因此,如何设计一种流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取、查询方法是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
基于现有技术存在的问题,本发明考虑到随着RPA以不需休息,不会犯错,可以大幅度降低使用成本。另外大规模定制客户需求获取是高重复性、有既定逻辑的流程的场景与RPA的部署特点相适应。设计一种基于RPA机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取、查询方法是一个可行的思路。
基于上述理由,本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案包括基于RPA的大规模定制客户需求获取、查询方法。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在展示实施例之前,先对RPA技术进行一个简要的说明,RPA在各种实际业务中的实践迅速兴起,RPA的作用是以自动化软件作为虚拟劳动力,依据预先设定的程序与现有系统进行交互并完成预期的任务。本发明正是发现了RPA实质上是提供了一种强大的“集成层”,使业务流程在实际场景中有能力收集到各种信息化载体正好满足客户需求获取。
本发明提供一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取方法的实施例,如图1所示,该获取方法包括一下过程:
101、RPA管理平台对不同需求流程部署执行不同获取流程的RPA机器人,并将RPA机器人链接到RPA管理平台上;
在本步骤中,所述RPA管理平台对不同流程部署执行不同获取流程的RPA机器人包括根据RPA管理平台所采集到的现有工作所需的需求获取流程,采用可视化方法建立出用于执行对应需求获取流程的RPA机器人;根据不同需求获取流程,在RPA管理平台中部署出具有不同功能的RPA机器人,也就是说获取第一个产品需求的RPA机器人和获取第二个产品需求的RPA机器人不同。
更进一步的,若所述工作所需的需求流程包含重复处理的过程,对于流程中重复处理的部分,则在设计时,可以对RPA机器人进行定义,使该RPA机器人自行使用循环等方式进行处理。
在一个实施例中,所述RPA机器人可以包括批量处理机器人、需求信息采集机器人、系统协同机器人和嵌入机器人;
对于本发明而言,主要涉及到需求信息采集机器人,因此以需求信息采集机器人为例,该机器人是通过网络端口与各类软硬件资源数据连接,需求信息采集机器人大规模采集客户需求数据后传输至中控台;该中控台视为RPA管理平台或者视为其中的一部分;软硬件资源包括各类传感器和各类数据网页等等。
其中,在一个可实现方式中,RPA机器人与中控台之间还包括设计器;设计器输出端与中控台输入端电性连接,中控台一端分别与各类RPA机器人电性连接,设计器一端分别与各类RPA机器人电性连接。
其中,RPA机器人作为逻辑执行单元,单一硬件设备可以同时部署多个RPA机器人,单一硬件设备指的是用于计算处理的计算机平台,计算机基于Windows/Linux平台,相应的输出设备为显示器、扬声器,输入设备为键盘、鼠标、麦克风与无线网卡,无线网卡为网络端口提供硬件支持。
102、客户向RPA管理平台发出提交需求请求,RPA管理平台自动受理客户的提交请求,并基于提交请求的优先级和信息量,确定调用RPA机器人的时间和数量;
其中,调用时间是通过需求请求中的的优先级和信息量所标记的时间来判断出指派RPA机器人的时间。
对于需求请求的优先级,可以按照RPA管理平台接收到客户的提交请求的时间来计算,提交的时间越早,则优先级越高;当然也可以根据实际需要,确定出其他方式的优先级进行处理。
另一方面,当需要为更多的客户服务时,则可以按照需求请求的信息量来进行先后处理,比如当前时刻,RPA管理平台中有1000个客户提交的需求请求;可以按照提交的时间先后顺序,选择其中的800个来优先处理,为了快速处理完成大部分数据,可以选择其中信息量较少的来优先处理,当然,若为了快速释放内存和缓存,则选择信息量较大的请求优先处理。
103、在调用时间将请求所需执行的任务分配给一个或多个RPA机器人;
其中,RPA管理平台基于自动化任务流程、RPA机器人脚本以及RPA机器人三者之间的关系,将所述需求请求指派给对应的一个或多个RPA机器人。
具体的,RPA管理平台根据客户需求请求中获取任务的流程,选择出具有相应获取流程的RPA机器人;检测这些RPA机器人的状态,若符合状态则将提交请求分配给其中的一个或多个RPA机器人。
104、RPA机器人被调用后,执行工作流采集对应的客户需求信息,并将需求信息回传至RPA管理平台中;
本实施例中,可以通过线上渠道自动获取客户需求,可以包括:
RPA管理平台调用其平台机器人启动应用程序接口,从而获得工作流实例参数;同时,平台机器人启动RPA机器人,该RPA机器人被调用并自动化执行工作流。
在一个实施例中,上述预设应用程序可以包括机器人流程自动化程序,其可以是指RPA程序。RPA程序可以在RPA管理平台进行重复化、标准化的操作行为,例如定期检查,或者进行规则化的操作,如人力资源部门对于人员的入职离职等的手续的办理,通常是需要一步一步完成的,RPA可以根据各步骤的操作指令,完成办理流程,此外,除了后台部门,前端业务线譬如银行开户、会员注册、订单处理等流程,也可以使用RPA程序完成等等。举例说明,在本示例性实施例中,可以在电脑中安装一RPA程序,当RPA程序接收到“查询保单信息”的操作指令后,可以在电脑中进行客户需求信息的查询,并得到查询结果等等。
105、RPA管理平台将获取到的客户需求信息存入数据库中。
在RPA管理平台上设置有数据回传接口,并在所述RPA管理平台的后端连接有数据库;所述RPA机器人将获取到的需求信息以同步方式回传至RPA管理平台;所述RPA管理平台将获取到的信息存入后端的数据库。
在一个优选实施例中,本实施例基于客户需求和应对方案还建立关系表,便于后期方法或者技术对这些需求信息数据的操作。
图2是本发明提供的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求查询方法,所述查询方法包括:
201、RPA管理平台对不同需求流程部署执行不同获取流程的RPA机器人,并将RPA机器人链接到RPA管理平台上;
202、客户向RPA管理平台发出提交需求请求,RPA管理平台自动受理客户的提交请求,并基于提交请求的优先级和信息量,确定出调用RPA机器人的时间和数量;
203、在该调用时间将将请求所需执行的任务指派给一个或多个RPA机器 人;
204、RPA机器人被指派调用后,执行工作流采集对应的客户需求信息,并将需求信息回传至RPA管理平台中;
205、RPA管理平台将获取到的客户需求信息存入数据库中;
206、对数据库中的需求信息进行分类,将分类后的需求信息构建出用于查询的树形数据表;
其中,对于需求信息分类,如图3所示,本发明所采用的方式包括:
2601、对获取到的客户需求信息进行语义分析,并对所述需求信息进行特征提取;
2602、将需求信息特征输入至神经网络中,并输出特征向量;
2603、利用特征向量计算该需求信息在多个需求分类下的相关性分数,并生成待识别向量;
2604、利用分类器对待识别向量进行判断,得到该需求信息所对应的需求分类。
207、在数据库中利用关键字查询方法,输入客户需求相关的查询信息;遍历对比数据库中的树形数据表;
208、对比树形数据表中相关信息与所述查询信息的相关度,从而确定出需求查询结果。
在上述实施例中,所述神经网络可以是人工神经网络、循环神经网络、卷积神经网络等等。
在上述实施例中,所述分类器可以是SVM分类器、朴素贝叶斯分类器、XGBoost分类器等等。
为了便于数据查询,本实施例将通过分类器分类后的需求信息构建出树形数据表,具体如下:
首先,将已知类别的需求信息按照一定的规则划分出若干类别;
这些类别中,有些类别还包含了一些子类别,可以继续划分子类别,直至 将所有类别划分完整。
当有新增的类别出现时,则将新增的类别添加到任意类别下。
当这个树形数据表出现类别冗余时,则删除冗余的类别及其子类别。
可以理解的是,本发明中的需求获取、查询方法的部分特征可以相互引用,本发明不再一一例举。
为了说明上述基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取、查询方法的有效性,本实施例以获取牙膏大规模定制需求为例进行说明。
(1)部署获取客户对牙膏需求信息的RPA机器人,对于超市可以在超市门店管理后台部署。
(2)对获取客户对牙膏需求信息的RPA机器人调度和管理。当需求信息量大时可以调度多个获取客户对牙膏需求信息的RPA机器人进行同时获取客户需求,提高了需求获取的效率。
(3)通过调用平台机器人启动应用程序接口获得工作流实例参数并启动获取客户对牙膏需求信息的RPA机器人;被调用获取客户对牙膏需求信息的RPA机器人并自动化执行工作流从而获取客户对牙膏的需求信息,以建立数据回传接口的方法将获取的客户需求存入数据库;
(4)在数据库中对客户的牙膏需求信息进行分类,这里应用上述分类方法,将客户对牙膏需求的信息分类得到需求分类集合{价格,口味,品牌,包装,净含量};
(5)构建树形数据表结构,例如将获取的客户需求信息{水果味,薄荷味,中药味,绿茶味}添加到口味的子类别中;将{黑人,云南白药,中华,佳洁士}添加到品牌子类别;当获取到客户对功效需求集合{美白,护龈,清新口气},在需求分类集合中新增加“功效”需求,在不断地需求获取中不断完善数据库的属性数据表结构。从而实现检索的时候对牙膏数据快速查询。
上述实施例表明,本发明能很好利用RPA机器人自动获取客户需求,并对需求进行分类建立能满足需求的数据库,方便检索的时候对数据快速查询。
本申请提供一种基于RPA机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求、查询方法中的全部或部分内容的电子设备的实施例所述电子设备具体包含有如下内容:处理器(processor)、存储器(memory)、通信接口(Communications Interface)和总线;其中,所述处理器、存储器、通信接口通过所述总线完成相互间的通信;所述通信接口用于实现相关设备之间的信息传输;该电子设备可以是台式计算机、平板电脑及移动终端等,本实施例不限于此。在本实施例中,该电子设备可以参照实施例用于实现本发明需求获取、查询方法的实施例,其内容被合并于此,重复之处不再赘述。
该电子设备可以包括中央处理器和存储器;存储器耦合到中央处理器。值得注意的是,上述描述只是示例性的;还可以使用其他类型的结构,来补充或代替该结构,以实现电信功能或其他功能。
中央处理器有时也称为控制器或操作控件,可以包括微处理器或其他处理器装置和/或逻辑装置,该中央处理器接收输入并控制电子设备的各个部件的操作。
存储器,例如可以是缓存器、闪存、硬驱、可移动介质、易失性存储器、非易失性存储器或其它合适装置中的一种或更多种。可储存上述与失败有关的信息,此外还可存储执行有关信息的程序。并且中央处理器可执行该存储器存储的该程序,以实现信息存储或处理等。
输入单元向中央处理器提供输入。该输入单元例如为按键或触摸输入装置。电源用于向电子设备提供电力。显示器用于进行图像和文字等显示对象的显示。该显示器例如可为LCD显示器,但并不限于此。
该存储器可以是固态存储器,例如,只读存储器(ROM)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、SIM卡等。还可以是这样的存储器,其即使在断电时也保存信息,可被选择性地擦除且设有更多数据,该存储器的示例有时被称为EPROM等。存储器还可以是某种其它类型的装置。存储器包括缓冲存储器(有时被称为缓冲器)。
功能存储部,该应用/功能存储部用于存储应用程序和功能程序或用于通过中央处理器执行电子设备的操作的流程。
存储器还可以包括数据存储部,该数据存储部用于存储数据,例如联系人、数字数据、图片、声音和/或任何其他由电子设备使用的数据。存储器的驱动程序存储部可以包括电子设备的用于通信功能和/或用于执行电子设备的其他功能(如消息传送应用、通讯录应用等)的各种驱动程序。
通信模块即为经由天线发送和接收信号的发送机/接收机。通信模块(发送机/接收机)耦合到中央处理器,以提供输入信号和接收输出信号,这可以和常规移动通信终端的情况相同。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“同轴”、“底部”、“一端”、“顶部”、“中部”、“另一端”、“上”、“一侧”、“顶部”、“内”、“外”、“前部”、“中央”、“两端”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置”、“连接”、“固定”、“旋转”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系,除非另有明确的限定,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取方法,其特征在于,所述获取方法包括:
    RPA管理平台对不同需求流程部署执行不同获取流程的RPA机器人,并将RPA机器人链接到RPA管理平台上;
    客户向RPA管理平台发出提交需求请求,RPA管理平台自动受理客户的提交请求,并基于提交请求的优先级和信息量,确定调用RPA机器人的时间和数量;
    在调用时间将请求所需执行的任务分配给一个或多个RPA机器人;
    RPA机器人被调用后,执行工作流采集对应的客户需求信息,并将需求信息回传至RPA管理平台中;
    RPA管理平台将获取到的客户需求信息存入数据库中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取方法,其特征在于,所述RPA管理平台对不同流程部署执行不同获取流程的RPA机器人包括根据RPA管理平台所采集到的现有工作所需的需求获取流程,采用可视化方法建立出用于执行对应需求获取流程的RPA机器人;根据不同需求获取流程,在RPA管理平台中部署执行不同获取流程的RPA机器人。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取方法,其特征在于,所述工作所需的需求获取流程为重复处理的过程,对应RPA机器人循环执行工作流。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取方法,其特征在于,所述在调用时间将请求所需执行的任务分配给一个或多个RPA机器人包括RPA管理平台根据客户需求请求中获取任务的流程,选择出具有相应获取流程的RPA机器人;检测这些RPA机器人的状态,若符合状态则将工作流任务分配给其中的一个或多个RPA机器人。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需 求获取方法,其特征在于,所述执行工作流采集对应的客户需求信息包括RPA管理平台调用相对应的RPA机器人,所述RPA管理平台启动调用的RPA机器人;该RPA机器人被调用并自动执行工作流,以获取客户需求信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求获取方法,其特征在于,在RPA管理平台上设置有数据回传接口,并在所述RPA管理平台的后端连接有数据库;所述RPA机器人将获取到的需求信息以同步方式回传至RPA管理平台;所述RPA管理平台将获取到的信息存入后端的数据库。
  7. 一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求查询方法,所述查询方法包括如权利要求1~6任一所述的需求获取方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    对数据库中的需求信息进行分类,将分类后的需求信息构建出用于查询的树形数据表;
    在数据库中利用关键字查询方法,输入客户需求相关的查询信息;遍历对比数据库中的树形数据表;
    对比树形数据表中相关信息与所述查询信息的相关度,从而确定出需求查询结果。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求查询方法,其特征在于,对数据库中的需求信息进行分类的方式包括:
    对获取到的客户需求信息进行语义分析,并对所述需求信息进行特征提取;
    将需求信息特征输入至神经网络中,并输出特征向量;
    利用特征向量计算该需求信息在多个需求分类下的相关性分数,并生成待识别向量;
    利用分类器对待识别向量进行判断,得到该需求信息所对应的需求分类。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求查询方法,其特征在于,将分类后的需求信息构建出用于查询的树形数据表包括:
    将分类后的需求信息按照聚类原则,将数据库中需求信息聚类为多个根类别,根据递归算法确定各个类别的层次;
    继续划分出类别的子类别,直至将所有类别完全划分,形成用于查询的树形数据表。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种基于机器人流程自动化的大规模定制客户需求查询方法,其特征在于,在所述树形数据表中,
    当出现新分类后的需求信息,则将新增的类别添加到任意类别下;
    当类别冗余时,则删除冗余的类别及其子类别。
