一些实施例中，两个通道在拉锁头2的第二端也相汇合形成收紧通道5。如此设置，使得拉锁头2无论在齿列4上的哪个位置，即无论调节绳1是抽紧还是松开的状态，齿列4始终保持啮合状态，使得两个齿列4之间不会有缝隙，从而保证调节绳1不会从两个齿列4之间露出，使整个松紧调节装置结构更加紧凑，让使用者穿戴衣物不会显得累赘。
一些实施中，拉锁头2上设有第一卡槽7，调节绳1卡接于第一卡槽7内。参考图2所示，第一卡槽7沿齿列4延伸方向的贯穿设置，调节绳1卡入第一卡槽7内，第一卡槽7的宽度应当小于调节绳1的直径。如此设置，调节绳1与拉锁头2的连接结构简单，便于组装。当然为了防止调节绳1相对于第一卡槽7出现滑动，可以并且地设置若干个第一卡槽7，参考图7所示，例如可以设置两个第一卡槽7。一些实施例中，调节绳1为弹性调节绳1，例如橡皮绳。
一些实施例中，拉锁头2上设有供使用者拉动的拉片8。使用者可以通过拉片8去调整拉锁头2的位置，通过设置拉片8更便于使用者进行施力。在其他实施例中，拉锁头2上设有第二卡槽9，拉片8可转动地卡接于第二卡槽9内。
本发明实施例还提供了一种上衣，该上衣包括帽子，帽子的帽口边沿设有松紧调节装置，松紧调节装置为如上任一项实施例所述的松紧调节装置。该松紧调节装置的调节绳1设置于帽口的边沿处，且沿帽口的边沿延伸，调节绳1至少一端与帽子固定连接，两个布带3均与帽子固定连接。例如，帽口的边沿设有供调节绳1穿入的绳道，绳道沿帽口的边沿延伸设置，绳道的长度可与帽口边沿一致。调节绳1穿入到该绳道内，绳道上设有沿绳道延伸的开口，且开 口的长度与布带3长度相同，两个布带3分别缝合在开口的两条相对的侧边上。调节绳1的两端可以均与帽子固定连接，而拉锁头2与调节绳1两端之间的某点连接；或者调节绳1的一端与帽子固定，另一端与拉锁头2连接，通过沿齿列4调整拉锁头2，可以使拉锁头2带着调节绳1在绳道内滑动，从而使帽口变大或者变小。
如此设置，相对于现有技术中抽绳的方式，通常需要有部分调节绳1留在绳道外面显得很累赘，本发明实施例提供上衣的帽子可以将调节绳1完全设置在绳道内部，结构简单紧凑，通过拉动拉锁头2即可带动内部的调节绳1抽紧或者松开，除此之外，本发明提供的松紧调节装置进行调节松紧时需要拉动拉锁头2即可，并且可以单手操作。
一些实施例中，帽子外侧与人体脑后相对位置的设有松紧调节装置，该松紧调节装置用于调节帽子的帽檐的位置，例如，可以防止帽檐阻挡使用者的实现。调节绳1至少一端与帽子固定连接，两个布带3均与帽子固定连接。例如，两个布带3与帽子通过缝合的方式连接，调节绳1第一端与帽子靠近帽檐的位置固定，第二端与拉锁头2连接；或者第一端与帽子靠近帽檐的位置固定连接，第二端与帽子固定连接，而拉锁头2与两端之间的某点连接。当帽子遮挡人的视线时，可将沿齿列4调整拉锁头2，使调节绳1抽紧以向后拉动帽檐的位置，如此设置，使得帽子戴在人的头部上时，既能稳定的戴在头部上，又能使帽子不会遮挡使用者的视线。
一些实施中，上衣还包括两个衣袖，两个衣袖上均设有松紧调节装置，该松紧调节装置的调节绳1沿衣袖的长度方向延伸，且调节绳1的至少一端与衣袖固定连接，两个布带3均与衣袖固定连接。通过在衣袖上设置松紧调节装置，可以调节衣袖的长度。
本发明实施中还提供了一种裤子，裤子的裤腰处设置有松紧调节装置，以通过松紧调节装置调节裤腰的松紧，松紧调节装置为如上任一项实施例所述松紧调节装置。例如，在裤腰处也设置供调节绳1穿入的绳道，绳道沿裤腰的边沿延伸，调节绳1穿入到绳道内，且调节绳1两端均与裤子固定，或者调节绳 1一端与裤子固定，该绳道上也设置沿绳道延伸的开口，该开口长度与布带3长度相同，将两个布带3分别设置在该开口的两个侧边上，拉锁头2与调节绳1连接，通过沿齿列4调整拉锁头2的位置，即可实现裤腰的松紧。如此设置，能够简单快捷的调节裤腰的松紧，并且调节绳1不会出现死结的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种松紧调节装置，其特征在于，包括调节绳(1)、两条齿带，以及与两条所述齿带相配合的拉锁头(2)，各个所述齿带均包括布带(3)和设置在所述布带(3)工作侧的齿列(4)，所述拉锁头(2)内设有两条通道，两条所述齿列(4)一一对应地伸入两个条所述通道内，两个所述通道至少在第一端相汇合形成收紧通道(5)，所述拉锁头(2)上还设有分离块(6)，所述分离块(6)位于两条所述通道之间，所述分离块(6)设有尖端朝向所述收紧通道(5)的分离锥，所述分离锥与所述收紧通道(5)一一对应，所述调节绳(1)与所述拉锁头(2)连接，所述拉锁头(2)沿所述齿带移动时，带动所述调节绳(1)抽紧或松开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的松紧调节装置，其特征在于，两个所述通道在第二端也相汇合形成所述收紧通道(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的松紧调节装置，其特征在于，所述拉锁头(2)上设有第一卡槽(7)，所述调节绳(1)卡接于所述第一卡槽(7)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的松紧调节装置，其特征在于，所述拉锁头(2)上设有供使用者拉动的拉片(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的松紧调节装置，其特征在于，所述拉锁头(2)上设有第二卡槽(9)，所述拉片(8)可转动地卡接于所述第二卡槽(9)内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的松紧调节装置，其特征在于，所述调节绳(1)为弹性调节绳(1)。
  7. 一种上衣，包括帽子，其特征在于，所述帽子的帽口边沿设有松紧调节装置，所述松紧调节装置为权利要求1-6任一项所述的松紧调节装置，该所述松紧调节装置的所述调节绳(1)设置于所述帽口的边沿处，且沿所述帽口的边沿延伸，所述调节绳(1)至少一端与所述帽子固定连接，两个所述布带(3)均与所述帽子固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的上衣，其特征在于，所述帽子与人体脑后相对位置的外侧设有所述松紧调节装置，以调节所述帽子的帽檐的位置，所述调节绳(1)至少一端与所述帽子固定连接，两个所述布带(3)均与所述帽子固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的上衣，其特征在于，还包括两个衣袖，两个所述衣袖上均设有所述松紧调节装置，该所述松紧调节装置的所述调节绳(1)沿所述衣袖的长度方向延伸，且所述调节绳(1)的至少一端与所述衣袖固定连接，两个所述布带(3)均与所述衣袖固定连接。
  10. 一种裤子，其特征在于，所述裤子的裤腰处设置有松紧调节装置，以通过所述松紧调节装置调节所述裤腰的松紧，所述松紧调节装置为权利要求1-6任一项所述松紧调节装置。
