参与商家的代币,如果有争议产生,需要更高级别的审查,那么内部陪审制度将被激活进行人工裁定;产品溯源防伪本项目提出通过物联链追踪生鲜农产品流通情况的方案,拟采用Linux 基金会的Hyperledger Project ( 超级账本项目) 开发企业级私有区块链,记录生鲜农产品在完整商业周期中的流转情况,为每一产品携带时间戳、地理戳、品质戳等血统信息,包括原材料生成、加工、组装、批发、零售、消费等,具体将食品来源信息、工厂数据、保质期、存储温度、运输等信息存储于区块链,有效防止和发现诈骗及错误。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于区块链技术的智能物流配送系统,其特征在于:所述交易产品的表面黏贴有时间戳、地理戳和品质戳,所述时间戳、地理戳和品质戳的信息实时反馈到数据层中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于区块链技术的智能物流配送系统,其特征在于:所述业务层提供的数据包括有面向大众的公匙和面向客户的私匙,所述公匙与私匙没有推导关系。
