目前的新风风管主要包括直管和软管两种,其中,直管具有如下缺点:1)局限性大,根据使用情况,需要截断或者加长时,操作不便;2)不能拐弯,新风风管必须与新风机或者空调器的接风管的端口正对,实际安装操作非常不便,甚至有部分情况会导致根本无法安装;3)直管不能弯曲、盘旋,占用包装空间、增加包装成本,且包装不当的话,容易对机器造成损伤。软管具有如下缺点:1)软管与新风机或者空调器连接不紧,容易脱落、漏风;2)软管的室外端容易产生雨水、风的倒灌;3)部分新风机或者空调器在安装新风风管时,需要安装人员去室外操作,不便利且安全性不高。
相应地,本领域需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。虽然本实施例是以具有新风功能的空调器为例来进行阐述的,但是还可以适用于新风机等新风设备或者其他需要新风功能场合。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和 操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
首先参照图1至图3来阐述本发明的连接件与风管接口以及螺纹软管的可能的连接方式。其中,图1是本发明一种实施例的风管组件的装配图,图2是本发明一种实施例的风管组件的爆炸图,3是本发明一种实施例的风管组件的连接件的结构图。
通常,具有新风功能的空调器包括壳体,壳体内设置有新风模块,壳体上设置有与新风模块相连的风管接口,风管接口通过风管组件与室外连通,在新风模块的作用下,将室外环境中的新鲜空气引入到室内空间,改善室内空间的空气质量。如图1至图3所示,本发明的风管组件包括连接件1和螺纹软管2,连接件1的一端与风管接口相接,另一端的外表面形成有第一螺纹段121,螺纹软管2的一端上形成有与该第一螺纹段121相配合的第三螺纹段(图中未示出),通过第一螺纹段121与第三螺纹段的配合,螺纹软管2以螺接的方式与连接件1相连。在安装风管组件时,螺纹软管2的一端通过连接件1与风管接口相连,另一端穿过墙面上的过孔延伸至室外环境,这样就能够通过螺纹软管2将室外环境中的新鲜空气引入到室内空间。
本实施例中,如图3所示,连接件1的第一端设置有四个L型通孔112,相应地,风管接口上设置有四个与之相匹配的卡块(图中未示出),这样,将连接件1的第一端在插接至风管接口之后,通过旋拧的方式就可以使得卡块与L型通孔112相配合,从而实现连接件1与风管接口的相连,便捷可靠。
在一种可能的实施方式中,螺纹软管2设置为可伸缩软管,这样就可以根据具体的安装场景进行弯曲,如螺纹软管2的当前长度较长,沿轴向压缩该螺纹软管2即可适当的缩短螺纹软管2的长度,螺纹软管2的当前长度较短,沿轴向拉伸该螺纹软管2即可适当的加长螺纹软管2的长度。此外,在运输时可以沿轴向压缩该螺纹软管2并盘旋放置,只需占用较小空间。
如图1至图3所示,连接件1包括第一段11和第二段12,第二段12与螺纹软管2相接,第一螺纹段121设置在第二段12的外表面,第一段11与风管接口相接,且第一段11与第二段12之间形成有第一卡置位。 风管组件包括能够允许空气通过、并能够阻挡杂物的过滤构件6,该过滤构件6大致为圆盘状结构,其径向尺寸与第一段11的内径尺寸相当。在组装好的状态下,该过滤构件6卡置在该第一卡置位,这样通过该过滤构件6可以阻挡杂物通过风管接口进入新风设备内。
具体地,如图1和图3所示,第一段11的径向尺寸大于第二段12的径向尺寸,这样第一段11与第二段12的连接处就形成有一个环形面13,第一段11由环形面13的外缘延伸而成,第二段12由环形面13的内缘延伸而成,第一段11的内壁在环形面13的左侧沿周向设置有多个凸台111,这多个凸台111与环形面13之间形成了第一卡置位,从而能够更好地将过滤构件6卡置在第一卡置位,避免安装过程中过滤构件6掉落。
显然,上述第一卡置位还可以是其他的设置方式,如,在第一段与第二段的连接处形成有环形面,该环形面作为上述第一卡置位,安装好后,过滤构件的一侧抵靠在环形面上,另一侧抵靠在风管接口的端面上,从而过滤构件卡置于环形面与风管接口的端面之间,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择第一卡置位的设置方式,只要能够将过滤构件6卡置在连接件与风管接口之间即可。
接着参照图1、图2、图4和图5来阐述本发明的风帽、橡胶护圈以及挡圈的可能的设置方式。其中,图4是本发明一种实施例的风管组件的挡圈、橡胶护圈以及风帽的结构图,图5是本发明一种实施例的风管组件的风帽的结构图。
如图1、图2和图5所示,风管组件还包括大致为管状的风帽3,该风帽3包括一体成型的风帽本体31和连接段32,连接段32的外壁上设置有第二螺纹段321,相应地,螺纹软管2另一端上设置有能够与第二螺纹段321相配合的第四螺纹段(图中未示出),通过第二螺纹段321与第四螺纹段的配合,风帽3通过螺接的方式与螺纹软管2相接。显然,风帽本体31和连接段32也可以通过螺接、卡接、插接等方式固定连接。
如图1和图5所示,在安装好的状态下,风帽本体31的侧壁的上部设置为封闭式结构,下部设置有第一格栅311,端面上设置有第二格栅312,这样室外环境的新鲜空气就可以通过第一格栅311和第二格栅312进入螺纹软管2进而进入室内空间,改善室内空间的空气质量。并且在确保新风设备所需的足够的风量的前提下,还可以通过封闭式的上部挡雨, 以免雨水从风帽3进入螺纹软管2,进而进入新风设备内。同时,第一格栅311和第二格栅312的设置还能够阻挡空气中的杂物(如柳絮、树叶等)随着新鲜空气进入螺纹软管2内。显然,风帽本体31上也可以仅在侧壁的下部设置第一格栅311,或者是仅在端面上设置第二格栅312,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择,只要能够确保新风模块所需的风量即可。
如图4和图5所示,连接段32与风帽本体31之间形成有两个环形凸起33,这两个环形凸起33之间形成第二卡置位。本发明的风管组件还包括橡胶护圈4,该橡胶护圈4包括第一部分41和第二部分42,第一部分41和第二部分42的右端相连,第一部分41的径向尺寸稍大于风帽3的径向尺寸,将第一部分41套设在第二卡置位处,这样也就将橡胶护圈4设置在了风帽3上。
如图4所示并按照图4所示的方位,第二部分42的径向尺寸从右至左逐渐增大,在安装过程中,可以使第二部分42变形,将风帽3从墙面上的过孔塞出,将风帽3通到室外后,然后往回轻微拉螺纹软管2,就可以使得橡胶护圈4的第二部分42口径较大的一侧紧贴于墙面的外侧,这样就能够遮挡该过孔,用户不会从室外看到墙面上的过孔,从而无需安装人员在室外封堵,确保了安装人员的人身安全。
可以理解的是,橡胶护圈4还可以设置成其他的形式,如橡胶护圈4仅包括径向尺寸逐渐增大的第二部分42,在第二部分42的右侧(如图4所示)设置有一段径向尺寸与风帽本体31相当的环形结构,通过该环形结构将橡胶护圈4套设在第二卡置位,或者是通过卡箍等紧固件将橡胶护圈4卡置在第二卡置位处。当然,本领域技术人员可以根据具体的应用场景灵活选择橡胶护圈在风帽的外侧的具体设置方式,以便适应更加具体的应用场合。
如图1和图4所示,风管组件还包括挡圈5,该挡圈5包括基体51,该基体51套设于螺纹软管2的外侧,基体51沿周向向外延伸有伸出端52,该伸出端52大致为环形结构。在组装好的状态下,该挡圈5位于室内空间,基体51插设至过孔内进而封堵该过孔,伸出端52遮挡过孔的内侧,因而用户在室内不会看到过孔,墙面更加美观。
下面结合图1来阐述本发明的风管组件的可能的安装方式。首先将过滤构件6卡置在连接件1内的第一卡置位处,然后将连接件1的一端与风管接口以旋拧的方式固接,再将螺纹软管2的第一端以螺接的方式连接至连接件1的另一端。安装好之后,先将挡圈5套设至螺纹软管2的外侧,然后将风帽3通过螺接的方式与螺纹软管2的第二端相连,并将橡胶护圈4套设至第二卡置位,将风帽3通过墙面上的过孔塞出至室外环境,在这个过程中,可以使橡胶护圈4的第二部分42变形,从而更顺利地将风帽3塞出,在这个过程中,需保证风帽3的封闭式结构位于上方。将风帽3通到室外后,然后往回轻微拉螺纹软管2,使得橡胶护圈4的第二部分42口径较大的一侧紧贴于墙面的外侧,然后将挡圈5的基体51塞入过孔,使得挡圈5的伸出端52紧贴于墙面的内侧,这样也就完成了风管组件的安装。
综上所述,在本发明的优选技术方案中,通过将螺纹软管2以螺接的方式与连接件1相连,以及将螺纹软管2设置为可伸缩软管,从而能够方便地完成螺纹软管2的安装,还可以根据具体的安装场景弯曲、伸长、缩短等。通过将过滤构件6卡置在连接件1内的第一卡置位,从而也就将过滤构件6卡置在了第一卡置位,从而能够进一步地阻挡空气中的杂物进入空调器。通过将风帽本体31和连接段32一体成型、连接段32与螺纹软管2螺接,从而实现了风帽3的简便安装。
此外,本领域的技术人员能够理解,尽管在此所述的一些实施例包括其它实施例中所包括的某些特征而不是其它特征,但是不同实施例的特征的组合意味着处于本发明的范围之内并且形成不同的实施例。例如,在本发明的权利要求书中,所要求保护的实施例的任意之一都可以以任意的组合方式来使用。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种风管组件,用于新风设备,其特征在于,所述新风设备包括壳体,所述壳体上设置有风管接口,所述风管组件包括连接件和螺纹软管,所述连接件的一端与所述风管接口相接,另一端形成有第一螺纹段,所述连接件通过所述第一螺纹段与所述螺纹软管螺接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述风管组件包括过滤构件,所述连接件内形成有第一卡置位,所述过滤构件卡置于所述第一卡置位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述连接件包括与所述风管接口相接的第一段以及与所述螺纹软管相接的第二段,
    其中,所述第一段的径向尺寸大于所述第二段的径向尺寸,从而在所述第一段与所述第二段的连接处形成有所述第一卡置位。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述螺纹软管为可伸缩软管。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述风管组件还包括风帽,所述风帽包括风帽本体和连接段,所述连接段的外壁上设置有第二螺纹段,所述风帽本体通过所述第二螺纹段与所述螺纹软管螺接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述风帽本体与所述连接段一体成型。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述风管组件还包括橡胶护圈,
    所述连接段与所述风帽本体之间设置有第二卡置位,所述橡胶护圈卡置于所述第二卡置位。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述橡胶护圈包括彼此相连的第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分卡置于所述第二卡置位,所述第二部分的径向尺寸沿靠近所述连接件的方向逐渐增大。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的风管组件,其特征在于,所述风管组件还包括档圈,所述档圈包括基体,所述基体套设于所述螺纹软管,所述基体沿周向向外延伸有伸出端。
  10. 一种新风设备,其特征在于,所述新风设备包括上述权利要求1-9中任一项所述的风管组件。
