离心式鼓风机是利用装有许多叶片的工作旋轮所产生的的离心力来挤压空气,以达到一定的风量和风压的,这种压缩机由于它工作时不断地将制冷剂蒸汽吸入,又不断地沿半径方向被甩出去,所以称这种型式的压缩机为离心式鼓风机。
而现有对离心式鼓风机侧边的鼓风机的驱动电机进行水冷时难以调节,不便工作人员对鼓风机的驱动电机进行维护。
因此,有必要提供一种环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种具有便于对离心鼓风机的驱动电机冷却的环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置。

需要说明的是:对蓄水箱2注入足量的清水并推动L型安装板1使得蓄水箱2将离心鼓风机的驱动电机壳体包裹在蓄水箱2的通腔中,开启潜水泵使得蓄水箱2底部的清水流入到蓄水箱2的顶部,因此蓄水箱2内的冷却水循环流动,强化了蓄水箱对离心鼓风机的驱动电机的冷却效果,开启排风扇72使得排风扇72形成的冷却风通过通管3进入到通腔中并对离心鼓风机的驱动电机进行散热,同时冷却风通过通管3时与蓄水箱2内的清水接触,提高了对离心鼓风机驱动电机的风冷效果。
参考图1所示,用于调节L型安装板1的移动器6安装在L型安装板1 的底部,移动器6包括固定板61、滑动杆62、固定板63和螺纹固定杆64,固定板61固定安装在L型安装板1的底部,且固定板61内开设于有滑动孔,滑动杆62插设在滑动孔内并与滑动孔滑动连接,且滑动杆62的另一端延伸出滑动孔并固定安装有固定板63,固定板61的侧壁开设有多个螺纹通孔,且螺纹通孔与滑动孔相互连通,每一个螺纹通孔内均插设有螺纹连接的螺纹固定杆64。
需要说明的是:将固定板63通过螺钉固定安装在离心鼓风机机体的侧壁,推动L型安装板1使得蓄水箱2滑动并贴向鼓风机的驱动电机壳体,从而心鼓风机的驱动电机壳体处于蓄水箱2内的通腔中,旋转螺纹固定杆64使得螺纹固定杆64将滑动杆62固定在固定板61上,以完成蓄水箱2的固定,而在需要对离心鼓风机的驱动电机进行维护时,拧松螺纹固定杆64,外滑L型安装板1,从而离心鼓风机的驱动电机从蓄水箱2通腔中展示出来,因此便于工作人员的维护。
其中,蓄水箱2远离移动器6的端面安装有防护罩5,且防护罩5包括安装盘51和防尘网52,安装盘51固定安装在蓄水箱2的尾端,且安装盘51上固定安装有防尘网52,提高了对离心鼓风机的驱动电机的保护。
本发明提供的环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置的工作原理如下:

本发明中潜水泵采用ZB-400A型号,潜水泵运行为现有常规电路,潜水泵的供电接口通过开关连接供电系统,而本发明中涉及的电路以及控制均为现有技术,在此不进行过多赘述。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置,其特征在于,所述移动器(6)包括固定板(61)、滑动杆(62)、固定板(63)和螺纹固定杆(64),所述固定板(61)固定安装在L型安装板(1)的底部,且固定板(61)内开设于有滑动孔,所述滑动杆(62)插设在滑动孔内并与滑动孔滑动连接,且滑动杆(62)的另一端延伸出滑动孔并固定安装有固定板(63),所述固定板(61)的侧壁开设有多个螺纹通孔,且螺纹通孔与滑动孔相互连通,每一个螺纹通孔内均插设有螺纹连接的螺纹固定杆(64)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置,其特征在于,所述冷风器(7)包括安装箱(71)和排风扇(72),所述安装箱(71)固定安装在L型安装板(1)的外侧壁上,且安装箱(71)内固定安装有多组排风扇(72)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置,其特征在于,所述蓄水箱(2)远离移动器(6)的端面安装有防护罩(5),且防护罩(5)包括安装盘(51)和防尘网(52),所述安装盘(51)固定安装在蓄水箱(2)的尾端,且安装盘(51)上固定安装有防尘网(52)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置,其特征在于,所述蓄水箱(2)侧壁的每一根弧形通水管(4)的插设端均固定安装有潜水泵。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的环保离心鼓风机机体水冷装置,其特征在于,所述蓄水箱(2)的顶部安装有进水阀(8),且蓄水箱(2)靠近底部的侧壁固定安装有排水阀(9)。
