从小型器械到大型设备都需要使用连接器进行数据和电能的传输,连接器应用越来越广泛。现在的设备以及仪器的越来越趋向小型化,设备内部的连接器也同样需要小型化。常规的小间距连接器允许多次插拔使用,但是当将其用于保护性电路装置时,需要避免多次插拔使用,防止他人窃取信息。
发明内容
本申请旨在提出一种板对板连接器端子和板对板连接器,避免能够多次插拔,防止窃取信息。
本申请提出一种板对板连接器端子,所述板对板连接器端子包括:
公头端子,所述公头端子包括第一部;以及
母座端子,所述母座端子包括第二部,在所述公头端子和所述母座端子适配安装的状态下,所述公头端子和所述母座端子接触,

(第一实施方式)
如图1至图19所示,本申请提出一种板对板连接器,其包括公头1和母座2,公头1和母座2能够相互配合地连接。板对板连接器可以应用于保护性电路装置中,公头1和母座2首次连接后连接器能正常使用,而当试图将它们分 离时,公头1和母座2不易分离。并且将公头1和母座2强制分离后,连接器被破坏而无法被再次使用,从而防止信息被窃取。
(公头)
如图1至图12所示,公头1包括公头塑胶体11、公头PCB(印刷电路板)10、公头端子12、公头侧金属片13、公头金属固定片41、公头金属外壳43和公头焊接金属条44。
公头端子12安装于公头塑胶体11,公头端子12、公头金属固定片41和公头焊接金属条44连接于公头PCB 10,例如公头端子12、公头金属固定片41和公头焊接金属条44焊接于公头PCB 10。公头金属外壳43部分地覆盖公头塑胶体11并且与公头PCB 10电连接。
(公头PCB)
如图4和12所示,公头PCB 10设置有第一公头焊盘101、第二公头焊盘102、第三公头焊盘103、PCB插槽104和公头PCB插孔105。

公头PCB插槽104和公头PCB插孔105位于公头PCB 10的长度方向X上的两端部。公头PCB插槽104和公头PCB插孔105可以贯穿公头PCB10。
公头PCB插槽104用于使公头侧金属片13嵌入,从而可以通过公头侧金属片13使公头PCB 10和公头塑胶体11稳定地连接。
公头PCB插孔105用于使公头塑胶体11上向外延伸出的插针嵌入,从而使公头塑胶体11与公头PCB 10的稳定地连接。

如图1至图4以及图9所示,公头塑胶体11设置有容纳槽111,容纳槽111可以部分地容纳母座2。容纳槽111的底面112开设有多个公头插槽110,使公头端子12能够插嵌在公头插槽110内。
公头塑胶体11的顶面设置有塑胶体卡槽117,塑胶体卡槽117用于与公头金属外壳43配合连接,使公头金属外壳43与公头塑胶体11稳定地连接。
在容纳槽111的长度方向上相对的两个第一内侧面113设置有公头塑胶体槽道118,公头塑胶体槽道118沿公头1的厚度方向Z延伸,公头塑胶体槽道118可以限制母座2沿公头1的厚度方向Z滑动从而与公头1配合连接。
如图8所示,在容纳槽111的宽度方向上相对的两个第二内侧面114设置有公头塑胶体卡槽119,公头塑胶体卡槽119可以和公头金属固定片41卡接,使公头金属固定片41可以被稳定地安装。
如图9所示,在公头塑胶体11的厚度方向Z上的一侧面(顶面)设置有第一安装槽115,第一安装槽115沿公头塑胶体11的厚度方向Z延伸,第一安装槽115与公头插槽110连通。在公头塑胶体11的宽度方向Y上的一侧面设置有第二安装槽116,第二安装槽116与第一安装槽115连通,使公头塑胶体11形成用于插入公头端子12的空间,便于将公头端子12插入公头插槽110。
公头塑胶体11的侧面设置有向外延伸的插针,插针能够插入公头PCB插孔105内,使公头塑胶体11与公头PCB 10可以保持稳定的连接。
(公头侧金属片)
如图1、图3、图4和图5所示,公头侧金属片13安装于公头塑胶体11的长度方向上的两端部,通过公头侧金属片13可以将公头塑胶体11稳定地连接于公头PCB 10。
具体地,公头侧金属片13大致为T字形,公头侧金属片13整体上卡嵌于公头塑胶体11,公头侧金属片13的一端插入公头PCB插槽104内,从而公头塑胶体11能够稳定地连接于公头PCB 10。
可以理解,在连接器的生产组装过程中,需要对公头1进行二次过炉, 为避免在二次过炉时,由于公头塑胶体11的一侧过重而导致公头塑胶体11和公头PCB 10脱落,使用公头侧金属片13连接公头塑胶体11和公头PCB 10。
(公头端子)
如图2和图4至图6所示,公头端子12可以弯折形成而呈L型,公头端子12包括第一公端部121和第二公端部122。第一公端部121与第二公端部122垂直,第一公端部121焊接于公头PCB 10,第二公端部122穿过公头插槽110用于和母座2实现电连接。
由于公头端子12呈L型,公头PCB 10安装在公头塑胶体11的宽度方向上的一侧面。公头端子12可以为片状的结构,第一公端部121垂直于公头PCB 10,第二公端部122与公头PCB 10平行。
公头端子12设置有多个,多个公头端子12按照阵列方式排列插嵌在公头插槽110内。多个公头端子12在公头1的宽度方向上可以设置有多组,例如多个公头端子12在公头1的宽度方向上设置三组。三组公头端子12的第二公端部122的长度相同,第一公端部121的长度依次缩短。距离公头PCB 10较近的公头端子12的第一公端部121较短,距离公头PCB 10较远的公头端子12的第一公端部121较长,使多组第一公端部121均可以焊接到公头PCB 10。
如图6所示,第二公端部122包括第一部31,第一部31能够与母座2的第二部32(参见图18)配合,当分离公头1和母座2时,第二部32与第一部31相抵,从而阻止所述公头1和母座2分离。
如图6所示,第二公端部122包括公头接触段1221、公头卡槽段1222以及公头头段1223,在第一公端部121指向第二公端部122的端部的方向上,公头接触段1221、公头卡槽段1222以及公头头段1223依次相连。其中公头卡槽段1222以及公头头段1223可以作为第一部31。第二公端部122是插接入母座2的部分,公头接触段1221、公头卡槽段1222以及公头头段1223均位于第二公端部122,它们是公头1与母座2电连接的部分。

公头头段1223可以呈弹头状,当其插入母座端子22时,其能够使后述的两个结合臂224(参见图18)被撑开,起到导向作用。
公头头段1223与公头卡槽段1222的连接部分形成台阶部1224,在公头端子12和母座端子22脱离时,台阶部1224能够对第二部32施力,使第二部32脱落,母座端子22被破坏而不能再次与公头1连接。优选地,台阶部1224可以为朝向公头头段1223凹陷的凹弧面。
公头接触段1221和公头卡槽段1222的连接部分形成导向斜面1225,在公头端子12插入母座2时,导向斜面1225能够使得两个结合臂224被撑开。
第二公端部122设置有定位凸起123,定位凸起123位于第二公端部122的一侧板面上,在公头插槽110内设置有与定位凸起123相适配的定位凹槽。从而容易保证公头端子12安装的正确性,并且使公头端子12能够稳定的容置在公头插槽110内,即使当公头端子12与公头PCB 10脱落,公头端子12也不会掉落至母座2内。
(公头金属固定片)
如图2至图5和7所示,公头金属固定片41配置在公头端子12的宽度方向的两侧,并且安装在公头塑胶体11的容纳槽111的内壁上。公头金属固定片41不仅能够起到屏蔽信号的作用,还能够起到保护连接器的作用。
如图7所示,公头金属固定片41包括公头固定本体410、公头卡勾411、公头接触片412、公头弹片413和公头卡槽414。
在公头1的厚度方向上,公头卡勾411位于公头固定本体410的一端,公头接触片412位于公头固定本体410的另一端。公头卡勾411与公头塑胶体卡槽119连接,公头接触片412与公头PCB 10电连接。位于公头1的宽度方向Y两侧的两个公头金属固定片41分别通过金属外壳43和公头焊接金属条44与公头PCB 10电连接。
公头弹片413的一端(上端)弹性地连接于公头固定本体410,公头弹片413的另一端(下端)向公头塑胶体11的所在侧延伸(此处的上端是以公头1与母座2连接时,母座2位于公头1的下方的状态来定义的)。在公头1与母座2 适配连接到位时,母座2对公头弹片413施加压力使其发生形变,公头弹片413对母座2的母座金属固定片42施压压力,从而使公头1和母座2相互挤压,增加连接稳定性。
公头卡槽414形成于公头固定本体410,在公头1与母座2适配连接到位时,公头卡槽414用于容纳母座2的母座弹片423(参见图16),增加了公头1与母座2的分离难度。
(公头金属外壳)
如图10所示,公头金属外壳43的截面呈L型,公头金属外壳43可以覆盖公头塑胶体11的侧面和顶面。公头金属外壳43包括第一外壳本体431和第二外壳本体432,第一外壳本体431和第二外壳本体432相互垂直地连接在一起。

母端下限制部2101可以位于母座插槽210的宽度方向上的两侧面,从而限制母座端子22在母座插槽210内沿宽度方向的活动。母端上限位部2102靠近母座插槽210的开口部分。母端上限位部2102可以限制母座端子22在母座插槽210内沿长度方向的活动,将母座端子22限位贴合在母座插槽210的内壁上,提高母座端子22在母座插槽210内的稳定性。
通过母端限位结构2100使母座端子22贴附于母座插槽210的内壁,使母座端子22的后述接合部220对准母座插槽210的开口,从而使得公头端子12插入母座插槽210时,公头端子12仅与接合部220接触,而不与母座端子22的其他部分接触。
母座塑胶体21的长度方向X上的两端设置有母座塑胶体凸起211,在将公头1和母座2适配安装时,母座塑胶体凸起211可以沿公头塑胶体槽道118滑动,便于母座塑胶体21与所述公头塑胶体11的适配安装。
(母座PCB)
如图14所示,母座PCB 20设置有第一母座焊盘201、第二母座焊盘202和母座PCB插孔203。第二母座焊盘202设置有多个,第二母座焊盘202位于母座PCB 20的主体中央的大部分区域,多个第二母座焊盘202沿母座PCB 20的长度方向排列成排。在母座PCB 20的宽度方向上,第二母座焊盘202排列形成多排,例如可以排列为3排。3排第二母座焊盘202用于和母座端子22焊接相连,使母座端子22焊接在母座PCB 20上。
第一母座焊盘201可以设置有两排,两排第一母座焊盘201位于第二母座 焊盘202的宽度方向Y上的两侧。第一母座焊盘201用于和母座金属固定片42焊接相连,使母座金属固定片42焊接在母座PCB 20上。
母座PCB插孔203用于使母座塑胶体21的插针插入。
(母座端子)
如图13至图19所示,母座端子22包括母座本体221、母座弹臂部222、接合部220。
母座弹臂部222可以由母座本体221向上延伸形成,接合部220悬接于母座弹臂部222,接合部220用于使母座端子22与公头端子12接触,并且限制母座端子22和公头端子12脱离。接合部220可以作为与第一部31配合的第二部32。
母座弹臂部222包括弹臂本体以及设置于弹臂本体的弹臂凹槽2220,弹臂凹槽2220将弹臂本体分成两个母端弹片。接合部220包括两个结合臂224,两个结合臂224可以关于弹臂凹槽2220对称,两个结合臂224围成接合空间2200。两个结合臂224可以分别设置在两个母端弹片的上部。
接合空间2200由上到下依次包括导引段220-1、过渡段220-3和限位段220-4,接合空间2200的上部靠近母座插槽210的开口部分,接合空间2200的下部靠近母座插槽210的底部。
在公头端子12插入接合部220的方向上,导引段220-1位于限位段220-4的上游侧,限定导引段220-1的两个结合臂224的侧面渐缩呈倒“八”字型,从而结合臂224能够引导公头端子12进入接合空间2200。
在公头端子12插入接合部220的方向上,限位段220-4位于导引段220-1的下游侧,限定限位段220-4的两个结合臂224的侧面渐缩呈倒“八”字型。
如图18所示,在公头端子12和母座端子22适配安装的状态下,公头接触段1221和限定限位段220-4的两个结合臂224的侧面接触,公头接触段1221将结合臂224撑开,公头头段1223和部分的公头卡槽段1222位于接合空间2200的范围之外。
公头接触段1221和公头头段1223的宽度大于结合臂224在自然状态下限 位段220-4的宽度。在公头端子12和母座端子22脱离时,台阶部1224能够对结合臂224施力,使结合臂224脱落,母座端子22被破坏。
过渡段220-3位于导引段220-1和限位段220-4之间,限定过渡段220-3的两个结合臂224的侧面可以是平行的。限定过渡段220-3的结合臂224的部分连接于母端弹片。
(母座金属固定片)
如图13和图14所示,母座金属固定片42配置在母座端子22的宽度方向的两侧,并且安装在母座塑胶体21的外壁面。母座金属固定片42不仅能够起到屏蔽信号的作用,还能够使母座塑胶体21稳定地安装于母座PCB 20。
如图14和图16所示,母座金属固定片42包括母座固定本体420、母座接触片421、母座卡勾422、母座弹片423和弹片通槽424。
在母座2的厚度方向上,母座接触片421位于母座固定本体420的一端,母座卡勾422位于母座固定本体420的另一端。母座接触片421焊接于第一母座焊盘201,使母座接触片421和母座PCB 20电连接。母座卡勾422与母座塑胶体21的母座卡槽相适配,使母座金属固定片和母座塑胶体21连接。
母座弹片423的一端(上端)弹性地连接于母座固定本体420,母座弹片423的另一端(下端)向远离母座塑胶体21的外侧延伸(此处的上端是以公头1与母座2连接时,母座2位于公头1的下方的状态来定义的)。在公头1和母座连接时,母座弹片423可以和公头卡槽414相适配。母座弹片423可以沿母座固定本体420的长度方向设置有多个。
弹片通槽424形成于母座固定本体420,弹片通槽424的位置可以和母座弹片423是对应的,即母座弹片423的一端(上端)连接于弹片通槽424的上边缘。
在公头1与母座2安装的过程中,公头金属固定片41可以对母座弹片423施加使母座弹片423朝母座塑胶体21变形的力。如图19所示,当母座弹片423进入到公头卡槽414内之后,母座弹片423可以恢复形变。在试图将公头1与母座2分离时,即公头1向着远离母座2的方向移动时,母座弹片423会抵靠在 公头卡槽414的边缘而使得母座弹片423无法脱离公头卡槽414,强行使公头1与母座2分离将导致母座弹片423损坏,母座2不能正常使用。
(第二实施方式)
本申请第二实施方式的板对板连接器与第一实施方式的板对板连接器结构大致相同,因此对于相同或相似的结构不再赘述,并且采用相同的附图标记表示。第二实施方式的板对板连接器与第一实施方式的板对板连接器相比区别包括公头端子的结构和母座端子的结构。
(公头端子)
如图20和图23所示,公头端子12可以弯折形成而呈L型,公头端子12包括第一公端部121和第二公端部122。第一公端部121与第二公端部122垂直,第一公端部121焊接于公头PCB 10,第二公端部122穿过公头插槽110用于和母座2实现电连接。
(母座端子)
如图21至图23所示,母座端子22包括母座本体221、母座弹臂部222、接合部220。
母座弹臂部222可以由母座本体221向上延伸形成,接合部220悬接于母座弹臂部222,接合部220用于使母座端子22与公头端子12接触,并且限制母座端子22和公头端子12脱离。
母座弹臂部222包括弹臂本体以及设置于弹臂本体的弹臂凹槽2220,弹臂凹槽2220将弹臂本体分成两个母端弹臂。接合部220包括两个结合臂224,两个结合臂224可以关于弹臂凹槽2220对称,两个结合臂224围成接合空间2200。两个结合臂224可以分别设置在两个母端弹片的上部。
两个结合臂224为板状结构,结合臂224可以经多次弯折形成接合部220,接合部220的一侧通过连接片223连接于母端弹片。
接合空间2200由上到下依次包括导引段220-1、夹持段220-2、过渡段220-3、限位段220-4和卡紧段220-5,接合空间2200的上部靠近母座插槽210的开口部分,接合空间2200的下部靠近母座插槽210的底部。
夹持段220-2位于导引段220-1和过渡段220-3之间,在公头端子12插入接合部220的方向上,夹持段220-2的宽度逐渐增大,限定夹持段220-2的两个结合臂224的侧面呈“八”字型。
公头接触段1221和公头头段1223的宽度大于结合臂224在自然状态下夹持段220-2和限位段220-4的宽度,使得当公头端子12插入到母座端子22内时,两个结合臂224的限定夹持段220-2和限位段220-4的部分被撑开,夹持公头接触段1221,从而增加公头端子12与母座端子22之间的接触性能。
限定夹持段220-2的两个结合臂224的侧面可以为朝向接合空间2200凸起的弧面。限定夹持段220-2的两个结合臂224与公头接触段1221的接触为圆弧面接触,使得两者的接触更稳定。
公头卡槽段1222的宽度大于结合臂224在自然状态下限位段220-4和卡紧段220-5的宽度,使得当公头端子12插入到母座端子22内时,两个结合臂224的限定限位段220-4和卡紧段220-5的部分被撑开,夹持公头卡槽段1222,从而增加公头端子12与母座端子22之间的接触性能。
过渡段220-3包括第一过渡子段220-3-1和第二过渡子段220-3-2,第一过渡子段220-3-1位于第二过渡子段220-3-2上端。
第一过渡子段220-3-1的上端与夹持段220-2的下端相连,在公头端子12插入接合部220的方向上,第一过渡子段220-3-1的宽度从上到下逐渐增大,限定第一过渡子段220-3-1的两个结合臂224的侧面与接合空间2200的中心轴线形成夹角。
限定第一过渡子段220-3-1的结合臂224的部分通过连接片223连接于母端弹片,夹持段220-2的下端与母座弹片的上端齐平,即夹持段220-2和导引段220-1位于母座弹片的上方。在公头端子12插入接合部220,结合臂224以第一过渡子段220-3-1为中心转动,可以使限定限位段220-4的结合臂224向内侧卡的更紧密。
第二过渡子段220-3-2的上端与第一过渡子段220-3-1的下端连接,第二过渡子段220-3-2的下端与限位段220-4的上端连接。第二过渡子段220-3-2的 宽度可以从上到下保持不变,限定第二过渡子段220-3-2的两个结合臂224的侧面与接合空间2200的中心轴线平行。
在公头端子12插入接合部220的方向上,卡紧段220-5设置于限位段220-4的末端,卡紧段220-5的宽度可以从上到下保持不变。
限定卡紧段220-5的结合臂224的内壁与接合空间220的中心轴线平行;且所述卡紧段220-5的下端面2201为倾斜平面或者为与公头头段1223与公头卡槽段1222的连接面的凹弧面相适配的凸弧面,即限位段220-4和卡紧段220-5位于公头卡槽段1222内。
限定卡紧段220-5的结合臂224的底部可以是与台阶部1224的凹弧面配合的凸弧面或者平面。
如图23所示,在公头端子12和母座端子22适配安装的状态下,公头接触段1221和限定夹持段220-2的两个结合臂224的侧面接触,公头卡槽段1222和限定卡紧段220-5的两个结合臂224的侧面接触。公头头段1223和部分的公头卡槽段1222位于接合空间2200的范围之外。
公头头段1223的宽度大于结合臂224在自然状态下限位段220-4和卡紧段220-5的宽度。在公头端子12和母座端子22脱离时,台阶部1224能够对结合臂224施力,使结合臂224脱落,母座端子22被破坏。
优选地,两个结合臂224、母座弹臂222和母座本体221可以一体成型。
本申请通过对公头端子12和母座端子22的结构的设计,使得在强制分离公头1和母座2时,会对连接器整体造成破坏,从而起到限制公头1与母座2分离的目的,避免强制分离的连接器被再次使用,保护了连接器的安全。
本申请提出了以下技术方案。
C1、一种高稳定性的小间距板对板连接器端子,包括相互配合公头端子12和母座端子22,所述母座端子22包括母座本体221,所述母座本体221的上端向上延伸有母座弹臂部222;所述母座弹臂部222一侧悬接有用于与所述公头端子12接触和限制公头端子12脱离的接合部220;所述接合部220具有由对称设置的两个结合臂224围成的接合空间2200,所述接合空间2200由上到下 依次包括夹持段220-2、过渡段220-3以及限位段220-4;所述夹持段220-2呈“八”字型,所述限位段220-4呈倒“八”字;所述公头端子12包括公头本体,所述公头本体由上到下依次包括公头接触段1221、公头卡槽段1222以及公头头段1223,所述公头接触段1221的宽度不大于所述夹持段220-2的宽度;所述公头卡槽段1222的宽度不大于所述限位段220-4的宽度;当所述公头端子12插入所述母座端子22的接合部220时,所述公头头段1223位于所述限位段220-4下方,所述公头卡槽段1222位于所述限位段220-4内,部分或者全部所述公头接触段1221位于所述夹持段220-2和所述过渡段220-3内。
C2、根据C1,所述过渡段220-3包括第一过渡子段220-3-1和第二过渡子段220-3-2,所述第一过渡子段的上端与所述夹持段220-2的下端连接,所述第一过渡子段的结合臂224的内壁与所述接合空间2200的中心轴线的夹角为锐角;所述第二过渡子段的上端与所述第一过渡子段的下端连接,所述第二过渡子段的下端与所述限位段220-4的上端连接;所述第二过渡子段的结合臂224的内壁与所述接合空间2200的中心轴线平行。

所述公头塑胶体11内设置有若干公头插槽110,所述公头端子12收容在所述公头插槽110内;所述母座塑胶体21内设置有若干母座插槽210,所述母座端子22收容在所述母座插槽210内;所述公头端子12包括与所述公头PCB10电连接的第一公端部121以及延伸至所述公头插槽110外的第二公端部122; 所述母座端子22包括与所述母座PCB 20电连接的第一母端部和与所述第二公端部插嵌连接的第二母端部;
还包括第一保护结构,通过所述第一保护结构限制所述第二公端部和所述第二母端部相脱离。

  1. 一种板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,所述板对板连接器端子包括:
    公头端子(12),所述公头端子(12)包括第一部(31);以及
    母座端子(22),所述母座端子(22)包括第二部(32),在所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)适配安装的状态下,所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)接触,
    当分离所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)时,所述第二部(32)与所述第一部(31)相抵,从而阻止所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)分离,
    如果强行分离所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22),所述第一部(31)对所述第二部(32)施力使所述第二部(32)脱落,使所述母座端子(22)被破坏而不能正常使用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,
    所述第一部(31)包括公头卡槽段(1222)和公头头段(1223),所述公头头段(1223)位于所述公头端子(12)的前端部,所述公头卡槽段(1222)位于所述公头头段(1223)的后部,所述公头头段(1223)的宽度大于所述公头卡槽段(1222)的宽度,所述公头卡槽段(1222)和所述公头头段(1223)的连接部分形成台阶部(1224);以及
    所述第二部(32)包括接合部(220),所述接合部(220)围成接合空间(2200),所述接合空间(2200)包括限位段(220-4),
    在所述公头端子(12)插入所述接合部(220)的方向上,限定所述限位段(220-4)的两个结合臂(224)的侧面渐缩呈倒“八”字型,
    在所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)适配安装的状态下,所述公头头段(1223)位于所述接合空间(2200)的范围之外,
    所述公头头段(1223)的宽度大于所述结合臂(224)在自然状态下所述限位段(220-4)的宽度,在所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)脱离时,所述台阶部(1224)能够对所述结合臂(224)施力,使所述结合臂(224)脱落,所述母座端子(22)被破坏。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,所述接合空间(2200)还包括导引段(220-1),
    在所述公头端子(12)插入所述接合部(220)的方向上,所述导引段(220-1)位于所述限位段(220-4)的上游侧,限定所述导引段(220-1)的两个所述结合臂(224)的侧面渐缩呈倒“八”字型,从而所述结合臂(224)能够引导所述公头端子(12)进入所述接合空间(2200)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,所述接合空间(2200)还包括夹持段(220-2),
    在所述公头端子(12)插入所述接合部(220)的方向上,所述夹持段(220-2)位于所述限位段(220-4)的上游侧,并且位于所述导引段(220-1)的下游侧,
    在所述公头端子(12)插入所述接合部(220)的方向上,限定所述夹持段(220-2)的两个所述结合臂(224)的侧面渐扩呈“八”字型,限定所述夹持段(220-2)的两个所述结合臂(224)的侧面为凸弧面,
    在所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)适配安装的状态下,限定所述夹持段(220-2)的两个所述结合臂(224)夹持所述公头端子(12),使所述公头端子(12)和所述结合臂(224)圆弧接触。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,所述接合空间(2200)还包括卡紧段(220-5),
    在所述公头端子(12)插入所述接合部(220)的方向上,所述卡紧段(220-5)位于所述限位段(220-4)的下游侧,
    在所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)适配安装的状态下,限定所述卡紧段(220-5)的两个所述结合臂(224)夹持所述公头卡槽段(1222)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,所述公头端子(12)还包括公头接触段(1221),所述公头接触段(1221)的宽度大于所述结合臂(224)在自然状态下所述限位段(220-4)的宽度,

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,所述公头接触段(1221)和所述公头卡槽段(1222)的连接部分形成导向斜面(1225),
    在所述公头端子(12)插入所述接合部(220)时,所述导向斜面(1225)能够和限定所述限位段(220-4)的两个结合臂(224)的侧面配合,使所述两个结合臂(224)被撑开。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的板对板连接器端子,其特征在于,所述台阶部(1224)形成为凹弧面,在所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)脱离时,所述凹弧面与所述结合臂(224)抵接。
  9. 一种板对板连接器,其特征在于,包括:
    公头(1),所述公头(1)包括权利要求1至8中任一项所述的公头端子(12);以及
    母座(2),所述母座(2)包括权利要求1至8中任一项所述的母座端子(22)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的板对板连接器,其特征在于,
    所述公头(1)还包括公头金属固定片(41),所述公头金属固定片(41)具有公头卡槽(414),
    所述母座(2)还包括母座金属固定片(42),所述母座金属固定片(42)包括母座固定本体(420)和母座弹片(423),所述母座弹片(423)弹性地连接于所述母座固定本体(420),
    在所述公头端子(12)和所述母座端子(22)适配安装的状态下,所述母座弹片(423)嵌入所述公头卡槽(414),
    当分离所述公头(1)和所述母座(2)时,所述母座弹片(423)抵靠于所述公头卡槽(414)的边缘。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的板对板连接器,其特征在于,所述公头金属固定片(41)具有公头弹片(413),在所述公头(1)与所述母座(2)适配 安装的状态下,所述母座(2)对所述公头弹片(413)施加压力使其发生形变,从而使所述公头(1)和所述母座(2)相互挤压,增加连接稳定性。
