背景技术
随着社会不断的发展,目前铝材是最重要的一类资源,然而废铝在回收的过程中相对比较麻烦,从而需要用到相应的筛选装置对废铝进行筛分,在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术中至少存在如下问题没有得到解决。
(1)传统的此类用于废铝回收的筛选装置,在使用时由于筛分效果低下,从而使其工作效率低下。
(2)传统的此类用于废铝回收的筛选装置,在使用时由于防护效果低下,从而使其在筛分的过程中导致轻物质及灰尘到处飞扬。
(3)传统的此类用于废铝回收的筛选装置,在使用时由于不便集中回收,从而使其实用性低下。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废铝回收的筛选装置,其特征在于:所述收料机构(4)的内部依次设置有收集箱(401)、凸块(402)、把手(403)、滑板(404)以及滑槽(405),所述收集箱(401)顶端的一侧设置有把手(403),所述收集箱(401)底端的两侧固定连接有凸块(402),且凸块(402)的底端设置有滑槽(405)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用于废铝回收的筛选装置,其特征在于:所述收集箱(401)底端支撑架(14)顶端的两侧均设置有滑板(404),且滑板(404)与滑槽(405)相配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废铝回收的筛选装置,其特征在于:所述防护机构(9)的内部依次设置有盖板(901)、铰接块(902)以及连接块(903),所述盖板(901)的一侧活动连接有铰接块(902),所述盖板(901)底端进料口(8)一侧的外壁上固定连接有连接块(903),且连接块(903)与铰接块(902)活动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废铝回收的筛选装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(1203)的一端固定连接有固定块(1207),所述螺纹杆(1202)的外壁上螺纹连接有移动块(1204)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废铝回收的筛选装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(1203)的中心位置处铰接有活动板(1206),所述移动块(1204)底端的一侧设置有伸缩杆(1205),且伸缩杆(1205)与移动块(1204)活动连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于废铝回收的筛选装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(1203)两侧的两端均固定连接有滑块(1208),所述支撑板(1203)两侧本体(1)的内部均设置有移动槽(1209),且移动槽(1209)与滑块(1208)相配合。
