随着人们生活节奏的加快,能够快速冲泡且口感较好的胶囊饮品(例如胶囊咖啡)越来越受到人们的青睐。所谓胶囊饮品,就是预先将饮品粉末(例如咖啡粉和其他冲调粉末)封装在胶囊内,冲泡时,直接将胶囊放入饮品机的酿造装置内,通过酿造装置对胶囊进行定位、密封、刺破、冲水及酿造等一系列操作后输出的饮品。目前大多数饮品机的酿造装置无法很好地适用于尺寸精度高、沿边尺寸窄的饮品胶囊。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对传统的饮品机的酿造装置无法很好地适用于尺寸精度高、沿边尺寸窄的饮品胶囊的问题,提供一种酿造装置。
一种酿造装置,包括:
壳体,所述壳体内设有胶囊仓;
酿造机构,所述酿造机构设置于所述壳体内,所述酿造机构包括相对设置的酿造杯组件和杯盖组件,所述酿造杯组件可沿第一方向往复运动以靠近或远离所述杯盖组件,所述酿造杯组件设有朝向所述杯盖组件一侧敞口的容置腔,当所述酿造杯组件与所述杯盖组件相分离时能够让位出所述胶囊仓;以及
两套挂钩组件,分别设于所述胶囊仓在第二方向的相对两侧,各所述挂钩 组件均包括定位挂钩和顶出挂钩,所述顶出挂钩位于所述定位挂钩靠近所述杯盖组件的一侧,所述定位挂钩和所述顶出挂钩可彼此独立地沿所述第二方向伸缩,两所述定位挂钩相向的一面对应设有用于与胶囊的沿边定位配合的定位槽,两所述顶出挂钩用于与所述胶囊的沿边限位配合以将所述胶囊与所述酿造杯组件相分离,其中,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相交。
上述的酿造装置通过定位挂钩与胶囊的沿边配合可实现胶囊的精确定位,保证胶囊的后壳能够顺利导入至酿造杯组件的容置腔内,从而使酿造杯组件能够带动胶囊运动至与杯盖组件相接合的位置完成酿造;酿造完成后,酿造杯组件与杯盖组件分离的过程中,通过顶出挂钩与胶囊的沿边配合可实现胶囊与酿造杯组件的分离,进而使胶囊能够自动掉落。由于定位挂钩与顶出挂钩分体设计,两者之间彼此独立运动能够减少连动影响,从而能够很好地适用于尺寸精度高、沿边尺寸窄的胶囊,且定位挂钩与顶出挂钩各自能够根据不同形状尺寸的胶囊自行调节自身的运动位移,可很好地适用于多种形状尺寸的胶囊。
在其中一个实施例中,所述定位槽贯穿所述定位挂钩的顶面而形成有缺口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述定位挂钩靠近所述杯盖组件的一侧设有沿所述第二方向延伸的滑槽,所述顶出挂钩与所述滑槽可滑动配合。

参阅图1及图2,示出了本发明一实施例中的酿造装置在两种状态下的整体结构示意图。传统的酿造装置通常只能适用于圆形胶囊,本发明的酿造装置能够适用于各种形状的胶囊80,包括但不限于圆形胶囊、方形胶囊、多边形胶囊、椭圆形胶囊及其他形状的胶囊。参照图4,胶囊80包括面盖81及后壳82,面盖81与后壳82之间围合形成用于封装饮品粉末(如咖啡粉或其他冲调粉末)的密闭腔体,面盖81的周缘设有外凸于后壳82周面的沿边811。例如,如图9至图12,分别展示了圆形胶囊80a、正方形胶囊80b、六边形胶囊80c及椭圆形胶囊80d的结构示意图。圆形胶囊80a的面盖81呈圆形,沿边811呈圆形环, 后壳82呈圆台状;正方形胶囊80b的面盖81呈正方形,沿边811呈正方形环,后壳82呈四棱台状;六边形胶囊80c的面盖81呈六边形,沿边811呈六边形环,后壳82呈六棱台状;椭圆形胶囊80d的面盖81呈椭圆形,沿边811呈椭圆形环,后壳82呈椭圆台状。
请结合图4至图6,本发明一实施例提供的酿造装置包括壳体10、酿造机构和两套挂钩组件40。壳体10内设有胶囊仓101,壳体10的上下两侧分别设有与胶囊仓101连通的装料口102和落料口103。酿造机构设置于壳体10内,酿造机构包括相对设置的酿造杯组件20和杯盖组件30,酿造杯组件20可沿第一方向往复运动以靠近或远离杯盖组件30,酿造杯组件20设有朝向杯盖组件30一侧敞口的容置腔,当酿造杯组件20与杯盖组件30相分离时能够让位出胶囊仓101;两套挂钩组件40分别设于胶囊仓101在第二方向的相对两侧,各挂钩组件40均包括定位挂钩41和顶出挂钩42,顶出挂钩42位于定位挂钩41靠近杯盖组件30的一侧,定位挂钩41和顶出挂钩42可彼此独立地沿第二方向伸缩,请结合图8,两定位挂钩41相向的一面对应设有用于与胶囊80的沿边811定位配合的定位槽411,两顶出挂钩42用于与胶囊80的沿边811限位配合以将胶囊80与酿造杯组件20相分离,其中,第一方向与第二方向相交。
第一方向与第二方向可为垂直相交或者倾斜相交,只要两者不相互平行即可。例如,如图4所示,第一方向可为壳体10的长度方向(或者前后方向),第二方向可为壳体10的宽度方向(或者左右方向)。
其中,壳体10作为整个酿造装置的基体,起到固定和支撑其他零部件的作用,例如,在本实施例中,壳体10大体呈沿第一方向延伸的中空柱状体,酿造机构和挂钩组件40均安装于壳体10内,壳体10的顶部设有装料口102,可便于在酿造前将胶囊80装入胶囊仓101内,壳体10的底部设有落料口103,可便 于在酿造完成后胶囊80从胶囊仓101中掉出,为了便于废胶囊80的收集,落料口103的下方还可设置有收集盒。可选地,壳体10包括壳本体及盖板11,壳本体的顶部设有开口,盖板11可拆卸地盖设于开口处,装料口102开设于盖板11的中部,由于开口面积相较于装料口102的面积要大,将盖板11拆开后,可便于将其他零部件安装到壳体10内,同时也便于对壳体10内部进行清洗,以保证酿造装置的清洁卫生。酿造机构包括酿造杯组件20和杯盖组件30,酿造杯组件20能够沿第一方向靠近或远离杯盖组件30,使得酿造杯组件20具有与杯盖组件30相接合的酿造位置,以及与杯盖组件30相分离以让位出胶囊仓101的避让位置。两个挂钩组件40设置于壳体10第二方向的相对两侧,用于实现胶囊80的定位功能和胶囊80的脱落掉包功能。
如图4所示,当酿造杯组件20处于避让位置时,杯盖组件30与酿造杯组件20之间的间隔即形成胶囊仓101。从装料口102处将胶囊80放入至胶囊仓101中,将胶囊80的沿边811卡接于定位挂钩41的定位槽411内,胶囊80的后壳82朝向酿造杯组件20,此时两个定位挂钩41均朝向胶囊仓101一侧伸出而可将胶囊80夹紧,实现胶囊80的精确定位。然后酿造杯组件20朝向杯盖组件30一侧运动,在酿造杯组件20的端部与两侧的定位挂钩41相接触的过程中,两定位挂钩41能够逐渐朝远离胶囊仓101的一侧回缩,直至酿造杯组件20完全套住胶囊80,定位挂钩41与胶囊80的沿边811相脱离,此时胶囊80的后壳82完全容置于酿造杯组件20的容置腔内。酿造杯组件20带着胶囊80进一步朝向杯盖组件30一侧推进,两个顶出挂钩42逐渐朝远离胶囊仓101的一侧回缩,直至酿造杯组件20运动至与杯盖组件30相接合的酿造位置(如图5所示),进而酿造机构可对胶囊80进行刺穿、注水及酿造等一系列动作。如图6所示,酿造完成后,酿造杯组件20带着胶囊80朝远离杯盖组件30的一侧运动,直至 胶囊80的沿边811与顶出挂钩42相抵接,顶出挂钩42可阻止胶囊80进一步运动,使得胶囊80能够从酿造杯组件20中逐渐滑出,当胶囊80与酿造杯组件20完全分离时,胶囊80能够在自身重力作用下自落料口103掉出至壳体10外,从而实现自动脱胶囊80功能。
上述的酿造装置通过定位挂钩41与胶囊80的沿边811的配合可实现胶囊80的精确定位,保证胶囊80的后壳82能够顺利导入至酿造杯组件20的容置腔内,从而使酿造杯组件20能够带动胶囊80运动至与杯盖组件30相接合的位置完成酿造;酿造完成后,酿造杯组件20与杯盖组件30分离的过程中,通过顶出挂钩42与胶囊80的沿边811的配合可实现胶囊80与酿造杯组件20的分离,进而使胶囊80能够自动掉落。由于定位挂钩41与顶出挂钩42分体设计,两者之间彼此独立运动能够减少连动影响,从而能够很好地适用于尺寸精度高、沿边尺寸窄的胶囊80,且定位挂钩41与顶出挂钩42各自能够根据不同形状尺寸的胶囊80自行调节自身的运动位移,可很好地适用于多种形状尺寸的胶囊80,例如圆形胶囊80a、正方形胶囊80b、六边形胶囊80c及椭圆形胶囊80d等,上述的酿造装置整体结构简单、配合可靠。
进一步地,如图8所示,定位槽411贯穿定位挂钩41的顶面而形成有缺口。在安装胶囊80时,只需将胶囊80的沿边811对准缺口部位,将胶囊80自上而下压入至定位槽411内即可,操作简单方便。可选地,定位槽411包括靠近缺口设置的导入段,导入段的槽宽朝靠近缺口的一侧逐渐增大,如此,能够使胶囊80的沿边811能够更为顺利地卡入至定位槽411内,以进一步提升胶囊80的安装便利性。

此外,如图7及图8所示,安装座12靠近胶囊仓101的位置设有限位部121,顶出挂钩42设有与限位部121限位配合的限位槽425。通过限位部121与限位槽425的配合,可对脱料组件朝向胶囊仓101一侧的运动行程进行限制。
请参照图7,酿造杯组件20靠近杯盖组件30的一端设有挤压斜面201,在酿造杯组件20朝向杯盖组件30运动的过程中,挤压斜面201能够依次挤压定位挂钩41和顶出挂钩42,以使定位挂钩41和顶出挂钩42能够朝远离胶囊仓101的一侧回缩。
进一步地,定位挂钩41靠近酿造杯组件20的一侧设有与挤压斜面201配合的第一导向斜面415;和/或,顶出挂钩42靠近酿造杯组件20的一侧设有与挤压斜面201配合的第二导向斜面426。通过第一导向斜面415、第二导向斜面 426分别与挤压斜面201相配合,使得酿造杯组件20能够更为顺利地朝向杯盖组件30一侧推进。
此外,在上述实施例的基础上,请结合图3、图5及图6,酿造杯组件20包括朝向杯盖组件30一侧开口的酿造杯21,以及设于酿造杯21内底壁的第一刺破件22,酿造杯21内形成容置腔;杯盖组件30包括与酿造杯21相对的盖体31,以及设于盖体31靠近酿造杯组件20一侧的第二刺破件32;当酿造杯21与盖体31相接合时能够围合形成酿造空间,酿造杯21设有用于与酿造空间连通的进水通道210,盖体31设有用于与酿造空间连通的出水通道310。
如图5所示,当酿造杯组件20运动至酿造位置时,第一刺破件22将胶囊80的后壳82刺破,第二刺破件32将胶囊80的面盖81刺破,外部水箱的水被加热后可通过进水通道210进入至酿造空间内,当酿造空间内的水压增大到一定程度后能够进入到胶囊80内部,喷射到胶囊80内部的饮品粉末(例如咖啡粉),从而将胶囊80内的饮品粉末快速有效溶解并且萃取,以形成液态饮品(例如咖啡液),接着饮品从面盖81流出并经由出水通道310流出至饮品杯内,完成整个胶囊80的酿造过程,整个高压萃取过程可有效提升饮品粉末的溶解率,可有效提升酿造速率和饮品的口感。
具体地,如图3所示,第一刺破件22包括第一盘体及设于第一盘体上的若干第一刺刀221,第一盘体与酿造杯21的底壁连接固定,第二刺破件32包括第二盘体及设于第二盘体上的若干第二刺刀321,第二盘体与杯盖31连接固定。进水通道210可用于与酿造装置的进水机构相连接。如图3及图5所示,进水机构包括进水接头51、第一密封圈52、第二密封圈53、单向阀组54。进水接头51用于与饮品机水箱的抽水泵管路接连,第一密封圈52用于将进水接头51与酿造杯21密封连接,第二密封圈53装设在进水接头51内,用于对进水的压 力进行调整,单向阀组54设于第二密封圈53的上端,使到从外部进入的水只能单向流动。
进一步地,如图5所示,酿造杯21的内周壁设有第一密封件213,第一密封件213靠近第一刺破件22设置。通过在酿造杯213内靠近第一刺破件的位置设有第一密封件213,第一密封件213用于承受酿造时的高压,并能够减少残留水。可选地,第一密封件采用Y型密封圈,可进一步提升密封效果和承压能力。
进一步地,如图6所示,酿造杯21还包括两端敞口的杯身211,及可拆卸地盖合于杯身211远离盖体31一端的杯托212,第一密封件213设置于杯身211和杯托212之间。酿造杯21采用分体设计,杯身211和杯托212之间可采用紧固件可拆卸连接,在进行清洗时,可将其拆开进行清洗,从而能够确保酿造杯21的各个角部均能够得到有效清洗,以保证卫生安全。同时,第一密封件213一方面可起到承受高压的作用,另一方面还可保证杯身211与杯托212接合时的密封可靠性,进而可确保内部的胶囊80的密封可靠性。第一密封件213包括但不限于采用硅胶和橡胶材质制成。
可选地,如图7所示,第一密封件213包括夹置于杯身211和杯托212之间的第一密封环体,以及设于第一密封环体内周缘的第一密封凸耳2131,第一密封凸耳2131相对第一密封环体的轴线折弯,大体呈现出Y型,具有较好的承压能力,在酿造过程中对胶囊80起到有效的密封作用。
进一步地,杯盖组件30还包括设于盖体31靠近酿造杯21一侧的第二密封件33,第二密封件33用于使盖体31与酿造杯21密封接合。当酿造杯组件20运动至酿造位置时,酿造杯21的杯口抵压第二密封件33,在第二密封件33的作用下,使得杯盖与酿造杯21之间能够形成可靠的密封连接。第二密封件33包括但不限于采用硅胶和橡胶材质制成。
可选地,如图6所示,第二密封件33包括与盖体31连接的第二密封环体,以及设于第二密封环体靠近酿造杯组件20一侧周缘的第二密封凸耳331,第二密封凸耳331相对第二密封环体的轴线折弯,大体呈现出Y型,能在酿造过程中对胶囊80起到有效密封作用,并可对酿造的饮品起到导流的作用。
较为优选地,酿造杯21内设有第一密封件213,第一密封件213设有第一密封凸耳2131,盖体31靠近杯身211的一侧设有第二密封件33,第二密封件33设有第二密封凸耳331,第一密封凸耳2131及第二密封凸耳331均呈Y型设计。通过第一密封凸耳2131和第二密封凸耳331的相互配合能够在酿造时对胶囊80起到有效的密封。第一密封件213置于靠近第一刺破件22的一端能够承受较大的压力,并能够减少残留水,第二密封件33置于靠近第二刺破件32的一端可用于收集高温高压酿造萃取出来的咖啡或其他饮料,通过第一密封件213和第二密封件33的配合,可很好地适用于各种不同形状的胶囊。
进一步地,如图2所示,酿造装置还包括驱动机构,驱动机构包括手柄60和连杆组件70,手柄60的一端与壳体10通过转动轴61可转动连接,手柄60通过连杆组件70与酿造杯组件20传动连接,手柄60转动时能够带动酿造杯组件20沿第一方向靠近或远离杯盖组件30。具体地,如图2及图4所示,在酿造之前需要放入胶囊80时,将手柄60向上转动至竖直状态,转动过程中,手柄60通过连杆组件70可带动酿造杯组件20朝远离杯盖组件30的一侧运动至避让位置,从而能够让位出胶囊仓101,以便于胶囊80的安装;当胶囊80装入胶囊仓101后,将手柄60向下转动至水平状态,手柄60通过连杆组件70带动酿造杯组件20朝靠近杯盖组件30的一侧运动至酿造位置,从而能够进行后续的酿造工作,操作简单方便,便于用户使用。可选地,手柄60采用金属材质制成,具有较高的结构强度和较长的使用寿命。
进一步地,请参照图3及图5,连杆组件70包括第一连杆71、第二连杆72、第三连杆73和第四连杆74,第一连杆71的一端与手柄60固定连接,另一端通过第一转轴75与第二连杆72的一端铰接,第二连杆72的另一端通过第二转轴76与第三连杆73及第四连杆74铰接,第三连杆73的另一端通过第三转轴77与壳体10铰接,第四连杆74的另一端通过第四转轴78与酿造杯组件20铰接,当酿造杯组件20与杯盖组件30相接合时,第三连杆73转动至与第一方向保持一致。如此,如图5所示,在酿造位置时,酿造杯组件20、第三连杆73及第四连杆74大体沿第一方向呈一字型布置,第三连杆73及第四连杆74只存在沿第一方向的推力,而无其他方向的分力,从而能够对酿造杯组件20起到很好的自锁作用,避免在酿造过程中酿造杯组件20与杯盖组件30相分离。
本发明还提出一种饮品机,该饮品机包括如上述的酿造装置,该酿造装置的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本饮品机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,该饮品机具体可以是胶囊咖啡机或者是用于酿造其他胶囊饮品的饮品机。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种酿造装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内设有胶囊仓;
    酿造机构,所述酿造机构设置于所述壳体内,所述酿造机构包括相对设置的酿造杯组件和杯盖组件,所述酿造杯组件可沿第一方向往复运动以靠近或远离所述杯盖组件,所述酿造杯组件设有朝向所述杯盖组件一侧敞口的容置腔,当所述酿造杯组件与所述杯盖组件相分离时能够让位出所述胶囊仓;以及
    两套挂钩组件,分别设于所述胶囊仓在第二方向的相对两侧,各所述挂钩组件均包括定位挂钩和顶出挂钩,所述顶出挂钩位于所述定位挂钩靠近所述杯盖组件的一侧,所述定位挂钩和所述顶出挂钩可彼此独立地沿所述第二方向伸缩,两所述定位挂钩相向的一面对应设有用于与胶囊的沿边定位配合的定位槽,两所述顶出挂钩用于与所述胶囊的沿边限位配合以将所述胶囊与所述酿造杯组件相分离,其中,所述第一方向与所述第二方向相交。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述定位槽贯穿所述定位挂钩的顶面而形成有缺口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述定位挂钩靠近所述杯盖组件的一侧设有沿所述第二方向延伸的滑槽,所述顶出挂钩与所述滑槽可滑动配合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述壳体沿所述第二方向的相对两侧分别设有安装座,所述安装座的一侧与所述胶囊仓相连通,所述定位挂钩和所述顶出挂钩均可滑动地安装于所述安装座内,各所述挂钩组件还均包括第一弹性件及第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件用于驱动所述定位挂钩朝向所述胶囊仓伸出,所述第二弹性件用于驱动所述顶出挂钩朝向所述胶囊仓伸出。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述安装座远离所述胶 囊仓的一侧设有安装口,各所述挂钩组件还包括盖合于所述安装口处的端盖,所述第一弹性件的两端分别与所述定位挂钩及所述端盖弹性抵接,所述第二弹性件的两端分别与所述顶出挂钩及所述端盖弹性抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述酿造杯组件靠近所述杯盖组件的一端设有挤压斜面,在所述酿造杯组件朝向所述杯盖组件运动的过程中,所述挤压斜面能够依次挤压所述定位挂钩和所述顶出挂钩,以使所述定位挂钩和所述顶出挂钩能够朝远离所述胶囊仓的一侧回缩。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述定位挂钩靠近所述酿造杯组件的一侧设有与所述挤压斜面配合的第一导向斜面;和/或,
    所述顶出挂钩靠近所述酿造杯组件的一侧设有与所述挤压斜面配合的第二导向斜面。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任意一项所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述酿造杯组件包括朝向所述杯盖组件一侧开口的酿造杯,以及设于所述酿造杯内底壁的第一刺破件,所述酿造杯内形成所述容置腔;所述杯盖组件包括与所述酿造杯相对的盖体,以及设于所述盖体靠近所述酿造杯组件一侧的第二刺破件;当所述酿造杯与所述盖体相接合时能够围合形成酿造空间,所述酿造杯设有用于与所述酿造空间连通的进水通道,所述盖体设有用于与所述酿造空间连通的出水通道。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述酿造杯的内周壁设有第一密封件,所述第一密封件靠近所述第一刺破件设置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的酿造装置,其特征在于,所述杯盖组件还包括设于所述盖体靠近所述酿造杯一侧的第二密封件,所述第二密封件用于使所述盖体与所述酿造杯密封接合。
