一种推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置 技术领域
本申请涉及智能家居领域,尤其涉及一种推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置。
背景技术
推拉门是生活中的常用门,即可以推动拉动的门,一般包括方形边框、两条滑道、两扇固定门扇和两扇可滑动门扇,两扇固定门扇分别固定在方形边框两端,两扇可滑动门扇能够在滑道上滑动。
在实际应用中,有锁固推拉门的需求。现有的推拉门锁一般是可移动锁,当可滑动门扇被推拉到某一位置后,将可移动锁紧挨可滑动门扇放置在滑道上实现锁固,也就是说可移动锁的锁固位置取决于可滑动门扇的停留位置。
在滑动门扇时,很难做到将两扇滑动门扇的中缝滑至方形边框的中线处,若未停留在中线处,滑动门扇与固定门扇之间会存在缝隙,此时锁固可移动锁也会影响锁固效果。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,以解决传统推拉门可滑动门扇与固定门扇之间存在缝隙、难以锁固的问题。
本申请提供一种推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,包括壳体、中缝扫描机构、第一容置槽、第二容置槽、第一主锁扣、第二主锁扣、第一副锁扣、第二副锁扣、滑钮、连动机构、第一弹射机构和第二弹射机构;
其中,所述第一容置槽、所述第二容置槽分别开设在所述壳体内部;
所述中缝扫描机构包括发射端、第一感应端和第二感应端,所述发射端居中设置在所述壳体上,所述第一感应端设置在所述第一副锁扣上,所述第二感应端设置在所述第二副锁扣上;
所述第一主锁扣可旋转地设置在所述第一容置槽内,所述第二主锁扣可旋转地设置在所述第二容置槽内,所述第一弹射机构设置在所述第一容置槽内,所述第二弹射机构设置在所述第二容置槽内,所述第一主锁扣可分离地与所述第一弹射机构连接,所述第二主锁扣可分离地与所述第二弹射机构连接;

可选的,还包括滑道,所述滑道居中设置在所述壳体外表面,所述滑钮设置于所述滑道内。
可选的,还包括指示灯,所述指示灯与所述发射端电连接。
可选的,还包括锁固开关,所述锁固开关设置在所述壳体外表面,所述锁固开关与所述第一主锁扣、所述第二主锁扣电连接。

参见图1,为本申请一种推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置的整体图,参见图2,为本申请第一主锁扣、第二主锁扣、第一弹射机构和第二弹射机构的连接示意图。由图1、图2可知,本申请提供的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,包括以下部件:壳体1、中缝扫描机构2、第一容置槽3、第二容置槽4、第一主锁扣5、第二主锁扣6、第一副锁扣7、第二副锁扣8、滑钮9、连动机构10、第一弹射机构11以及第二弹射机构12。其中,壳体1用于支撑其他部件,中缝扫描机构2用于检测推拉门是否位于门框的中线位置,第一容置槽3、第二容置槽4用于容置其他部件,第一主锁扣5、第二主锁扣6、第一副锁扣7和第二副锁扣8用于锁固推拉门,滑钮9、连动机构10用于移动第一主锁扣5和第二主锁扣6,第一弹射机构11用于固定、弹射第一主锁扣5,第二弹射机构12用于固定、弹射第二主锁扣6。
参见图3A,为本申请推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置安装示意图,参见图3B,为本申请推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置安装示意图。所述壳体1可以是长方体,所述第一容置槽3、所述第二容置槽4可以对称开设在所述壳体1内部,所述第一容置槽3、所述第二容置槽4的形状可以是长方体。在实际应用中,所述壳体1可以设置在推拉门门框的中线处,可以是门框的上边框,也可以是门框的下边框。所述壳体1的尺寸、所述第一容置槽3的尺寸和所述第二容置槽4的尺寸可以根据实际使用需要进行设计。所述壳体1固定在门框的中线处可以用于检测推拉门的两扇可滑动门扇的相接处是否停留在门框的中线处。
所述第一主锁扣5可旋转地设置在所述第一容置槽3内。所述第二主锁扣6可旋转地设置在所述第二容置槽4内。参见图4,为本申请第一主锁扣5、第二主锁扣6的结构示意图。由图4可知,所述第一主锁扣5可以包括第一转动轴51、第一锁紧部52,所述第一转动轴51、所述第一锁紧部52可以分别设置在所述第一主锁扣5两端;所述第一主锁扣5还可以包括第一锁固凹槽53,所述第一锁固凹槽53可以设置在所述第一主锁扣5近所述第一锁紧部52的一端。所述第一转动轴51可以固定在所述第一容置槽3内,通过所述第一转动轴51,所述第一主锁扣5可以从所述第一容置槽3内转出。所述第二主锁扣6可以包括第二转动轴61、第二锁紧部62,所述第二转动轴61、所述第二锁紧部62可以分别设置在所述第二主锁扣6两端;所述第二主锁扣6还可以包括第二锁固凹槽63,所述第二锁固凹槽63可以设置在所述第二主锁扣6近所述第二锁紧部62的一端。所述第二转动轴61可以固定在所述第二容置槽4内,通过所述第二转动轴61,所述第二主锁扣6可以 从所述第二容置槽4中转出。当无需锁固时,所述第一主锁扣5、第二主锁扣6的可转动使得所述第一主锁扣5能够置于第一容置槽3内、第二主锁扣6置于第二容置槽4内,当需要锁固时,所述第一主锁扣5、第二主锁扣6的可转动使得锁固可以完成,在日常应用中非常便捷。
所述第一副锁扣7可相吸地与所述第一主锁扣5连接,所述第二副锁扣8可相吸地与所述第二主锁扣6连接。在实际应用中,所述壳体1设置在推拉门门框的中线处,所述第一副锁扣7、所述第二副锁扣8可以分别设置在两扇可滑动门扇上,第一主锁扣5与第一副锁扣7相吸、第二主锁扣6与第二副锁扣8相吸可以起到将两扇可活动门扇锁固在门框中线处的作用。所述第一主锁扣5与所述第一副锁扣7相吸的方式、所述第二主锁扣6与所述第二副锁扣8相吸的方式在本申请中不作具体限定。
所述中缝扫描机构2可以包括发射端21、第一感应端22和第二感应端23,所述发射端21可以居中设置在所述壳体1上,所述第一感应端22可以设置在所述第一副锁扣7上,所述第二感应端23可以设置在所述第二副锁扣8上。在实际应用中,获取所述发射端21与所述第一感应端22的距离,获取所述发射端21与所述第二感应端23的距离,计算两距离的距离差,当距离差等于零时,可以说明两扇可滑动门扇的相接处与门框中线重合,在实际应用中,避免了滑动可滑动门扇时可滑动门扇与固定门扇之间存在缝隙情况的发生。距离的获取方法可以根据实际需要进行选择,比如所述发射端21可以发射红外线,所述第一感应端22、所述第二感应端23可以接收红外线,通过红外线实现测距,具体方式本申请不作限定。
所述推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置还可以包括指示灯14,所述指示灯14可以与所述发射端21电连接。当所述距离差为零时,所述指示灯14可以亮起,以表明可滑动门扇已完成校正,可以继续锁固操作。
参见图5,为本申请第一弹射机构、第二弹射机构的结构示意图。所述第一弹射机构11可以设置在所述第一容置槽3内,所述第一主锁扣5可分离地与所述第一弹射机构11连接,所述第一弹射机构11可以包括第一转动部111、第一弹射转轴112、第一弹射弹簧113和第一锁固凸点114,所述第一弹射转轴112可以贯穿设置于所述第一转动部111内部,通过所述第一弹射转轴112,所述第一转动部111可以实现旋转。所述第一转动部111上可以开设有第一直角凹槽1111,所述第一锁固凸点114设置在所述第一直角凹槽1111的一条边上,所述第一弹射弹簧113的一端固定在所述第一直角凹槽1111的另一条边上,所述第一弹射弹簧113的另一端固定在所述壳体1上。
所述第二弹射机构12可以设置在所述第二容置槽4内,所述第二主锁扣6可分离地与所述第二弹射机构12连接,所述第二弹射机构12可以包括第二转动部121、第二弹射转轴122、第二弹射弹簧123和第二锁固凸点124,所述第二弹射转轴122贯穿设置于所述第二转动部121内部,所述第二转动部121上开设有第二直角凹槽1211,所述第二锁固凸点124设置在所述第二直角凹槽1211的一条边上,所述第二弹射弹簧123的一端固定在所述第二直角凹槽1211的另一条边上,所述第二弹射弹簧123的另一端固定在所述壳体1上。
参见图6,为本申请连动机构结构示意图,由图6可知,本申请提供的一种推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置还可以包括滑钮9和连动机构10,所述滑钮9可以通过所述连动机构 10与所述第一主锁扣5、所述第二主锁扣6相连接。所述连动机构10可以包括连动杆101、第一连动弹簧102和第二连动弹簧103,所述第一连动弹簧102的一端、所述第二连动弹簧103的一端分别设置在所述连动杆101的两端,所述第一连动弹簧102另一端固定在所述第一主锁扣5上,所述第二连动弹簧103另一端固定在所述第二主锁扣6上。在实际应用中,所述第一连动弹簧102可以起到连接所述第一主锁扣5与所述连动杆101的作用,所述第二连动弹簧103可以起到连接所述第二主锁扣6与所述连动杆101的作用,同时能够起到缓冲的作用。滑钮9和连动机构10使得第一主锁扣5能够从第一弹射机构11中脱出、第二主锁扣6能够从第二弹射机构12中脱出。
所述推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置还可以包括滑道13,所述滑道13可以居中设置在所述壳体1外表面,所述滑钮9可以在滑道13内滑动。所述滑道13使得所述滑钮9的滑动更加顺畅。

有锁固需求时,可以滑动滑钮9,连动杆101和第一连动弹簧102带动第一主锁扣5,使得第一锁固凸点114从所述第一锁紧部52中脱出,连动杆101和第二连动弹簧103带动第二主锁扣6,使得第二锁固凸点124从所述第二锁紧部62中脱出。此时处于拉伸状态的所述第一弹射弹簧113和所述第二弹射弹簧123回缩,带动第一转动部111和第二转动部121转动,第一主锁扣5通过第一转动轴51从第一容置槽3内转出,第二主锁扣6可以通过第二转动轴61从第二容置槽4内转出。所述第一主锁扣5可与第一副锁扣7相吸,所述第二主锁扣6可与第二副锁扣8相吸,实现锁固推拉门。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,所述第一主锁扣(5)包括:第一转动轴(51)、第一锁紧部(52),所述第一转动轴(51)、所述第一锁紧部(52)分别设置在所述第一主锁扣(5)两端;所述第一主锁扣(5)还包括第一锁固凹槽(53),所述第一锁固凹槽(53)设置在所述第一主锁扣(5)近所述第一锁紧部(52)的一端;
    所述第二主锁扣(6)包括:第二转动轴(61)、第二锁紧部(62),所述第二转动轴(61)、所述第二锁紧部(62)分别设置在所述第二主锁扣(6)两端;所述第二主锁扣(6)还包括第二锁固凹槽(63),所述第二锁固凹槽(63)设置在所述第二主锁扣(6)近所述第二锁紧部(62)的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,所述第一主锁扣(5)还包括第一伸缩节(54),所述第一伸缩节(54)设置于所述第一主锁扣(5)内;
    所述第二主锁扣(6)还包括第二伸缩节(64),所述第二伸缩节(64)设置于所述第二主锁扣(6)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,所述第一主锁扣(5)还包括第一伸缩节滑道(55)和第一滑钮(56),所述第一滑钮(56)设置在所述第一伸缩节(54)上,所述第一滑钮(56)可移动地设置在所述第一伸缩节滑道(55)内;
    所述第二主锁扣(6)还包括第二伸缩节滑道(65)和第二滑钮(66),所述第二滑钮(66)设置在所述第二伸缩节(64)上,所述第二滑钮(66)可移动地设置在所 述第二伸缩节滑道(65)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,所述连动机构(10)包括连动杆(101)、第一连动弹簧(102)和第二连动弹簧(103),所述第一连动弹簧(102)的一端、所述第二连动弹簧(103)的一端分别设置在所述连动杆(101)的两端,所述第一连动弹簧(102)另一端固定在所述第一主锁扣(5)上,所述第二连动弹簧(103)另一端固定在所述第二主锁扣(6)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹射机构(11)包括第一转动部(111)、第一弹射转轴(112)、第一弹射弹簧(113)和第一锁固凸点(114),所述第一弹射转轴(112)贯穿设置于所述第一转动部(111)内部,所述第一转动部(111)上开设有第一直角凹槽(1111),所述第一锁固凸点(114)设置在所述第一直角凹槽(1111)的一条边上,所述第一弹射弹簧(113)的一端固定在所述第一直角凹槽(1111)的另一条边上,所述第一弹射弹簧(113)的另一端固定在所述壳体(1)上;
    所述第二弹射机构(12)包括第二转动部(121)、第二弹射转轴(122)、第二弹射弹簧(123)和第二锁固凸点(124),所述第二弹射转轴(122)贯穿设置于所述第二转动部(121)内部,所述第二转动部(121)上开设有第二直角凹槽(1211),所述第二锁固凸点(124)设置在所述第二直角凹槽(1211)的一条边上,所述第二弹射弹簧(123)的一端固定在所述第二直角凹槽(1211)的另一条边上,所述第二弹射弹簧(123)的另一端固定在所述壳体(1)上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,还包括滑道(13),所述滑道(13)居中设置在所述壳体(1)外表面,所述滑钮(9)设置于所述滑道(13)内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,还包括指示灯(14),所述指示灯(14)与所述发射端(21)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,还包括锁固开关(15),所述锁固开关(15)设置在所述壳体(1)外表面,所述锁固开关(15)与所述第一主锁扣(5)、所述第二主锁扣(6)电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉门的自动校正、锁固装置,其特征在于,还包括通信模块(16),所述通信模块(16)与所述第一主锁扣(5)、所述第二主锁扣(6)电连接。
