进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述压缩弹性片单元还包括设置所述侧边弹性片内侧面上且圆弧形竖向截面的圆心角度数大于200°并用于卡合固定所述活动柱的第二弧形直槽,以及设置在所述第二弧形直槽的弧形内侧面上并用于收纳所述展开用弹性缓冲绳的绳体槽口。
本发明通过在矩形收料箱上设置安装框架单元、弹性拉结绳、U型软质框体单元以及压缩弹性片单元的方式,达到棒状切割料下落过程中有效缓冲防护的效果。本发明具有切割料下落缓冲防护结构合理有效,多重防护结构效果突出,四周防护结构全面彻底,分隔式弹性防护结构关闭时稳定性高、不易意外打开,需要分隔支撑防护时展开动作简单方便,打开后稳定支撑防护,以及矩形收料箱内防护结构可以跟随箱体一直生效,一次性建立防护结构后在后续搬运存放过程中一直具有弹性防护结构的优点。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明的范围进行限定。
实施例:如附图1、2、3、4、5、6以及附图7所示,一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,包括设备箱体11,设置在所述设备箱体11内顶面上的自动升降切割刀12,以及设置在所述设备箱体11内底面上并用于接收切割棒料13的矩形收料箱14,还包括分别设置在所述矩形收料箱14两个侧壁上表面上的安装框架单元1,两头分别固定在两个所述安装框架单元1相对内侧面上且长轴向与所述切割棒料13平行并用于对所述切割棒料13进行第一次落料缓冲防护的弹性拉结绳2,两边分别设置在两个所述安装框架单元1上且位于所述矩形收料箱14内的U型软质框体单元3,以及设置在所述U型软质框体单元3侧壁上并通过展开平铺方式以用于在所述切割棒料13之间进行弹性分隔防护的压缩弹性片单元4。
在本实施例中,所述弹性拉结绳2、U型软质框体单元3以及压缩弹性片单元4均为一次性使用,所述切割棒料13装满所述矩形收料箱14后即与所述矩形收料箱14一起存在,保证之后持续的弹性防护效果,此外多根所述弹性拉结绳2组成所述切割棒料13下落过程中的第一次缓冲防护效果,其材质为现有软质橡胶。
所述U型软质框体单元3的材质与所述弹性拉结绳2相同,用于对所述切割棒料13两端较为脆弱的切割口进行弹性防护,所述压缩弹性片单元4则具有关闭和打开两种状态,关闭时正常下落收取所述切割棒料13,而所述切割棒料13堆积到与所述压缩弹性片单元4最下方平齐时再打开所述压缩弹性片单元4,即可平铺所述压缩弹性片单元4,使得再下落的所述切割棒料13就可以重新获得弹性缓冲结构,而所述压缩弹性片单元4的数量需要适中,如果过少则弹性缓冲效果一般,若较多则其打开动作次数就较多,过于麻烦了,本实施例中所述矩形收料箱14的长度与所述切割棒料13的长度相等,一层堆积4-6个所述切割棒料13,2-3层所述切割棒料13就可以设置一个所述压缩弹性片单元4,所述矩形收料箱14内所述压缩弹性片单元4的数量为1-2个。
所述安装框架单元1包括卡合槽口向下的倒U型架体板101,以及设置在所述倒U型架体板101外侧壁上并用于夹紧所述矩形收料箱14侧壁的紧固螺栓102;中间的所述弹性拉结绳2的高度低于两边的所述弹性拉结绳2;所述U型软质框体单元3包括上端插入所述倒U型架体板101开口内的两个侧边弹性片301,以及两边分别设置 在两个所述侧边弹性片301上的底层弹性片302。所述底层弹性片302与所述矩形收料箱14的内底面之间设有弹性形变用空腔。
在本实施例中,所述弹性拉结绳2整体呈一个圆弧形方式设置,两头高、中间低,进一步减少所述切割棒料13掉落其上后再弹开的问题,而所述底层弹性片302在所述矩形收料箱14内底面上方悬空,可以进一步提高缓冲效果,避免所述切割棒料13掉落磕碰变形。
所述压缩弹性片单元4包括分别设置在所述侧边弹性片301内侧面上的两个安装板401,设置在所述安装板401上的安装环402,两端分别插在两个所述安装环402上的固定柱403,下端侧边设置在所述固定柱403上的被压弹性片404,以及设置在所述被压弹性片404上端侧边上并通过卡合固定位置与所述固定柱403之间的距离小于所述被压弹性片404长度方式以用于压缩所述被压弹性片404的活动柱405。所述压缩弹性片单元4还包括一端设置在异于设置所述安装板401的所述侧边弹性片301内侧面上另一端穿出所述侧边弹性片301后通过向外拉紧方式以用于固定所述活动柱405,并通过剪断后展开所述被压弹性片404的拉紧缓冲绳406。所述压缩弹性片单元4还包括设置在所述矩形收料箱14的侧壁上且位于所述安装板401下方位置处并用于所述拉紧缓冲绳406向外穿出的下方绳孔407,设置在所述矩形收料箱14的侧壁上并用于所述拉紧缓冲绳406向内穿入后连接所述活动柱405中部位置的上方绳孔408,以及设置在所述上方绳孔408内侧且竖向弧形截面的圆心角度数小于180°并用于卡合固定所述活动柱405的第一弧形直槽409。
在本实施例中,初始时所述拉紧缓冲绳406穿过所述下方绳孔407之后向外拉紧所述活动柱405,使得所述活动柱405固定不动,这样具有两个好处:第一,所述活动柱405被固定在相对较低位置处,这样即可压缩现有海绵材质的所述被压弹性片404,若所述被压弹性片404不被压缩而竖向待位,则是会向上超出所述矩形收料箱14的,这样就十分不便了;第二,所述活动柱405被固定再在侧壁上,整个所述被压弹性片404就不会旋转向外掉落了,不影响所述切割棒料13的正常落料操作。
此外,所述第一弧形直槽409用于更加稳定、定位固定所述活动柱405,所述下方绳孔407以及上方绳孔408都位于所述活动柱405中点所在的竖向面内,最后是所述拉紧缓冲绳406未剪断时,是继所述弹性拉结绳2之后的又一个缓冲防护结构,虽然就单一一根绳,而所述切割棒料13铺平码放至预设层数后剪断所述拉紧缓冲绳406,所述被压弹性片404放大打开、所述活动柱405失去拉紧固定,所述被压弹性片404自然后平铺在所述切割棒料13上了。
所述拉紧缓冲绳406在所述侧边弹性片301外侧一分为二,一股进入所述上方绳孔408,另一股通过中部绳孔410后拉紧并向内弯曲所述被压弹性片404。
在本实施例中,所述被压弹性片404被所述活动柱405压紧时可能还会存在中部向外弯曲弹出、影响所述切割棒料13正常落料的问题,因此引入所述中部绳孔410处的所述拉紧缓冲绳406分开股,可以进一步保证所述被压弹性片404的压缩固定稳定性。
所述压缩弹性片单元4还包括一端设置在异于设置所述安装板401的所述侧边弹性片301内侧面上另一端通过拉紧所述活动柱405方式以用于定位展开所述被压弹性片404的展开用弹性缓冲绳411。所述压缩弹性片单元4还包括设置在所述侧边弹性片301内侧面上并用于收纳剪断后的所述拉紧缓冲绳406的收口型槽口412,所述拉紧缓冲绳406固定端设置在所述收口型槽口412的内侧面上。所述压缩弹性片单元4还包括设置所述侧边弹性片301内侧面上且圆弧形竖向截面的圆心角度数大于200°并用于卡合固定所述活动柱405的第二弧形直槽413,以及设置在所述第二弧形直槽413的弧形内侧面上并用于收纳所述展开用弹性缓冲绳411的绳体槽口414。
在本实施例中,所述展开用弹性缓冲绳411的弹力小于所述拉紧缓冲绳406,所述展开用弹性缓冲绳411同样具有对所述切割棒料13的一根绳式缓冲防护效果,当然前提是能在所述切割棒料13下落时碰到,所述展开用弹性缓冲绳411被所述切割棒料13碰触后会发生拉长现象,不会拉动所述活动柱405脱离所述第一弧形直槽409。
此外,所述展开用弹性缓冲绳411仅仅是引导所述活动柱405进入所述第二弧形直槽413并卡住,所述第二弧形直槽413的截面圆心角是大于所述第一弧形直槽409、大于180°的,因此是收口型槽道,所以所述活动柱405卡入所述第二弧形直槽413后具有足够且适宜的防回退效果。
最后,所述收口型槽口412的开槽结构是内侧较大长方体开槽、外侧较小长方体开槽,保证所述拉紧缓冲绳406被剪断后可以全部被 收纳,所述绳体槽口414则不需要收口,因为所述活动柱405就会挡住所述绳体槽口414的开口。
在本实施例中,所述压缩弹性片单元4的自动化铺平结构,相较于现有技术中工作人员手动铺平类似于分隔弹性海绵的方式,具有更加省力、高效、精准的优点。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种修改。这些都是不具有创造性的修改,只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,包括设备箱体(11),设置在所述设备箱体(11)内顶面上的自动升降切割刀(12),以及设置在所述设备箱体(11)内底面上并用于接收切割棒料(13)的矩形收料箱(14),其特征在于:还包括分别设置在所述矩形收料箱(14)两个侧壁上表面上的安装框架单元(1),两头分别固定在两个所述安装框架单元(1)相对内侧面上且长轴向与所述切割棒料(13)平行并用于对所述切割棒料(13)进行第一次落料缓冲防护的弹性拉结绳(2),两边分别设置在两个所述安装框架单元(1)上且位于所述矩形收料箱(14)内的U型软质框体单元(3),以及设置在所述U型软质框体单元(3)侧壁上并通过展开平铺方式以用于在所述切割棒料(13)之间进行弹性分隔防护的压缩弹性片单元(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述安装框架单元(1)包括卡合槽口向下的倒U型架体板(101),以及设置在所述倒U型架体板(101)外侧壁上并用于夹紧所述矩形收料箱(14)侧壁的紧固螺栓(102);中间的所述弹性拉结绳(2)的高度低于两边的所述弹性拉结绳(2);所述U型软质框体单元(3)包括上端插入所述倒U型架体板(101)开口内的两个侧边弹性片(301),以及两边分别设置在两个所述侧边弹性片(301)上的底层弹性片(302)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述底层弹性片(302)与所述矩形收料箱(14)的内底面之间设有弹性形变用空腔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述压缩弹性片单元(4)包括分别设置在所述侧边弹性片(301)内侧面上的两个安装板(401),设置在所述安装板(401)上的安装环(402),两端分别插在两个所述安装环(402)上的固定柱(403),下端侧边设置在所述固定柱(403)上的被压弹性片(404),以及设置在所述被压弹性片(404)上端侧边上并通过卡合固定位置与所述固定柱(403)之间的距离小于所述被压弹性片(404)长度方式以用于压缩所述被压弹性片(404)的活动柱(405)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述压缩弹性片单元(4)还包括一端设置在异于设置所述安装板(401)的所述侧边弹性片(301)内侧面上另一端穿出所述侧边弹性片(301)后通过向外拉紧方式以用于固定所述活动柱(405),并通过剪断后展开所述被压弹性片(404)的拉紧缓冲绳(406)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述压缩弹性片单元(4)还包括设置在所述矩形收料箱(14)的侧壁上且位于所述安装板(401)下方位置处并用于所述拉紧缓冲绳(406)向外穿出的下方绳孔(407),设置在所述矩形收料箱(14)的侧壁上并用于所述拉紧缓冲绳(406)向内穿入后连接所述活动柱(405)中部位置的上方绳孔(408),以及设置在所述上方绳孔(408)内侧且竖向弧形截面的圆心角度数小于180°并用于卡合固定所述活动柱(405)的第一弧形直槽(409)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备, 其特征在于:所述拉紧缓冲绳(406)在所述侧边弹性片(301)外侧一分为二,一股进入所述上方绳孔(408),另一股通过中部绳孔(410)后拉紧并向内弯曲所述被压弹性片(404)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述压缩弹性片单元(4)还包括一端设置在异于设置所述安装板(401)的所述侧边弹性片(301)内侧面上另一端通过拉紧所述活动柱(405)方式以用于定位展开所述被压弹性片(404)的展开用弹性缓冲绳(411)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述压缩弹性片单元(4)还包括设置在所述侧边弹性片(301)内侧面上并用于收纳剪断后的所述拉紧缓冲绳(406)的收口型槽口(412),所述拉紧缓冲绳(406)固定端设置在所述收口型槽口(412)的内侧面上。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具有落料防护功能的自动切割设备,其特征在于:所述压缩弹性片单元(4)还包括设置所述侧边弹性片(301)内侧面上且圆弧形竖向截面的圆心角度数大于200°并用于卡合固定所述活动柱(405)的第二弧形直槽(413),以及设置在所述第二弧形直槽(413)的弧形内侧面上并用于收纳所述展开用弹性缓冲绳(411)的绳体槽口(414)。
