Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif adaptateur extenseur et butée d'accouplement à des outils de fraisage dans des ouvertures limitées pour étendre la longueur effective d'un instrument dentaire. En particulier, l'invention concerne un dispositif de fraisage dans des ouvertures limitées présentant un adaptateur d'extension et d'accouplement qui garantit une fonction comme extenseur pour conférer une longueur polyvalente aux fraises et comme accouplement au système de butées qui permet de contrôler la profondeur de fraisage et présentant la polyvalence de s'intégrer au système de chirurgie guidée avec ferrule annulaire. L'extension est sensiblement cylindrique et se présente sous forme de deux corps à deux rayons, le cylindre le plus grand comprenant des bras d'ajustement à la fraise.
