当电子设备需要折叠或展开时,手动将第一壳体120向朝向或远离第二壳体140的方向旋转,第一壳体120可以带动转动件130相对于固定轴110转动,通过第一齿轮131和第二齿轮161啮合,使得第二齿轮161相对于固定轴110转动,第二齿轮161带动锁紧轮162转动,弹片150与锁紧轮162的外周壁止抵,弹片150和锁紧轮162之间具有摩擦力,从而给锁紧轮162施加阻尼力,阻尼力阻碍锁紧轮162的转动,通过第二 齿轮161、第一齿轮131将阻尼力传递给转动件130,从而使得转动件130在转动的过程中可以更平稳。
结合图2-图3,更进一步地,锁紧轮162的外周壁上设有第一锁紧槽1621和第二锁紧槽1622,第一锁紧槽1621和第二锁紧槽1622沿锁紧轮162的周向方向间隔开,电子设备具有展开状态和折叠状态,如图4所示,在展开状态,凸起151与第一锁紧槽1621配合,如图7所示,在折叠状态,凸起151与第二锁紧槽1622配合。可以理解的是,第一锁紧槽1621与凸起151配合可以锁紧锁紧轮162,在锁紧轮162所受的外力不足以使第一锁紧槽1621越过凸起151时,锁紧轮162处于非转动状态,由此,第二齿轮161、第一齿轮131和转动件130、第一壳体120处于非转动状态,此时,第一壳体120可以稳定地处于展开状态,便于用户使用电子设备。在用户想将电子设备折叠时,可以给第一壳体120一个朝向第二壳体140的外力,外力通过第一齿轮131、第二齿轮161传递给锁紧轮162,第一锁紧槽1621越过凸起151,由此,可以实现第一壳体120的转动,第一壳体120转动至与第二壳体140层叠的状态时,第二锁紧槽1622与凸起151配合。
同样地,第二锁紧槽1622与凸起151配合可以锁紧锁紧轮162,在锁紧轮162所受的外力不足以使第二锁紧槽1622越过凸起151时,锁紧轮162处于非转动状态,由此,第二齿轮161、第一齿轮131和转动件130、第一壳体120处于非转动状态,此时,第一壳体120可以稳定地处于折叠状态,便于收纳电子设备。在用户想将电子设备展开时,可以给第一壳体120一个远离第二壳体140的外力,外力通过第一齿轮131、第二齿轮161传递给锁紧轮162,第二锁紧槽1622越过凸起151,由此,可以实现第一壳体120的转动,第一壳体120转动至与第二壳体140成180°时,第一锁紧槽1621与凸起151配合。
如图2-图3所示,第一锁紧槽1621和第二锁紧槽1622之间还设有卡位槽1623,参考图6,凸起151与卡位槽1623配合用于将转轴组件100定位在展开状态和折叠状态之间的设定位置。可以理解的是,卡位槽1623与凸起151配合可以锁紧锁紧轮162,在锁紧轮162所受的外力不足以使卡位槽1623越过凸起151时,锁紧轮162处于非转动状态,由此,第二齿轮161、第一齿轮131、转动件130和第一壳体120处于非转动状态,转动件130固定在设定位置,从而,第一壳体120可以稳定地固定在设定位置,便于用户调节电子设备的使用角度,例如当因光线等原因看不清屏幕时,用户可以根据需要调节电子设备的角度以便看清屏幕;又如,当用户因睡姿、坐姿不同而需要电子设备有一个相适应的舒适的使用角度时,用户可以将电子设备调节到想要的特定位置。当 用户给第一壳体120一个朝向或远离第二壳体140的外力,外力通过第一齿轮131、第二齿轮161传递给锁紧轮162,使卡位槽1623越过凸起151,由此,可以实现第一壳体120的转动,第一壳体120转动至与第二壳体140层叠设置时,第二锁紧槽1622与凸起151配合;第一壳体120转动至与第二壳体140成180°时,第一锁紧槽1621与凸起151配合。
根据本申请的电子设备,包括如上所述的壳体组件1000和显示屏,显示屏的部分设在第一壳体120上,显示屏的部分设在第二壳体140上。
根据本申请的电子设备,通过设置对转动件130施加阻尼力的弹片150,弹片150对转动件130施加阻尼力,使得转动件130在转动的过程可以更平稳,将转轴组件100运用到电子设备中,从而使得电子设备在展开或折叠的过程中运动更平稳,由此,可以提升用户使用舒适性。
示例性的,电子设备可以为移动或便携式并执行无线通信的各种类型的计算机系统设备中的任何一种。具体地,电子设备可以为移动电话或智能电话(例如,基于iPhone TM,基于Android TM的电话),便携式游戏设备(例如Nintendo DS TM,PlayStation Portable TM,Gameboy Advance TM,iPhone TM)、膝上型电脑、PDA、便携式互联网设备、音乐播放器以及数据存储设备,其他手持设备以及诸如手表、入耳式耳机、吊坠、头戴式耳机等,电子设备还可以为其他的可穿戴设备(例如,诸如电子眼镜、电子衣服、电子手镯、电子项链、电子纹身、电子设备或智能手表的头戴式设备(HMD))。
电子设备还可以是多个电子设备中的任何一个,多个电子设备包括但不限于蜂窝电话、智能电话、其他无线通信设备、个人数字助理、音频播放器、其他媒体播放器、音乐记录器、录像机、照相机、其他媒体记录器、收音机、医疗设备、车辆运输仪器、计算器、可编程遥控器、寻呼机、膝上型计算机、台式计算机、打印机、上网本电脑、个人数字助理(PDA)、便携式多媒体播放器(PMP)、运动图像专家组(MPEG-1或MPEG-2)音频层(MP3)播放器,便携式医疗设备以及数码相机及其组合。
在一些情况下,电子设备可以执行多种功能(例如,播放音乐,显示视频,存储图片以及接收和发送电话呼叫)。如果需要,电子设备可以是诸如蜂窝电话、媒体播放器、其他手持设备、腕表设备、吊坠设备、听筒设备或其他紧凑型便携式设备的便携式设备。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,包括:
    支架;
    转动件,所述转动件的一端可转动地设在所述支架上;
    用于对所述转动件施加阻尼力的弹片,所述弹片设在所述支架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述转动件的与所述支架连接的一端具有第一齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述转动件同轴转动,所述转轴组件还包括:
    传动件,所述传动件可转动地设在所述支架上,所述传动件包括与所述第一齿轮啮合的第二齿轮以及与所述第二齿轮同轴的锁紧轮,所述弹片与所述锁紧轮的外周壁止抵。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述弹片上设有凸起,所述凸起与所述锁紧轮的外周壁止抵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述锁紧轮的外周壁上设有第一锁紧槽和第二锁紧槽,所述第一锁紧槽和所述第二锁紧槽沿所述第一锁紧轮的周向方向间隔开,所述电子设备具有展开状态和折叠状态,在所述展开状态,所述凸起与所述第一锁紧槽配合,在所述折叠状态,所述凸起与所述第二锁紧槽配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述锁紧轮的外周壁的除去所述第一锁紧槽和所述第二锁紧槽的区域被构造成阻尼部,所述阻尼部为沿所述锁紧轮的周向方向间隔开的多个,所述凸起与其中一个所述阻尼部止抵用于给所述锁紧轮施加阻尼力。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧槽和所述第二锁紧槽之间还设有卡位槽,所述凸起与所述卡位槽配合用于将所述电子设备定位在所述展开状态和所述折叠状态之间的设定位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述卡位槽为沿所述锁紧轮的周向方向间隔开的多个。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述第一齿轮的分度圆直径为d1,所述第二齿轮的分度圆直径为d2,且满足:d1>d2。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述d1和 d2满足:d1/d2=2。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支架包括第一连接板和第二连接板,所述第二连接板连接在所述第一连接板的端部,所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板垂直设置,所述转动件的一端可转动地设在所述第一连接板上,所述弹片设在所述第二连接板上。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支架包括第一连接板和第二连接板,所述第二连接板连接在所述第一连接板的端部,所述第一连接板和所述第二连接板垂直设置,所述第一齿轮可转动地设在所述支架上,所述弹片设在所述第二连接板上。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支架设有第一枢转轴,所述第一枢转轴设在所述第一连接板上,所述转动件设有第一枢转孔,所述第一枢转孔适于与所述第一枢转轴配合以使所述转动件与所述第一连接板可转动地连接。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支架设有第二枢转轴,所述第二枢转轴设在所述第一连接板上,所述传动件设有第二枢转孔,所述第二枢转孔适于与所述第二枢转轴配合以使所述传动件与所述支架可转动地连接。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支架设有第一枢转轴和第二枢转轴,所述第一枢转轴和所述第二枢转轴均设在所述第一连接板上且间隔开,所述转动件设有第一枢转孔,所述第一枢转孔适于与所述第一枢转轴配合以使所述转动件与所述第一连接板可转动地连接,所述传动件设有第二枢转孔,所述第二枢转孔适于与所述第二枢转轴配合以使所述传动件与所述支架可转动地连接。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述支架上设有安装部,所述安装部设在所述第二连接板上,所述弹片安装在所述安装部上。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述弹片胶粘在所述安装部上。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述弹片焊接在所述安装部上。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,其特征在于,所述安装部为沿所述弹片的延伸方向间隔开的两个,所述弹片的两端分别与每个所述安装部配合。
  19. 一种用于折叠电子设备的壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    固定轴;
    两个根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的用于折叠电子设备的转轴组件,两个所述转轴组件的所述支架均设在所述固定轴上且间隔开;
    第一壳体,所述第一壳体与其中一个所述转轴组件的所述转动件的远离所述支架的一端固定连接;
    第二壳体,所述第二壳体与另一个所述转轴组件的所述转动件的远离所述支架的一端固定连接,所述电子设备在折叠状态,所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体层叠设置。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    根据权利要求19所述的用于折叠电子设备的壳体组件;
    显示屏,所述显示屏的部分设在所述第一壳体上,所述显示屏的部分设在所述第二壳体上。
