目前在医疗领域中人体四肢骨折治疗方法有多种,中医保守治疗:1、用石膏外固定治疗法;2、用夹板外固定治疗法;这些治疗方法只能对骨头开裂的轻伤使用,不能对完全移位的骨折准确定位;西医:有传统牵引治疗法,将牵引钉打入人体穿透骨头,优点:伤疤小;缺点:1、传统牵引钉为一枚设计,打入人体必须穿透骨头震动大,影响开裂的骨头彻底移位所造成二次损伤;2、传统牵引钉穿透人体只能打入单骨,可是人体下肢是双骨不合适,由此医生将牵引钉选择打入跟骨,由于跟骨与小腿双骨不在一条垂线上,牵引效果不能保证,故此现在医院的西医都选择开刀手术用钢板内固定;用钢板内固定表面上看还行,分析一下也不科学伤害却很大,1、提到开刀人们谈虎色变造成心理上的恐惧,2、腰部麻醉也很不好受,还有部分人因麻醉不当腰部关节损伤留下淤血,由于血液不畅使腰部长期胀痛所留下后遗症;3、开刀用钢板固定,钢板的造型角度不完全匹配人体骨头的自然曲线,另外医生在血液模糊的情况下,三方看不到在一方小口里操作接骨视线差,手术后常出现对位异常没能达到解剖对位要求,影响骨质生长缓慢致使二次手术,有的还植骨(取上补下)等现象,甚至因对位不准误差严重造成患者终身残疾等事件;4、就算手术顺利一年后还要取内固定手术带来的二次损伤,取内固定常因刀口模糊,不很容易找到固定物位置增加手术刀伤对人体损害。
发明内容
本发明专利所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能牵引接骨固定装置,使用这种固定装置医生可根据患者骨折的移位情况,事先选择合适的零部件安装好牵引固定装置,一般不是特别严重的粉碎性骨折不需要开刀手术,可直接将牵引钉打入骨折下端两侧确认固定位置牵引治疗;如遇脚底跟骨及近关节部位骨折或多处骨折需要辅助固定,牵引后再安装相应的辅助固定套件固定,该多功能牵引接骨固定装置安装简便,定位可调稳固,为患者不要受多次手术之苦,是骨科微创医学牵引加固定治疗新技术。
为此,本发明专利所提供的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,为了患者不同的骨折确保合理治疗,发明人历经艰难,通过多年努力成功研制一套零部件可供多种组合,随其骨折移位匹配达到更广更好的牵引加固定要求,及方便使用设计呈现如下:该多功能牵引接骨加固定装置 主要包括两条牵引夹板,两条夹板前端分别设有牵引钉,夹板中段设有定位加压螺丝,夹板后端设有牵引把手螺丝,通过中段定位加压螺丝与后端牵引把手螺丝安装形成牵引装置框架;牵引夹板中段及定位加压螺丝上面设有多个辅助固定针座,其中有连体辅助固定针座与分体辅助固定针座,各辅助固定针座上配有辅助固定针,所述牵引夹板顶部设有护钉螺丝。
由于本发明专利多功能牵引接骨固定装置,主要设计有两条牵引夹板为基座,两条夹板前端分别设有多个牵引钉安装孔供安装选择设计,牵引钉安装孔内后有加固螺帽调节固定,也包括护钉套件结构、及焊接、或连体成两相“钳式钩爪子”,夹板中段设有多个安装孔供安装选择,定位加压螺丝安装孔内后有加固螺帽调节固定,夹板后端设有安装孔,牵引把手螺丝安装孔内后有加固螺帽调节固定,牵引夹板中段还设有多个螺丝孔,供辅助固定针座安装,辅助固定针座分为两种:其中设计有连体辅助固定针座与分体辅助固定针座,连体固定针座是设置在牵引夹板本体上,分体固定针座通过螺丝安装固定,各辅助针座上配备辅助固定针,有加固螺帽调节固定;所述定位加压螺丝中段可方可圆,设为方体的是为辅助固定提供基座方便安装,主要为脚底跟骨及中关节部位骨折增加固定设计的,所述牵引夹板顶部设有螺丝孔是为护钉螺丝安装,为保护牵引钉的角度以防钉头滑出,进退可调节;弹簧、平垫的设计是外固定医学新创举,通过弹簧功能犹如机器手推动固定针有自然加压固定作用。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,人体骨折用传统开刀手术内固定接骨方法,它的弊端,1、要切开肌肉,漏出一个大口,开刀破坏骨折周围组织,据理论分析人体骨头和周围组织同样重要,传统手术为了连接里面骨折,破坏周围组织,就可比天灾人祸,如果手术成功还要受第二次取内固定手术之苦,2、在血液膜湖三方看不见的一小口里操作接骨,视线差手术难度极大,常常出现对位误差,严重的还要动第二次手术,甚至造成患者至终身残疾。
图3、为传统牵引治疗方法牵引钉与骨折之间位置示意图,传统牵引它的弊端,1、由于传统牵引钉为一枚设计,牵引要穿透骨头,可人体小腿是双骨结构不合适,由此医生只能将牵引钉选择打入跟骨,由于跟骨与小腿双骨不在一条垂线上,牵引效果不能保证;2、另外传统牵引钉穿透人体骨头震动大,影响开裂的骨头彻底移位;造成二次损伤;故此现在大部分西医都选择开刀手术用钢板内固定。
如图4、所示,一种多功能牵引接骨固定装置,该固定装置包括牵引夹板1,牵引钉2,牵引把手螺丝3,定位加压螺丝3F,护钉螺丝4B、加固螺帽5,护钉套件13,防滑螺帽14;所述牵引夹板1共为两条长条形,两条牵引夹板1本体前端分别设有牵引钉安装孔1-1,中段设有第二安装孔1-2与螺丝孔1-4,所述牵引夹板1后端设有第三安装孔1-3,所述牵引夹板1的顶部90度折弯,上面设有螺丝孔1-4;或牵引夹板1为直条,前端牵引钉安装孔1-1内设有护钉套件13,防滑螺帽14或其它螺帽安装在护钉套件13-1螺丝纹上,分别在两条牵引夹板1的外面安装固定;所述两条牵引夹板1中段第二安装孔1-2通过定位加压螺丝3F相连接,及两条牵引夹板1后端第三安装孔1-3通过牵引把手螺丝3相连接,所述加压定位螺丝3F及牵引把手螺丝3的两头螺丝纹3-1上各设有加固螺帽5,并在两条牵引夹板1的内外两面安装调节固定;所述牵引钉2为一字形截面圆形,前端尖锐,后端为光滑直条,或设有螺丝纹2-1,所述牵引钉2通过牵引钉安装孔1-1与牵引夹板1相连接,所述加固螺帽5设置在牵引钉2螺丝纹2-1上,分别设在两条牵引夹板1的内外两面安装调节固定;所述两条牵引夹板1的顶部螺丝孔1-4内设有护钉螺丝4B,或牵引钉2安装在护钉套件13内,第三螺丝孔13-4内设有紧定螺丝4,位于所述两条牵引夹板1的前端牵引钉2钉头相向打入骨折下端确认固定位置,两相牵引夹板1后端顺着大腿方向通过牵引把手螺丝3硾拉牵引。
如图5、图6、图7、图8所示,一种多功能牵引接骨固定装置,该固定装置包括牵引夹板1,牵引钉2,定位加压螺丝3F,牵引把手螺丝3,护钉螺丝4B,加固螺帽5,辅助固定穿针口1-0,及单向辅助固定针座7,侧面辅助固定针座8,双向辅助固定针座9,脚底固定针座10,辅助固定针6;所述牵引夹板1共为两条长条形,两条牵引夹板1本体前端分别设有多个牵引钉安装孔1-1,中段设有多个第二安装孔1-2与多个螺丝孔1-4,后端设有第三安装孔1-3,所述牵引夹板1的顶部90度折弯设有螺丝孔1-4,所述两条牵引夹板1中段第二安装孔1-2通过定位加压螺丝3F相连接,及两条牵引夹板1后端第三安装孔1-3通过把手螺丝3相连接,所述固定加压螺丝3F及牵引把手螺丝3的两头螺丝纹3-1上各设有加固螺帽5并在两条牵引夹板1的内外两面安装调节固定;所述牵引钉2为一字形截面圆形,前端尖锐,后端光滑直条,或设有螺丝纹2-1,所述牵引钉2通过牵引钉安装孔1-1与牵引夹板1相连接,加固螺帽5设置在牵引钉2螺丝纹2-1上,分别在两条牵引夹板1的内外两面安装调节固定;两条牵引夹板1的顶部螺丝孔1-4内设有护钉螺丝4B,位于所述两条牵引夹板1的前端牵引钉2钉头相向打入骨折下端确认固定位置,两相牵引夹板1后端顺着大腿方向通过牵引把手螺丝3硾拉牵引;所述辅助固定穿针口1-0为仓口形,前端靠近牵引钉2,后端靠近单向辅助固定针座7;所述单向辅助固定针座7为I形折弯,前端设有穿针孔7-1,后端设有两个第四安装孔7-2,通过第四安装孔7-2与牵引夹板1相连接,螺丝孔1-4内设有紧定螺丝4;固定针6设置在第一穿针孔7-1内,加固螺帽5设置在固定针6螺丝纹6-1上,并在辅助固定针座7-1两面调节固定;所述侧面辅助固定针座8为L形侧面折弯,前端设有第二穿针孔8-1,后端设有两个第五安装孔8-2,通过第五安装孔8-2与牵引夹板1相连接,螺丝孔1-4内设有紧定螺丝4;固定针6设置在第二穿针孔8-1内,加固螺帽5设置在固定针6螺丝纹6-1上,并在辅助固定针座8-1两面调节固定;所述双向辅助固定针座9为U形两侧折弯,两侧前端设有第三穿针孔9-1,后端设有两个第六安装孔9-2;通过第六安装孔9-2与牵引夹板1相连接,螺丝孔1-4内设有紧定螺丝4;固定针6设置在两侧第三穿针孔内,加固螺帽5设置在两侧固定针6螺丝纹6-1上,并在两侧辅助固定针座9-1两面调节固定;所述连体单向辅助固定针座7LT位于牵引夹板1中前部,前端设有穿针孔7-1,后端连接辅助固定穿针口1-0底部,使用辅助固定时用钳子崛起并调节到确认固定角度,固定针6设置在第一穿针孔7-1内,加固螺帽5设置在固定针6螺丝纹6-1上,并在辅助固定针座7-1两面调节固定;所述连体双向辅助固定针座9LT位于牵引夹板1中前部两侧,前端设有穿针孔9-1,后端连接在牵引夹板1本体,使用辅助固定时用钳子崛起并调节到确认固定角度,固定针6设置在两侧第三穿针孔9-1内,加固螺帽5设置在固定针6螺丝纹6-1上,并在两侧辅助固定针座9-1两面调节固定;所述脚底辅助固定针座10位于牵引夹板1中后部,设置以定位加压 螺丝3F为基座,前端设有穿针孔10-1,后端卡槽结构设有第二螺丝孔10-4,通过卡槽结构与定位加压螺丝3F相连接,在定位加压螺丝3F上面移动到确认固定位置,所述第二螺丝孔10-4内设有紧定螺丝4;固定针6设置在第四穿针孔10-1内,加固螺帽5设置在固定针6螺丝纹6-1上,并在脚底辅助固定针座第四穿针孔10-1两面调节固定;或弹簧11、平垫12设置在第四穿针孔10-1与加固螺帽5之间。
如图4、所示,本发明专利A款,第一种实施例多功能牵引接骨固定装置用于牵引接骨的使用方法:1)将患者安躺在病床上,2)不开刀,(消肿后)首先将多功能牵引固定装置根据X光片骨折的移位情况及腿的宽度与长度掌握好,确定牵引钉2的位置及牵引夹板1的中段第二安装孔1-2的位置安装好固定装置(牵引钉2可例外),2)先做消毒,3)再注射局部麻药,4)事后医生可将两枚牵引钉2先后时间相向穿透皮层打入骨头约10毫米左右,如有专用工具同时相向压进骨头为佳,5)之后在牵引钉2螺丝纹2-1上装上一个加固螺帽5并确定位置,6)再将固定装置一边松开,选择牵引夹板安装孔1-1套在牵引钉2螺丝纹2-1上,另外一边同样安装,同时将加固螺帽5安装在两边牵引钉2螺丝纹2-1上,在两条牵引夹板1的内外拧紧固定,7)将护钉螺丝4B安装在牵引夹板1顶部螺丝孔1-4内,并拧紧顶住牵引钉2可保护牵引钉2的角度作用即可,最后将患者的大腿护到牵引架上,牵引砣挂在牵引把手螺丝3上硾拉牵引即可。
如图5、图6、图7、图8所示,本(B、C、D、H)款,第二种实施例多功能牵引接骨固定装置用于牵引接骨及辅助固定的使用方法:1)将患者安躺在病床,大腿护到牵引架上,医生根据患者X光片骨折的移位情况,预先安装好牵引接骨固定装置及辅助固定针座并调节好角度,安装好牵引钉2;2)固定时将牵引夹板1一边松开并将牵引装置放到腿的牵引位置,两边前端牵引钉2相向先后打入骨头(如有专用工具同时相向压进骨头为佳),检查一下牵引钉2打入骨头合适后,同时再拧紧所有的加固螺帽5;3)将护钉螺丝4B安装在牵引夹板1顶部螺丝孔1-4内并拧紧顶住牵引钉2可保护牵引钉角度即可,最后将牵引砣挂在牵引把手螺丝3上硾拉牵引;4)完成上面牵引工序后再安装辅助固定,1)首先将辅助固定针6针头套进穿针孔内并从针头方向安装一个加固螺帽5(也可先按弹簧、平垫、后再按螺帽5)在辅助固定针6螺丝纹6-1上;2)将辅助固定针6针头打进固定目标穿透皮层顶住移位骨头,再在辅助固定针后端螺丝纹6-1上穿针孔外安装一个加固螺帽5,之后将辅助固定件两边的加固螺帽5同时拧紧即可。备注:1、如装有弹簧(11)、平垫(12)、将固定针6后端加固螺帽5松开,同时拧紧弹簧下面的加固螺帽5给弹簧适当增加压缩即可;2、以上辅助固定安装工序包括7、8、9、10...等辅助固定,相同的安装程序不再描述,如有条件在X光下操作更好;3、如果腿肿辅助固定目标模糊就先牵引几天,辅助固定可隔日待消肿后再固定。

  1. 一种多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:包括牵引夹板(1),牵引钉(2),定位加压螺丝(3F),牵引把手螺丝(3),紧定螺丝(4),护钉螺丝(4B),护钉套件(13),防滑螺帽(14):所述牵引夹板(1)共为两条长条形,两条牵引夹板(1)本体前端分别设有牵引钉安装孔(1-1),中段设有第二安装孔(1-2)与螺丝孔(1-4),所述牵引夹板(1)的后端设有第三安装孔(1-3),所述牵引夹板(1)顶部90度折弯,上面设有螺丝孔(1-4);或牵引夹板(1)为直条,前端牵引钉安装孔(1-1)内设有护钉套件(13),防滑螺帽(14)或其它螺帽安装在护钉套件螺丝纹(13-1)上,分别在两条牵引夹板(1)的外面安装固定,所述两条牵引夹板(1)中段第二安装孔(1-2)通过定位加压螺丝(3F)相连接,及两条牵引夹板(1)后端第三安装孔(1-3)通过牵引把手螺丝(3)相连接,所述定位加压螺丝(3F)及牵引把手螺丝(3)的两头螺丝纹(3-1)上分别设有加固螺帽(5),并在两条牵引夹板(1)的内外两面安装调节固定;所述牵引钉(2)通过牵引钉安装孔(1-1)与牵引夹板(1)相连接,两条牵引夹板(1)的顶部螺丝孔(1-4)内设有护钉螺丝(4B);或牵引钉(2)安装在护钉套件(13)内,第三螺丝孔(13-4)内设有紧定螺丝(4);位于所述两条牵引夹板(1)的前端牵引钉(2)钉头相向打入骨折下端确认固定位置,两相牵引夹板(1)的后端顺着大腿方向通过牵引把手螺丝(3)硾拉牵引。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述牵引钉(2)为一字形截面圆形,前端尖锐,后端为光滑直条,或设有螺丝紋(2-1),所述牵引钉(2)为两枚以上,分别通过牵引钉安装孔(1-1)与两条牵引夹板(1)相连接,加固螺帽(5)设置在牵引钉(2)螺丝纹(2-1)上,分别在两条牵引夹板(1)内外两面安装固定,及焊接或连体成两相钳式钩爪子。
  3. 一种多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:包括牵引夹板(1),牵引钉(2),定位加压螺丝(3F),牵引把手螺丝(3),护钉螺丝(4B),辅助固定穿针口(1-O),单向辅助固定针座(7),连体单向辅助固定针座(7LT),侧面辅助固定针座(8),双向辅助固定针座(9),连体双向辅助固定针座(9LT),脚底固定针座(10),辅助固定针(6);所述牵引夹板(1)共为两条长条形,两条牵引夹板(1)本体前端分别设有多个牵引钉安装孔(1-1),中段设有多个第二安装孔(1-2)与多个螺丝孔(1-4),所述牵引夹板(1)的后端设有第三安装孔(1-3),所述牵引夹板(1)的顶部90度折弯设有螺丝孔(1-4),所述两条牵引夹板(1)中段第二安装孔(1-2)通过定位加压螺丝(3F)相连接,及两条牵引夹板(1)后端第三安装孔(1-3)通过牵引把手螺丝(3)相连接,所述定位加压螺丝(3F)及牵引把手螺丝(3)的两头螺丝纹(3-1)上各设有加固螺帽(5),并在两条牵引夹板(1)的内外两面安装调节固定;所述牵引钉(2)通过牵引钉安装孔(1-1)与牵引夹板(1)相连接,加固螺帽(5)设置在牵引钉(2)螺丝纹(2-1)上,分别设在两条牵引夹板(1)的内外两面安装调节固定;两条牵引夹板(1)的顶部螺丝孔(1-4)内设有护钉螺丝(4B),位于两条牵引夹板(1)的前端牵引钉(2)钉头相向打入骨折下端确认固定位置,两相牵引夹板(1)后端顺着大腿方向通过牵引把手螺丝(3)硾拉牵引;所述牵引夹板(1)中段设有单向辅助固定针座(7)及连体单向辅助固定针座(7LT),单向辅助固定针座(7)及连体单向辅助固定针座(7LT)前端第一穿针孔(7-1)内设有辅助固定针(6),位于所述牵引夹板(1)中前段辅助固定针(6)通过辅助固定穿针口(1-O)顶住开裂的骨头达到辅助固定;所述牵引夹板(1)中后段设有侧面辅助固定针座(8),侧面辅助固定针座(8)前端第二穿针孔(8-1)内设有辅助固定针(6),位于所述牵引夹板(1)中后段侧面辅助固定针(6)针头顶住开裂的骨头达到辅助固定;所述牵引夹板(1)中前段两侧设有双向辅助固定针座(9)及连体双向辅助固定针座(9LT),双向辅助固定针座(9) 及连体双向辅助固定针座9LT)前端第三穿针孔(9-1)内设有辅助固定针(6),位于所述牵引夹板(1)中前段两侧辅助固定针(6)针头分别顶住两处开裂的骨头达到辅助固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述牵引夹板(1)中前段设有辅助固定穿针口(1-O),辅助固定穿针口(1-O)为仓口形,前端靠近牵引钉(2),后端靠近单向辅助固定针座(7)。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述单向辅助固定针座(7)为I形折弯,前端设有第一穿针孔(7-1),后端设有两个第四安装孔(7-2),通过第四安装孔(7-2)与牵引夹板(1)相连接,螺丝孔(1-4)内设有紧定螺丝(4),固定针(6)设置在第一穿针孔(7-1)内,加固螺帽(5)设置在固定针(6)螺丝纹(6-1)上,并在辅助固定针座第一穿针孔(7-1)的两面调节固定。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述侧面辅助固定针座(8)为L形侧面折弯,前端设有第二穿针孔(8-1),后端设有两个第五安装孔(8-2),通过第五安装孔(8-2)与牵引夹板(1)相连接,螺丝孔(1-4)内设有紧定螺丝(4);固定针(6)设置在第二穿针孔(8-1)内,加固螺帽(5)设置在固定针(6)螺丝纹(6-1)上,并在侧面辅助固定针座第二穿针孔(8-1)的两面调节固定。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述双向辅助固定针座(9)为U形两侧折弯,两侧前端设有第三穿针孔(9-1),后端设有两个第六安装孔(9-2),通过第六安装孔(9-2)与牵引夹板(1)相连接,螺丝孔(1-4)内设有紧定螺丝(4);两枚固定针(6)分别设置在两侧的第三穿针孔内,加固螺帽(5)设置在两侧固定针(6)螺丝纹(6-1)上,并在两侧辅助固定针座第三穿针孔(9-1)的两面调节固定。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述连体单向辅助固定针座(7LT)位于牵引夹板(1)中前部,前端设有第一穿针孔(7-1),后端连接辅助固定穿针口(1-O)底部,使用辅助固定时用钳子崛起并调节到确认固定角度,固定针(6)设置在第一穿针孔(7-1)内,加固螺帽(5)设置在固定针(6)螺丝纹(6-1)上,并在辅助固定针座第一穿针孔(7-1)的两面调节固定。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述连体双向辅助固定针座(9LT)位于牵引夹板(1)中前部两侧,前端设有第三穿针孔(9-1),后端连接在牵引夹板(1)本体,使用辅助固定时用钳子崛起并调节到确认固定角度,固定针(6)设置在第三穿针孔(9-1)内,加固螺帽(5)设置在固定针(6)螺丝纹(6-1)上,并在辅助固定针座第三穿针孔(9-1)的两面调节固定。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能牵引接骨固定装置,其特征是:所述脚底辅助固定针座(10)位于牵引夹板(1)中后部,设置以定位加压螺丝(3F)为基座,前端设有第四穿针孔(10-1),后端卡槽结构设有第二螺丝孔(10-4),通过卡槽结构与定位加压螺丝(3F)相连接,在定位加压螺丝(3F)上面移动到确认固定位置,所述第二螺丝孔(10-4)内设有紧定螺丝(4),固定针(6)设置在第四穿针孔(10-1)内,加固螺帽(5)设置在固定针(6)螺丝纹(6-1)上,并在脚底辅助固定针座第四穿针孔(10-1)的两面调节固定;或弹簧(11)、平垫(12)设置在第四穿针孔(10-1)与加固螺帽(5)之间。
