冲牙器 技术领域
本申请属于口腔清洗设备领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种冲牙器。
背景技术
冲牙器是利用在一定压力下喷射出来的水柱对牙齿及口腔进行清洗的清洁工具。为了能获得较好的清洗效果,冲牙器的喷嘴通常设计较长,实现对口腔的不同位置进行清洗处理。使用过的喷嘴需要进行消毒杀菌处理,以免细菌感染。
然而,长度较大的喷嘴导致冲牙器的体积大,不便于携带;喷嘴需要借助外部消毒设备杀菌后,才能重复使用,导致喷嘴的消毒作业操作繁琐。
技术问题
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种冲牙器,以解决相关技术中存在的冲牙器携带不便,喷嘴消毒操作繁琐的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
提供一种冲牙器,包括壳体、与所述壳体可拆卸连接的喷嘴、安装于所述壳体中的水箱、用于将所述水箱中的液体输送至所述喷嘴的动力泵、安装于所述壳体中的控制主板和与所述控制主板电性连接的电源;所述动力泵和所述电源分别安装于所述壳体中,所述动力泵的进水口与所述水箱连通,所述动力泵的出水口与所述喷嘴连通,所述动力泵与所述控制主板电性连接,所述水箱中设有用于容置所述喷嘴的容置腔,所述冲牙器还包括用于照射所述容置腔的杀菌灯,所述杀菌灯与所述控制主板电性连接。
在一个实施例中,所述喷嘴包括与所述动力泵的出水口连通的喷管和安装于所述喷管的外周面上的多个第一卡条,多个所述第一卡条沿所述喷管的周向间隔设置;所述壳体上安装有支撑所述喷嘴的支撑座,所述支撑座上开设有供所述喷管穿过的过孔,所述过孔的内周面上设有用于与多个所述第一卡条旋转卡合的多个第二卡条。
在一个实施例中,所述喷嘴还包括套设固定于所述喷管上的导柱,所述导柱与多个所述第一卡条间隔设置,多个所述第一卡条设于所述导柱靠近所述支撑座的一端,所述导柱的外周面上环型阵列设有多个卡槽,各所述卡槽沿所述导柱的轴线方向设置;所述冲牙器还包括安装于所述支撑座上的弹性条,所述弹性条上设有用于伸入相应所述卡槽中并与该卡槽配合定位的卡凸。
在一个实施例中,所述喷嘴还包括安装于所述喷管之外周面上的挡板,所述导柱设于所述挡板与多个所述第一卡条之间;所述容置腔中设有用于支撑所述导柱的支撑板,所述支撑板上开设有用于供所述导柱伸入以止挡所述挡板的缺口。
在一个实施例中,所述水箱上开设有用于供所述喷嘴伸入所述容置腔中的第一通孔,所述壳体上对应于所述第一通孔的位置开设有第二通孔和遮盖所述第二通孔的盖板。
在一个实施例中,所述壳体上开设有第三通孔,所述第三通孔与所述第二通孔间隔设置;所述盖板包括基板和穿过所述第三通孔并与该第三通孔配合卡合的卡勾,所述卡勾安装于所述基板上。
在一个实施例中,所述壳体中设有用于与所述喷嘴可拆卸连接的排水管和连通所述动力泵的进水口与所述容置腔的入水管,所述排水管与所述动力泵的出水口相连。
在一个实施例中,所述水箱包括安装于所述壳体中的第一箱体和与所述第一箱体连接的第二箱体;所述第一箱体设有第一容置室,所述第二箱体设有与所述第一容置室连通的第二容置室,所述第一容置室与所述第二容置室组合成所述容置腔;所述排水管包括设于所述第一箱体上的第一出水管和设于所述第二箱体上的第二出水管,所述第一出水管的一端与所述动力泵的出水口连通,所述第一出水管的另一端与所述第二出水管的一端连通,所述第二出水管的另一端与所述喷嘴可拆卸连接;所述入水管与所述第一容置室连通。

在一个实施例中,所述水箱还包括安装于所述第一出水管靠近所述第二出水管的一端的水嘴,所述水嘴上开设有连通所述第一出水管和所述第二出水管的过水孔,所述过水孔的横截面面积由第一出水管朝所述第二出水管的方向逐渐减小。
有益效果
本申请实施例中的上述一个或多个技术方案,至少具有如下技术效果之一:本申请通过将喷嘴与壳体可拆卸连接。当冲牙器使用完毕后,可将喷嘴从壳体上拆卸下来,并放置于水箱的容置腔中存储,从而可减小冲牙器的体积,方便携带。通过杀菌灯可对容置于容置腔中的喷嘴进行杀菌处理,从而无需通过外部杀菌设备对喷嘴进行杀菌,提高喷嘴杀菌操作的便捷性。

请参阅图2至图4,现对本申请提供的冲牙器进行说明。该冲牙器包括壳体1、与壳体1可拆卸连接的喷嘴2、安装于壳体1中的水箱3、用于将水箱3中的液体输送至喷嘴2以将该液体喷出的动力泵5、安装于壳体1中的控制主板6和与控制主板6电性连接的电源7。动力泵5和电源7分别安装于壳体1中,动力泵5的进水口51与水箱3连通,动力泵5的出水口52与喷嘴2连通,动力泵5与控制主板6电性连接。水箱3中设有用于容置喷嘴2的容置腔30;该冲牙器还包括用于照射容置腔30以对该容置腔30中的喷嘴2进行消毒杀菌的杀菌灯8,杀菌灯8与控制主板6电性连接。此结构,通过将喷嘴2与壳体1可拆卸连接。当冲牙器使用完毕后,可将喷嘴2从壳体1上拆卸下来,并放置于水箱3的容置腔30中存储,从而可减小冲牙器的体积,方便携带。通过杀菌灯8可对容置于容置腔30中的喷嘴2进行杀菌处理,从而无需通过外部杀菌设备对喷嘴2进行杀菌,提高喷嘴2杀菌操作的便捷性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图2,壳体1包括外壳11和与该外壳11可拆卸连接的下盖12。外壳11与下盖12之间围合成容置水箱3、动力泵5、控制主板6和电源7的容置空间,便于存储及密封,有利于提高冲牙器的使用安全性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图14和图15,外壳11的内周面上环型阵列设有若干卡板111,下盖12上对应开设有与各所述卡板111配合卡合的卡孔120。在其它实施例中,外壳11与下盖12也可以通过其它方式连接,如外壳11与下盖12之间通过胶水粘接,密封性能好;或者外壳11与下盖12为一体成型,壳体1的机械性能优异,加工制作方便,效率高,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3,外壳11与下盖12之间的连接位置处设置有第一密封圈13,从而可提高外壳11与下盖12之间的连接紧密性,提高壳体1的防水、防尘性能。下盖12上开设有支撑定位第一密封圈13的安装槽,实现第一密封圈13的定位安装,提高安装效率及安装精度。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图1,外壳11上安装有用于控制动力泵5开闭的控制开关14,该控制开关14与控制主板6电性连接,可实现对动力泵5的控制,实现冲牙器的电动化。
在一个实施例中,外壳11上安装有用于控制杀菌灯8开闭的灯源开关,该灯源开关与控制主板6电性连接,可实现对杀菌灯8的控制。
在一个实施例中,外壳11上安装有用于对电源7进行充电的充电口,该充电口与控制主板6电性连接。可借助外部充电线对电源7进行充电,提高冲牙器的待机时长。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图1,外壳11上安装有用于显示动力泵5与杀菌灯8工作状态的指示灯15,该指示灯15与控制主板6电性连接。该指示灯15可发出不同颜色的光亮,以分别显示动力泵5与杀菌灯8的工作状态。比如,当指示灯15为第一种颜色时,说明动力泵5处于工作状态;当指示灯15变为第二种颜色时,说明杀菌灯8处于工作状态,动力泵5处于停机状态;当指示灯15变为第三种颜色时,说明冲牙器处于充电状态,此时,动力泵5和杀菌灯8均处于停机状态。当指示灯15不亮时,说明冲牙器处于停机状态。
在一个实施例中,动力泵5和杀菌灯8可由同一个总控开关控制,该总控开关与控制主板6电性连接。具体地,在初始状态时,动力泵5与杀菌灯8均处于停机状态。当按一下总控开关,此时动力泵5工作(或杀菌灯8工作),指示灯15亮起并发出第一种颜色;继续按一下总控开关,此时动力泵5关闭(或杀菌灯8关闭),指示灯15熄灭;又继续按一下总控开关,此时杀菌灯8工作(或动力泵5工作),指示灯15亮起并发出第二种颜色;在继续按一下总控开关,此时杀菌灯8关闭(或动力泵5关闭),指示灯15熄灭。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图15,下盖12上对应于控制主板6的位置开设有散热孔121,实现对控制主板6的散热。散热孔121的数量及位置可以根据实际需要进行调节,如在外壳11上设置多个散热孔121等,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图5和图6,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,喷嘴2包括与动力泵5的出水口52连通的喷管21和安装于喷管21的外周面上的多个第一卡条22,多个第一卡条22沿喷管21的周向间隔设置;壳体1上安装有支撑喷嘴2的支撑座16,支撑座16上开设有供喷管21穿过的过孔160,过孔160的内周面上设有用于与多个第一卡条22旋转卡合的多个第二卡条161。此结构,当喷管21穿过该过孔160时,旋转喷管21,可使第一卡条22与第二卡条161卡合,此时喷管21与动力泵5的出水口52连通,喷嘴2与壳体1连接固定,从而实现喷嘴2与壳体1之间的可拆卸连接。而且,通过喷嘴2在壳体1上的转动,可调整喷嘴2的喷射方向,实现对口腔内不同位置的清洗作业。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3和图4,支撑座16与水箱3之间通过多个台阶部对位连接,相应台阶部上设置有第二密封圈17,可提高支撑座16与水箱3之间的密封性,避免水箱3中的液体溢出,进而可提高喷嘴2的喷液效果。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图5和图6,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,喷嘴2还包括套设固定于喷管21上的导柱23,导柱23与多个第一卡条22间隔设置,多个第一卡条22设于导柱23靠近支撑座16的一端,具体是设于导柱23和喷管21靠近支撑座16的一端之间,导柱23的外周面上环型阵列设有多个卡槽231,各卡槽231沿导柱23的轴线方向设置;冲牙器还包括安装于支撑座16上的弹性条18,弹性条18上设有用于伸入相应卡槽231中并与该卡槽231配合定位的卡凸183。此结构,当喷嘴2与壳体1连接时,弹性条18上的卡凸183可伸入对应的卡槽231中,实现对导柱23的抵顶,实现对喷嘴2的定位,可防止喷嘴2在壳体1上的转动。而且,卡凸183与相应的卡槽231配合,可实现喷嘴2转动角度的定位。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图7和图8,弹性条18包括弧形段181和分别设置于弧形段181两端的V型段182;支撑座16上开设有容置弹性条18的定位槽162,定位槽162中间隔设置有两个挡条163,一根挡条163与定位槽162的一端围合成容置一个V型段182的容置槽164,另一根挡条163与定位槽162的另一端围合成另一个V型段182的容置槽164;各挡条163的自由端与各V型段182与弧形段181的连接位置处抵接。此结构,两个V型段182可限制弧形段181的变形量;定位槽162及容置槽164可实现对弹性条18的定位固定,防止弹性条18与支撑座16的脱离。
在一些实施例中,弧形段181、两个V型段182和卡凸183为一体成型。一体成型的弹性条18机械性能优异,便于加工制作。还有一些实施例中,弧形段181、两个V型段182和卡凸183之间可以通过焊接、粘接等方式连接,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3至图5,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,喷嘴2还包括安装于喷管21之外周面上的挡板24,导柱23设于挡板24与多个第一卡条22之间;容置腔30中设有用于支撑导柱23的支撑板333,支撑板333上开设有用于供导柱23伸入以止挡该挡板24的缺口334。此结构,当需要将喷嘴2放置于容置腔30中时,将喷嘴2的头部伸入容置腔30中,此时导柱23伸入缺口334中,支撑板333及缺口334可将挡板24止挡,可有效防止喷嘴2的转动,提高喷嘴2安装的稳固性。挡板24也方便用户对喷嘴2的旋转。其中,挡板24的数量可为两个,可防止喷嘴2在两个方向的转动,进一步提高喷嘴2的稳固性,在此不作唯一限定。
在一些实施例中,支撑板333上开设有供挡板24伸入的凹槽,可实现对喷嘴2位置的定位。还有一些实施例中,容置腔30的底部设置有供喷嘴2的头部伸入的凹槽,从而实现对喷嘴2的定位,也可与挡板24及缺口334配合实现对喷嘴2的定位,进一步提高喷嘴2安装的稳固性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图2、图9和图13,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,水箱3上开设有用于供喷嘴2伸入容置腔30中的第一通孔330,壳体1上对应于第一通孔330的位置开设有第二通孔110和遮盖第二通孔110的盖板4。此结构,第一通孔330与容置腔30连通,当容置腔30中的液体不足时,可将盖板4打开,通过第二通孔110及第一通孔330向容置腔30中补充液体。打开盖板4,将喷嘴2穿过第二通孔110和第一通孔330放置于容置腔30中存储,可减小冲牙器的体积,便于携带。盖板4可将第一通孔330和第二通孔110密封,避免液体从容置腔30中溢出,或者喷嘴2从容置腔30中滑出。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3、图12和图13,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,壳体1上开设有第三通孔112,该第三通孔112与第二通孔110间隔设置;盖板4包括基板41和穿过第三通孔112并与该第三通孔112配合卡合的卡勾42,卡勾42安装于基板41上。此结构,通过卡勾42与第三通孔112配合卡合,可实现盖板4与壳体1之间的连接;而且,基板41可绕卡勾42转动,实现盖板4的旋转打开与关闭,操作方便快捷。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图12和图13,基板41面向壳体1的侧面上设置有凹部43,该凹部43与卡勾42间隔设置;外壳11上设置有用于供凹部43伸入的凸部113。当凸部113伸入至凹部43中时,说明盖板4关闭完好,可实现盖板4位置的定位,防止盖板4的转动。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图1,基板41背离壳体1的侧面上设置有凹陷部44,便于用户将盖板4打开。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3,卡勾42与第三通孔112的内侧壁之间设置有防滑胶圈45,可提高盖板4与壳体1之间的连接稳固性。
在一些实施例中,盖板4包括面板和连接面板与壳体1的连接带,基板41面向壳体1的侧面上设有用于伸入第二通孔110中的活塞,可实现对第二通孔110及第一通孔330的密封。还有一些实施例中,盖板4包括一端与壳体1铰接的面板和安装于面板另一端的卡扣,壳体1上对应设有与卡扣配合卡合的凹槽,可实现盖板4的转动打开与关闭。在另一些实施例中,在面板与壳体1的铰接轴上套设安装有扭簧,可实现盖板4自动关闭。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图10和图11,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,壳体1中设有用于与喷嘴2可拆卸连接的排水管31和连通动力泵5的进水口51与容置腔30的入水管32,排水管31与动力泵5的出水口52相连。其中,排水管31和入水管32可分别设置于水箱3上;或者排水管31和入水管32可分别设置于壳体1的内侧壁上,在此不作唯一限定。此结构,通过直接在水箱3设置排水管31与入水管32,便于水箱3、动力泵5及喷嘴2之间的快速连接。在一些实施例中,动力泵5的出水口52与喷嘴2之间、动力泵5的进水口51与水箱3之间都可以通过水管连接,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3、图10和图11,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,水箱3包括安装于壳体1中的第一箱体33和与第一箱体33连接的第二箱体34;第一箱体33设有第一容置室331,第二箱体34设有与第一容置室331连通的第二容置室341,第一容置室331与第二容置室341组合成容置腔30;排水管31包括设于第一箱体33上的第一出水管332和设于第二箱体34上的第二出水管342,第一出水管332的一端与动力泵5的出水口52连通,第一出水管332的另一端与第二出水管342的一端连通,第二出水管342的另一端与喷嘴2可拆卸连接;入水管32与第一容置室331连通。此结构,通过将水箱3设置成第一箱体33和与第一箱体33连通的第二箱体34,便于对水箱3的拆解与清洗,防止水箱3的堵塞及细菌繁殖。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图3、图9和图10,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,水箱3还包括安装于第一出水管332靠近第二出水管342的一端的水嘴38,水嘴38上开设有连通第一出水管332与第二出水管342的过水孔,该过水孔的横截面面积由第一出水管332朝第二出水管342的方向逐渐减小。此结构,通过水嘴38可有效防止喷嘴2中的液体回流至动力泵5中,起到对动力泵5的保护作用。
在一些实施例中,请参阅图10,第一箱体33与第二箱体34之间的连接位置处填充有第三密封圈35,可提高第一箱体33与第二箱体34之间的密封性能。第一出水管332的外周面上设置有第一台阶部,第二出水管342的内周面上对应设置有与第一台阶部对位的第二台阶部,可实现第一出水管332与第二出水管342的快速对位连接;第一台阶部与第二台阶部之间设置有第四密封圈36,可提高第一出水管332与第二出水管342之间的密封性。
在一个实施例中,请参阅图11,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,冲牙器还包括遮盖入水管32靠近容置腔30的一端的过滤网37;过滤网37设于容置腔30中。此结构,过滤网37可避免体积较大的颗粒进入动力泵5中,避免对动力泵5造成损伤。在一些实施例中,容置腔30的底面相对设置有支撑条,两个支撑条的两对侧面上分别开设有导槽,过滤网37的两端分别伸入导槽中,实现对过滤网37的固定,便于过滤网37的拆装和维护。还有一些实施例中,过滤网37可直接通过胶水粘接固定在容置腔30的底面,在此不作唯一限定。
在一个实施例中,作为本申请提供的冲牙器的一种具体实施方式,水箱3由透明材料制成,控制主板6设于壳体1的内周面与水箱3的外周面之间,杀菌灯8安装于控制主板6上。此结构,杀菌灯8发出的光线可穿透水箱3,可同时对设置于容置腔30中的喷嘴2和液体进行杀菌消毒处理。其中,杀菌灯8可为紫外灯,在此不作唯一限定。
在一些实施例中,水箱3也可为不透明材料制成,在容置腔30中通过玻璃围合成密封空间,可将杀菌灯8设置于该密封空间中。还有一些实施例中,可以在壳体1中设置多个杀菌灯8,实现对水箱3多方向的照射,进而提高杀菌效果。杀菌灯8的数量、安装位置及功率等都可以根据实际需要进行调节,在此不作唯一限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 冲牙器,包括壳体、与所述壳体可拆卸连接的喷嘴、安装于所述壳体中的水箱、用于将所述水箱中的液体输送至所述喷嘴的动力泵、安装于所述壳体中的控制主板和与所述控制主板电性连接的电源;所述动力泵和所述电源分别安装于所述壳体中,所述动力泵的进水口与所述水箱连通,所述动力泵的出水口与所述喷嘴连通,所述动力泵与所述控制主板电性连接,其特征在于:所述水箱中设有用于容置所述喷嘴的容置腔,所述冲牙器还包括用于照射所述容置腔的杀菌灯,所述杀菌灯与所述控制主板电性连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述喷嘴包括与所述动力泵的出水口连通的喷管和安装于所述喷管的外周面上的多个第一卡条,多个所述第一卡条沿所述喷管的周向间隔设置;所述壳体上安装有支撑所述喷嘴的支撑座,所述支撑座上开设有供所述喷管穿过的过孔,所述过孔的内周面上设有用于与多个所述第一卡条旋转卡合的多个第二卡条。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述喷嘴还包括套设固定于所述喷管上的导柱,所述导柱与多个所述第一卡条间隔设置,多个所述第一卡条设于所述导柱靠近所述支撑座的一端,所述导柱的外周面上环型阵列设有多个卡槽,各所述卡槽沿所述导柱的轴线方向设置;所述冲牙器还包括安装于所述支撑座上的弹性条,所述弹性条上设有用于伸入相应所述卡槽中并与该卡槽配合定位的卡凸。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述喷嘴还包括安装于所述喷管之外周面上的挡板,所述导柱设于所述挡板与多个所述第一卡条之间;所述容置腔中设有用于支撑所述导柱的支撑板,所述支撑板上开设有用于供所述导柱伸入以止挡所述挡板的缺口。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述水箱上开设有用于供所述喷嘴伸入所述容置腔中的第一通孔,所述壳体上对应于所述第一通孔的位置开设有第二通孔和遮盖所述第二通孔的盖板。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述壳体上开设有第三通孔,所述第三通孔与所述第二通孔间隔设置;所述盖板包括基板和穿过所述第三通孔并与该第三通孔配合卡合的卡勾,所述卡勾安装于所述基板上。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述壳体中设有用于与所述喷嘴可拆卸连接的排水管和连通所述动力泵的进水口与所述容置腔的入水管,所述排水管与所述动力泵的出水口相连。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述水箱包括安装于所述壳体中的第一箱体和与所述第一箱体连接的第二箱体;所述第一箱体设有第一容置室,所述第二箱体设有与所述第一容置室连通的第二容置室,所述第一容置室与所述第二容置室组合成所述容置腔;所述排水管包括设于所述第一箱体上的第一出水管和设于所述第二箱体上的第二出水管,所述第一出水管的一端与所述动力泵的出水口连通,所述第一出水管的另一端与所述第二出水管的一端连通,所述第二出水管的另一端与所述喷嘴可拆卸连接;所述入水管与所述第一容置室连通。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述冲牙器还包括遮盖所述入水管靠近所述容置腔的一端的过滤网;所述过滤网设于所述容置腔中。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的冲牙器,其特征在于:所述水箱还包括安装于所述第一出水管靠近所述第二出水管的一端的水嘴,所述水嘴上开设有连通所述第一出水管和所述第二出水管的过水孔,所述过水孔的横截面面积由第一出水管朝所述第二出水管的方向逐渐减小。
