  • the metal bracket both guarantees the proximal position of the distribution part to the electric heating element at high temperatures due to its resistance to thermal stresses, and accelerates the evaporation of the liquid in the metal distribution part when the electric heating element operates by transferring heat from the electrical resistance by conduction.

The diameter of the guide hole (66) is equal to the outer diameter of the transmission tube (44), and the second end (47) of the transmission tube (44) is disposed into the guide hole (66) with an inlet elbow (49) supported directly from the guide hole (66).

  • the inlet elbow (49) allows the second end (47) running perpendicular to the outer part of the rear wall (24) to define a distribution part (46) by rotating adjacent and parallel on the inside of the rear wall (24).
  • the inlet elbow (49) carries the weight of the distribution part (46) directly in the guide hole (66) where it fits.
  • the distribution part (46) is the extension of the second end (47) in the inner part of the cavity (20).
  • the electrical connection of the heating element (30) comes from the mains connection (not shown) to which the inlet end (31) and the outlet end (34) are electrically connected in the outer part of the cavity (20).
  • the heating element (30) extends in a two-turn ring part (32) between the inlet end (31) and the outlet end (34) passing through the mounting element (60) close to each other.
  • the distribution part (46) forms a concentric circular arc in the upper part of the ring (32) and at a distance therefrom, which is compatible with the outer diameter of the ring section (32).
  • the circular arc of the distribution part (46) is approximately 15° with respect to the center of the ring part (32).
  • the distribution part (46) has an inner part (462) facing the outer periphery of the ring part (32) between a proximal part (463) that is a continuation of the inlet elbow (49) and a distal part (464).

  • the distribution part (46) supplies steam to the outlet openings (461) in the form of sequential slits opening thereon towards the inner part (462) facing the evaporation portion (35) and to the inner part of the cavity (20) disposed on the expanded free end (48).

  • the liquid container (41) is filled with water, as required by the user.
  • the control element opens the control valve (42) and ensures that the water coming from the first end (43) from the liquid container (41) is pressurized by the control valve (42) and fills the transmission tube (44).
  • the water passing through the control valve (42) moves towards the rear wall (24) parallel to and at a distance from the ceiling (22) and is directed downwards by the elbow (45) and carried to the opening (28) of the rear wall (24).
  • the water reaching the second end (47) is transmitted from the outer part to the rear wall (24) with being perpendicular to the elbow and passed over the fixing plate (64).
  • the fixing plate (64) also allows the heating element (30) to pass through the opposite inlet end (31) and the output end (34) to the corresponding first hole (63) and the second hole (65) from the ring part (32).
  • the second end (47) that fits into the guide hole (66) from the inlet elbow (49) forms in the continuation the distribution part (46) with its free end (48) facing down to follow adjacently the ring part (32).
  • the rotation center of the motor (52) of the convection fan (50) is adjusted coaxially with the circle center of the ring part (32).
  • the part of the steam generator (40) that passes into the rear wall (24) is only the distribution part (46) that rests against the fixing plate (64) of the inlet elbow (49).
  • the mounting element (60) is disposed in the opening (28) and the pins (61) are mounted on the rear wall (24). In this way, only the heating element (30) and the distribution part (46) disposed thereon reach the part of the rear wall (24) facing the cooking chamber.
  • the outlet openings (461) are arranged to face radially inwards in the inner part (462).

  • the oven blocks the transmission tube (44) of the control valve (42) in case that it is not operating, there is no liquid in the liquid container (41) and it is not taken into the steam assisted operation mode. In case that steam assistance is required, the control valve (42) allows water passage.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un four électrique comprenant une cavité (20) entourant une chambre de cuisson accessible par une ouverture (15) ; un élément chauffant électrique (30) fixé à l'intérieur de la cavité (20) et un récipient pour liquide (41) disposé sur le côté extérieur de la cavité (20) ; un générateur de vapeur (40) comportant un tube de transmission (44) qui est relié hermétiquement au récipient pour liquide (41) depuis une extrémité proximale (43) en vue d'une alimentation en liquide et qui s'étend sur une extrémité distale opposée (47) pour pénétrer dans la partie interne de la cavité (20) par une ouverture (28). Le four électrique comprend en outre une partie de distribution (46) qui s'étend de manière au moins partiellement adjacente à l'élément chauffant électrique (30) depuis l'extrémité distale (47) du tube de transmission (44) et comporte au moins une ouverture de sortie (461) permettant l'éjection de vapeur.
