本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述水箱及水泵固定连接于车库体封闭端的外壁,且水箱与水泵均为对称设置的两个,水箱通过进水管连接水源;所述传动轴上固定连接有锥齿轮a,水泵的动力输入端固定连接有锥齿轮b,锥齿轮a与锥齿轮b啮合,且水泵的吸水口通过吸水管连接水箱。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述喷淋管呈U字型,且喷淋管为并列设置的两根,两根喷淋管之间通过若干个第一管夹连接,第一管夹接近于车库体内壁的内侧面上固定连接有第一滑块,第一滑块滑动连接于车库体内壁的第一滑道上;所述输水管组件包括输水管前段、输水管中段及输水管后段,输水管前段的一端固定连接于水泵的出水管,另一端连接于输水管中段,且输水管前段上连接有压力表。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述车库体的顶部设有两个长槽孔,位于车库体上方的第一管夹顶端固定连接有竖板,竖板穿过长槽孔;所述输水管中段为软质管道,输水管中段的两端分别连接输水管前段与输水管后段;所述输水管后段固定连接于竖 板上,且输水管后段连接于喷淋管。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述往复机构包括支撑板、从动带轮、链轮及链条;所述支撑板固定连接于长槽孔之间的车库体顶部,从动带轮转动连接于支撑板的两端之间;所述传动轴上固定连接有主动带轮,同步带C依次连接主动带轮及从动带轮;所述链轮固定连接于从动带轮的两侧,链条连接于链轮之间,且链条上固定连接有推块,推块的上下两端连接有凸缘;所述支撑板的侧部固定连接有第二滑道,第二滑道中滑动连接有第二滑块,第二滑块的上下两端铰接有转动块,且转动块的头部分别抵接于凸缘的侧面;所述第二滑块的底端连接第二管夹,第二管夹的底端连接喷淋管。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述第二滑道的两端呈中心对称的固定连接有支杆,支杆的内侧固定连接有挡杆,第二滑块移动至两端的极限位置时,挡杆抵住转动块的尾部,转动块沿铰点转动以使其头部与凸缘分离。
本发明的进一步改进方案是,所述辊筒组件还包括两个挡辊,挡辊通过轴承座转动连接于前承重辊的前端,且挡辊高于前承重辊及后承重辊。
本发明的有益效果:
第一、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,整套装置都是由汽车驱动轮提供动力,不需要在配备额外的电力设备,在很大的程度上节约了电能,避免了没有必要的浪费。
第二、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,水压可以根据车轮转速来调节,这种洗车的方式不仅使洗车的效率提高,而且还在一定程度上节约了水资源。
第三、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,结构科学合理,设计、制造成本低,而且后期维护时简单、方便。
第四、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,蓄水槽的上口插接有滤网,可有效的过滤掉清洗时的树叶等较大的异物,防止蓄水槽的堵塞,且异物清理时较为方便。
第五、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,前承重辊、后承重辊及挡辊均为胶辊,减小其对于汽车轮胎的磨损,起到了保护轮胎的作用。
第六、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,前承重辊、后承重辊的表面设有若干道防滑纹,增加其与汽车轮胎之间的摩擦力,防止汽车轮胎打滑。
第七、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,后承重辊通过同步带B驱动连接于发电机, 发电机与蓄电池电性连接,蓄电池可为洗车装置中的照明灯、泡沫器等辅助设备提供电源。
第八、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,锁紧机构采用棘轮、棘爪组件,洗车结束后,用棘爪卡住棘轮以锁住前承重辊与后承重辊,以保证汽车能够顺利开出。
第九、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,锥齿轮a与锥齿轮b啮合既起到了换向的作用,也起到了减速的作用,防止喷淋管前后移动时速度过快。
第十、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,喷淋管呈U字型,且喷淋管为并列设置的两根,喷淋管全面覆盖汽车外表面,保证清洗的效果。
第十一、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,输水管中段采用软质管道,保证喷淋管能够顺利的实现前后移动。
第十二、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,往复机构采用链条的循环转动,从而推块与上下两个转动块接触-分离以实现第二滑块在第二滑道中往复移动,从而实现喷淋管的前后移动,机械式的结构保证其不易损坏,即使损坏维护也很方便。
第十三、本发明的自助动力洗车装置,辊筒组件还包括两个挡辊,挡辊通过轴承座转动连接于前承重辊的前端,且挡辊高于前承重辊及后承重辊,两个挡辊起到了挡住车轮不让其向前移动的作用,从而提升了洗车装置的安全性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明。
实施例1:如图1~9所示,一种自助动力洗车装置,包括车库体1、动力系统及喷淋系统;所述动力系统包括辊筒组件2、传动轴3及锁紧机构4;所述辊筒组件2转动连接于车库体1一端的底部,传动轴3转动连接于车库体1,且辊筒组件2驱动连接于传动轴3,锁紧机构4设于辊筒组件2的两端以锁住辊筒组件2;所述盆喷淋系统包括水箱5、水泵6、输水管组件7、喷淋管8及往复机构9;所述水箱5设于车库体1上,水泵6连接于水箱5上,传动轴3驱动连接于水泵6;所述输水管组件7的一端连接水泵6,另一端连接喷淋管8,喷淋管8上设有若干个喷嘴801;所述往复机构9设于车库体1的顶部,且传动轴3驱动连接于往复机构9;所述喷淋管8滑动连接于车库体1的内壁,往复机构9驱动喷淋管8在车库体1前后两端往复移动。
所述车库体1一端开口且底壁上设有若干个沥水孔101,沥水孔101下方的车库体1底部设有蓄水槽102,蓄水槽102上设有排水口,且蓄水槽102的上口插接有滤网103;所述辊筒组件2设于车库体1的内侧端,其包括左右对称设置的两组承重辊,所述承重辊包括前承重辊201与后承重辊202,前承重辊201与后承重辊202两端通过轴承座嵌入式的转动连接于车库体1。
所述前承重辊201、后承重辊202及挡辊205均为胶辊,且表面设有若干道防滑纹;所述传动轴3通过轴承座转动连接于车库体1封闭端的外壁上,两个前承重辊201通过同步带A203传动连接于传动轴3的两端;所述动力系统还包括固定连接于车库体1外壁的发电机10及蓄电池,后承重辊202通过同步带B204驱动连接于发电机10, 发电机10与蓄电池电性连接。
所述锁紧机构4为棘轮401、棘爪402组件,所述棘轮401焊接或通过螺栓固定连接于前承重辊201及后承重辊202的两端,棘爪402通过销轴连接于车库体1的外壁;所述前承重辊201及后承重辊202的同步带外侧通过螺栓固定连接有罩盖403,且棘爪402露出于罩盖403的外侧。
所述水箱5及水泵6通过螺栓固定连接于车库体1封闭端的外壁,且水箱5与水泵6均为对称设置的两个,水箱5通过进水管501连接水源,且进水管501上安装有控制水路的球阀502;所述传动轴3上焊接或通过螺栓固定连接有锥齿轮a301,水泵6的动力输入端焊接或通过螺栓固定连接有锥齿轮b601,锥齿轮a301与锥齿轮b601啮合,且水泵6的吸水口通过吸水管连接水箱5。
所述喷淋管8呈U字型,且喷淋管8为并列设置的两根,两根喷淋管8之间通过若干个第一管夹802连接,第一管夹802接近于车库体1内壁的内侧面上通过内六角沉头螺钉固定连接有第一滑块804,第一滑块804滑动连接于车库体1内壁的第一滑道803上;所述输水管组件7包括输水管前段701、输水管中段702及输水管后段703,输水管前段701的一端固定连接于水泵6的出水管,另一端连接于输水管中段702,且输水管前段701上连接有压力表704;在本实施例中,第一滑道803共有六根,其中车库体1的顶壁及两个内侧壁各通过内六角沉头螺钉固定连接有两根。
所述车库体1的顶部设有两个长槽孔104,位于车库体1上方的第一管夹802顶端通过内六角沉头螺钉固定连接有竖板805,竖板805穿过长槽孔104;所述输水管中段702为软质管道,输水管中段702的两端分别连接输水管前段701与输水管后段703;所述输水管后段703固定连接于竖板805上,且输水管后段703连接于喷淋管8。
所述往复机构9包括支撑板901、从动带轮902、链轮903及链条904;所述支撑板901焊接或通过螺栓固定连接于长槽孔104之间的车库体1顶部,从动带轮902通过轴承转动连接于支撑板901的两端之间;所述传动轴3上固定连接有主动带轮302,同步带C303依次连接主动带轮302及从动带轮902;所述链轮903通过螺栓固定连接于从动带轮902的两侧,链条904连接于链轮903之间,且链条904上通过螺栓固定连接有推块905,推块905的上下两端设有凸缘906;所述支撑板901的侧部通过内六 角沉头螺钉固定连接有第二滑道907,第二滑道907中滑动连接有第二滑块908,第二滑块908的上下两端通过销轴连接有转动块909,且转动块909的头部分别抵接于凸缘906的侧面;所述第二滑块908的底端通过螺栓连接第二管夹806,第二管夹806的底端连接喷淋管8。
所述第二滑道907的两端呈中心对称的通过螺栓固定连接有支杆910,支杆910的内侧焊接有挡杆911,第二滑块908移动至两端的极限位置时,挡杆911抵住转动块909的尾部,转动块909沿铰点转动以使其头部与凸缘906分离。
实施例2:本实施例为实施例1的进一步改进,主要改进之处在于,实施例1在打磨时,若汽车的车轮脱离前承重辊201与后承重辊202,则会存在一定的危险性;而在本实施例中,可以避免上述缺陷,具体地说:
所述辊筒组件2还包括两个挡辊205,挡辊205通过轴承座转动连接于前承重辊201的前端,且挡辊205高于前承重辊201及后承重辊202;本实施例在使用时,两个挡辊205起到了挡住车轮不让其向前移动的作用,从而提升了洗车装置的安全性能。
除此之外,本实施例与实施例1完全相同,此处不作赘述。
本发明的具体工作原理如下:
使用时,将汽车开进洗车装置,使汽车的两个驱动前轮分别置于前承重辊201与后承重辊202上,前承重辊201与后承重辊202的表面有防滑纹,以增加与辊筒之间的摩擦力,汽车驱动前轮转动,以驱动前承重辊201与后承重辊202转动,同时前承重辊201通过同步带A203驱动传动轴3转动。锥齿轮a301跟随传动轴3同步转动,同时锥齿a驱动锥齿轮b601转动,锥齿轮b601带动水泵6转动产生水压,完成喷淋系统的动力输入;而后承重辊202的转动,通过同步带B204驱动发电机10工作,发电机10为蓄电池充电,蓄电池可为洗车装置中的照明灯、泡沫器等辅助设备提供电源。水箱5底部的进水管501连接水龙头为喷淋系统提供水源,水箱5中的清洗水经过输水管前段701、输水管中段702及输水管后段703并进入喷淋管8中,再通过喷嘴801排对汽车进行清洗。与此同时,由于主动带轮302跟随传动轴3转动,从而同步带C303带动从动带轮902转动,以实现链条904的循环转动,推块905随着链条904移动并推动上方的转动块909,以使第二滑块908拉动喷淋管8在车库体1内移动,当转动 块909碰到挡杆911后,转动块909沿铰点转动,从而使凸缘906与转动块909分离,这样链条904上的推块905从下端划走,从下端底部的转动块909往回运动,周而复始以实现喷淋管8在车库体1内的前后移动。当洗车完成后,用棘爪402卡住棘轮401,从而将前承重辊201与后承重辊202锁死,并将汽车开出车库体1即可。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:包括车库体(1)、动力系统及喷淋系统;
    所述动力系统包括辊筒组件(2)、传动轴(3)及锁紧机构(4);所述辊筒组件(2)转动连接于车库体(1)一端的底部,传动轴(3)转动连接于车库体(1),且辊筒组件(2)驱动连接于传动轴(3),锁紧机构(4)设于辊筒组件(2)的两端以锁住辊筒组件(2);
    所述盆喷淋系统包括水箱(5)、水泵(6)、输水管组件(7)、喷淋管(8)及往复机构(9);所述水箱(5)设于车库体(1)上,水泵(6)连接于水箱(5)上,传动轴(3)驱动连接于水泵(6);所述输水管组件(7)的一端连接水泵(6),另一端连接喷淋管(8),喷淋管(8)上设有若干个喷嘴(801);
    所述往复机构(9)设于车库体(1)的顶部,且传动轴(3)驱动连接于往复机构(9);所述喷淋管(8)滑动连接于车库体(1)的内壁,往复机构(9)驱动喷淋管(8)在车库体(1)前后两端往复移动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述车库体(1)一端开口且底壁上设有若干个沥水孔(101),沥水孔(101)下方的车库体(1)底部设有蓄水槽(102),蓄水槽(102)上设有排水口,且蓄水槽(102)的上口插接有滤网(103);所述辊筒组件(2)设于车库体(1)的内侧端,其包括左右对称设置的两组承重辊,所述承重辊包括前承重辊(201)与后承重辊(202),前承重辊(201)与后承重辊(202)两端通过轴承座嵌入式的转动连接于车库体(1)。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述前承重辊(201)、后承重辊(202)及挡辊(205)均为胶辊,且表面设有若干道防滑纹;所述传动轴(3)通过轴承座转动连接于车库体(1)封闭端的外壁上,两个前承重辊(201)通过同步带A(203)传动连接于传动轴(3)的两端;所述动力系统还包括固定连接于车库体(1)外壁的发电机(10)及蓄电池,后承重辊(202)通过同步带B(204)驱动连接于发电机(10),发电机(10)与蓄电池电性连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述锁紧机构(4)为棘轮(401)、棘爪(402)组件,所述棘轮(401)固定连接于前承重辊(201)及 后承重辊(202)的两端,棘爪(402)铰接于车库体(1)的外壁;所述前承重辊(201)及后承重辊(202)的同步带外侧固定连接有罩盖(403),且棘爪(402)露出于罩盖(403)的外侧。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述水箱(5)及水泵(6)固定连接于车库体(1)封闭端的外壁,且水箱(5)与水泵(6)均为对称设置的两个,水箱(5)通过进水管(501)连接水源;所述传动轴(3)上固定连接有锥齿轮a(301),水泵(6)的动力输入端固定连接有锥齿轮b(601),锥齿轮a(301)与锥齿轮b(601)啮合,且水泵(6)的吸水口通过吸水管连接水箱(5)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述喷淋管(8)呈U字型,且喷淋管(8)为并列设置的两根,两根喷淋管(8)之间通过若干个第一管夹(802)连接,第一管夹(802)接近于车库体(1)内壁的内侧面上固定连接有第一滑块(804),第一滑块(804)滑动连接于车库体(1)内壁的第一滑道(803)上;所述输水管组件(7)包括输水管前段(701)、输水管中段(702)及输水管后段(703),输水管前段(701)的一端固定连接于水泵(6)的出水管,另一端连接于输水管中段(702),且输水管前段(701)上连接有压力表(704)。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述车库体(1)的顶部设有两个长槽孔(104),位于车库体(1)上方的第一管夹(802)顶端固定连接有竖板(805),竖板(805)穿过长槽孔(104);所述输水管中段(702)为软质管道,输水管中段(702)的两端分别连接输水管前段(701)与输水管后段(703);所述输水管后段(703)固定连接于竖板(805)上,且输水管后段(703)连接于喷淋管(8)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述往复机构(9)包括支撑板(901)、从动带轮(902)、链轮(903)及链条(904);所述支撑板(901)固定连接于长槽孔(104)之间的车库体(1)顶部,从动带轮(902)转动连接于支撑板(901)的两端之间;所述传动轴(3)上固定连接有主动带轮(302),同步带C(303)依次连接主动带轮(302)及从动带轮(902);所述链轮(903)固定连接于从动带轮(902)的两侧,链条(904)连接于链轮(903)之间,且链条(904)上固定连接有 推块(905),推块(905)的上下两端连接有凸缘(906);所述支撑板(901)的侧部固定连接有第二滑道(907),第二滑道(907)中滑动连接有第二滑块(908),第二滑块(908)的上下两端铰接有转动块(909),且转动块(909)的头部分别抵接于凸缘(906)的侧面;所述第二滑块(908)的底端连接第二管夹(806),第二管夹(806)的底端连接喷淋管(8)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述第二滑道(907)的两端呈中心对称的固定连接有支杆(910),支杆(910)的内侧固定连接有挡杆(911),第二滑块(908)移动至两端的极限位置时,挡杆(911)抵住转动块(909)的尾部,转动块(909)沿铰点转动以使其头部与凸缘(906)分离。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一种自助动力洗车装置,其特征在于:所述辊筒组件(2)还包括两个挡辊(205),挡辊(205)通过轴承座转动连接于前承重辊(201)的前端,且挡辊(205)高于前承重辊(201)及后承重辊(202)。
