Description

一种支撑底座、电子设备及自拍设备 技术领域
本申请涉及支撑结构技术领域,特别是一种支撑底座、电子设备及自拍设备。
背景技术
为了满足电子设备小型化的需求,目前,现有技术中公开了一种新型折叠装置及其运用的风扇和台灯,其申请号为CN201910759824.X,该新型折叠装置在底座的底面设有收纳槽,伸缩机构可收纳于收纳槽中,以实现小型化。另外,现有技术中还公开了一种具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置及其折叠风扇,其申请号为CN201910759811.2,该具有伸缩和收纳功能的折叠装置在底座的表面设有收纳槽,伸缩机构可收纳于收纳槽中,以实现小型化。然而这两种方案的收纳槽是设置于底座的表面或底面的,灰尘容易掉入或粘附在收纳槽中,难以清理。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种支撑底座及电子设备,旨在解决相关技术中设置在底座的表面或底面的收纳槽容易积灰的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例所提供的支撑底座,用于支撑物件,其包括:底座,所述底座设有收纳部,所述底座的侧面设有开口,所述开口与所述收纳部连通;支撑机构,所述支撑机构滑动连接于所述收纳部;所述支撑机构能够可沿所述收纳部滑动,使得所述支撑机构的至少部分能够从所述开口伸出于所述底座以支撑所述物件,以及使得所述支撑机构的至少部分能够从所述开口缩进于所述收纳部以收纳于所述底座内。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述支撑机构包括支撑件以及连接件,所述支撑件的顶端用于支撑所述物件,所述支撑件与所述连接件连接,所述连接件能够在所述支撑件伸出于所述开口时相对所述底座转动,进而带动所述支撑件相对于所述底座转动而使得所述支撑件处于支撑状态。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述支撑机构还包括铰接件,所述支撑机构还包括铰接件,所述铰接件与所述支撑件的顶端连接,所述铰接件用于铰接所述物件;所述支撑件包括可伸缩支撑杆;所述支撑件可滑动收纳于所述连接件中。

进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述连接件为连接套筒,所述连接套筒的一端套设于所述支撑件外,所述连接套筒的另一端朝径向延伸形成有滑动部;所述收纳部为滑槽,所述滑动部滑动连接于所述滑槽,其中,所述滑动部的周面部分或全部为弧面,所述滑动部滑动至所述开口时能够相对所述底座转动以使连接套筒抵接于所述缺口。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述滑槽的两端还设有限位弧面,所述限位弧面与所述滑动部的弧面相适配。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述底座包括底板、与所述底板相对设置的盖板和连接于所述底板及所述盖板之间的侧板,所述收纳部位于所述底板与所述盖板之间,所述开口位于所述侧板上;所述收纳部包括位于所述底板与所述盖板之间的滑槽,所述支撑机构滑动连接于所述滑槽。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述盖板远离所述底板的表面还具有收纳槽,所述收纳槽用于收纳所述物件的至少部分及/或遥控器。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述底座还包括第一卡扣部,所述连接件远离所述支撑件的一侧包括第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部中的一个为卡槽,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部中的另一个为可收纳并卡合于所述卡槽的凸起,当所述支撑件处于支撑状态时,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部卡合。

第二方面,本申请还提供了一种支撑底座,用于支撑物件,其包括:底座,所述底座内设有滑槽,所述底座的侧面设有开口,所述开口与所述滑槽连通;所述底座上表面和/或下表面的边缘处设有缺口,且所述缺口与所述开口相连通;伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的顶端与铰接件连接,所述铰接件用于铰接所述物件;连接套筒,所述连接套筒的一端套设于所述伸缩杆外,另一端朝径向延伸形成有滑动部,所述滑动部滑动连接于所述滑槽,使得所述连接套筒可在收纳在所述滑槽中的收纳状态与至少部分伸出所述滑槽的伸出状态之间切换,所述滑动部的周面部分或全部为弧面,所述滑动部滑动至所述开口时能够相对所述底座转动以使连接套筒抵接于所述缺口。
第三方面,本申请还提供了一种电子设备,其包括:设备主体和支撑底座,所述支撑底座为第一方面所述的支撑底座,所述设备主体与所述支撑机构铰接,所述支撑机构收纳于所述底座内时,所述设备主体可叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面。
第四方面,本申请还提供了一种风扇,其包括:风扇主体和支撑底座,所述支撑底座为第一方面所述的支撑底座,所述风扇主体与所述支撑机构铰接,所述支撑机构收纳于所述底座内时,所述风扇主体可叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面。
第五方面,本申请还提供了一种自拍设备,其包括:夹具主体和支撑底座,所述支撑底座为第一方面所述的支撑底座,所述夹具主体与所述支撑机构铰接,所述支撑机构收纳于所述底座内时,所述夹具主体可叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面。
进一步地,所述夹具主体上设有夹持部,所述底座的上表面或下表面上设有凹槽,所述夹具主体叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面时,所述夹持部能够收纳于所述凹槽内。
进一步地,所述夹具主体的第一表面和与所述第一表面相反的第二表面上均设有补光灯。
进一步地,所述夹具主体通过扣合部与所述支撑机构铰接,所述夹具主体叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面时,所述扣合部扣合在所述开口上以封闭所述开口。
本申请的有益效果在于:本申请通过在底座内设置收纳部,将支撑机构活动连接于收纳部,在支撑时,支撑机构能够从收纳部中伸出以支撑物件,在收纳时,支撑机构能够缩进收纳部以收纳在底座内,由此,在支撑结构可收纳的同时,收纳部设置在底座内,灰尘无法进入,解决了积灰的问题。

第一实施例
参照图1至图7,其展示了本申请提供的支撑底座100的第一实施例。所述支撑底座100用于支撑物件,所述物件可以是小型的电子设备,例如,风扇、台灯、或音响等,还可以是小型的生活用品,例如,手机或平板支架、阅读支架或者镜子等。所述支撑底座100包括底座10以及支撑机构,所述底座10内设有收纳部60,所述底座10的侧面设有开口11,所述开口11与所述收纳部60连通;所述支撑机构活动连接于所述收纳部60,移动或转动所述支撑机构,所述支撑机构的至少部分能够从所述开口11伸出于所述底座10以支撑所 述物件,以及所述支撑机构的至少部分能够从所述开口11缩进于所述收纳部60以收纳于所述底座10内。
在具体实施中,所述底座10可以是矩形的或者是圆形的底座10,当然还可以是其他形状的底座10,只要所述底座10的侧面能够开口11即可。所述开口11与所述收纳部60连通,从而所述支撑机构能够从所述开口11伸出或缩进于所述收纳部60。其中,所述支撑机构与所述收纳部60活动连接的方式有多种,例如,转动连接,滚动连接或者滑动连接,具体地,所述支撑机构可设置滚轮,从而可在所述收纳部60上滚动以伸出或缩进收纳部60;或者所述收纳部60具有内螺纹,所述支撑机构设有外螺纹,两者螺合,旋转所述支撑机构可从所述收纳部60伸出或缩进;又或者所述支撑机构设置滑块,所述收纳部60设置导轨,所述支撑机构可在所述收纳部60上滑动以伸出或缩进所述收纳部60。通过实施本实施例,将所述收纳部60设置在底座10内,所述支撑机构可相对于所述收纳部60运动,所述支撑机构能够从所述收纳部60伸出于所述底座10以支撑物件,以及从所述收纳部60缩进以收纳于所述底座10内,由此,外部的灰尘无法进入到设置在底座10内部的收纳部60,从而解决了积灰的问题,且外观更加简洁和规整。
参照图1至图3,所述支撑机构包括支撑件20以及连接件40,所述支撑件20的顶端用于支撑所述物件,所述支撑件20与所述连接件40连接,所述连接件40能够在所述支撑件20伸出于所述开口11时相对所述底座10转动。具体地,所述连接件40一方面具有可相对于所述收纳部60运动的功能,另一方面具有可相对与所述底座10转动的功能。所述连接件40活动连接于所述收纳部60,通过转动、滚动或者滑动的方式相对所述收纳部60运动,例如,所述连接件40上设置有滚轮以实现滚动;或者所述连接件40上设置有内螺纹,所述收纳部60设置有外螺纹,与所述收纳部60螺合以实现转动;又或者所述连接件40上设置有滑块,所述收纳部60设置有导轨,滑块与滑轨匹配以实现滑动。所述连接件40可相对于所述底座10转动,例如,所述连接件40可设置有转轴或者软管,所述连接件40在伸出所述开口11时可实现转动。所述连接件40的方式有很多种,无论设置为何种形式,只要所述连接件40具备可相对于所述收纳部60运动的功能以及可相对与所述底座10转动的功能即可,本领域技术人员可根据实际需求设置。
参照图3,所述支撑机构还包括铰接件30,所述铰接件30与所述支撑件20的顶端连接,所述铰接件30用于铰接所述物件。所述物件通过所述铰接件30与所述支撑件20铰接,由此,所述物件在所述支撑机构收纳进所述收纳部60时,可相对所述底座10转动,从而收纳在所述底座10上,收纳更加一体化,产品体积更小。
参照图19或图20,所述支撑件20可以是支撑杆,还可以是伸缩杆。所述伸缩杆展开可以调整所述物件的支撑高度,所述伸缩杆在展开时可以自锁紧,以保证所述物品的支撑强度,且由于所述伸缩杆的伸缩特性,可以提高支撑的灵活性。具体地,可根据实际需求选择适用伸缩杆或者支撑杆,在此不作限定。
参照图4,所述开口11与所述底座10一表面的连接处设有缺口12。所述底座10的一表面可以是上表面也可以是下表面。若所述底座10的上表面与所述开口11的连接处设置所述缺口12,那么所述连接件40在伸出于所述开口11时,可相对所述底座10转动以抵接于所述缺口12;所述支撑机构收纳于所 述收纳部60时,所述物件可相对所述底座10转动部分抵接于所述缺口12,从而收纳于所述底座10的上表面。同理,若所述缺口12开设在所述底座10的下表面,那么所述物件则可收纳于所述底座10的下表面。所述缺口12为所述连接件40和所述物件提供转动容纳的空间,结构更加紧凑,一体化效果更佳。
参照图5和图6,所述支撑机构还包括锁紧套50,所述锁紧套50套设于所述连接件40,所述连接件40抵接于所述缺口12时,所述锁紧套50朝所述底座10运动(如旋转或滑动),所述锁紧套50抵接于所述底座10。具体地,所述锁紧套50设有内螺纹,所述连接件40设有为螺纹,所述锁紧套50与所述连接件40螺合,从而旋转所述锁紧套50可沿所述所述连接件40的轴线运动。在支撑物件时,所述连接件40抵接于所述缺口12,所述锁紧套50朝向所述底座10运动(如旋转或滑动),从而所述锁紧套50相对所述连接件40朝所述底座10运动,直到所述锁紧套50抵接至所述底座10,从而将所述连接件40与所述底座10相固定,保证所述支撑件20的稳定性,防止所述物件晃动。具体地,所述锁紧套50可以直接抵接于所述底座10的表面,也可在所述缺口12上设置凸缘,所述锁紧套50抵接至所述凸缘处,只要能够与所述底座10压紧,保持所述连接件40与所述底座10之间的稳固即可。
参照图5和图6,所述支撑机构还包括限位环51,所述限位环51套设于所述连接件40上且靠近所述支撑件20的一端。具体地,所述连接件40上靠近所述支撑件20的一端设有卡块或者卡槽,所述限位环51上设有相配合的卡口,所述卡口与所述卡块或者与所述卡槽相匹配以将所述限位环51套设于所述连接件40。当然可以理解的是,除了通过卡扣连接的方式将所述限位环51套设于所述连接件40,还可以采用螺纹连接的方式,在此不作限定。所述锁紧套50朝向所述支撑件20运动(如旋转或滑动),运动(如旋转或滑动)至与所述限位环51抵接,所述限位环51对所述锁紧套50进行限位,防止所述锁紧套50从所述连接件40上脱落。
参照图7,所述连接件40为连接套筒,所述连接套筒的一端套设于所述支撑件20,所述连接套筒的另一端朝两侧延伸形成有滑动部41;所述收纳部60为滑槽,所述滑动部41滑动连接于所述滑槽,其中,所述滑动部41的周面部分或全部为弧面,所述滑动部41滑动至所述开口11时能够相对所述底座10转动以使连接套筒抵接于所述缺口12。具体地,所述连接套筒的滑动部41为圆柱体,所述圆柱体的周面与所述连接套筒相垂直。沿所述滑槽两相对的侧壁上设有台阶,所述圆柱体两端的周面置于两侧的台阶上,从而所述滑动部41能够在所述滑槽内滑动。且由于所述滑动部41为圆柱体,所述滑动部41在所述滑槽上滑动至所述开口11时,利用所述圆柱体的周面,也即其弧面使其可以转动,进而所述连接套筒能够转动地抵接于所述缺口12。当然可以理解的是,所述滑动部41的周面还可以是部分弧面的,只要其弧面部分置于所述滑槽上且能够转动即可。
继续参照图7,所述滑槽的两端还设有限位弧面61,所述限位弧面61与所述滑动部41的弧面相适配。所述限位弧面61一方面是用于对所述滑动部41进行限位,防止所述连接套筒从所述开口11滑出;另有一方面是设置成弧面以与所述滑动部41的弧面相配合,在滑动至所述滑槽靠近所述开口11的一端时,所述滑动部41的弧面抵接至所述限位弧面61,所述滑动部41转动时,能够贴合所述限位弧面61转动,转动更加顺滑。
所述底座10还设有配重块,所述配重块用于增加所述底座10的重力,以提高所述底座10的支撑强度,以使所述支撑机构能够支撑重量较重的物件。
本申请提供的所述支撑底座100通过将所述收纳部60设置在底座10内,所述支撑机构可相对于所述收纳部60运动,所述支撑机构能够从所述收纳部60伸出于所述底座10以支撑物件,以及从所述收纳部60缩进以收纳于所述底座10内,由此,外部的灰尘无法进入到设置在底座10内部的收纳部60,从而解决了积灰的问题,且外观更加简洁和规整。
第二实施例
本申请第二实施例中所示支撑底座100与第一实施例中所示支撑底座100的结构相同的部分不再赘述,以下主要针对不同结构部分进行详细描述。
请参阅图8及图9,图8是本申请第二实施例支撑底座100的拆解状态示意图;图9是本申请第二实施例支撑底座100处于支撑状态时的剖面结构示意图。可以理解,各实施例中,所述底座10均包括底板14、与所述底板14相对设置的盖板15和连接于所述底板14及所述盖板15之间的侧板16,所述收纳部60位于所述底板14与所述盖板15之间,所述开口11位于所述侧板16上。其中,所述底座10通过简单的结构化设计,可以提升所述底座10的支撑的稳定性。并且,位于所述侧板的所述开口使得底座不易由上下表面进灰,便于打理且可避免进灰导致的支撑底座功能不稳定。
进一步地,可以理解,各实施例中,所述盖板15远离所述底板14的表面还具有收纳槽152,所述收纳槽152用于收纳所述物件的至少部分及/或遥控器。详细的,所述收纳槽152可以收纳所述物件,如小型的电子设备,也可以是小型的生活用品,如手机或平板支架、阅读支架、风扇、台灯或者镜子的至少部分等;当然,所述收纳槽152也可以是收纳所述物件的一部分,如风扇或者台灯的遥控器等较小的物件。可以理解,增加所述收纳槽152可以有效整理收纳所述物件,减少所述物件的遗失,提升用户体验感的同时,还可以提高所述支撑底座外观的美感。
进一步地,所述收纳部60包括位于所述底板14与所述盖板15之间的滑槽142,具有所述连接件40及支撑件20的所述支撑机构可以滑动连接于所述滑槽142。可以理解,所述滑槽142可设置于所述盖板15相对所述底板14的一侧,所述支撑机构收纳或伸出于所述收纳部60时,通过所述滑槽142与所述盖板15进行滑动连接;所述滑槽142还可设置于所述底板14相对所述盖板15的一侧;所述滑槽142还可以分别设置于所述底板14和所述盖板15相对所述收容部60的一侧。具体地,本实施例中,所述滑槽142设置于所述底板14相对所述盖板15的一侧。可以理解,所述支撑机构通过所述滑槽142可以较好地滑动,可降低所述支撑机构滑动的阻力,提升用户的体验感。
进一步地,所述收纳部60还包括设置于所述底板14上的卡槽141,当所述支撑件20处于支撑状态时,所述连接件40的底部抵接于所述卡槽141内。具体地,所述卡槽141可与所述开口11及所述收纳部60相连通。
可以理解,所述卡槽141的开口大小可完全容纳所述连接件40的底部,从而将所述连接件40的底部固定。本实施例中,所述卡槽141设置于所述滑槽142底部靠近所述开口11一端,且与所述开口11相连通;所述卡槽141的开口小于或等于所述滑槽142的开口。通过所述卡槽141,可以较好地固定和支撑所述连接件40,从而提升所述支撑底座100的支撑稳定性。
请参阅图10,图10是本申请第二实施例支撑底座100的连接件40的部分结构爆炸示意图。所述连接件40包括内套筒45及外套筒42,所述内套筒45用于套设于所述支撑件20外且可滑动收纳所述支撑件20,所述内套筒45还用于与所述滑槽142滑动连接,所述外套筒42套设于所述内套筒45外,所述外套筒42用于在所述支撑件20处于所述支撑状态时锁定所述支撑件20与所述底座10的相对位置。通过设置所述内套筒45,可以较好地保护所述支撑件20,提升所述支撑件20的寿命;通过所述外套筒42可以较好地固定所述支撑件20与所述底座10,提高所述支撑件20的支撑稳定性,从而提升所述支撑底座100的使用寿命和支撑稳定性。
可以理解,如图6所示,在一些实施例中,所述内套筒45的外表面可以具有第一螺纹结构(具体可如图6所示的连接件40的外表面的螺纹结构),所述外套筒42的内表面具有与所述第一螺纹结构配合的第二螺纹结构(具体可如图5所示的锁紧套50的内表面的螺纹结构),所述外套筒42用于通过所述第一螺纹结构及所述第二螺纹结构相对于所述内套筒45转动,从而抵接或脱离所述底座10,所述外套筒42抵接所述底座10时可锁定所述支撑件20与所述底座10的相对位置,所述外套筒42脱离所述底座10时使得所述支撑机构可绕所述底座10转动。可以理解,螺纹结构为较常见的转动结构,具有较好地实用效果,且使用稳定性较高,还可以降低生产成本。然而,本实施例中,所述外套筒42包括设置于远离所述内套筒45的外表面的第一锁定部421,所述底座10包括与所述第一锁定部421对应设置的第二锁定部17,所述第一锁定部421用于与所述第二锁定部17卡扣或滑动配合锁定所述支撑件20与所述底座10的相对位置。通过所述第一锁定部421和所述第二锁定部17的配合锁定,可提高所述支撑机构的支撑稳定性,从而提升所述支撑底座100的支撑稳定性。
具体地,本实施例中,所述第一锁定部421与所述第二锁定部17中的一个可以为滑块,所述第一锁定部421与所述第二锁定部17中的另一个为与所述滑块配合的滑槽。详细地,本实施例中,所述第一锁定部421为滑块,所述第二锁定部17为滑槽;可以理解,在另外一些实施例中,所述第一锁定部421可以为滑槽,所述第二锁定部17为滑块。可以理解,滑动配合锁定结构为较常见的锁固结构,锁定效果的稳定性较高,且成本低,可以有效降低生产成本,和提高所述支撑底座100的支撑稳定性。
进一步地,所述内套筒45包括第一套筒主体411,所述连接件40还包括弹性元件43及连接所述第一套筒主体411一端的限位套44,所述限位套44在所述支撑机构处于支撑状态时位于所述第一套筒主体411远离所述底座10的一端,所述外套筒42包括第二套筒主体422及连接所述第二套筒主体422的一端的第一限位端423,所述弹性元件43夹在所述限位套44与所述第一限位端423之间,所述弹性元件43用于通过所述第一限位端423驱动所述外套筒42朝向所述底座10的一侧运动,使得所述第一锁定部421滑入所述第二锁定部17中以与所述第二锁定部17锁定。详细地,所述弹性元件43可为弹簧但不限于上述。可以理解,所述弹性元件43可以通过自身弹力较好地驱动所述外套筒42与所述底座10的固定,使得操作更加便利、省力,提升用户体验感,同时降低各部件结构的磨损程度,进而提高产品的寿命。
进一步地,所述第一套筒主体411还包括第一卡扣部4510,所述限位套44包括与所述第一卡扣部4510配合的第二卡扣部441,所述第一卡扣部4510 与所述第二卡扣部441卡扣配合使得所述限位套44与所述第一套筒主体411连接。所述第一卡扣部4510与所述第二卡扣部441卡扣配合可以较好地固定所述限位套44与所述第一套筒主体411,提升所述连接件40的稳定性,进而提升所示支撑底座100的支撑稳定性。
进一步地,所述限位套44还包括侧壁结构442及设置于所述侧壁结构442远离所述第一套筒主体411一侧的第二限位端4421,所述第二限位端4421用于抵接限位所述外套筒42在所述支撑机构处于支撑状态时远离所述底座10的一端。可以理解,所述第二限位端4421可以较好地限制所述外套筒42的位置,避免了所述外套筒42有较大的位置移动,从而影响所述外套筒42与所述底座10的固定效果,进而影响所述连接件40的稳定性。
请参阅图11,图11是图10所示连接件40的部分结构示意图。所述外套筒42还包括位于内表面的第一限位件424,所述限位套44还包括位于外表面且与所述第一限位件424配合的第二限位件443,所述第一限位件424与所述第二限位件443滑动配合;所述第一限位件424与所述第二限位件443中一个为滑槽,所述第一限位件424与所述第二限位件443中另外一个为条形凸起。具体地,本实施例中,所述第一限位件424为滑槽,所述第二限位件443为条形凸起;可以理解,在另外一些实施例中,所述第一限位件424为条形凸起,所述第二限位件443为滑槽。详细地,本实施例中所述第一限位件424及所述第二限位件443均为两个;可以理解,在其他实施例中所述第一限位件424及所述第二限位件443的相互对应的数量可为一个或多个。可以理解,通过所述第一限位件424与所述第二限位件443的滑动配合,可以进一步地起到固定所述外套筒42和所述限位套44的作用,降低所述外套筒42和所述限位套44的相对转动,从而提升所述连接件40的稳定性,进而较好地确保所述支撑机构的支撑稳定性。
进一步地,在一些实施例中,所述收纳部60包括设置于所述底板14上的卡槽141,所述内套筒45还包括连接所述第一套筒主体411的第一卡扣端4511,当所述支撑件20处于所述支撑状态时,所述第一卡扣端4511收纳于所述卡槽141内。通过所述卡槽141与所述第一卡扣端4511的扣合,可以较好地固定和支撑所述连接件20,从而提升所述支撑底座100的支撑稳定性。
第三实施例
本申请第三实施例中所示支撑底座100与前两个实施例中所示支撑底座100的结构相同的部分不再赘述,以下主要针对不同的结构部分进行描述。
请参阅图12,图12是本申请第三实施例支撑底座处于支撑状态时的剖面结构示意图。本实施例中,所述连接件40包括套体46、转动端47及位于所述套体46与所述转动端47之间的弹性元件43,所述套体46与所述底座10转动连接,所述套体46套设于所述支撑件20外且使得所述支撑件20可相对所述套体46滑动,所述转动端47设置于所述支撑件20远离所述物件的一端,所述底座10包括底板14,所述收纳部60位于所述底板14邻近所述支撑件20的一侧,当所述支撑件20处于所述支撑状态时,所述转动端47位于所述套体46与所述底板14之间,且所述弹性元件43被压缩以抵压所述套体46及所述转动端47,使得所述转动端47远离所述支撑件20的一侧抵接所述底板14;当所述支撑机构相对于所述底座10转动使得所述支撑件20的延伸方向与所述收纳部60的延伸方向相同,所述弹性元件43可释放弹力以驱动所述转动端47带动所述支撑件20滑入所述收纳部60中。通过利用所述弹性件43的弹性, 可以较好地将所述支撑件20压缩进入所述收纳部60,降低用户所使用的外力,提升用户的体验感;同时在述支撑件20处于所述支撑状态时能够利用所述弹性件43的弹性,更好地支撑所述支撑件20,进而提升所述支撑底座100的稳定性。
请参阅图13及图14,图13是本申请第三实施例支撑底座100的部分结构示意图;图14是图13所示支撑底座100的爆炸结构示意图。所述套体46与所述底座10转动连接,所述底座10还包括连接于所述底板14邻近所述支撑件20一侧的两个延伸部18,所述两个延伸部18邻近所述开口11且相对设置,所述套体46的两端分别与所述两个延伸部18转动连接。具体地,所述套体46上具有两个第一枢接部,所述延伸部18上具有与第一枢接部对应的第二枢接部,通过所述第一枢接部与所述第二枢接部配合可将所述套体46与所述延伸部18转动连接,其中,可以通过设置在套体46外侧的枢轴伸入所述延伸部18的枢孔中实现上述转动连接,也可以通过另一枢轴穿过所述套体46及所述延伸部18以实现上述转动连接;所述弹性元件43可以为套设于所述支撑件20外围的弹簧但并不限于上述;所述套体46包括具有开口的基板部461及连接于所述基板部461边缘且环设的侧壁部462,所述弹簧位于所述基板部461与所述转动端47之间,且所述弹簧邻近所述基板部461的一端可以位于所述基板部461与所述侧壁部462围成的收纳空间中,另外,所述支撑底座100处于支撑状态时,所述弹簧也可以基本上全部容置所述基板部461与所述侧壁部462围成的收纳空间中,此时,所述套体可以与所述转动端47接触,使得所述弹性元件43被完全隐藏。可以理解,通过设置两个所述延伸部18,可以更好地固定所述套体46,从而提升所述支撑件20的支撑稳定性,进而提升所述支撑底座100的稳定性。通过所述基板部461与所述侧壁部462收纳所述弹性元件43,也可以使得弹簧可被隐藏,支撑底座100的外表较为美观。然而,在一些变更实施例中,所述支撑底座100处于支撑状态时,所述弹性元件43也可以外露于所述套体46外,此时,所述弹性元件43外表面可以电镀金属涂层或树脂涂层,起到保护及外表美观等作用。
进一步地,所述转动端47包括转动主体470及设置于所述转动主体470远离所述支撑件20一侧的第二卡扣端471,所述收纳部60包括设置于所述底板14上的卡槽141,当所述支撑件20处于所述支撑状态时,所述第二卡扣端471收纳于所述卡槽141内。可以理解,通过所述卡槽141与所述第二卡扣端471的相互卡扣配合,使得所述转动端47更好地固定于所述底座10,从而提高所述支撑件20的支撑稳定性,进而提高所述支撑底座100的稳定性。
第四实施例
本申请第四实施例中所示支撑底座100与前两个实施例中所示支撑底座100的结构相同的部分不再赘述,以下主要针对不同的结构部分进行描述。
请参阅图15-图16,图15是本申请第四实施例支撑底座100处于支撑状态时的剖面结构示意图;图16是本申请第四实施例支撑底座100的部分立体结构示意图。本实施例中,所述套体46与所述底座10滑动连接,所述底座10还包括连接所述底板14邻近所述支撑件20一侧的第一延伸部19a,所述两个第一延伸部19a相对设置,所述收纳部60位于所述两个第一延伸部19a之间,所述第一延伸部19a包括邻近所述开口11的第一部分19b、与所述第一部分19b连接的第二部分19c及位于所述第一部分19b远离所述第二部分19c一端的第三部分19d,所述第二部分19c及所述第三部分19d的高度高于所述 第一部分19b使得所述第二部分19c、所述第一部分19b及所述第三部分19d围成第一缺口部,所述套体46包括套设于所述支撑件20外围的主体460及连接于所述主体460两侧的延伸轴463,所述延伸轴463滑动连接于所述第一缺口部,且所述延伸轴463可相对于所述第三部分19d转动;当所述支撑底座100处于所述支撑状态时,所述延伸轴463抵接于所述第三部分19d;当所述支撑机构相对于所述底座10转动、所述延伸轴463相对于所述第三部分19d转动,使得所述支撑件20的延伸方向与所述收纳部60的延伸方向相同,所述弹性元件43可释放弹力以驱动所述转动端47带动所述支撑件20滑入所述收纳部60中,所述延伸轴463可沿所述第一缺口部滑动使得所述套体46滑入所述收纳部60,且所述延伸轴463可抵接所述第二部分19c。详细的,所述第一部分19b分别与所述第二部分19c及所述第三部分19d连接的结构可以设置一定弧度,以便所述延伸轴463可更好地沿所述第一缺口部滑动;可以理解,所述第一部分19b分别与所述第二部分19c及所述第三部分19d连接的结构还可以为其他的具有一定角度的结构形状。通过所述第一延伸部19a的对称设置,使得所述支撑件20在伸出或收纳于所述收纳部60时滑动更加快速且平稳;通过所述第一缺口部的结构化设计,可较好地降低所述套体46与所述底座10之间的磨损,增加产品的使用寿命;另外通过所述套体46的结构设计,在更好地保护所述套体46内部的部件的同时,也使得产品外形更加美观。
具体地,所述底板14上还可设置有一条形凸起142,所述转动端47底部设置有一卡槽472,所述凸起472与所述卡槽142可相互匹配扣合。可以理解,在其他实施例中,如第三实施例,也可以为所述底板14上设置卡槽141,所述转动端47的底部设置凸起471,所述凸起471与所述卡槽141可相互匹配扣合。当所述支撑件20处于支撑状态时,所述连接件40的底部(即所述凸起471)抵接于所述卡槽141内。
请参阅图17,图17是本申请第四实施例支撑底座100的底座10的盖板15的反面示意图。所述底座10还包括盖板15及连接所述盖板15邻近所述底板14一侧的第二延伸部19e;所述盖板15可与所述底板14相对设置,所述收纳部60位于所述盖板15与所述底板14之间且邻近所述支撑件20的一侧;所述两个第二延伸部19e相对设置,所述收纳部60位于所述两个第二延伸部19e之间,所述第二延伸部19e包括邻近所述开口11的第四部分19f、与所述第四部分19f连接的第五部分19g及位于所述第四部分19f远离所述第五部分19g一端的第六部分19h,所述第五部分19e及所述第六部分19h的高度高于所述第四部分19f使得所述第五部分19g、所述第四部分19f及所述第六部分19h围成第二缺口部,所述第二缺口部与所述第一缺口部相对设置,所述延伸轴463也滑动连接于所述第二缺口部,且所述延伸轴463可相对于所述第六部分19h转动;当所述支撑底座100处于所述支撑状态时,所述延伸轴463也抵接于所述第六部分19h;当所述支撑机构相对于所述底座10转动、所述延伸轴463相对于所述第六部分19h转动,使得所述支撑件20的延伸方向与所述收纳部60的延伸方向相同,所述弹性元件43可释放弹力以驱动所述转动端47带动所述支撑件20滑入所述收纳部60中,所述延伸轴463可沿所述第二缺口部滑动使得所述套体46滑入所述收纳部60,且所述延伸轴463可抵接所述第五部分19g。详细的,所述第四部分19f分别与所述第五部分19g及所述第六部分19h连接的结构可以设置一定弧度,以便所述延伸轴463可更好地沿所述第二缺口部滑动;可以理解,所述第四部分19f分别与所述第五部分19g 及所述第六部分19h连接的结构还可以为其他的具有一定角度的结构形状。通过在所述底座10的所述盖板15上设置与所述第一延伸部19a相对应的所述第二延伸部19e,可以更好地保护所述套体46等内部结构外,还可确保所述支撑件20在伸出或收纳于所述收纳部60时滑动更加快速且平稳,提升用户的体验感。
综上所述,所述第二至第四实施例中,所述底座10包括第一卡扣部(如141、142),所述连接件40远离所述支撑件20的一侧包括第二卡扣部(如4511、471、472),所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部中的一个为卡槽(如141、472),所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部中的另一个为可收纳并卡合于所述卡槽(如141、472)的凸起(如4511、471、142),当所述支撑件20处于支撑状态时,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部卡合,使得所述支撑机构可以稳固地支撑所述物件。
参照图1至图17,本申请实施例还提供了一种支撑底座100,用于支撑物件。所述支撑底座100包括:底座10、伸缩杆以及连接套筒,所述底座10内设有滑槽,所述底座10的侧面设有开口11,所述开口11与所述滑槽连通,所述开口11与所述底座10一表面的连接处设有缺口12;所述伸缩杆的顶端与铰接件30连接,所述铰接件30用于铰接所述物件;所述连接套筒的一端套设于所述伸缩杆,另一端朝两侧延伸形成有滑动部41,所述滑动部41滑动连接于所述滑槽,使得所述连接套筒可在收纳在所述滑槽中的收纳状态与至少部分伸出所述滑槽的伸出状态之间切换,所述滑动部41的周面部分或全部为弧面。
通过实施本实施例,将所述滑槽设置于所述底座10内,所述连接套筒的滑动部41滑动连接于所述滑槽,支撑时,所述连接套筒能够从所述滑槽伸出,且相对于所述底座10转动抵接于设置在底座10上的缺口12,套设在所述连接套筒的伸缩杆即可支撑物件;收纳时,所述连接套筒能够缩进所述滑槽以收纳于所述底座10内。
请参阅图18a-图20,本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,其包括:设备主体和支撑底座100,所述支撑底座100为上述任意一种实施例所述的支撑底座100,所述设备主体与所述支撑机构铰接,以使所述设备主体能够收纳于所述底座10上。其中,所述电子设备为小型的用电设备,例如为风扇、台灯、音响、可照明或补光化妆镜、可照明或补光的手机或平板支架、阅读支架等。
在一实施例中,参照图18a、18b和图19,所述电子设备可以为风扇,所述风扇包括风扇主体200和支撑底座100,所述风扇主体200与所述支撑机构铰接,所述支撑机构收纳于所述底座10内时,所述风扇主体200可叠置于所述底座10的上表面或下表面。具体地,所述风扇主体200可独立出风,所述风扇主体200可以是涡轮风扇,也可以是无叶风扇,在此不做限定。所述风扇主体200与所述铰接件30铰接,由此,所述风扇主体200在所述支撑机构收纳于所述收纳部60时,能够相对所述底座10转动,从而折叠在所述底座10上,与所述底座10一体,收纳更加方便,外形整洁美观,携带方便。且所述风扇主体200与所述铰接件30铰接,还可转动以调节出风方向,灵活性高。如图15a和图15b所示,本实施例中的所述缺口12设置在所述底座10的上表面和下表面,且均与所述开口11连通,由此,所述风扇主体200在叠置于所述底座10时,可叠置于所述底座10的上表面或下表面。
在一实施例中,参照图20至图22,所述电子设备还可以为自拍设备,如 可以是直播或拍摄用的可夹持手机、平板电脑、相机、摄像头等的自拍支架,具体地,所述自拍设备包括夹具主体300和支撑底座100,所述支撑底座100可以采用上述任意一实施例所述的支撑底座100,所述夹具主体300与所述支撑机构铰接,所述支撑底座100的支撑机构收纳于所述底座10内时,所述夹具主体300可叠置于所述底座10的上表面或下表面。具体地,所述夹具主体300上设置有夹持部301,所述夹持部301用于夹持手机或其他电子设备,所述底座10上还设置有容纳所述夹持部301的凹槽13或152,所述夹具主体300收纳于所述底座10上时,所述夹持部301收纳于所述凹槽13或152内。所述夹具主体300还设置有扣合部,所述夹具主体300通过所述扣合部与所述铰接件30铰接,由此,所述夹具主体300在所述支撑机构收纳于所述收纳部60时,能够相对所述底座10转动,从而折叠在所述底座10上,与所述底座10一体,收纳更加方便,外形整洁美观,携带方便,且所述扣合部302在所述夹具主体300转动收纳于所述底座10上时,所述扣合部302扣合在所述底座10的缺口12,由此,通过所述扣合部302扣合在所述缺口12,可以封闭所述缺口12,防止灰尘进入,提高密封性。在本实施例中,所述夹具主体300的第一表面和与所述第一表面相反的第二表面上均设有补光灯303,所述补光灯303用于在手机启动自拍时进行补光。
在其他实施例中,所述电子设备还可以是直播装置、云台、音响设备以及投影设备等,所述电子设备的类型有多种,在此不一一赘述,无论是何种电子设备,其适用于本实施例的所述支撑底座100,均落入本申请的保护范围。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备通过在底座10内设置收纳部60,将支撑机构活动连接于收纳部60,在支撑时,支撑机构能够从收纳部60中伸出以支撑设备主体,在收纳时,支撑机构能够缩进收纳部60以收纳在底座10内,由此,在支撑结构可收纳的同时,收纳部60设置在底座10内,灰尘无法进入,解决了积灰的问题。
应当理解的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制,对本领域技术人员来说,可以对上述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而所有这些修改和替换,都应属于本申请所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种支撑底座,用于支撑物件,其特征在于,包括:
    底座,所述底座设有收纳部,所述底座的侧面设有开口,所述开口与所述收纳部连通;
    支撑机构,所述支撑机构滑动连接于所述收纳部;所述支撑机构能够可沿所述收纳部滑动,使得所述支撑机构的至少部分能够从所述开口伸出于所述底座以支撑所述物件,以及使得所述支撑机构的至少部分能够从所述开口缩进于所述收纳部以收纳于所述底座内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述支撑机构包括支撑件以及连接件,所述支撑件的顶端用于支撑所述物件,所述支撑件与所述连接件连接,所述连接件能够在所述支撑件伸出于所述开口时相对所述底座转动,进而带动所述支撑件相对于所述底座转动而使得所述支撑件处于支撑状态。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述底座上表面和/或下表面的边缘处设有缺口,且所述缺口与所述开口相连通;所述连接件在伸出所述开口后可转动抵接于所述缺口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述支撑机构还包括锁紧套,所述锁紧套套设于所述连接件,所述连接件抵接于所述缺口时,所述锁紧套可朝向所述底座运动至所述锁紧套抵紧所述底座。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述支撑机构还包括限位环,所述限位环套设于所述连接件上且靠近所述支撑件的一端,所述锁紧套可背离所述底座运动至所述锁紧套抵紧所述限位环。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一项所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述连接件为连接套筒,所述连接套筒的一端套设于所述支撑件外,所述连接套筒的另一端朝径向延伸形成有滑动部;所述收纳部为滑槽,所述滑动部滑动连接于所述滑槽,其中,所述滑动部的周面部分或全部为弧面,所述滑动部滑动至所述开口时能够相对所述底座转动以使连接套筒抵接于所述缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述底座包括底板、与所述底板相对设置的盖板和连接于所述底板及所述盖板之间的侧板,所述收纳部位于所述底板与所述盖板之间,所述开口位于所述侧板上;所述收纳部包括位于所述底板与所述盖板之间的滑槽,所述支撑机构滑动连接于所述滑槽。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述连接件包括内套筒及外套筒,所述内套筒用于套设于所述支撑件外且可滑动收纳所述支撑件,所述内套筒还用于与所述收纳部滑动连接,所述外套筒套设于所述内套筒外,所述外套筒用于在所述支撑件处于所述支撑状态时锁定所述支撑件与所述底座的相对位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述内套筒的外表面具有第一螺纹结构,所述外套筒的内表面具有与所述第一螺纹结构配合的第二螺纹结构,所述外套筒用于通过所述第一螺纹结构及所述第二螺纹结构相对于所述内套筒转动,从而抵接或脱离所述底座,所述外套筒抵接所述底座时可锁定所述支撑件与所述底座的相对位置,所述外套筒脱离所述底座时使得所述支撑机构可绕所述底座转动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述外套筒包括设置于远离所述内套筒的外表面的第一锁定部,所述底座包括与所述第一锁定部对 应设置的第二锁定部,所述第一锁定部用于与所述第二锁定部卡扣或滑动配合锁定所述支撑件与所述底座的相对位置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述内套筒包括第一套筒主体,所述连接件还包括弹性元件及连接所述第一套筒主体一端的限位套,所述限位套在所述支撑机构处于支撑状态时位于所述第一套筒主体远离所述底座的一端,所述外套筒包括第二套筒主体及连接所述第二套筒主体的一端的第一限位端,所述弹性元件夹在所述限位套与所述第一限位端之间,所述弹性元件用于通过所述第一限位端驱动所述外套筒朝向所述底座的一侧运动,使得所述第一锁定部滑入所述第二锁定部中以与所述第二锁定部锁定。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述限位套还包括侧壁结构及设置于所述侧壁结构远离所述第一套筒主体一侧的第二限位端,所述第二限位端用于抵接限位所述外套筒在所述支撑机构处于支撑状态时远离所述底座的一端;所述外套筒还包括位于内表面的第一限位件,所述限位套还包括位于外表面且与所述第一限位件配合的第二限位件,所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件滑动配合;所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件中一个为滑槽,所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件中另外一个为条形凸起。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述连接件包括套体、转动端及位于所述套体与所述转动端之间的弹性元件,所述套体与所述底座转动连接或滑动连接,所述套体套设于所述支撑件外且使得所述支撑件可相对所述套体滑动,所述转动端设置于所述支撑件远离所述物件的一端,所述底座包括底板,所述收纳部位于所述底板邻近所述支撑件的一侧,当所述支撑件处于所述支撑状态时,所述转动端位于所述套体与所述底板之间,且所述弹性元件被压缩以抵压所述套体及所述转动端,使得所述转动端远离所述支撑件的一侧抵接所述底板;当所述支撑机构相对于所述底座转动使得所述支撑件的延伸方向与所述收纳部的延伸方向相同,所述弹性元件可释放弹力以驱动所述转动端带动所述支撑件滑入所述收纳部中。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述套体与所述底座滑动连接,所述底座还包括连接所述底板邻近所述支撑件一侧的第一延伸部,所述两个第一延伸部相对设置,所述收纳部位于所述两个第一延伸部之间,所述延伸部包括邻近所述开口的第一部分、与所述第一部分连接的第二部分及位于所述第一部分远离所述第二部分一端的第三部分,所述第二部分及所述第三部分的高度高于所述第一部分使得所述第二部分、所述第一部分及所述第三部分围成第一缺口部,所述套体包括套设于所述支撑件外围的主体及连接于所述主体两侧的延伸轴,所述延伸轴滑动连接于所述第一缺口部,且所述延伸轴可相对于所述第三部分转动,
    当所述支撑底座处于所述支撑状态时,所述延伸轴抵接于所述第三部分,
    当所述支撑机构相对于所述底座转动、所述延伸轴相对于所述第三部分转动,使得所述支撑件的延伸方向与所述收纳部的延伸方向相同,所述弹性元件可释放弹力以驱动所述转动端带动所述支撑件滑入所述收纳部中,所述延伸轴可沿所述第一缺口部滑动使得所述套体滑入所述收纳部,且所述延伸轴可抵接所述第二部分。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述弹性元件为套设于所述支撑件外围的弹簧;所述套体包括具有开口的基板部及连接于所述基板部边缘且环设的侧壁部,所述弹簧位于所述基板部与所述转动端之间,且所述 弹簧邻近所述基板部的一端位与所述基板部与所述侧壁部围成的收纳空间中。
  16. 根据权利要求2所述的支撑底座,其特征在于,所述底座还包括第一卡扣部,所述连接件远离所述支撑件的一侧包括第二卡扣部,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部中的一个为卡槽,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部中的另一个为可收纳并卡合于所述卡槽的凸起,当所述支撑件处于支撑状态时,所述第一卡扣部与所述第二卡扣部卡合。
  17. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:设备主体和支撑底座,所述支撑底座为权利要求1-16任一项所述的支撑底座,所述设备主体与所述支撑机构铰接,所述支撑机构收纳于所述底座内时,所述设备主体可叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面。
  18. 一种自拍设备,其特征在于,包括:夹具主体和支撑底座,所述支撑底座为权利要求1-16任一项所述的支撑底座,所述夹具主体与所述支撑机构铰接,所述支撑机构收纳于所述底座内时,所述夹具主体可叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面。
  19. 根据根据权利要求18所述的自拍设备,其特征在于,所述夹具主体上设有夹持部,所述底座的上表面或下表面上设有凹槽,所述夹具主体叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面时,所述夹持部的至少部分能够收纳于所述凹槽内。
  20. 根据根据权利要求18所述的自拍设备,其特征在于,所述夹具主体通过扣合部与所述支撑机构铰接,所述夹具主体叠置于所述底座的上表面或下表面时,所述扣合部扣合在所述开口上以封闭所述开口。
