随着人们环保意识的增强和对资源循环利用的要求越来越高,市面上针对墨盒的再生芯片使用率有了大步提升,越来越多的废弃墨盒得到重复利用,降低了对环境的污染。
在相关技术中,由于打印机读取原装墨盒芯片存储数据的信号线为数据信号线,该数据信号线的DATA信号进入到芯片内部对选中存储单元进行数据读取,而原装墨盒芯片存储的数据已不可使用,因此需要切断打印机与原装墨盒的数据信号线的连通,将再生芯片与打印机的通讯信号线直接相连,使得当打印机对原装墨盒芯片的存储数据区进行数据读取时,该DATA信号只能进入到再生芯片的数据区,读取再生芯片中的存储数据。
然而在相关技术中,读取原装墨盒芯片的存储数据区的DATA信号不仅仅只用于读取存储器的数据,同时还具有其他功能,例如控制墨盒喷点选中逻辑信号的功能,因此相关技术中断开打印机与原装墨盒的DATA信号连接的方式,将会影响升级后的打印机在打印的时候对墨盒喷点选中的结果,影响打印效果,从而导致使用再生芯片的打印机的打印质量差。
针对相关技术中,在使用再生芯片的打印机中打印质量差的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种再生芯片的控制方法、再生芯片和再生墨盒,以至少解决相关技术中在使用再生芯片的打印机中打印质量差的问题。

第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种再生芯片的控制方法,所述再生芯片通过第一数 据信号线、逻辑信号线与打印机电连接,并通过第二数据信号线与墨盒芯片电连接;所述方法包括:
通过所述第一数据信号线和所述逻辑信号线,检测所述打印机发送的操作指令;
在检测到所述操作指令不为选中操作指令的情况下,通过所述第二数据信号线发送数据信号给墨盒芯片;其中,所述数据信号指示所述墨盒芯片与所述打印机进行通信。

所述逻辑控制模块包括指令分析单元;所述指令分析单元用于检测所述打印机通过所述第一数据信号线和逻辑信号线发送的操作指令;

相比于相关技术,本申请实施例提供的再生芯片的控制方法、再生芯片和再生墨盒,再生芯片通过第一数据信号线、逻辑信号线与打印机电连接,并通过第二数据信号线与墨盒芯片电连接,通过该第一数据信号线和该逻辑信号线,检测该打印机通过该第一数据信号线发送的操作指令;在检测到该操作指令不为选中操作指令的情况下,通过该第二数据信号线发送数据信号给墨盒芯片;其中,该数据信号指示该墨盒芯片与该打印机进行数据通信,解决了在使用再生芯片的打印机中打印质量差的问题。

在本实施例中,提供了一种再生芯片,该再生芯片应用于再生墨盒,并覆盖于该再生墨盒的墨盒芯片上。图1A为根据本申请实施例的再生芯片的焊接方式的示意图一,如图1A所示,该再生芯片的第一表面上布有芯片晶元和第一触点,该芯片晶元与该第一触点连接并进行通信,该第一触点与触针进行数据通信;可以理解的是,该再生芯片的芯片晶元可以布置于芯片的任一表面。
图1B为根据本申请实施例的再生芯片的焊接方式的示意图二,如图1B所示,该墨盒芯片上设置有墨盒晶元和第二触点,该墨盒晶元和该第二触点连接并通信;该再生芯片的 第二表面上布有焊盘,熔化该焊盘上的焊接点,使得该焊接点与对应的该第二触点电连接。
其中,图1C为根据本申请实施例的相关技术的再生芯片电路原理的示意图,如图1C所示,该再生芯片包括第一存储模块,该第一存储模块通过第一数据信号线与打印机连接,且墨盒芯片与打印机直接断开数据信号连接,使得打印机只能读取该再生芯片的存储数据;由于该打印机通过该第一数据信号线发送的数据信号除了读取存储数据之外,还包括喷点控制等功能,因此直接断开墨盒芯片与打印机之间连接的方式,会导致打印机部分控制功能缺失,使得打印效果较差。
在本实施例中,提供了一种再生芯片,图2为根据本申请实施例的一种再生芯片的结构框图一,如图2所示,该再生芯片22包括逻辑控制模块24和第一存储模块26;其中,该第一存储模块26中可以包括至少一个存储器。
图3A为根据本申请实施例的再生芯片控制电路原理的示意图一,如图3A所示,该逻辑控制模块24通过第二数据信号线与墨盒芯片的DATA端口电连接;该逻辑控制模块24用于控制该第二数据信号线的导通或断开;该第一存储模块26、该逻辑控制模块24均通过第一数据信号线与打印机的DATA端口电连接。可以理解的是,该再生芯片的控制电路还包括其他连接方式,例如,图3B为根据本申请实施例的再生芯片控制电路原理的示意图二,如图3B所示,该逻辑控制模块24通过第一数据信号线、逻辑信号线与打印机连接,而该第一存储模块26与该逻辑控制模块24连接,则该打印机将信号先发送该逻辑控制模块24,然后再由该逻辑控制模块24将信号发送给该第一存储模块26。
该第一存储模块26用于在该第二数据信号线断开的情况下,向该打印机反馈数据;因此,打印机的存储数据读取信号,即DATA信号先通过该第一数据信号线进入到再生芯片22当中,再生芯片22处理以后的DATA_C信号通过该第二数据信号线传输至与墨盒芯片。
其中,打印机DATA端口的第一数据信号线可以通过数字门电路、移位寄存器等电路完成对第一存储模块26地址的选中功能;通过对第一存储模块26选中地址的信号进行逻辑组合判定,进而可以确定打印机发送的命令是否选中了第一存储模块26中的存储单元地址。
在相关技术中,只有直接断开打印机与墨盒芯片的数据连接才能使用再生芯片22,导致打印效果差;而本申请通过上述实施例,在再生芯片22中设置一个逻辑控制模块24,用于判断将第一数据信号线导通进而能够控制喷点的时间,以及判断将第一数据信号线断开进而向打印机反馈存储数据的时间;通过该逻辑控制模块24的判断结果,可以自适应对打印机和墨盒芯片之间的连通进行准确控制,从而实现了将再生芯片22替代墨盒芯片 的存储器数据的同时,不影响打印机的打印指令传输,解决了在使用再生芯片22的打印机中打印质量差的问题。
在其中一些实施例中,提供了一种再生芯片,图4为根据本申请实施例的一种再生芯片的结构框图二,如图4所示,该再生芯片可以应用于图3的电路图中;该逻辑控制模块24包括指令分析单元42;该指令分析单元42用于在检测该打印机发送的操作指令是否为选中存储器单元的操作指令;该逻辑控制模块24用于在检测到该选中操作指令的情况下,控制该第二数据信号线断开。
本实施例还提供了一种再生芯片的控制方法,图5为根据本申请实施例的一种再生芯片控制方法的流程图一,如图5所示,该方法可以应用于图4中的再生芯片,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S502:检测该打印机通过该第一数据信号线和逻辑信号线发送的操作指令。在其中一些实施例中,在检测到该操作指令中的扇区信号、行信号和列信号均存在至少一个高电平的情况下,确定该操作指令为选中操作指令;其中,该选中操作指令用于指示打印机已选中第一存储模块26的存储器单元。
需要说明的是,已知选中存储单元的必要条件为:存储模块选址寄存器的扇区(Section)、行(Row)和列(Column)的三组信号中:1、扇区(Section)选择必须存在一个高电平;2、行(Row)选择必须存在一个高电平;3、列(Column)选择必须存在一个高电平;满足以上三个条件后则认为打印机发送的指令为选中第一存储模块26存储单元地址的操作。
其中,判断是否满足上述条件的方法可以为:首先,为确定扇区(Section)、行(Row)和列(Column)的三组信号中是否存在高电平,对所有的扇区选中信号、所有的行选中信号、所有的列选中信号,分别进行逻辑或操作;然后,对上述进行逻辑或的操作后产生的三个信号进行逻辑与的操作;最后进行结果分析检测,若进行逻辑与后的操作结果为1,则认为接收到的指令为对存储单元进行选中的选中操作指令,若得到的逻辑与的操作结果为0,则认为接收到的指令不是选中操作指令;该方法通过逻辑或、逻辑与操作进行检测并判断是否满足上述条件,只需要在电路中设置门电路,因此电路结构简单。
步骤S504:在检测到该操作指令不为选中操作指令的情况下,通过该第二数据信号线发送数据信号给墨盒芯片;其中,该数据信号指示该墨盒芯片与该打印机进行通信;在其中一些实施例中,该通信包括喷点控制通信或喷墨时间传输通信;例如,在未检测到该选中操作指令时,再生芯片22将打印机的喷点控制传输给墨盒芯片,进而实现打印机对墨盒芯片喷点的准确控制。
在其中一些实施例中,在检测到该操作指令中的扇区信号、行信号和列信号三组信号中均存在至少一个高电平的情况下,经过逻辑或、逻辑与操作后的操作结果为1,确定该操作指令为选中操作指令,即该打印机已选中第一存储模块26的存储器单元,准备读取存储数据;在检测到该三组信号中至少有一组信号未存在高电平的情况下,经过逻辑或、逻辑与操作后的操作结果为0,确定该操作指令不为选中操作指令,即该打印机未选中存储器单元。
在其中一些实施例中,在检测到该操作指令为选中操作指令的情况下,控制该第二数据信号线断开,并通过该第一数据信号线向该打印机反馈存储数据;其中,由于本申请实施例中通过逻辑控制模块24控制该第二数据信号线断开,即中断了墨盒芯片与打印机之间的通信,使得该打印机只能读取再生芯片22中的存储数据,从而实现了再生芯片22的有效利用。
通过上述步骤S502至步骤S504,当再生芯片22接收到打印机的操作指令,对该操作指令进行分析检测,在检测到该打印机未选中第一存储模块26的存储单元地址时控制第二数据信号线导通,从而通过逻辑控制模块24对打印机发送指令的分析判断,选择性连通或关断DATA信号与原装墨盒的连接关系,实现了根据指令自动控制该打印机和墨盒芯片断开和连接通信,避免了由于直接断开该通信导致的喷点控制不准确。
在其中一些实施例中,提供了一种再生芯片,图6为根据本申请实施例的一种再生芯片的结构框图三,如图6所示,该逻辑控制模块24还包括反馈电压单元62;该反馈电压单元62用于检测该再生芯片22的第一存储模块26,以及该墨盒芯片的第二存储模块的之间的反馈电压。
本实施例还提供了一种再生芯片的控制方法,图7为根据本申请实施例的一种再生芯片控制方法的流程图二,如图7所示,该方法可以应用于图6中的再生芯片22,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S702:检测该再生芯片22的第一存储模块26,以及该墨盒芯片的第二存储模块之间的反馈电压;需要说明的是,初始时打印机同时读取再生芯片22与原生芯片的存储数据,存储器的反馈电压为该第一存储模块26与该第二存储模块并联状态下的反馈结果,具有以下三种反馈结果:1、反馈结果为原电平,此时说明第一存储模块26的选中存储单元没有与读取存储器的DATA信号连接,即第二数据信号线断开;2、反馈结果为高电平,此时说明该第一存储模块26的选中存储单元中没有进行过写操作;3、反馈结果为低电平,此时说明该第一存储模块26的选中存储单元中已经进行过写操作。
步骤S704:在检测到该反馈电压大于或者等于预设电压的情况下,发送该数据信号; 在检测到该反馈电压小于该预设电压的情况下,控制该第二数据信号线断开;其中,可以预先设置一个参考电压作为该预设电压并进行存储,例如,可以将该预设电压设置为15V。
通过上述步骤S702至步骤S704,对反馈电压进行比较,判定墨盒芯片与再生芯片22的反馈状态,从而根据反馈电压和预设电压的比较结果,控制第二数据信号线的导通和断开,使得再生芯片22能向打印机反馈存储数据,并且保证打印机对墨盒喷点等功能的准确控制,解决了在使用再生芯片22的打印机中打印质量差的问题。
在其中一些实施例中,提供了一种再生芯片的控制方法,图8为根据本申请实施例的一种再生芯片控制方法的流程图三,如图8所示,该方法可以应用于图6中的再生芯片22,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S802:在检测到该操作指令不为该选中操作指令,或者该反馈电压大于或等于该预设电压的情况下,说明此时打印机未选中第一存储模块26的存储单元地址,或者第一存储模块26的选中存储单元中还未写入数据,因此该第一存储模块26不需要像该打印机发送数据,则可以保持该第二数据信号线导通,该再生芯片22通过该第二数据信号线向墨盒芯片发送该打印机的数据信号。
在其中一些实施例中,逻辑控制模块24将检测到的反馈电压与预设电压进行比较;在检测到该反馈电压大于或等于该预设电压的情况下,该逻辑控制模块24生成保持打印机DATA信号与墨盒芯片的连接关系的导通子信号,该导通子信号可以设置为0,则在检测到该操作指令不为该选中操作指令,或者检测到该导通子信号的情况下,发送该数据信号。
步骤S804:在检测到该选中操作指令,且该反馈电压小于该预设电压的情况下,说明此时打印机选中第一存储模块26的存储单元地址,并且第一存储模块26的选中存储单元中已经写入数据,因此打印机应该从该第一存储模块26中读取数据,即控制该第一数据信号线断开,使得打印机和墨盒芯片之间的通信断开。
在其中一些实施例中,逻辑控制模块24检测到该反馈电压小于该预设电压的情况下,该逻辑控制模块24生成断开打印机DATA信号与墨盒芯片的连接关系的断开子信号,该断开子信号可以设置为1,则在检测到该选中操作指令和该断开子信号的情况下,控制该第二数据信号线断开。
通过上述步骤S802至步骤S804,本申请实施例中在再生芯片22中设置一个逻辑控制单元,用于进行打印机指令分析和反馈电压比较单元,从而通过综合分析结果对打印机和墨盒芯片的连通进行控制,实现了存储器读取的数据通信与逻辑信号传输的隔离作用;并且同时考虑到了打印机指令分析结果和反馈电压比较结果,综合分析判断再生芯片22是 否要将DATA数据信号传输到原生墨盒当中,进而提高了打印机与墨盒芯片连通控制的准确性。
应该理解的是,虽然图5、图7和图8的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图5、图7和图8中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

在其中一些实施例中,提供了一种再生芯片及其控制方法,图9为根据本申请实施例的再生芯片的结构框图四,如图9所示,该再生芯片22还设置有开关电路92;该开关电路92与该逻辑控制模块24连接;该开关电路92设置在该再生芯片22的晶元中,或者设置在该再生芯片22的晶元外;该逻辑控制模块24还用于通过该开关电路92控制该第二数据信号线断开。其中,该开关电路92可以设置为三极管开关电路,在该逻辑控制模块24根据判断结果发送一个高电平信号的情况下,该三极管开关电路截止,使得该第一数据信号线断开;此外,该开关电路92还可以设置为开关二极管、逻辑门电路、双稳态触发器或其他开关电路。
在本实施例中,提供了一种再生墨盒,图10为根据本申请实施例的一种再生墨盒的结构框图,该再生墨盒108与打印机本体102电连接。如图10所示,该再生墨盒108包括:墨盒本体106、墨盒芯片104和再生芯片22;该墨盒本体106与该墨盒芯片104连接。
该再生芯片22包括逻辑控制模块24和第一存储模块26;该逻辑控制模块24均通过第一数据信号线、逻辑信号线与打印机本体102电连接,并通过第二数据信号线与墨盒芯片104电连接;该逻辑控制模块24用于检测该打印机本体102通过该第一数据信号线和该逻辑信号线发送的操作指令,并控制该第二数据信号线的导通或断开;该逻辑控制模块24还用于通过该第二数据信号线向该墨盒芯片104发送数据信号;其中,该数据信号指示该墨盒芯片104与该打印机本体102进行通信。
通过上述实施例,在再生芯片22中设置一个逻辑控制模块24,用于判断将第一数据信号线导通进而能够喷点控制的时间,以及判断将第一数据信号线断开进而向打印机反馈存储数据的时间;通过该逻辑控制模块24的判断结果,可以自适应对打印机和墨盒芯片104之间的连通进行准确控制,从而实现了将再生芯片22替代墨盒芯片104的存储器数据的同时,不影响打印机本体102的打印指令传输,解决了在使用再生芯片22的打印机中 打印质量差的问题。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种再生芯片的控制方法,其特征在于,所述再生芯片通过第一数据信号线、逻辑信号线与打印机电连接,并通过第二数据信号线与墨盒芯片电连接;所述方法包括:
    通过所述第一数据信号线和所述逻辑信号线,检测所述打印机发送的操作指令;
    在检测到所述操作指令不为选中操作指令的情况下,通过所述第二数据信号线发送数据信号给墨盒芯片;其中,所述数据信号指示所述墨盒芯片与所述打印机进行通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述检测所述打印机发送的操作指令之后,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述操作指令为选中操作指令的情况下,控制所述第二数据信号线断开,并通过所述第一数据信号线向所述打印机反馈存储数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述通过所述第二数据信号线发送数据信号给墨盒芯片之前,所述方法还包括:
    检测所述再生芯片的第一存储模块,以及所述墨盒芯片的第二存储模块之间的反馈电压;其中,所述第一存储模块和所述第二存储模块并联;
    在检测到所述反馈电压大于或者等于预设电压的情况下,发送所述数据信号;
    在检测到所述反馈电压小于所述预设电压的情况下,控制所述第二数据信号线断开。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述检测所述再生芯片的第一存储模块,以及所述墨盒芯片的第二存储模块之间的反馈电压之后,所述方法还包括:
    在检测到所述操作指令不为所述选中操作指令,或者所述反馈电压大于或等于所述预设电压的情况下,发送所述数据信号;
    在检测到所述选中操作指令,且所述反馈电压小于所述预设电压的情况下,控制所述第二数据信号线断开。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    在所述反馈电压大于或者等于所述预设电压的情况下,生成导通子信号;在所述反馈电压小于所述预设电压的情况下,生成断开子信号;
    在检测到所述操作指令不为所述选中操作指令,或者检测到所述导通子信号的情况下,发送所述数据信号;或者,
    在检测到所述选中操作指令和所述断开子信号的情况下,控制所述第二数据信号线断开。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,检测所述打印机发送的操作指令不为选中操作指令包括:
    在检测到所述操作指令中的扇区信号、行信号和列信号三组信号中均存在至少一个高电平的情况下,确定所述操作指令为选中操作指令;
    在检测到所述三组信号中至少有一组信号未存在高电平的情况下,确定所述操作指令不为选中操作指令。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述通信包括:喷点控制通信或喷墨时间传输通信。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    通过开关电路控制所述第二数据信号线的导通或断开;其中,所述开关电路设置在所述再生芯片的晶元中,或者设置在所述再生芯片的晶元外。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述开关电路包括:三极管开关电路、开关二极管、逻辑门电路或双稳态触发器。
  10. 一种再生芯片,应用于再生墨盒上,其特征在于,所述再生芯片包括逻辑控制模块和第一存储模块;
    所述逻辑控制模块通过第一数据信号线、逻辑信号线与打印机电连接,并通过第二数据信号线与墨盒芯片电连接;
    所述逻辑控制模块包括指令分析单元;所述指令分析单元用于检测所述打印机通过所述第一数据信号线和所述逻辑信号线发送的操作指令;
    所述逻辑控制模块用于在检测到所述操作指令不为选中操作指令的情况下,通过所述第二数据信号线发送数据信号给墨盒芯片;其中,所述数据信号指示所述墨盒芯片与所述打印机进行通信;
    所述逻辑控制模块还用于在检测到所述操作指令为选中操作指令的情况下,控制所述第二数据信号线断开,所述第一存储模块通过所述第一数据信号线向所述打印机反馈存储数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的再生芯片,其中,所述逻辑控制模块还包括反馈电压单元;
    所述反馈电压单元用于检测所述再生芯片的第一存储模块,以及所述墨盒芯片的第二存储模块之间的反馈电压;其中,所述第一存储模块和所述第二存储模块并联;
    所述逻辑控制模块还用于在检测到所述反馈电压大于或者等于预设电压的情况下,发送所述数据信号;或者,
    所述逻辑控制模块在检测到所述反馈电压小于所述预设电压的情况下,控制所述第二数据信号线断开。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的再生芯片,其中,所述再生芯片设置开关电路;
    所述开关电路与所述逻辑控制模块连接;所述开关电路设置在所述再生芯片中,或者设置在所述再生芯片的晶元外;
    所述逻辑控制模块还用于通过所述开关电路控制所述第二数据信号线的导通或断开。
  13. 一种再生墨盒,其特征在于,所述再生墨盒包括:墨盒本体、墨盒芯片和再生芯片;所述墨盒本体与所述墨盒芯片连接;所述再生芯片用于实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的控制方法。
