背景技术

技术问题
可以预见的是,上述方案提供了一种思路,但这种思路显然不是唯一的。
值得说明的第一点是,上述方案具有较为明显的缺点,而这个缺点在当时并不突显。随着人们审美意识的提高,外观精美的椅子在市场上更受欢迎。外观精美是个较为抽象的概念,但不可否认的一点是,如果椅脚的整体化程度高,就越容易被认为是外观精美的。拿上述专利来举例说明,由于上述方案中的椅脚在装配完成后仍然能够明显地看出脚座、脚臂和扣件之间具有装配缝隙,并且从视觉效果来看,扣件凸显在脚座上显然对于椅脚的外观具有负面影响。

本实施例中,还包括用于提高所述卡条3和卡槽4之间的卡接配合强度的弹性卡子5。弹性卡子5如图5和6所示,所述弹性卡子5的内侧面与所述的卡条3弹性抵压连接,所述弹性卡子5的外侧面与所述的卡槽4弹性抵压连接。弹性卡子5由金属材料制成,包括卡子本体51、设置在卡子本体上的内向弹性片和外向弹性片;所述内向弹性片斜向上设置,所述外向弹性片斜向下设置。所述的内向弹性片包括设置在卡子本体一端的第一内向弹性片52a、设置在卡子本体另一端的第二内向弹性片52b和设置在卡子本体中部的第三内向弹性片52c;所述外向弹性片包括设置在卡子本体一端的第一外向弹性片53a和设置在卡子本体另一端的第二外向弹性片53b。本实施例中,所述第一内向弹性片52a和第二内向弹性片(52b)相对于卡子本体的倾斜角度为60°;所述第三内向弹性片52c相对于卡子本体的倾斜角度为15°。
如图1所示,本实施例的椅脚还包括气弹簧保护套6,所述气弹簧保护套6的顶部与所述的气弹簧安装座2的底部卡接。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种椅脚,包括基座(1)、设置在基座中间的气弹簧安装座(2)以及连接在所述基座上的多个支撑脚(3),所述支撑脚(3)远离所述基座(1)的一端设置有轮脚安装座(4);其特征在于:
    所述的基座(1)、气弹簧安装座(2)、支撑脚(3)和轮脚安装座(4)均由上壳部(100)和下壳部(200)组合而成;所述的上壳部(100)和下壳部(200)之间固定连接;
    所述上壳部(100)的基座(1a)、气弹簧安装座(2a)、支撑脚(3a)和轮脚安装座(4a)一体连接;
    所述下壳部(200)的基座(1b)、气弹簧安装座(2b)、支撑脚(3b)和轮脚安装座(4b)一体连接;
    下壳部的轮脚安装座(4b)设有用于安装轮脚的安装孔;
    所述的上壳部(100)为金属;
    所述的下壳部(200)为塑料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述的上壳部(100)和下壳部(200)之间卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述的上壳部(100)至少部分地包覆所述下壳部(200)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述下壳部(200)的轮脚安装座(4b)为空心管状并通过其底部与所述的下壳部(200)的支撑脚(3b)一体连接;所述上壳部(100)的轮脚安装座(4a)为套筒状,并通过其上部与所述上壳部的支撑脚(3a)一体连接;所述上壳部的轮脚安装座(4a)套装在所述下壳部的轮脚安装座(4b)上并将其包覆。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述上壳部(100)的基座(1a)包覆所述下壳部(200)的基座(1b)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述上壳部(100)的气弹簧安装座(2)部分地插装在所述下壳部(200)的气弹簧安装座(2)内。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述上壳部(100)的支撑脚(3a)包覆所述下壳部(200)的支撑脚(3b)。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述的上壳部(100)和下壳部(200)之间通过卡条(7)和卡槽(8)卡接配合;所述的卡条(7)设置在上壳部(100),卡槽(8)设置在下壳部(200);或者卡条(7)设置在下壳部(200),卡槽(8)设置在上壳部(100)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:还包括用于提高所述卡条(3)和卡槽(4)之间的卡接配合强度的弹性卡子(5),并且所述弹性卡子(5)的内侧面与所述的卡条(3)弹性抵压连接,所述弹性卡子(5)的外侧面与所述的卡槽(4)弹性抵压连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述的弹性卡子(5)由金属材料制成,包括卡子本体(51)、设置在卡子本体上的内向弹性片和外向弹性片;所述内向弹性片斜向上设置,所述外向弹性片斜向下设置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述的内向弹性片包括设置在卡子本体一端的第一内向弹性片(52a)、设置在卡子本体另一端的第二内向弹性片(52b)和设置在卡子本体中部的第三内向弹性片(52c);所述外向弹性片包括设置在卡子本体一端的第一外向弹性片(53a)和设置在卡子本体另一端的第二外向弹性片(53b)。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:所述第一内向弹性片(52a)和第二内向弹性片(52b)相对于卡子本体的倾斜角度为45°~75°;所述第三内向弹性片(52c)相对于卡子本体的倾斜角度为10°~30°。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的一种椅脚,其特征在于:还包括气弹簧保护套(6),所述气弹簧保护套(6)的顶部与所述的气弹簧安装座(2)的底部卡接。
