Dispositif d'aide à l'identification de facteur d'influence de qualité comprenant : une unité de collecte de données (1) qui collecte des données de qualité de produit et des données de processus dans un procédé discontinu; une unité de stockage (2) qui stocke les données de qualité de produit et les données de processus; une unité d'extraction de quantité caractéristique (3) qui extrait des quantités de caractéristiques des données de processus; une unité de classification de quantité caractéristique (4) qui classe les quantités de caractéristiques en groupes sur la base de similarités entre les quantités de caractéristiques; une unité de sélection de quantité caractéristique représentative (5) qui sélectionne une quantité caractéristique représentative pour chacun des groupes sur la base d'une relation avec les données de qualité de produit pour le groupe; une unité d'identification de candidat (6) qui identifie une quantité caractéristique représentative contribuant à la fluctuation des données de qualité de produit parmi les quantités caractéristiques représentatives en tant que facteur d'influence de qualité candidat; et une unité de notification de résultat d'identification (7) qui notifie à un utilisateur le résultat d'identification.
