本申请提供的摄像头调节支架及车载摄像头的有益效果在于:本申请摄像头调节支架包括底座、第一转动件、第二转动件和用于固定摄像头的第三转动件,第一转动件相对底座转动、第二转动件相对第一转动件转动、以及第三转动件相对第二转动件转动,使得摄像头的拍摄角度可以在多个方向上调节,适用于多种使用场景。而且,底座和第一转动件的相邻两侧面、第一转动件和第二转动件的相邻两侧面、以及第二转动件和第三转动件的相邻两侧面均为第一配合面和第二配合面,第一配合面上连续设置的第一凸起部和第二配合面上连续设置的第二凸起部相互配合,使得各个转动件能够连续转动,实现对摄像头的多角度调节。

为了使本申请所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。

现对本申请实施例提供的摄像头调节支架进行说明。
请参阅图1至图3,在本申请的其中一个实施例中,摄像头调节支架包括底座1、第一转动件2、第二转动件3和第三转动件4,第三转动件4用于固定摄像头。第一转动件2转动连接于底座1,且第一转动件2的转动轴线为第一轴线;第二转动件3转动连接于第一转动件2,且第二转动件3的转动轴线为第二轴线;第三转动件4转动连接于第二转动件3,且第三转动件4的转动轴线为第三轴线。第一轴线、第二轴线、第三轴线两两呈预定夹角设置,即第一轴线、第二轴线和第三轴线均不在同一条直线上,使得第一转动件2、第二转动件3、第三转动件4的旋转方向不同,从而使得摄像头能够通过该调节支架在多个方向进行拍摄角度的调节。底座1和第一转动件2的相邻两侧面中的其中一个侧面为第一配合面5,另一个侧面为第二配合面6;第一转动件2和第二转动件3的相邻两侧面中的其中一个侧面为第一配合面5,另一个侧面为第二配合面6;第二转动件3和第三转动件4的相邻两侧面中的其中一个侧面为第一配合面5,另一个侧面为第二配合面6。第一配合面5以其对应的转动轴线为中心周向设有连续分布的多个第一凸起部51,即第一凸起部51在第一配合面5上排列呈环形,相邻两个第一凸起部51之间会形成一个第一凹槽部52。第二配合面6以其对应的转动轴线为中心周向设有连续分布的多个第二凸起部61,即第二凸起部61在第二配合面6上排列呈环形,相邻两个第二凸起部61之间会形成一个第二凹槽部62。第一配合面5和第二配合面6正对设置,第一凸起部51伸入第二凹槽部62中,第二凸起部61伸入第一凹槽部52中。例如,底座1上设有第一配合面5,第一转动件2上设有第二配合面6,底座1上的第一配合面5以第一转动件2的转动轴线为中心周向设置第一凸起部51,第一转动件2上的第二配合面6也以第一转动件2的转动轴线为中心设置第二凸起部61。在第一转动件2相对底座1旋转时,第二凸起部61从一个第一凹槽部52中滑移至相邻的另一个第一凹槽部52中,相应地,第一凸起部51从一个第二凹槽部62中滑移至相邻的另一个第二凹槽部62中,实现第一转动件2相对底座1的转动。第二转动件3相对第一转动件2的转动、第三转动件4相对第二转动件3的转动均与第一转动件2相对底座1的转动类似,此处不作赘述。
上述实施例中的摄像头调节支架,包括底座1、第一转动件2、第二转动件3和用于固定摄像头的第三转动件4,第一转动件2相对底座1转动、第二转动件3相对第一转动件2转动、以及第三转动件4相对第二转动件3转动,使得摄像头的拍摄角度可以在多个方向上调节,适用于多种使用场景。而且,底座1和第一转动件2的相邻两侧面、第一转动件2和第二转动件3的相邻两侧面、以及第二转动件3和第三转动件4的相邻两侧面均为第一配合面5和第二配合面6,第一配合面5上连续设置的第一凸起部51和第二配合面6上连续设置的第二凸起部61相互配合,使得各个转动件能够连续转动,实现对摄像头的多角度调节。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图1及图2,第一轴线、第二轴线和第三轴线两两垂直设置,使得第一转动件2的转动方向、第二转动件3的转动方向和第三转动件4的转动方向两两垂直,从而使得用户能够快速调节摄像头的拍摄角度。
在本申请另一个实施例中,请参阅图2及图3,第一凸起部51和第二凸起部61的横截面相同,使得第一凸起部51能够插入相邻两个第二凸起部61之间,即第一配合面5和第二配合面6能够相互配合。可选地,第一配合面5和第二配合面6的结构相同。各个第一配合面5和各个第二配合面6的大小可不同。第一凸起部51和第二凸起部61的横截面均为三角形、梯形或者圆弧形的一种,使连续设置的第一凸起部51和连续设置的第二凸起部61既能够相互卡接,又能够在外力作用相互滑动。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2及图3,第一配合面5和第二配合面6的外廓均为圆形,多个第一凸起部51、多个第二凸起部61组合形成的外廓也呈圆形,使第一凸起部51的外端即为第一配合面5的边缘,第二凸起部61的外端即为第二配合面6的边缘。如此,第一配合面5和第二配合面6的外廓均为圆形使得两者的体积尽可能小,以减小摄像头调节支架的体积。
可选地,第一凸起部51呈长条形,第一凸起部51的长度方向为第一配合面5的径向方向,即第一凸起部51的长度方向与第一配合面5的中心至边缘的方向相同。例如,第一配合面5设于底座1上时,第一配合面5的径向方向即为第一轴线的径向方向;第一配合面5设于第一转动件2且用于与第二转动件3配合时,第一配合面5的径向方向即为第二轴线的径向方向。由于第一凸起部51的个数为多个且周向设置在第一配合面5上,多个第一凸起部51组合呈圆环状设置。第二凸起部61也呈长条形,第二凸起部61的长度方向为第二配合面6的径向方向,即第二凸起部61的长度方向与第一配合面5的中心至边缘的方向相同。
可选地,第一凸起部51的横截面积自第一配合面5的中心至第一配合面5的边缘逐渐增大,第一凸起部51的两侧的长度方向均为第一配合面5的径向方向,从而使得第一凸起部51的横截面积在第一配合面5的径向方向逐渐变化。第二凸起部61的横截面积自第二配合面6的中心至第二配合面6的边缘逐渐增大,第二凸起部61的两侧的长度方向均为第二配合面6的径向方向,从而使得第二凸起部61的横截面积在第二配合面6的径向方向逐渐变化。如此,第一凸起部51能够和第二凹槽部62结构匹配,第二凸起部61能够和第一凹槽部52结构匹配。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图1,底座1和第一转动件2的相邻表面设有第一刻度标识101,第一刻度标识101用于标识第一转动件2的转动角度。具体地,底座1靠近第一转动件2的侧面上设有第一标记102,第一转动件2靠近底座1的侧面上设有第二标记103,第一标记102和第二标记103共同配合,可供用户识别第一转动件2的转动角度。第一转动件2和第二转动件3的相邻表面设有第二刻度标识201,第二刻度标识201用于标识第二转动件3的转动角度。具体地,第一转动件2靠近第二转动件3的侧面上设有第三标记202,第二转动件3靠近第一转动件2的侧面上设有第四标记203,第三标记202和第四标记203共同配合,可供用户识别第二转动件3的转动角度。第二转动件3和第三转动件4的相邻表面设有第三刻度标识,第三刻度标识用于标识第三转动件4的转动角度。具体地,第二转动件3靠近第三转动件4的侧面上设有第五标记,第三转动件4靠近第二转动件3的侧面上设有第六标记,第五标记和第六标记共同配合,可供用户识别第三转动件4的转动角度。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,第一凸起部51和第二凸起部61的数量为30至90个,第一转动件2、第二转动件3、第三转动件4的最小转动角度为4°至12°。可选地,第一凸起部51和第二凸起部61的数量为40个或60个,第一转动件2、第二转动件3、第三转动件4的最小转动角度相应为9°或6°。第一凸起部51和第二凸起部61的数量此处不作具体限定,可根据具体需求选定。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2,底座1具有安装平面11和上述的第一配合面5。安装平面11用于安装在汽车上,如汽车的前挡风玻璃上,底座1的安装平面11可设置为吸盘,吸盘吸附于汽车的前挡风玻璃上。第一配合面5和安装平面11设于底座1的相对两侧,使底座1的第一配合面5背向汽车的安装表面设置,使摄像头具有更多的转向空间。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图2,第一转动件2呈弯折状,使第一转动件2的两端面不平行,而第一转动件2的两端面分别为第一配合面5和第二配合面6,或者同时为第一配合面5,或者同时为第二配合面6。这样,第一转动件2的两端的配合面也不平行,从而使得第一轴线和第二轴线呈预定角度设置。第一转动件2呈折弯状可以改变两端面的方向,通过对第一转动件2简单的结构改变即可构造两个相互不平行的表面。
在本申请的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图3,第二转动件3包括第一圆盘31和第二圆盘32,第一圆盘31和第二圆盘32的其中一个设有第一配合面5,第一圆盘31和第二圆盘32的另外一个设有第二配合面6。第一圆盘31和第二圆盘32呈预定角度连接,使得第一配合面5和第二配合面6也呈预定角度设置,从而使得第二轴线和第三轴线呈预定角度设置。第二转动件3通过设置相互连接的第一圆盘31和第二圆盘32,能够尽可能地减小第二转动件3的体积和所用材料。在其他实施例中,第一圆盘31和第二圆盘32均设置有第一配合面5;或者,第一圆盘31和第二圆盘32均设置有第二配合面6。
本申请实施例还提供一种车载摄像头,车载摄像头包括上述任一实施例中的摄像头调节支架,还包括固定于第三转动件4的摄像头,在摄像头调节支架的作用下,摄像头可以在多个方向进行旋转调节,适用于不同场景,能够安装在不同种类的汽车上。

Claims (12)

  1. 摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,包括底座、以第一轴线为转动轴转动连接于所述底座的第一转动件、以第二轴线为转动轴转动连接于所述第一转动件的第二转动件以及以第三轴线为转动轴转动连接于所述第二转动件的第三转动件,所述第三转动件用于固定摄像头,所述第一轴线、所述第二轴线和所述第三轴线两两之间呈预定夹角设置;所述底座和所述第一转动件的相邻两侧面、所述第一转动件和所述第二转动件的相邻两侧面以及所述第二转动件和所述第三转动件的相邻两侧面均为第一配合面和第二配合面,所述第一配合面以其对应的转动轴线为中心周向设有连续分布的多个第一凸起部,所述第二配合面以其对应的转动轴线为中心周向设有连续分布的多个第二凸起部,所述第一凸起部设于两个相邻所述第二凸起部之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一轴线、所述第二轴线和所述第三轴线两两垂直。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部的横截面相同,且均为三角形、梯形或圆弧形中的一种。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一配合面和所述第二配合面的外廓均为圆形。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部均呈长条形,所述第一凸起部的长度方向为所述第一配合面的径向方向,所述第二凸起部的长度方向为所述第二配合面的径向方向。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部的横截面积自所述第一配合面的中心至所述第一配合面的边缘逐渐增大,所述第二凸起部的横截面积自所述第二配合面的中心至所述第二配合面的边缘逐渐增大。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述底座和所述第一转动件的相邻表面设有用于标识所述第一转动件的转动角度的第一刻度标识;所述第一转动件和所述第二转动件的相邻表面设有用于标识所述第二转动件的转动角度的第二刻度标识;所述第二转动件和所述第三转动件的相邻表面设有用于标识所述第三转动件的转动角度的第三刻度标识。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一凸起部和所述第二凸起部的数量为30至90个。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述底座具有用于固定在汽车上的安装平面以及所述第一配合面,所述安装平面和所述第一配合面设于所述底座的相对两侧。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一转动件呈弯折状,且所述第一转动件的两端面分别为所述第一配合面和所述第二配合面。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的摄像头调节支架,其特征在于,所述第二转动件包括呈预定角度连接的第一圆盘和第二圆盘,所述第一圆盘和所述第二圆盘的其中一个设有所述第一配合面,另一个设有所述第二配合面。
  12. 车载摄像头,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-11任一项所述的摄像头调节支架,还包括固定于所述第三转动件的摄像头。
