Abstract

一种椅脚,椅脚中间成型设具插套孔的固位座,固位座环周延伸向外伸展的支脚,支脚内底面设有补强肋,固位座的插套孔环周座壁内预埋一环状金属体,金属体相连延接数长板状金属肋片伸置在各支脚的壁体中,使该金属肋片上设有数道凹凸肋条;藉此支脚内包覆金属支撑补强体的形态,使椅脚受重力作用时,具有绝佳抗压强度,以使各支脚不虞变形裂损而增具耐用性。

椅脚
本实用新型涉及一种椅脚。
一般椅脚为求以有限材料(即省料原则)得承受一定重力，其大多采空壳形态的椅脚在内空部设具补强肋，以使椅脚的强度可稳固承载相当的重量，而习知常见的椅脚结构设计，如图3所示，其主要在椅脚A中间成型固位座A1，并由固位座A1向外放射状延伸成型支脚A2，该支脚A2内底部是一体成型若干呈V型连续排列的补强肋A3；另，补强肋型态亦有如图4所示的相关设计，其主要使支脚A2内部的补强肋A3以交叉排列的方式成型，由此加强支脚A2两侧的侧边强度。
然，详观上述习用结构，其实尚存有未尽完善之处，主要因上述二者结构皆以塑胶材料成型补强肋，以加强支脚强度，其在重量下压时，重力压抵固位座，使连设的各支脚下移而略向前伸展造成变形，此随重力作用的频繁，该固位座与支脚连接处极易产生疲劳破坏而由该处断裂；同时，塑胶补强肋的重力承受程度亦非甚大，用在椅脚若供超重的人坐压时，则恐有承受不起之虞。
本实用新型的目的即在于提供一种椅脚，其椅脚横向支脚内具支撑补强体，以增进强度与耐用性。
为达成上述目的，本实用新型椅脚中央成型一设具插套孔的固位座，固位座环周等距放射延伸向外伸展的支脚，支脚内底面成型补强肋；固位座的插套孔环周座壁内预予埋设金属体，该金属体一体相连延接有金属肋片伸置在各支脚的壁体中，即该金属体与金属肋片的相连补强件为预置在椅脚成型模具中受灌注的塑料包覆一体成型。
该金属肋片片体上设具凹凸肋条，以供强化抗弯性及利于塑料包结固定。
采用上述结构后，本实用新型可在椅脚受重力作用时，具有一绝佳的抗压强度，使各支脚不虞变形裂损，从而增进强度及耐用程度。

首先，参阅图1所示，本实用新型的椅脚在中央成型一设具插套孔11的固位座1，其固位座1环周等距呈放射状延伸若干向外伸展的支脚2，该支脚2内底面以连续交折方式成型若干补强肋21，而主要改良特征为：该固位座1的插套孔11环周座壁内预予埋设环状金属体3，且该金属体3一体相连延接有长板状金属肋片4伸置在各支脚2的顶部壁体中，并使该金属肋片4片体上设具二道凹凸肋条41，该金属体3与金属肋片4的相连补强件为预置在椅脚成型模具中受灌注的塑料包覆一体成型，而隐置其中；该金属肋片4上的凹凸肋条41不仅可供强化肋片的抗弯性，同时利于塑料包结固定。
由上述设计，如图2所示，当椅脚受上部座椅人体重力作用时，固位座1首先承受重力，由各支脚2分散其重力，其中，支脚2内的补强肋21在重力下压时，可用以承受部分分力，主要借助支脚2壁体内的金属肋片4支撑支脚2不易伸展弯曲变形，以维持原来形状，各支脚2中的金属肋片4与固位座1环周座壁内的金属体3相连接，相接处适位在重力的应力集中点，通过该金属结构体可有效避免各支脚2由固位座1连接处断裂或永久变形，并具有一绝佳的抗压强度，使各椅脚无存变形裂损的情形。

Claims (2)

1.一种椅脚，椅脚中央成型一设具插套孔的固位座，固位座环周等距放射延伸向外伸展的支脚，支脚内底面成型补强肋；其特征在于：固位座的插套孔环周座壁内预予埋设金属体，该金属体一体相连延接有金属肋片伸置在各支脚的壁体中，即该金属体与金属肋片的相连补强件为预置在椅脚成型模具中受灌注的塑料包覆一体成型。
2.如权利要求1所述的椅脚，其特征在于：该金属肋片片体上设具凹凸肋条。
