- the friction or combined force between the handcuff (s) locked in place throttle, grip or hand grip, lockcuff and lever will immobilize the throttle, grip, handgrip or grip.
- the bottom inward crescent shape (4) will allow the curvature of lockcuff to fit snugly around of the throttle, handgrip or grip of a vehicle when in a locked position.
- the lockcuff is fixed to the casing with a hinge allowing for both an upward and downward motions, the hinge is attached to the casing of handcuff where the locking mechanics and keyhole (7) are located.

In such case there would be external piece (s) fitted by means of either in the fabrication, molding, casting of a cuff or added on to existing cuff by means of modification, such as welding, soldering, glue, metal filler or any other means to join pieces of metal using one or more pieces that would block or immobilize the lockcuff from moving side to side or moving horizontally, securing the lockcuff rendering it very difficult to remove or move when in the locked position.

- the lockfuff has or does not have a rectangular curved plate contouring with the angle of crescent shape extending outwards from the casing, on the left and right side.
- the bottom contoured rectangular curved shape will secure lockcuff by having more surface contact when fit snugly around of the throttle, handgrip or grip of a vehicle when in a locked position and will secure the bottom of lockcuff to a vehicle’s throttle or grip, by having a rectangular curved plate would prevent lockcuff from sliding or being forced out of position from the bottom (figure 8 - 11).
- the curved midsection overlaps / interlocks with the casing on both the locking side of the handcuff casing (11) and the side with teeth (8) of the handcuff casing when the lockcuff is in a closed position. This would prevent lockcuff from sliding or being forced out of position from the top.
- the handcuff or similar locking system is then closed firmly together, clicking the teeth of cuff firmly in place sandwiching the lockcuff between the hand throttle or hand grip and hand brake or lever thus creating friction from the hand grip to lockcuff, further creating friction from the lockcuff to the lever, immobilizing both the grip and lever.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un manchon de verrouillage pour un véhicule, ledit manchon de verrouillage présentant certains détails tels que : une section médiane incurvée, une partie en forme de croissant, une perforation pour une fixation à des menottes. Un manchon de verrouillage pour un véhicule peut être fixé de façon permanente à l'une ou l'autre des parois internes du boîtier de menottes, ce qui permet au manchon de verrouillage de se déplacer vers le haut ou vers le bas mais toujours dans la direction de l'ouverture des menottes.
