为使本申请的目的和实施方式更加清楚,下面将结合本申请示例性实施例中的附图,对本申请示例性实施方式进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,描述的示例性实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
需要说明的是,本申请中对于术语的简要说明,仅是为了方便理解接下来描述的实施方式,而不是意图限定本申请的实施方式。除非另有说明,这些术语应当按照其普通和通常的含义理解。
本申请中说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等是用于区别类似或同类的对象或实体,而不必然意味着限定特定的顺序或先后次序,除非另外注明。应该理解这样使用的用语在适当情况下可以互换。
术语“包括”和“具有”以及他们的任何变形,意图在于覆盖但不排他的包含,例如,包含了一系列组件的产品或设备不必限于清楚地列出的所有组件,而是可包括没有清楚地列出的或对于这些产品或设备固有的其它组件。

图1为根据实施例中显示设备的使用场景的示意图。如图1所示,显示设备200还与服务器400进行数据通信,用户可通过智能设备300或控制装置100操作显示设 备200。
在一些实施例中,控制装置100可以是遥控器,遥控器和显示设备的通信包括红外协议通信或蓝牙协议通信,及其他短距离通信方式中的至少一种,通过无线或有线方式来控制显示设备200。用户可以通过遥控器上按键、语音输入、控制面板输入等至少一种输入用户指令,来控制显示设备200。
在一些实施例中,智能设备300可以包括移动终端、平板电脑、计算机、笔记本电脑,AR/VR设备等中的任意一种。
在一些实施例中,也可以使用智能设备300以控制显示设备200。例如,使用在智能设备上运行的应用程序控制显示设备200。
在一些实施例中,也可以使用智能设备300和显示设备进行数据的通信。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200还可以采用除了控制装置100和智能设备300之外的方式进行控制,例如,可以通过显示设备200设备内部配置的获取语音指令的模块直接接收用户的语音指令控制,也可以通过显示设备200设备外部设置的语音控制装置来接收用户的语音指令控制。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200还与服务器400进行数据通信。可允许显示设备200通过局域网(LAN)、无线局域网(WLAN)和其他网络进行通信连接。服务器400可以向显示设备200提供各种内容和互动。服务器400可以是一个集群,也可以是多个集群,可以包括一类或多类服务器。
在一些实施例中,一个步骤执行主体执行的软件步骤可以随需求迁移到与之进行数据通信的另一步骤执行主体上进行执行。示例性的,服务器执行的软件步骤可以随需求迁移到与之数据通信的显示设备上执行,反之亦然。
图2示例性示出了根据示例性实施例中控制装置100的配置框图。如图2所示,控制装置100包括控制器110、通信接口130、用户输入/输出接口140、存储器、供电电源。控制装置100可接收用户的输入操作指令,且将操作指令转换为显示设备200可识别和响应的指令,起用用户与显示设备200之间交互中介作用。
在一些实施例中,通信接口130用于和外部通信,包含WIFI芯片,蓝牙模块,NFC或可替代模块中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,用户输入/输出接口140包含麦克风,触摸板,传感器,按键或可替代模块中的至少一种。
图3示出了根据示例性实施例中显示设备200的硬件配置框图。
在一些实施例中,显示设备200包括调谐解调器210、通信器220、检测器230、外部装置接口240、控制器250、显示器260、音频输出接口270、存储器、供电电源、用户接口中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中控制器包括中央处理器,视频处理器,音频处理器,图形处理器,RAM,ROM,用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口。
在一些实施例中,显示器260包括用于呈现画面的显示屏组件,以及驱动图像显示的驱动组件,用于接收源自控制器输出的图像信号,进行显示视频内容、图像内容以及菜单操控界面的组件以及用户操控UI界面等。
在一些实施例中,显示器260可为液晶显示器、OLED显示器、以及投影显示器中的至少一种,还可以为一种投影装置和投影屏幕。
在一些实施例中,调谐解调器210通过有线或无线接收方式接收广播电视信号,以及从多个无线或有线广播电视信号中解调出音视频信号,如以及EPG数据信号。
在一些实施例中,通信器220是用于根据各种通信协议类型与外部设备或服务器进行通信的组件。例如:通信器可以包括Wifi模块,蓝牙模块,有线以太网模块等其他网络通信协议芯片或近场通信协议芯片,以及红外接收器中的至少一种。显示设备200可以通过通信器220与控制装置100或服务器400建立控制信号和数据信号的发 送和接收。
在一些实施例中,检测器230用于采集外部环境或与外部交互的信号。例如,检测器230包括光接收器,用于采集环境光线强度的传感器;或者,检测器230包括图像采集器,如摄像头,可以用于采集外部环境场景、用户的属性或用户交互手势,再或者,检测器230包括声音采集器,如麦克风等,用于接收外部声音。
在一些实施例中,外部装置接口240可以包括但不限于如下:高清多媒体接口接口(HDMI)、模拟或数据高清分量输入接口(分量)、复合视频输入接口(CVBS)、USB输入接口(USB)、RGB端口等任一个或多个接口。也可以是上述多个接口形成的复合性的输入/输出接口。
在一些实施例中,控制器250和调谐解调器210可以位于不同的分体设备中,即调谐解调器210也可在控制器250所在的主体设备的外置设备中,如外置机顶盒等。
在一些实施例中,控制器250,通过存储在存储器上中各种软件控制程序,来控制显示设备的工作和响应用户的操作。控制器250控制显示设备200的整体操作。例如:响应于接收到用于选择在显示器260上显示UI对象的用户命令,控制器250便可以执行与由用户命令选择的对象有关的操作。
在一些实施例中,所述对象可以是可选对象中的任何一个,例如超链接、图标或其他可操作的控件。与所选择的对象有关操作有:显示连接到超链接页面、文档、图像等操作,或者执行与所述图标相对应程序的操作。
在一些实施例中控制器包括中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),视频处理器,音频处理器,图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU),RAM Random Access Memory,RAM),ROM(Read-Only Memory,ROM),用于输入/输出的第一接口至第n接口,通信总线(Bus)等中的至少一种。
CPU处理器。用于执行存储在存储器中操作系统和应用程序指令,以及根据接收外部输入的各种交互指令,来执行各种应用程序、数据和内容,以便最终显示和播放各种音视频内容。CPU处理器,可以包括多个处理器。如,包括一个主处理器以及一个或多个子处理器。
在一些实施例中,图形处理器,用于产生各种图形对象,如:图标、操作菜单、以及用户输入指令显示图形等中的至少一种。图形处理器包括运算器,通过接收用户输入各种交互指令进行运算,根据显示属性显示各种对象;还包括渲染器,对基于运算器得到的各种对象,进行渲染,上述渲染后的对象用于显示在显示器上。
在一些实施例中,视频处理器,用于将接收外部视频信号,根据输入信号的标准编解码协议,进行解压缩、解码、缩放、降噪、帧率转换、分辨率转换、图像合成等视频处理中的至少一种,可得到直接可显示设备200上显示或播放的信号。
在一些实施例中,视频处理器,包括解复用模块、视频解码模块、图像合成模块、帧率转换模块、显示格式化模块等中的至少一种。其中,解复用模块,用于对输入音视频数据流进行解复用处理。视频解码模块,用于对解复用后的视频信号进行处理,包括解码和缩放处理等。图像合成模块,如图像合成器,其用于将图形生成器根据用户输入或自身生成的GUI信号,与缩放处理后视频图像进行叠加混合处理,以生成可供显示的图像信号。帧率转换模块,用于对转换输入视频帧率。显示格式化模块,用于将接收帧率转换后视频输出信号,改变信号以符合显示格式的信号,如输出RGB数据信号。
在一些实施例中,音频处理器,用于接收外部的音频信号,根据输入信号的标准编解码协议,进行解压缩和解码,以及降噪、数模转换、和放大处理等处理中的至少一种,得到可以在扬声器中播放的声音信号。
在一些实施例中,用户可在显示器260上显示的图形用户界面(GUI)输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过图形用户界面(GUI)接收用户输入命令。或者,用户可 通过输入特定的声音或手势进行输入用户命令,则用户输入接口通过传感器识别出声音或手势,来接收用户输入命令。
在一些实施例中,“用户界面”,是应用程序或操作系统与用户之间进行交互和信息交换的介质接口,它实现信息的内部形式与用户可以接受形式之间的转换。用户界面常用的表现形式是图形用户界面(Graphic User Interface,GUI),是指采用图形方式显示的与计算机操作相关的用户界面。它可以是在电子设备的显示屏中显示的一个图标、窗口、控件等界面元素,其中控件可以包括图标、按钮、菜单、选项卡、文本框、对话框、状态栏、导航栏、Widget等可视的界面元素中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,用户接口280,为可用于接收控制输入的接口(如:显示设备本体上的实体按键,或其他等)。
在一些实施例中,显示设备的系统可以包括内核(Kernel)、命令解析器(shell)、文件系统和应用程序。内核、shell和文件系统一起组成了基本的操作系统结构,它们让用户可以管理文件、运行程序并使用系统。上电后,内核启动,激活内核空间,抽象硬件、初始化硬件参数等,运行并维护虚拟内存、调度器、信号及进程间通信(IPC)。内核启动后,再加载Shell和用户应用程序。应用程序在启动后被编译成机器码,形成一个进程。
参见图4,在一些实施例中,将系统分为四层,从上至下分别为应用程序(Applications)层(简称“应用层”),应用程序框架(Application Framework)层(简称“框架层”),安卓运行时(Android runtime)和系统库层(简称“系统运行库层”),以及内核层。
在一些实施例中,应用程序层中运行有至少一个应用程序,这些应用程序可以是操作系统自带的窗口(Window)程序、系统设置程序或时钟程序等;也可以是第三方开发者所开发的应用程序。在具体实施时,应用程序层中的应用程序包不限于以上举例。
框架层为应用程序层的应用程序提供应用编程接口(application programming interface,API)和编程框架。应用程序框架层包括一些预先定义的函数。应用程序框架层相当于一个处理中心,这个中心决定让应用层中的应用程序做出动作。应用程序通过API接口,可在执行中访问系统中的资源和取得系统的服务。
如图4所示,本申请实施例中应用程序框架层包括管理器(Managers),内容提供者(Content Provider)等,其中管理器包括以下模块中的至少一个:活动管理器(Activity Manager)用与和系统中正在运行的所有活动进行交互;位置管理器(Location Manager)用于给系统服务或应用提供了系统位置服务的访问;文件包管理器(Package Manager)用于检索当前安装在设备上的应用程序包相关的各种信息;通知管理器(Notification Manager)用于控制通知消息的显示和清除;窗口管理器(Window Manager)用于管理用户界面上的括图标、窗口、工具栏、壁纸和桌面部件。
在一些实施例中,活动管理器用于管理各个应用程序的生命周期以及通常的导航回退功能,比如控制应用程序的退出、打开、后退等。窗口管理器用于管理所有的窗口程序,比如获取显示屏大小,判断是否有状态栏,锁定屏幕,截取屏幕,控制显示窗口变化(例如将显示窗口缩小显示、抖动显示、扭曲变形显示等)等。
在一些实施例中,系统运行库层为上层即框架层提供支撑,当框架层被使用时,安卓操作系统会运行系统运行库层中包含的C/C++库以实现框架层要实现的功能。
在一些实施例中,内核层是硬件和软件之间的层。如图4所示,内核层至少包含以下驱动中的至少一种:音频驱动、显示驱动、蓝牙驱动、摄像头驱动、WIFI驱动、USB驱动、HDMI驱动、传感器驱动(如指纹传感器,温度传感器,压力传感器等)、以及电源驱动等。
以上实施例介绍了显示设备的硬件/软件架构以及功能实现等内容。在某些应用场景中,显示设备可能配置有TTS功能,TTS功能实现了将文本信息转换为语音信息进 行播放,方便有视觉障碍的用户了解当前页面中展示的信息内容,而对于无视觉障碍的用户,则可以从视觉和听觉的双感上感知页面信息,提高了显示设备的智能化和用户体验。
在一些实施例中,用户可以通过一定的操作路径进入文本播报功能(即TTS功能)的设置页面,比如在电视主页上点击“设置”(Settings)控件,进入设置应用,然后选择“设备偏好设置”中的“无障碍”选项,从而显示如图5所示的界面,在图5中用户可以设置文本播报功能的开关状态,比如图5中的TalkBack即为设置文本播报功能开关状态的入口,此时TalkBack下方显示关闭,即表明当前未开启文本播报功能。如果用户想要使用文本播报功能,则点击TalkBack,进入如图6所示的界面,图6中开关控件前面显示“启用”,说明当前文本播报功能处于未开启状态,用户只需点击一次开关控件即可启用,然后界面呈现如图7所示的变化。图7中开关控件前面文字显示变化为“关闭”,即表明当前文本播报功能处于已开启状态,用户若要关闭文本播报功能,只需再次点击开关控件。用户通过图6或图7的界面操作开关控件,即可根据个人使用需求启闭文本播报功能。
若用户启用了文本播报功能,则当用户打开某个应用,所述应用比如是显示设备的内置应用或者安装的第三方应用等,然后进入应用中的页面时,就会同步播报页面中的文本信息给用户听。可以根据显示设备的使用环境和地理位置,来设置页面显示的文本信息的语言,语音播报时使用的语言一般默认与文字语言一致。
不同应用的页面显示内容不同,用户若要定位当前语音播报内容在页面中的具体位置,就需要比对语音信息和文本信息,由于语音信息是动态、连续播放的,并且页面中本文信息量可能众多,会导致用户查找和定位困难,用户无法快速找到并查看具体播报位置处的信息,影响用户实际体验。
为解决该技术问题,在本申请实施例中,当打开应用页面后,在播报页面中文本信息的同时,在页面UI上设置动态焦点,所述焦点用于标记当前播报内容在页面中的具体位置,即焦点需要与语音播报内容实时匹配,并且追踪播报内容而随之动态移动。
在一些实施例中,焦点可以是以字、字符、词、句或者段落为单位进行标记,或者是按行进行标记等。
在一些实施例中,焦点的具体形式比如是对被标记本文进行高亮化处理;或者,为被标记本文设置与其他文本差异化的对比颜色,如被焦点标记的文本设置成红色,其他文本内容为黑色,用户通过颜色差异,可以直接定位到当前播报内容所处的页面位置。需要说明的是,焦点的呈现形式不限于本实施例所述,在实际应用中还可设置其他显示效果,比如文字闪烁、文字加粗、字体差异、字号差异、或者设置定位标识符等。
如图8所示,是以显示设备内置的电子说明书(E-Manual)应用为例,当用户打开电子说明书中的页面时,即同步执行文本播报功能,图8中采用按行标记焦点的形式,当语音播报至“Hisense Mexico…时,即可将该内容所属行的“Hisense Mexico S.de R.L.de C.V.”进行标记,即焦点随之移动到该位置处,图8中焦点效果为设置高亮标记,高亮标记可采用不同颜色,比如采用绿色高亮,使得焦点呈现更为直观和鲜明。
由于页面信息量众多,而显示界面因受屏幕尺寸限制展示给观众的文本信息量有限,因此在焦点跟随播报内容移动时,若用户未操作滚动页面,焦点后续可能会移到用户非可视化的信息处,即用户在当前显示界面上无法肉眼可见焦点。对此在一些实施例中,在文本语音播报过程中,本申请实时检测焦点位置,在焦点即将超出页面可视化范围时,无需用户手动操作去移动焦点或下滑页面,而是控制页面根据可视化窗口自动向上滚动,从而将之前页面中非可见的文本信息滚动到可视化窗口中去显示,同时将焦点标记的“文本块”滚动至页面纵向居中位置,这样即可将焦点由临界可视化位置调整到最佳的居中观感位置,从而提升用户体验。
如图9所示,页面可视化窗口中当前能够显示3句,分别对应Tuner Mode、Auto Scan和DTV Manual Scan。如图9中的(a),当前焦点移动至Tuner Mode,焦点标记Tuner Mode对应的整句话;之后焦点随播报内容转换语句而移动,参照图9中的(b),焦点移动至Auto Scan,焦点标记Auto Scan对应的整句话;参照图9中的(c),播报再次切换语句后,焦点移动至DTV Manual Scan,焦点标记DTV Manual Scan对应的整句话,这时焦点已经移动至可视化窗口的底部临界位置,如果焦点继续下移而页面不动,则用户将无法可见焦点,因此,本申请中自动控制页面向上滚动,如图9中的(d),页面上滚后,焦点移动至页面居中处的ATV Manual Scan。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,提供一种页面信息语音播报方法,该方法由显示设备中的控制器250被配置执行,即控制器250为该方法的执行主体,所述方法包括如下程序步骤:
响应于启动页面的操作,在步骤S10中,检测文本播报功能的当前状态是否为已开启。如果文本播报功能已开启,则执行步骤S20,反之则执行步骤S60。
步骤S20,显示所述页面,并同步播报所述页面中的文本信息。
步骤S30,跟随播报内容,控制焦点在所述页面中动态移动。
步骤S40,检测所述焦点是否移动到显示界面的第一预设位置。
如果焦点移动到第一预设位置,则执行步骤S50,反之则返回执行步骤S30和步骤S40。在一些实施例中,第一预设位置可以是显示界面的可视化的底部临界位置,即前述可视化窗口中底部即将超出可视化范围的位置,这种方式是以可视化边界作为约束来控制页面上滚和焦点位置调整。第一预设位置可以根据实际应用进行设置,比如焦点若是按行标记,则第一预设位置可以是语音播报至第N行时对应的行位置,第一预设位置不作限定。
步骤S50,控制所述页面向上滚动,以使所述焦点处于显示界面的第二预设位置。
在一些实施例中,所述第二预设位置可以为显示界面沿纵向的居中位置,界面居中位置的视觉观看效果最好,因此在满足步骤S40的条件后,控制页面上滚,由于页面上滚速度大于语音播报速度,因此可以带动焦点呈向上相对移动,从而将焦点调整至页面居中位置。第二预设位置可以根据实际应用进行设定,本实施例不作限定。当利用步骤S50调整好页面和焦点后,继续从步骤S30执行语音播报和焦点跟随。
步骤S60,仅显示所述页面。当文本播报功能未开启时,则仅正常显示页面即可,不播报页面中的文本信息。
在一些实施例中,所述焦点是以字、字符、词、句或者段落为单位进行标记,或者是按照行进行标记等,具体以实际应用的需求设定为准。
为了提升用户体验,最好使听觉和视觉保持相对一致性,就需要使播报的语音信息与页面文本信息具有相同的语言。对此在一些实施例中,在获取页面中加载的文本信息时,还需要一并获取文本使用的目标语言,对于显示设备来说,用户可以根据使用环境、地理位置和/或个人语言习惯,在设置(Setting)中选择本机默认使用的目标语言,目标语言设定后,本机UI和语音都会使用该目标语言,则页面启动后,按照目标语言播报文本信息。
在其他实现方式中,也可支持用户设置文本转语音时使用的目标语言,比如本机默认语言为中文,用户设置目标语言为英文,即页面显示的文本信息为中文,以英文语音播报文本信息,这种方式只是多涉及了语言转换和翻译,语音播报、焦点跟随、页面滚动和焦点位置调整机制与前述相同。
由以上技术方案可知,本申请提供的技术方案适用于配置有TTS功能的显示设备,当用户启动某个页面时,除了显示页面,还需要检测文本播报功能(即TTS功能)的当前状态,状态可包括已开启或未开启。如果文本播报功能未开启,则仅显示页面,无文本转化语音输出;如果文本播报功能当前处于已开启状态,则在显示页面的同时, 将页面中的文本信息转化为语音信息进行播报。本申请的关键在于增设了用于标记当前播报内容在页面中所处位置的焦点,该焦点可以跟随播报内容同步、动态移动,即语音播报到哪个信息,则焦点移动到该信息所在的位置,使得该信息得以获取焦点,焦点比如采用对信息进行加粗、高亮或颜色变换等形式,方便用户通过焦点直观、快速地定位播报位置;此外,当焦点移动至第一预设位置的限定临界处时,为了保证焦点的可见性以及展示效果,自动控制页面上滚,使得当前焦点位于页面居中处,从而进一步提升用户使用体验,实现了智能化、自动化的语音播报。
在显示设备中,或多或少地会预置一些本地的网页页面,以向用户提供直观、便捷和定制化的图文信息,用户在未连接网络的情况下也能浏览页面资源。在一些应用场景中,比如智能电视一般内置有电子说明书(E-manual)应用,会在智能电视本机中预置一些提示和引导用户操作的电子说明书页面,这种电子说明书可以通过浏览器加载HTML页面数据或PDF格式文件等形式进行电子说明书内容的显示。下面以电子说明书的页面资源显示为例进行说明。
点击E-manual的应用图标,或者通过设置(Settings)入口,打开E-manual的应用图11中示例性示出一种电子说明书的主页面,可以包括“实时电视”(LiveTV)、“连接”(Connection)、“多屏”(Multi_screen)、“智慧功能”(Smart Functions)、“影像和音效”(Picture and Sound)、“系统和支援”(Accessibility and System)、“解决疑难”(Troubleshooting)和“使用电子说明书”(Using the E-manual)等子页面的选项,以其中“连接”为例,在主页面点击“连接”选项,进入“连接”子页面。图12示出显示设备未连接网络时,“连接”子页面的预置页面示意图,该子页面中示出多种网络连接方式,比如以太网和无线网等,图12中还具有一些文字说明,文字语言可以根据显示设备所在的国家、地区进行适应性显示,图12中还包括一张内置图像资源,为静态图像,该静态图像中示出了电视端连接以太网的方式,将电视接口连接路由器接口,路由器接口与调制解调器的接口连接,从而引导用户接线连网,该预置页面为常规的图文显示样式。
图13示出显示设备已连接网络时,“连接”子页面的预置页面示意图,以图12中静态图像覆盖的区域作为目标区域,在网络连接时,通过网络加载在目标区域内显示的在线网络资源,图13中由视频资源替换了图12中的静态图像,目标区域内显示的视频资源是以动态视频形式引导用户如果为电视连接网络,视频资源中可以具有一些功能控件,比如通过播放键10进行视频的播放和暂停,通过调节音量控件20来调节视频播放时的音量大小,可以通过屏幕控件30调节该视频以小屏或全屏形式进行展示,功能控件可以根据实际操作需求进行设定,视频资源中还可以显示视频的总时长,以及通过进度条显示视频的播放进度。目标区域可以根据实际情况进行选取,比如可以选取静态图像、标题、内容标签位置区域,目标区域可以选取一个或多个。图12和图13相比,除了指定的目标区域显示的资源不同,其他区域内显示的内容相同。本申请仅是以电子说明书的“连接”的预置界面为例进行UI显示说明,页面设置、布局和资源显示等内容应以实际应用为准。
图14示出一种页面资源显示方法的实施例,该方法由显示设备的控制器250被配置执行,即控制器250为方法的执行主体,该方法包括如下程序步骤:
步骤S101,响应于接收到用户输入的页面显示指令,检测显示设备的连网状态。
可以通过用户接口265接收用户通过遥控器等控制装置100输入的页面显示指令,或者对于支持屏幕触控的显示设备,可以通过用户对屏幕相应的触控操作生成页面显示指令。本实施例中,页面显示指令是针对本机中的预置页面的显示指令,预置界面可以是某些应用的主页面和/或子页面,这里所述的应用可以是内置在显示设备系统中的独立应用,比如电子说明书等。应用中的页面通过预置的形式,比如通过对HTML 页面进行CSS定制,然后将定制后的HTML页面数据预存在本地,从而得到预置页面,支持显示设备在网络未连接的状态下通过浏览器显示预置页面。
每次用户打开支持预置页面的应用时,即接收到了页面显示指令,这时需要检测显示设备的连网状态,连网状态包括网络已连接和网络未连接。可以通过常规方式直接检测设备整机的网络状态;或者使用HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol,超文本传输协议)请求轻量级页面的方式检测连网状态。其中,使用HTTP请求轻量级页面的方式检测连网状态,具体为:控制浏览器访问轻量级页面;当所述轻量级页面访问正常,即能够正常显示轻量级页面的资源和信息,则检测到连网状态为网络已连接;当所述轻量级页面显示访问出错或无网络连接的提示信息,即轻量级页面异常显示,则检测到连网状态为网络未连接,轻量级页面访问速度快,因而可以提高连网状态的检测效率,轻量级页面比如是百度页面等。
步骤S102,判断连网状态是否为网络已连接。如果否,即检测到所述连网状态为网络未连接时,执行步骤S103;反之,如果检测到所述连网状态为网络已连接,则执行步骤S104。
步骤S103,控制显示器显示存储在本机的预置页面。
当显示设备未连接网络时,显示设备无法通过网络加载在线资源,因此直接调用预置界面进行显示,预置界面中可以包括多个DIV(Division,划分)标签,每个DIV标签可以设置不同信息资源的显示,比如DIV标签1显示标题,DIV标签2显示操作说明,DIV标签3显示图像,DIV标签4显示注意事项,每个DIV标签对应于一个板块区域,每个板块区域内的DIV元素用于为HTML文档内大块的内容提供结构和背景。预置页面的布局和资源显示是根据需求预先内置好的。预置页面中大多展示文字、静态图像等占用存储空间较小的信息资源。
步骤S104,控制显示器在所述预置页面的目标区域加载显示在线网络资源。
这里所述的目标区域可以根据实际需求进行选取,比如选取静态图像对应的区域,或者资源内容存在调整和更新的区域等。当检测到显示设备已连接网络时,在预置界面的目标区域加载显示在线网络资源,在线网络资源可以是多种形式,比如视频、音频、动态图像等数据量较大的资源,即网络已连接时显示的预置界面中,除目标区域以外的其他区域仍保持显示原始设置的资源,而预置页面中的目标区域由在线网络资源替换原始资源。
本实施例中,当用户输入页面显示指令时,首先检测显示设备的连网状态,如果网络未连接,则在显示器上直接显示本机的预置页面;如果网络已连接,则在预置页面的目标区域不再显示原来预置的资源,而是可以通过网络来加载在线网络资源,从而将目标区域显示的内容由预置资源替换为在线网络资源,在线网络资源可以是视频、动态图像等较为占用存储空间的资源类型,这样就无需在预置页面中预先嵌入和存储视频等资源,而是在连网时直接动态加载在线网络资源,不仅降低了对存储空间的消耗,还能使预置页面显示更为详细、形象和直观的资源,比如未连接网络时显示的是引导用户操作流程的静态图像,而在连接网络时则显示的是更详细丰富的引导视频,同时可以显示网络上更新的资源,实现了对预置页面中任一指定的目标区域内资源的网络自适应加载显示,能够根据网络环境状态自动适配页面资源,从而提升用户体验。
比如在某些情形下,预置页面的目标区域中原始显示的是引导用户进行多屏交互的静态图像,而连接网络时加载显示的是引导用户如何使用电子说明书的视频,那么这种目标区域资源的误加载替换显然是不准确的,因此当显示设备已连接网络时,需要准确落实在目标区域显示哪一在线网络资源,保证目标区域与在线网络资源之间的对应关系。
对此,在一种实现方式中,将与所述在线网络资源对应的资源URL(Uniform Resource Locator,统一资源定位符),预先关联存储在预置页面的目标区域中。根据 在网络连接时需要在目标区域加载显示的在线网络资源,预先获取在线网络资源的URL,即在线网络资源对应的网页地址,并将资源URL存储在目标区域中,这样即可在网络处于连接状态时于目标区域自动触发资源URL,在跳转至URL对应的界面后,即可将该界面中的在线网络资源加载至目标区域位置进行显示,这时目标区域原始的资源被覆盖,使得目标区域的原始资源被替换显示为URL对应的在线网络资源。如果网络未连接,则不触发目标区域的资源URL,而是仅展示目标区域的原始资源。该实现方式中,只需预先获取一次资源URL,然后将资源URL预存在目标区域,这时目标区域对应的资源URL是固定不变的,即网络连接时在该目标区域加载显示的在线网络资源统一的。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,当检测到所述连网状态为网络已连接时,向服务器发送与所述预置页面的目标区域对应的资源获取指令,这时资源获取指令可以携带有显示设备的品牌、机型、语言、用户打开的具有预置界面的应用类型、目标区域待显示的资源类型等信息;服务器根据资源获取指令获取相匹配的资源URL,并将资源URL下发给显示设备的控制器;控制器在接收到服务器下发的资源URL后,触发资源URL的加载,以使预置页面的目标区域显示资源URL对应的在线网络资源。这种方式可以由服务器筛选适合预置页面的目标区域显示的在线网络资源,资源URL无需预先存储在目标区域中,而是在检测到显示设备已连接网络时动态地从服务器获取的,在线网络资源的加载更加灵活以及具有可变性,有利于根据设备和资源显示需求动态调整资源的加载和显示,并且有利于在连网时将目标区域的原始资源替换为最新的相关资源,从而提升用户体验。需要说明的是,获取资源URL的方式不限于本实施例所述,比如可以通过其他模块或接口提前获取资源URL,并且在线网络资源与目标区域之间的关联和对应关系设置也不限定。
在实际应用时,可能会遇到网络不稳定的情况,比如当前时刻网络处于连接,目标区域显示的是在线网络资源,然而下一时刻网络断开,但控制器仍旧保持加载资源URL页面上的在线网络资源,而在无网络下显然资源URL页面不会显示有效的资源,而是显示访问出错或是无网络连接的提示信息,从而影响用户对目标区域所展资源的浏览;又比如,当前时刻网络未连接,则目标区域显示的是原始资源,然而下一时刻网络连接上了,如果没有快速检测到网络已连接,则无法快速切换目标区域显示的资源。因此,网络状态不使用一次性获取的方式,而是根据网络状态的变化自适应调整页面资源的显示。
对此,本实施例中可以采用实时监听网络状态变化的方式,一旦监听到网络状态变化的广播信息,则需要根据新获取的连网状态对显示器显示的页面进行更新;或者,采用定时监听网络状态的方式,每间隔预设时间获取一次显示设备的连网状态,预设时间可以根据实际网络环境和应用需求等因素适应性设置,比如是60秒。
对显示器显示的页面进行更新的方式包括:如果是网络未连接变为网络已连接,则将目标区域的原始资源替换为资源URL被触发后加载的在线网络资源;如果是网络已连接变为网络未连接,则退出目标区域的资源URL,将在线网络资源加载页面替换为目标区域的原始资源。如果连网状态未发生变化,则维持原来的页面资源显示。
在一个例子中,显示设备及显示设备中的部分应用如电子说明书(E_manual)、快捷设置(QuickSettings)等可提供搜索功能。这里的搜索功能,根据其实际搜索的资源可分为菜单选项搜索功能、页面内容搜索功能、功能搜索功能等等。
以电子说明书为例,在一些实施例中,在通过电子说明书提供的搜索功能对目标关键字进行搜索时,电子说明书会按照至少一种匹配规则在自身提供的内容中进行搜索,并将得到的所有搜索结果填写至搜索结果列表并输出至显示器,以由显示器显示该搜索结果列表。但本实施例中,在将根据各匹配规则得到的搜索结果填写至搜索结果列表时并没有恰当的顺序,导致在用户看来搜索结果列表中的搜索结果错乱复杂, 而且搜索结果往往数量较多,用户难以快速从没有恰当顺序的大量搜索结果中找到自己需要的搜索结果。
为此,本申请实施例提供一种搜索结果显示方法,通过确定搜索结果对应的优先级,并按照优先级由高到低的顺序将对应的各搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表,使用户可以根据优先级由高到低的顺序浏览搜索结果,从而快速得到自己需要的搜索结果。在一些实施例中,该搜索结果显示方法可应用于显示设备、显示设备上安装的应用等。下面结合图15对本申请实施例提供的搜索结果显示方法进行描述:
参见图15,图15中示例性示出了本申请实施例提供的搜索结果显示方法流程图。如图15所示,该流程可包括如下步骤:
步骤S41,当通过目标关键字在指定应用提供的搜索页面搜索到与该目标关键字相关联的至少一个搜索结果时,依据每一搜索结果所属的结果类型,从预设的优先级策略中查找到该结果类型对应的目标优先级策略,将该目标优先级策略中的优先级确定为该搜索结果对应的优先级。
作为一个实施例,在执行本步骤S41前,需要预先针对指定应用设置优先级策略。具体的,可根据指定应用提供的搜索页面内容设置优先级策略,该优先级策略至少包括优先级以及结果类型。在实际应用时,针对指定应用设置优先级策略有多种实现方式,下文举例描述,在此暂不赘述。
在一个例子中,优先级策略中的结果类型可根据用于得到搜索结果的匹配规则配置,也即匹配规则与结果类型具有一定的对应关系。在查找优先级策略时,作为一个实施例,可根据得到搜索结果的匹配规则确定搜索结果所属的结果类型。如何根据匹配规则配置结果类型,下文会结合优先级策略的设置举例描述,在此只是简要说明,暂不详细描述。
本步骤S41可通过多种方式在指定应用提供的搜索页面搜索到与该目标关键字相关联的至少一个搜索结果,下面结合实施例进行说明:
在一个例子中,在当前显示指定应用的一个搜索界面时,响应于指示对目标关键字进行搜索的指令,根据目标关键字在该指定应用提供的搜索页面内进行搜索。这里搜索页面,即为指定应用提供的可搜索内容,具体可包括指定应用提供的可供用户浏览的所有页面,也可包括部分可供用户浏览的页面比如包括除主菜单页面之外的所有页面。以指定应用为电子说明书为例,则电子说明书提供的搜索页面可包括包含说明书内容的全部页面,即可为除某些功能页面如主菜单页面外的全部页面;以指定应用为快捷设置应用为例,则快捷设置应用提供的搜索页面可包括快捷设置应用所提供的所有页面。
作为一个实施例,上述指示对目标关键字进行搜索的指令可通过操作控制装置输入。为便于理解本实施例,图16中示例性示出了指定应用提供的搜索界面的示意图,区分于上文描述的搜索页面,这里的搜索界面是指用于与用户交互以实现搜索功能的界面。下面结合图16进行举例描述:
如图16所示,显示设备当前显示指定应用提供的一搜索界面GUI500,该搜索界面GUI500中主要包括项目51和项目52。其中,项目51为搜索框,用户可在该搜索框中输入关键字;项目52为搜索按钮,用户可在输入关键字后操作控制装置选择该搜索按钮以触发搜索。显示设备可响应于指示选择上述项目52的选择指令,确定接收到对当前搜索框中输入的关键字进行搜索的指令,进而通过该关键字在指定应用提供的搜索页面进行搜索。
作为另一个实施例,指示对目标关键字进行搜索的指令可通过语音输入。作为一个实施例,显示设备可对外部输入的语音进行语音识别、语义解析等处理,来确定该语音是否包含指示对目标关键字进行搜索的指令。
需要说明的是,以上实施例只是确定接收到对目标关键字进行搜索的指令的示例, 实际应用时,还可能存在其他确定方式,在此不再一一列举。
在通过目标关键字在指定应用提供的搜素页面进行搜索时,作为一个实施例,可对于预先配置的每一匹配规则,利用该匹配规则和目标关键字在指定应用提供的搜素页面中进行搜索。这里的预先配置的匹配规则,用于对于目标关键字,在搜索页面中得到与目标关键字相关联的匹配结果,下文会结合结果类型举例描述,在此暂不赘述。
在从预设的优先级策略中查找搜索结果所属的结果类型对应的目标优先级策略时,作为一个实施例,当该搜索结果所属的结果类型对应的优先级策略的数量大于1时,将其中一个优先级策略作为目标优先级策略。具体的,可将优先级取值最大的一个优先级策略作为目标优先级策略。这里结果类型对应的优先级策略的数量大于1的情况可包括:搜索结果所属的结果类型的数量大于1,各结果类型分别对应不同的优先级策略。
步骤S42,按照优先级由高到低的顺序,将对应的各搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表。
在一个例子中,本步骤S42可在步骤S41执行完成后执行。作为一个实施例,可在得到所有搜索结果后,按照优先级由高到低的顺序,将每一优先级对应的搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表。
作为一个实施例,当至少两个搜索结果的优先级相同时,可按照搜索结果所属的结果类型对应的优先级策略的数量由多到少的顺序,将对应的各搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表;也可按照这两个搜索结果所属的结果类型对应的优先级策略中,包含该相同优先级的优先级策略的数量由多到少的顺序,将对应的各搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表。
在另一个例子中,本步骤S42可与步骤S41交替执行。作为一个实施例,用于得到搜索结果的匹配规则与搜索结果的结果类型具有一定的对应关系,可根据预设的优先级策略中结果类型对应的优先级,配置对目标关键字进行搜索时,各匹配规则的使用顺序。例如,对于预设的包含最高优先级的优先级策略中的结果类型对应的匹配规则,配置其在进行搜索时最先被使用,即最先按照该匹配规则和目标关键字得到与目标关键字关联的搜索结果;对于预设的包含最低优先级的优先级策略中的结果类型对应的匹配规则,配置其在进行搜索时最后被使用,即最后按照该匹配规则和目标关键字得到与目标关键字关联的搜索结果。当步骤S41中根据任一匹配规则和目标关键字得到搜索结果时,本实施例中,可将该搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表,若搜索结果列表当前已写入搜索结果,则将该得到的搜索结果写入至已写入的搜索结果之后。
为便于理解,图17中示例性示出了搜索结果写入流程示意图。图17中以预设优先级策略包括第一优先级策略、第二优先级策略和第三优先级策略为例,其中,第一优先级策略包括第一优先级和第一结果类型,第二优先级策略包括第二优先级和第二结果类型,第三优先级策略包括第三优先级和第三结果类型,且第一优先级高于第二优先级高于第三优先级。在预先配置匹配规则的使用顺序时,将第一结果类型对应的匹配规则配置为第一个使用,第二结果类型对应的匹配规则配置为第二个使用,第三结果类型对应的匹配规则配置为第三个使用。下面结合图17进行描述:
如图17所示,按照优先级由高到低的顺序,首先根据第一优先级策略的第一结果类型对应的匹配规则和目标关键字进行搜索,并将得到的与目标关键字关联的第一搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表;
然后根据优先级仅次于第一优先级策略的第二优先级策略的第二结果类型对应的匹配规则和目标关键字进行搜索,并将得到的与目标关键字关联的第二搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表中第一搜索结果之后;
最后根据优先级最低的第三优先级策略的第三结果类型对应的匹配规则和目标关键字进行搜索,并将得到的第三搜索结果填写至搜索结果列表中的第二搜索结果之后。
作为一个实施例,写入搜索结果列表中的搜索结果可包括该搜索结果本身以及该搜索结果在页面中的位置、该搜索结果所在页面的一级标题等等。例如,若目标关键字为“S”,得到的一个搜索结果位于第一页面中的正文第一段第一行,则写入搜索结果列表中的该搜索结果可包括:第一页面中的正文第一段第一行以及第一页面中的一级标题,其中搜索结果本身以高亮显示。
至此,完成对图17所示流程的描述。
需要说明的是,以上优先级策略的设置只是示例,在实际应用时,可根据具体的应用场景设置不同的优先级策略,比如设置为两个优先级策略、四个优先级策略等等。
在一个例子中,优先级策略中的任一结果类型可对应至少一条匹配规则。对于对应至少两条匹配规则的结果类型,作为一个实施例,若根据该结果类型对应的匹配规则得到的搜索结果为至少两个搜索结果,则在将这至少两个搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表时,可按照各搜索结果所匹配的匹配规则的数量由多到少的顺序,将各搜索结果写入至搜索结果列表。
步骤S43,将上述搜索结果列表输出至显示设备的显示器,以使该显示器显示该搜索结果列表。
在一个实施例中,本步骤S43可在将通过上述步骤S41得到的搜索结果全部填写至搜索结果列表后执行。
为便于理解本步骤S43中显示器显示的搜索结果列表,图18中示例性示出了搜索结果列表示意图,该搜索结果列表的显示在显示器显示上述图16所示的搜索界面之后。下面结合图18举例描述:
图18中的项目55、项目54与图16中的项目52、项目51功能类似,在此不再重复说明。图18中的项目53用于展示搜索结果列表,如图18所示,搜索结果列表中的各搜索结果由上到下分别为:高优先级对应的搜索结果、中优先级对应的搜索结果、低优先级对应的搜索结果。若各优先级对应的搜索结果数量较多,在一个实施例中,可在搜索结果列表的侧边设置滑动条,以使用户可根据该滑动条来判断当前显示的搜索结果在搜索结果列表中的位置,并操作控制装置浏览当前显示的搜索结果之外的其他搜索结果。在另一个实施例中,可将搜索结果列表分为多页显示,并响应于用户输入的指示翻页的指令,在多个页面之间切换。实际应用时还可通过其他方式显示搜索结果列表,在此不再一一举例描述。
至此,完成图15所示流程。
通过图15所示流程,可在对目标关键字进行搜索时,对于得到的搜索结果,按照优先级由高到低的顺序依次写入至搜索结果列表,使显示器最终显示的搜索结果列表中的各搜索结果按照优先级由高到低的顺序排列。由此,用户可以按照优先级顺序浏览各搜索结果,从而可以较快找到所需的搜索结果。
下面对上述图15所示流程中优先级策略的配置进行举例描述:
在一个例子中,可根据指定应用提供的搜索页面内容设置优先级策略,具体的,可根据实际需求进行配置。
作为一个实施例,可根据搜索页面的组成部分设置优先级策略,例如,若搜索页面包含多级标题、简介、关键字列表、正文文本等组成部分,则可分别针对各组成部分设置优先级策略。
作为一个实施例,还可根据搜索结果与关键字的匹配度设置优先级策略,例如,可分别针对与关键字的大小写一致的搜索结果、与关键字大小写不一致的搜索结果、以关键字开头的搜索结果、与关键字模糊匹配的搜索结果等设置优先级策略。
作为一个实施例,还可根据搜索页面的组成部分以及搜索结果和关键字的匹配度设置优先级策略。例如,可对于既属于一级标题内容又与关键字的大小写一致的搜索结果、既属于正文文本内容又与关键字的大小写一致的搜索结果设置不同的优先级策 略。
下面以电子说明书的搜索页面的组成部分包括:一级标题、主干功能内容、预置关键字列表、正文文本、正文摘要为例,对具体的优先级策略进行举例描述:
在一个例子中,为电子说明书配置的优先级策略的优先级取值包括第一优先级、第二优先级和第三优先级。
其中,取值为第一优先级的优先级策略对应的结果类型包括:一级标题、主干功能内容、预置关键字列表、以目标关键字开头、与目标关键字大小写一致等等。具体的,其中一级标题、主干功能内容、预置关键字列表分别指示属于一级标题内容的搜索结果、属于主干功能内容的搜索结果、属于预置关键字列表的搜索结果。
取值为第二优先级的优先级策略对应的结果类型可包括:正文文本、正文摘要、与目标关键字大小写不一致等等。具体的,其中正文文本、正文摘要分别指示属于正文文本内容的搜索结果、属于正文摘要的搜索结果。
取值为第三优先级的优先级策略对应的结果类型可包括:与目标关键字模糊匹配。
作为一个实施例,与结果类型对应的匹配规则可用于得到属于该结果类型的搜索结果。例如,对于上述取值为第一优先级的优先级策略对应的结果类型:一级标题,与该结果类型对应的匹配规则用于得到属于一级标题内容的搜索结果;对于上述取值为第一优先级的优先级策略对应的结果类型:以目标关键字开头,与该结果类型对应的匹配规则用于得到以目标关键字开头的搜索结果。
至此,完成对上述图15所示流程中配置优先级策略的描述。
在一些实施例中,可将上述图15所示流程中的各优先级策略作为默认的优先级策略,并向用户提供对优先级策略的编辑功能,如修改、增加优先级策略,以使用户可以根据自身需求配置优先级策略。
为便于理解图15所示流程,图11-19示例性示出了电子说明书搜索功能示意图,下面以电子说明书为例,结合图11-19B进行举例描述:
当电子说明书启动时,如图11所示,电子说明书向显示器提供一主界面GUI600,该主界面GUI600中包含多个项目,如“Live TV(电视直播)”、“Connection(连接)”、“Multi-screen(多屏)”等,分别对应对显示设备的不同功能的说明页面。其中,项目61对应电子说明书提供的搜索功能。
当项目61被选择时,如图19所示,电子说明书向显示器提供该项目61对应的搜索界面,该搜索界面中包括项目611和612,分别表示搜索框和搜索结果列表。图19所示的搜索结果列表612,为用户在搜索框611中输入“S”并输入进行搜索的指令后,显示设备通过图15所示流程得到并通过显示器输出的搜索结果列表。
需要说明的是,图11-19只是对电子说明书提供的搜索功能的示意图,并不用于限制本申请。
作为一个实施例,显示设备的主界面中可包含电子说明书的图标,当用户操作控制装置输入指示选择该图标的指令时,启动电子说明书。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的搜索结果显示方法与指定应用是什么并无必然联系,以上仅是以电子说明书为例进行的举例描述,在实际应用时,若将该搜索结果显示方法应用在其他指定应用上,只需对相关流程进行差异化处理即可。
如上面实施例所述,显示设备上安装的应用可对于搜索结果,按照对应的优先级策略中的优先级由高到低的顺序,将搜索结果填写至搜索结果列表,由此,用户可以按照优先级顺序浏览各搜索结果,并较快地定位自己所需的搜索结果。而且,可通过优先级策略的配置,使对应较高优先级的优先级策略的搜索结果相比对应较低优先级的优先级策略的搜索结果,与目标关键字匹配度更高,也就更有可能满足用户的需求,由此,用户能够较快地从搜索结果列表的前端找到所需的搜索结果。
本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本申请实施例中的技术可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现。具体实现中,本申请还提供一种计算机存储介质,该计算机存储介质可存储有程序。当计算机存储介质位于显示设备200中时,该程序执行时可包括前述控制器250被配置执行的页面信息语音播报方法涉及的程序步骤。其中,计算机存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(英文:Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)或随机存储记忆体(英文:Random Access Memory,简称RAM)等。
本说明书中显示设备实施例和方法实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参照即可,相关内容不再赘述。

  1. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    显示器,用于显示页面;
    声音播放器,用于语音播报所述页面中的文本信息;
    控制器,被配置为执行:
    响应于启动所述页面的操作,控制显示器显示所述页面,并在检测到文本播报功能的当前状态为已开启时,控制声音播放器同步播报所述页面中的文本信息;
    跟随播报内容,控制焦点在所述页面中动态移动;所述焦点用于标记当前播报内容在所述页面中的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器还被配置为执行:
    如果检测到所述焦点移动到显示界面的第一预设位置,控制所述页面向上滚动,以使所述焦点处于显示界面的第二预设位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一预设位置为显示界面的可视化的底部临界位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第二预设位置为显示界面沿纵向的居中位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述焦点是以字、字符、词、句或者段落为单位进行标记。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述控制器按照如下方式控制声音播放器同步播报所述页面中的文本信息:
    获取所述页面中加载的文本信息及其对应的目标语言;
    控制声音播放器按照所述目标语言播报所述文本信息。
  7. 一种显示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于启动页面的操作,显示所述页面,并在检测到文本播报功能的当前状态为已开启时,同步播报所述页面中的文本信息;
    跟随播报内容,控制焦点在所述页面中动态移动;所述焦点用于标记当前播报内容在所述页面中的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果检测到所述焦点移动到显示界面的第一预设位置,控制所述页面向上滚动,以使所述焦点处于显示界面的第二预设位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设位置为显示界面的可视化的底部临界位置。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二预设位置为显示界面沿纵向的居中位置。
