背景技术
现有全自动洗衣机,根据洗涤类型不同,主要分为两种,手搓型洗涤方式和普通型洗涤方式。手搓式洗涤方式,就是洗涤工况时,内桶处于自由状态,波轮旋转时,内桶朝着与波轮相反方向旋转,实现模拟人工手动搓洗衣物的洗涤功能;普通型洗涤方式,就是洗涤工况时,内桶处于锁止(制动)状态,洗涤时靠波轮旋转,甩动衣物及水流,实现洗涤功能。
其中手搓型洗衣机洗涤时,衣物不易缠绕,对衣物的磨损度较小,但是对衣物的洗净度较普通型洗衣机小。而普通型洗衣机洗涤时,虽然洗涤效果更好,但是衣物容易缠绕,对衣物的磨损度相比手搓型洗衣机会较大点。
其中减速离合器其本身并不具有自动离合转换的功能,须经外部牵引电机的操纵,带动拨叉作用于离合器部件上,使其发生离合作用,转换脱水、手搓洗涤和普通洗涤的工况,拨叉转动通常是通过牵引电机通过牵引绳直接驱动,这种驱动结构无法准确控制拨叉转动角度,从而无法准确控制转换脱水、手搓洗涤和普通洗涤的工况。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于洗衣机离合器的拨叉转换机构,使得减速离合器可以准确控制在手搓式洗涤方式、普通型洗涤方式和脱水进行转换。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:

从图8可知,第二行程位置时,滑块61继续移动,第二斜面6125推动推杆旋转,滑块61的普通洗涤平面6123与拨叉5的推杆抵接,同时拨叉5继续推动联接盘1向定位盘方向移动,实现联接盘1与定位盘的联结,离合器处于普通洗涤工况。

  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于洗衣机离合器的拨叉转换机构,其特征是:在联动孔内设置导向套,所述推杆置于导向套内,能沿导向套上下移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种用于洗衣机离合器的拨叉转换机构,其特征是:所述推动杆设置有环形凸台,所述推动弹簧的一端部与环形凸台相抵触,另一端部与拨叉相抵触。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于洗衣机离合器的拨叉转换机构,其特征是:所述推杆的另一端部设置有开口销,所述开口销抵靠在联动孔边缘上。
