본 발명은 입술용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

또한, 상기 왁스류는, 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), 합성왁스(synthetic wax), 칸데릴라왁스(candelilla wax), 카르나우바왁스(carnauba wax), 마이크로크리스탈린왁스(microcrystalline wax), 세레신(ceresin) 및 오조케라이트(ozokerite)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함할 수 있으며, 바람직하게는, 폴리에틸렌, 합성왁스 및 오조케라이트를 포함할 수 있다.
일 측면에서, 상기 필름 형성제는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 10 내지 30 중량%로 포함될 수 있고, 또는 15~25 중량%, 또는 17~23 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 휘발성 오일류는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 25~50 중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 또는 30~45 중량%, 또는 35~43 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
상기 조성물 내 휘발성 오일류가 메틸트리메치콘, 디메치콘 및 이소도데칸을 포함할 경우, 상기 메틸트리메치콘은, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 15~25 중량%로 포함될 수 있고, 또는 18~23 중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 디메치콘은, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 2~8 중량%, 또는 3~6 중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 이소도데칸은, 4~12 중량% 또는 6~10 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
또한, 비휘발성 오일류가 더 포함될 경우, 비휘발성 오일류는 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 3~10 중량% 또는 4~8 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
상기 왁스류는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 5~15 중량%로 포함되며, 또는 7~13 중량%로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 조성물 내 왁스류가 폴리에틸렌, 합성왁스 및 오조케라이트 모두를 포함할 경우, 상기 폴리에틸렌은 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1~8 중량%, 또는 1~5 중량%로 포함될 수 있고, 상기 합성왁스는 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1~8 중량%, 또는 1~5 중량%로 포함될 수 있고, 상기 오조케라이트는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1~8 중량%, 또는 2~6 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
상기 조성물 내 반구형 파우더는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 10~30 중량%로 포함될 수 있으며, 또는 13~25 중량%, 또는 18~23 중량%로 포함될 수 있다.
상기 입술용 화장료 조성물은, 상기 나열된 성분들을 상기 범위로 포함하고, 필름 형성제와 반구형 파우더를 상기와 같은 중량비율로 포함하며, 트리메틸실록시실리케이트와 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥세인을 상기와 같은 중량비율로 포함할 경우에 가장 우수한 발림성 또는 도포성, 발색력, 촉촉한 사용감, 및 도포 후 화장 지속성을 나타낼 수 있다.
또한, 상기 화장료 조성물은 필요에 따라 적절한 각종의 기제와 첨가제를 함유할 수 있으며, 이들 성분의 종류와 양은 발명자에 의해 용이하게 선정될 수 있다. 필요에 따라 허용 가능한 첨가제를 함유할 수 있으며, 예를 들면, 당업계에 통상적인 방부제, 색소, 향료 등의 성분을 추가로 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 이외에 첨가해도 되는 배합 성분은 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 또, 상기 어느 성분도 본 발명의 목적 및 효과를 손상시키지 않는 범위 내에서 배합 가능하다.
또한, 일 측면에서, 상기 입술용 화장료 조성물은 고형(solid type) 화장료 조성물을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 고형 화장료 조성물은 스틱형 화장료 조성물을 포함할 수 있다. 예컨대, 상기 화장료 조성물은 시중에서 립스틱, 립사인펜, 립루즈, 립크레용, 립 래커, 또는 립글로스 등으로 불리우는 화장품으로 제형화될 수 있다.
이하, 제조예 및 실시예를 통하여 본 발명을 더욱 상세히 설명하고자 한다. 이들 제조예와 실시예는 오로지 본 발명을 예시하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 범위가 이들 실시예에 의해 제한되는 것으로 해석되지 않는 것은 당업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어서 자명할 것이다.
[제조예]
아래 표 1에 기재되어 있는 조성물 1 내지 8을 활용하여 립스틱을 제조하였다. 구체적으로 왁스, 오일 성분을 차례로 평량한 후 85~90℃(도씨)에서 서서히 교반하면서 가열 용해하고, 상기 성분들이 완전 용해된 것을 확인한 후 파우더, 필름형성제, 기타를 평량한 후 85℃에서 교반하여 분산시켰다. 그 후, 탈기하여 스틱 형태로 성형하였다. 조성물 n을 이용하여 제조한 립스틱은 립스틱 n이라고 하였다(n은 1 내지 8).

[실험예 1] 관능 평가
제조예에서 제조한 립스틱1 내지 8에 대하여, 여성 10명에 대하여, 발림성, 발색력, 보습감 및 지속성의 4가지 항목에 대하여 관능 평가를 실시하였다.
각 테스트 항목은 5점을 만점으로, 효과가 우수할수록 높은 점수를 부여하였다.

그 결과, 립스틱 1 내지 3의 결과로부터, 반구형의 파우더를 포함할 경우, 지속성이 현저히 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다. 트리메틸실록시실리케이트와 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥세인이 필름 형성제 총 중량을 기준으로 약 70~90wt% 및10~30wt%로 포함될 때 발림성, 보습감, 발색력 및 지속력이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다(립스틱 3, 5~7). 또한, 필름형성제로서 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥산 대신 플리프로필실세스퀴옥산을 포함할 경우, 사용감이 급격히 저하됨을 확인할 수 있었다(립스틱 3 및 4). 또한, 필름 형성제와 파우더의 함량비율이 약 1:1일 경우에 우수한 사용감을 나타냄을 확인할 수 있었다(립스틱 7 및 립스틱 8).
또한, 보습감의 경우, ENTASCAN을 이용하여 추가적으로 실험을 수행하였다. 표 3과 같이 일정량의 립스틱을 입술에 도포하고, 도포 후 수분도를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 반구형의 파우더 성분을 포함하고, 트리메틸실록시실리케이트와 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥산을 약 8:2로 포함하고, 필름 형성제와 파우더를 약 1:1의 중량비로 포함하는 본원발명의 경우 립스틱 도포 후 입술의 수분도가 크게 증가하여, 보습력이 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

[실험예 2] 제형의 묻어남 정도 확인
손등에 일정량의 조성물을 도포한 후 티슈에 찍어내어 티슈에 묻어난 내용물의 무게를 측정하여 제형(조성물)의 묻어남 정도를 확인하였다. 구체적으로, 손등에 표 4과 같이 일정량의 립스틱을 도포한 후 1분 경과시, 티슈에 도포 부위를 찍어내어, 티슈에 묻어난 내용물의 무게를 측정하고, 육안으로 확인하였다. 육안 확인은, 시중의 일반 립스틱과, 본원발명의 립스틱(립스틱 번호 7)를 이용하여 실험을 진행하였다.
그 결과, 반구형의 파우더 성분을 포함하고, 트리메틸실록시실리케이트와 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥산을 약 8:2로 포함하고, 필름 형성제와 파우더를 약 1:1의 중량비로 포함하는 본원발명의 경우 티슈에 묻어난 화장료 조성물이 거의 없음을 확인할 수 있었다(표 4 및 도 1).

Claims (8)

  1. 입술용 화장료 조성물로서,
    상기 조성물은,
    필름 형성제; 휘발성 오일류; 왁스류; 및 반구형 파우더를 포함하며,
    상기 반구형 파우더는, 필름 형성제 100 중량부를 기준으로, 50 중량부 이상 내지 150 중량부 미만으로 포함되는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 필름 형성제는,
    트리메틸실록시실리케이트; 및 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥세인을 포함하는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    트리메틸실록시실리케이트 및 폴리메틸실세스퀴옥세인은, 필름형성제 총 중량을 기준으로, 각각 70~90 중량% 및 10~30 중량%로 포함되는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 반구형 파우더는, HDI/트라이메틸올 헥실락톤 크로스폴리머 & 메틸 메타크릴레이트 크로스폴리머(HDI/trimethylol hexyllactone crosspolymer & methyl methacrylate crosspolymer) 또는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트를 포함하는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 휘발성 오일류는,
    메틸트리메치콘, 디메치콘, 사이클로펜타실록산, 디실록산 및 이소도데칸으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 왁스류는,
    폴리에틸렌, 합성왁스(Synthetic Wax), 칸데릴라왁스, 카르나우바왁스, 마이크로크리스탈린왁스, 세레신 및 오조케라이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 필름 형성제는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 10 내지 30 중량%로 포함되고,
    상기 휘발성 오일류는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 25~50 중량%로 포함되고,
    상기 왁스류는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 5~15 중량%로 포함되며,
    상기 반구형 파우더는, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 10~30 중량%로 포함되는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 입술용 화장료 조성물은, 고형(solid type)을 포함하는, 입술용 화장료 조성물.
