随着智能移动设备的发展,手持云台已经成为许多用户的常用产品,其作为移动终端(例如手机或相机)的载体可为电子设备提供稳定的拍摄条件。现有的云台通过数据接口与移动终端连接,连接不稳定,在使用过程中,移动终端容易掉落;此外,产生的晃动会导致云台与移动终端连接不良。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种云台支架和云台组件,能使得移动终端和云台连接稳定。

优选的,固定结构134可以为设置在卡接槽103内壁上的突起,在云台200上设有与该突起配合的凹槽,云台200卡接在卡接槽103内时,该突起和凹槽配合连接,从而将云台200固定。当需要将云台200从卡接槽103中退出时,用力扳动云台200即可,故通过突起和凹槽配合还有便于云台200的拆卸的效果。固定结构134可以为多个。

本实施例中,可拆卸连接的具体方式可以采用合适的可行结构,例如,主接触片114上设有魔术贴,可以将主接触片114粘贴在主卡接部114上;或者主接触片114上设有卡扣等结构,可与主卡接部114扣接;或者在主卡接部114上开设有安装槽,主接触片114可卡接在该安装槽内。副接触片123与主接触片114类似,参照即可。可拆卸的设计便于更换,提高使用寿命。
可以理解的,主接触片114和主卡接部112,副接触片123和副卡接部122之间也可以 为不可拆卸结构。
一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,所述主体件11还包括主体部111,所述主卡接部112连接在所述主体部111的一端,并相对所述主体部111突出。所述副卡接部122连接在所述主体部111远离所述主卡接部112的一端,并相对所述主体部111沿与所述主卡接部112的同侧方向突出。
本实施例中,主卡接部112和副卡接部122相对主体部111朝向同一侧突出,使得主卡接部112和副卡接部122之间形成可以容纳移动终端300的空间。
进一步的,主体部111包括一平面,该平面为主卡接部112突出的方向的表面,当移动终端300固定在主卡接部112和副卡接部122之间的空间时,移动终端300还可以贴靠在该平面上,以加强固定效果。
一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,所述主卡接部112上远离所述主体部111的一端设有限位部113,所述限位部113相对所述主卡接部112朝向所述副卡接部122突出。设置限位部113,使得移动终端300不易滑落,提高固定效果。
一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,所述云台支架100还包括伸缩部121,所述伸缩部121连接在所述主体部111远离所述主卡接部112的一端,所述副卡接部122连接在所述伸缩部121上。所述伸缩部121可相对所述主体部111沿直线往复移动,以调节所述主卡接部112和所述副卡接部122的间隔距离。
本实施例中,通过设置伸缩部121,伸缩部121的直线往复移动,带动副卡接部122移动,使得主卡接部112和副卡接部122的间隔距离可调,从而可以适应于不同尺寸的移动终端300,提高了云台支架100的适用范围。
优选的,所述主体部111上沿所述副卡接部122向所述主卡接部112的方向开设有连接孔(图中未示出),所述伸缩部121为连接杆,所述连接杆滑动连接在所述连接孔内。
优选的,连接孔和连接杆为多个。
可以理解的,伸缩部121的结构还可以有其他可行的实施例,并不限于此。

一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,并结合图6和图7,所述第二连接件13包括卡接槽103,所述卡接槽103的开口方向与所述主卡接部112相对所述主体部111突出的方向相同,所述卡接槽103用于卡接所述云台200。
通过卡接槽103卡接云台200,结构简单,成本低。卡接槽103的开口方向与主卡接部112的突出方向相同,使得云台支架100在同一侧固定移动终端300和云台200,便于移动终端300和云台200的电连接,且整体结构紧凑。
进一步的,请参考图1和图2,并结合图6,所述卡接槽103内设有固定结构134,所述固定结构134用于与所述云台200配合,以将所述云台200固定在所述卡接槽103内。
优选的,固定结构134可以为设置在卡接槽103内壁上的突起,在云台200上设有与该突起配合的凹槽,云台200卡接在卡接槽103内时,该突起和凹槽配合连接,从而将云 台200固定。当需要将云台200从卡接槽103中退出时,用力扳动云台200即可,故通过突起和凹槽配合还有便于云台200的拆卸的效果。固定结构134可以为多个。
当然,固定结构134还可以有其他可行的实施例。
一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,并结合图3,所述第二连接件13包括依次连接的连接部131、跨接部132和扣接部133,所述连接部131与所述主体部111转动连接,所述连接部131、所述跨接部132和所述扣接部133共同围合形成所述卡接槽103。
本实施例中,通过连接部131与主体部111转动连接,使得第二连接件13可以转动,使得云台支架100可折叠,便于收纳和包装。连接部131与主体部111的转动连接方式可以采用铰链、孔轴连接等方式。连接部131、跨接部132和扣接部133可以一体成型,也可以为三块厚度基本相同的板材。卡接槽103的开口处的宽度比底部的宽度更大,以使云台200可以卡入卡接槽103内。
其他实施例中,第二连接件13也可以通过其他合适的结构来固定云台200,例如在另一种实施例中,云台200上设置有卡口,第二连接件13对应设置有与所述卡口配合连接的装置,以将第二连接件13与云台200连接在一起;或者云台200上设置有螺纹孔,第二连接件13对应设置有通孔,通过螺钉将云台200将第二连接件13与云台200连接在一起。可以理解,本实施例仅为示例性说明,在此不作限定。
进一步地,第二连接件13的转动方式不限于附图所示的实施例。例如,第二连接件13可以设置在主体件11的任何合适的一端,例如上端、下端、左端、右端或者其他合适的位置,只要能够满足第二连接件13可以相对主体件11转动,使得云台支架100可折叠。
其他实施例中,第二连接件13与主体件11的连接方式可以为非转动的其他方式,例如滑动连接,如可在主体件11上设滑槽,第二连接件13可在该滑槽内滑动;或者摆动连接等。
进一步的,所述扣接部133与所述连接部131的间隔距离可调,以使所述卡接槽103的宽度可变。通过设置卡接槽103的宽度可变,可以适应不同尺寸的云台200。
具体而言,连接部131和扣接部133相对设置,可在跨接部102上设伸缩结构与连接部131或扣接部133连接,通过调节伸缩结构的运动调节扣接部133和连接部131的间隔距离。
进一步的,请参考图1和图2,所述主体部111上与所述连接部131相背的一侧设有第一卡紧部115,所述扣接部133上设有第二卡紧部(图中未示出)。结合图3和图4,所述第二连接件13转动至所述第一卡紧部115和所述第二卡紧部连接,以将所述云台支架100折叠固定。
优选的,第一卡紧部115和第二卡紧部为卡扣或磁铁,通过卡扣或磁力连接将第二连接件13折叠固定在主体部111上,结构简单。一种实施例中,请参考图3和图4,所述云台支架100上还设有外接结构14,所述外接结构14用于连接配件。通过设置外接结构14扩展了云台支架100的功能。
优选的,所述外接结构14设于所述主卡接部112之背向所述副卡接部122的表面。当然,外接结构14还可以设置于主体件11的其他位置,如主体部111背向移动终端的表面等,不作过多限定。
优选的,所述外接结构14为螺纹孔、冷靴插槽或铰接部的任意一种或多种。螺纹孔可以与三脚架连接。冷靴插槽用于连接固定闪光灯。铰接部可以连接固定运动相机。也就是说,本实施例的云台支架100还可以外接三脚架、闪光灯或运动相机等配件。
请参考图5至图7,本申请实施例还提供了一种云台组件1000,包括云台200和前述实施例中的云台支架100(请参考图1和图2),所述云台200固定在所述云台支架100上。
本实施例中,通过云台支架100连接固定云台200,可以稳定的固定云台200,使得与移动终端300连接固定时,移动终端300和云台200被稳定的固定,不易掉落,可提高拍摄效果。
一种实施例中,所述云台200包括机身210、电连接件211和拍摄装置220,所述机身210固定在所述云台支架100上,所述拍摄装置220转动连接在所述机身210上,所述电连接件211用于电连接至移动终端300,以使所述移动终端300通过所述电连接件211控制所述拍摄装置220进行拍摄。
优选的,所述电连接件211设置在所述机身210上,并相对所述机身210可伸缩,使用时所述电连接件211伸出而与所述移动终端300连接,不使用时所述电连接件211可缩回所述机身210内而便于收纳。
请参考图5至图7,本申请另一种实施例还提供了一种云台组件1000,包括移动终端300和本申请实施例提供的云台支架100(请参考图1和图2),所述移动终端300固定在所述云台支架100上。
本实施例中,通过云台支架100连接固定移动终端300,可以稳定的固定移动终端300,使得与云台200连接固定时,移动终端300和云台200被稳定的固定,不易掉落,可提高拍摄效果。
请参考图5至图7,本申请另一种实施例还提供了一种云台组件1000,包括云台200、移动终端300和本申请实施例提供的云台支架100(请参考图1和图2),所述移动终端300和所述云台200固定在所述云台支架100上。
本实施例中,通过云台支架100连接固定云台200和移动终端300,使得移动终端300和云台200被稳定的固定,不易掉落,可提高拍摄效果。
一种实施例中,所述云台200包括机身210、电连接件211和拍摄装置220,所述机身210固定在所述云台支架100上,所述拍摄装置220转动连接在所述机身210上;所述移动终端300上设有数据接口,所述电连接件211连接至所述数据接口,以使所述移动终端300通过所述电连接件211控制所述拍摄装置220进行拍摄。该数据接口可以为Micro USB接口、USB Type C接口、Lightning接口、耳机接口等。该电连接件211的端部设有数据接头212,数据接头212用于插入数据接口内,使得云台200和移动终端300实现电连接。
优选的,所述电连接件211设置在所述机身210上,并相对所述机身210可伸缩,使用时所述电连接件211伸出而与所述移动终端300连接,不使用时所述电连接件211可缩回所述机身210内而便于收纳。
请参考图1和图2,并结合图3和图4,本申请实施例还提供了另一种云台支架100,包括主体件11和第一连接件12,所述第一连接件12连接在所述主体件11上,用于固定移动终端300(请参考图6和图7);还包括第二连接件13,所述第二连接件13连接在所述主体件11上,用于套接固定云台200(请参考图5,图5中示出了云台200,但省略了云台支架100,可结合图6和图7一并阅读)。
本实施例中,通过主体件11和第一连接件12固定移动终端300,第二连接件13固定云台200,从而将移动终端300和云台200进行稳定的固定,使得云台200使用时移动终端300不易产生晃动,移动终端300不易掉落,能提高云台200和移动终端300的连接效果,第二连接件13套接云台200,结构简单,成本低。
本实施例中,第二连接件13可以固定在主体件11上,例如第二连接件13与主体件11一体成型,或者第二连接件13通过螺钉等连接固定在主体件11上。本实施例的云台支架100也可实现固定云台200和移动终端300的功能。
一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,并结合图3和图4,以及图6和图7,所述第二连接件13包括卡接槽103,所述卡接槽103用于卡接所述云台200。通过卡接槽103卡接云台200,结构简单,成本低。
进一步的,请参考图1和图2,并结合图6,所述卡接槽103内设有固定结构134,所述固定结构134用于与所述云台200配合,以将所述云台200固定在所述卡接槽103内。
优选的,固定结构134可以为设置在卡接槽103内壁上的突起,在云台200上设有与该突起配合的凹槽,云台200卡接在卡接槽103内时,该突起和凹槽配合连接,从而将云台200固定。当需要将云台200从卡接槽103中退出时,用力扳动云台200即可,故通过突起和凹槽配合还有便于云台200的拆卸的效果。固定结构134可以为多个。

一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,并结合图3,所述第二连接件13包括依次连接的连接部131、跨接部132和扣接部133,所述连接部131与所述主体部111连接,所述连接部131、所述跨接部132和所述扣接部133共同围合形成所述卡接槽103。
本实施例中,连接部131、跨接部132和扣接部133可以一体成型,也可以为三块厚度基本相同的板材依次连接形成。卡接槽103的开口处的宽度比底部的宽度更大,以使云台200可以卡入卡接槽103内。
进一步的,所述扣接部133与所述连接部131的间隔距离可调,以使所述卡接槽103的宽度可变。通过设置卡接槽103的宽度可变,可以适应不同尺寸的云台200。
具体而言,连接部131和扣接部133相对设置,可在跨接部102上设伸缩结构与连接部131或扣接部133连接,通过调节伸缩结构的运动调节扣接部133和连接部131的间隔距离。
另一种实施例中,请参考图1和图2,所述第二连接件13(可参考图3和图4的标号,但结构与图3和图4不同)包括中空腔,所述中空腔设有开口,所述云台200(参考图5的标号)通过所述开口套接在所述中空腔内。
本实施例中,可参考图1和图2,该中空腔可以理解为卡接槽103处的位置,不同的 是中空腔四周均被围合,而仅通过开口与外界连通。
进一步的,所述第二连接件13包括环状件,所述环状件围合形成所述中空腔。环状件可以为如图1和图2所示的将连接部131和扣接部133远离跨接部132的一端进行连接,也可以为其他的结构型式。通过设置环状件形成开口的中空腔,结构简单,只需将云台200通过开口插入中空腔即可完成云台200的安装和固定,操作简便。可以理解的,中空腔的开口数量可以为1个,也可以为2个以上,例如图1和图2所示,将连接部131和扣接部133远离跨接部132的一端进行连接后,开口为相对的上端和下端。
进一步的,所述环状件呈可弯折结构,以使所述中空腔的形状与所述云台200的形状适应。
进一步的,所述环状件呈首尾端可展开结构,当所述环状件的首尾端展开时,用于装卸所述云台200,当所述环状件首尾端连接时,所述云台200可紧密的固定在所述中空腔内。
进一步地,所述环状件形成的中空腔的大小可调节,例如可以在环状件的首端或尾端设置不同连接接口,以使得环状件首尾端连接时,形成的中空腔的大小可变,可以适应不同尺寸的云台200。
请参考图6和图7,并结合图1和图2,本实施例中的主体件11和第一连接件12的结构以及与第二连接件13的连接关系和位置关系与前述实施例中的相同,参照即可,不再赘述。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件与所述主体件可转动连接,以使所述第二连接件相对所述主体件转动,使得所述云台支架可折叠。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括卡接槽,所述卡接槽用于卡接所述云台。

  42. 如权利要求41所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述卡接槽内设有固定结构,所述固定结构用于与所述云台配合,以将所述云台固定在所述卡接槽内。
  43. 如权利要求41所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括依次连接的连接部、跨接部和扣接部,所述连接部与所述主体部转动连接,所述连接部、所述跨接部和所述扣接部共同围合形成所述卡接槽。
  44. 如权利要求43所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述扣接部与所述连接部的间隔距离可调,以使所述卡接槽的宽度可变。
  45. 如权利要求43所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述主体部上与所述连接部相背的一侧设有第一卡紧部,所述扣接部上设有第二卡紧部,所述第二连接件转动至所述第一卡紧部和所述第二卡紧部连接,以将所述云台支架折叠固定。
  46. 如权利要求25或26所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述云台支架上还设有外接结构,所述外接结构用于连接配件。
  47. 如权利要求46所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述外接结构设于所述主体件上。
  48. 如权利要求47所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述外接结构为螺纹孔、冷靴插槽或铰接部的任意一种或多种。
  49. 如权利要求25所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述云台包括机身、电连接件和拍摄装置,所述机身固定在所述云台支架上,所述拍摄装置转动连接在所述机身上,所述电连接件用于电连接至移动终端,以使所述移动终端通过所述电连接件控制所述拍摄装置进行拍摄。
  50. 如权利要求49所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述电连接件设置在所述机身上,并相对所述机身可伸缩,使用时所述电连接件伸出而与所述移动终端连接,不使用时所述电连接件可缩回所述机身内而便于收纳。
  51. 一种云台组件,其特征在于,包括移动终端和如权利要求1至24任一项所述的云台支架,所述移动终端固定在所述云台支架上。
  52. 一种云台组件,其特征在于,包括云台、移动终端和如权利要求1至24任一项所述的云台支架,所述移动终端和所述云台固定在所述云台支架上。
  53. 如权利要求52所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述云台包括机身、电连接件和拍摄装置,所述机身固定在所述云台支架上,所述拍摄装置转动连接在所述机身上;所述移动终端上设有数据接口,所述电连接件连接至所述数据接口,以使所述移动终端通过所述电连接件控制所述拍摄装置进行拍摄。
  54. 如权利要求53所述的云台组件,其特征在于,所述电连接件设置在所述机身上,并相对所述机身可伸缩,使用时所述电连接件伸出而与所述移动终端连接,不使用时所述 电连接件可缩回所述机身内而便于收纳。
  55. 一种云台支架,其特征在于,包括主体件和第一连接件,所述第一连接件连接在所述主体件上,用于固定移动终端;还包括第二连接件,所述第二连接件连接在所述主体件上,用于套接固定云台。
  56. 如权利要求55所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括卡接槽,所述卡接槽用于卡接所述云台。
  57. 如权利要求56所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述卡接槽内设有固定结构,所述固定结构用于与所述云台配合,以将所述云台固定在所述卡接槽内。
  58. 如权利要求56所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括依次连接的连接部、跨接部和扣接部,所述连接部与所述主体件连接,所述连接部和所述扣接部相对设置,所述连接部、所述跨接部和所述扣接部共同围合形成所述卡接槽。
  59. 如权利要求58所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述扣接部与所述连接部的间隔距离可调,以使所述卡接槽的宽度可变。
  60. 如权利要求55所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括中空腔,所述中空腔设有开口,所述云台通过所述开口套接在所述中空腔内。
  61. 如权利要求60所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括环状件,所述环状件围合形成所述中空腔。
  62. 如权利要求61所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述环状件呈可弯折结构,以使所述中空腔的形状与所述云台的形状适应。
  63. 如权利要求62所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述环状件呈首尾端可展开结构,当所述环状件的首尾端展开时,用于装卸所述云台,当所述环状件首尾端连接时,所述云台可紧密的固定在所述中空腔内。
  64. 如权利要求55所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述主体件包括主卡接部,所述第一连接件包括副卡接部,所述主卡接部和所述副卡接部相对设置,所述移动终端卡接在所述主卡接部和所述副卡接部之间。
  65. 如权利要求64所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述主卡接部和所述副卡接部相对的表面呈凹型面。
  66. 如权利要求64所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述主卡接部上设有主接触片,所述副卡接部上设有副接触片,所述主接触片和所述副接触片为软性材质,且相对设置,用于与所述移动终端接触。
  67. 如权利要求66所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述主接触片和所述主卡接部可拆卸连接,所述副接触片与所述副卡接部可拆卸连接。
  68. 如权利要求64所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述主体件还包括主体部,所述主卡接部连接在所述主体部的一端,并相对所述主体部突出;所述副卡接部连接在所述主体部远离所述主卡接部的一端,并相对所述主体部沿与所述主卡接部的同侧方向突出。
  69. 如权利要求68所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述主卡接部上远离所述主体部的一端设有限位部,所述限位部相对所述主卡接部朝向所述副卡接部突出。
  70. 如权利要求68所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述云台支架还包括伸缩部,所述伸缩部连接在所述主体部远离所述主卡接部的一端,所述副卡接部连接在所述伸缩部上;所述伸缩部可相对所述主体部沿直线往复移动,以调节所述主卡接部和所述副卡接部的间隔距离。
  71. 如权利要求70所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述主体部上沿所述副卡接部向所述主卡接部的方向开设有连接孔,所述伸缩部为连接杆,所述连接杆滑动连接在所述连接孔内。
  72. 如权利要求68所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件连接在所述主体部上,且位于所述主卡接部和所述副卡接部的一侧。
  73. 如权利要求72所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括卡接槽,所述卡接槽的开口方向与所述主卡接部相对所述主体部突出的方向相同,所述卡接槽用于卡接所述云台。
  74. 如权利要求73所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述卡接槽内设有固定结构,所述固定结构用于与所述云台配合,以将所述云台固定在所述卡接槽内。
  75. 如权利要求73所述的云台支架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括依次连接的连接部、跨接部和扣接部,所述连接部与所述主体部连接,所述连接部、所述跨接部和所述扣接部共同围合形成所述卡接槽。
