At the same time, you can get closer to your face. This makes it possible to reduce the frequency with which the strap 40 hits the cheeks and reduce the pressure with which the straps hit the cheeks. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the mask shield 70 can be attached from above the filter 76.
- the force applied to the mask shield of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is shown in comparison with FIG.
- the crimping force can be made uniform by adjusting the end EE'in the upward direction of the figure.
- the crimping force at the central portion can be reduced and made uniform by moving the end portion EE'in the face direction.
- a conventional general flat mask 12 having strap support points for fixing and crimping the mask to the user's face at the left and right ends of the mask body, and The state of action of the force of the mask shield 70 of the second embodiment of the present invention shown on the right side of FIG. 10 will be described.
- a (A') is defined as the action point of the strap
- the upper left point holding the strap 40 is defined as the force point B (B'), the angles R, and L.
- the force for bringing the mask into close contact gives a pulling force between BL'-A'-BR', and the force for pulling the mask body and the direction in which the force is applied. It works as a moment on the side of the face, cheeks and head, and the part between them, and the crimping force of the mask is obtained from this moment.
- This crimping force can be generally expressed as C'-D'on the drawing. Assuming that the force for pulling the mask is constant, for example, 100 g, when applied to A'-B', the force for stretching the mask body and the force for pressing the mask body against the face generally act as a vector represented as C'-D'.
- the structure is such that C'-D'acts as a vector to generate a crimping force, it is difficult to apply an effective force to the part required for the close contact of the mask, and the strap 40 is attached to the mouth and nose area where the most crimping force is desired. Power cannot be given effectively. Further, for example, the force of pulling the strap 40 at 100 g is divided into the forces represented by the C'-D', and a large force loss occurs. Therefore, when improving the adhesion of the mask, it is necessary to apply a strong force by the strap 40, and the force is generated as a physical burden on the user.
- the action point A that greatly reduces the force loss C'-D'is set.
- the pulling force applied to the strap 40 for example 100 g
- this force is directly applied to the mask shield, and the mask filter around the mouth and nose is brought into close contact with each other to enhance the sealing effect.
- the mask shield 70 of the second embodiment can suppress the force applied to the strap 40 when the mask is used, and can obtain a sufficient crimping force of the mask filter, which leads to the reduction of the physical burden on the user 10. be able to.
- the distance L of CD can be set smaller than the distance L'of C'-D'in FIG. In this way, by reducing the angle of A of the triangle of CA-BL, the force to escape in the face direction is reduced, and the pressure applied to the side surface of the head of the user 10 is unnecessary for the mask crimping.
- the load applied to 10 can be greatly reduced.
- CL is a virtual line that passes through the center of the face symmetrically from the upper part of the head.
- the direction of pulling the mask on the figure connects the points where the force direction of the strap 40 contacts the face with the nose as the center, and there is no deformation of the mask or loss of the force of pulling the strap 40 due to other resultant forces.
- the angle of A-AC-A' is 120 °. This is the angle formed by the line connecting the center of the face to the left and right of the head of the face.
- the pulling force applied to the strap 40 is B and B', and the calculation is performed with the pulling direction of the left and right straps 40 being twice the angle forming the CL center line as the resultant force condition.
- the strap attachment points BL and BR applied from the force for pulling the mask are widened in front of the mask and to the left and right, and the direction for pulling the strap 40 is placed far from the face on the CL line, and the center BC of the resultant force. Is formed smaller than the angle between the CL and the pulling direction of the strap 40.
- the resultant force is applied to the BL and BR of the outer frame portion 74 and the extension line of the pulling direction of the strap 40.
- the resultant force R is 1.938152.
- the resultant force of the mask shield of the second embodiment can obtain a close contact pressure of about 1.9 times.
- the pulling force of the strap 40 is 1 on one side, and 1/2 of the calculated resultant force of 1.93 is 0.965, which is the pulling force of one side of the strap 40. From this, in the second embodiment, the loss of the attractive force of the strap 40 is limited to about 3.5%.
- the angle ⁇ of CA-BL of the second embodiment is the angle ⁇ of C'-A'-BL'of a general mask.
- the angle can be reduced, the force applied to the side surface of the head and face can be suppressed, and the force applied to the strap 40 can be efficiently transmitted to the adhesion force of the mask body.
- the angle of the resultant force point of the two left and right straps 40 is reduced, and the contact point with the direction line of the force for pulling the strap 40 is set to the rear of the head side, and the direction line is set sharply on the face. Therefore, the force for pulling the strap 40 does not work significantly on the side surface of the face, and the force applied to the side surface of the face can be greatly reduced.
- the crimping force of the mask shield 70 it is possible to secure the crimping force of the mask shield 70 and reduce the load on the user at the same time.
- the load on the strap 40 applied to the ear or the back of the head in the field where the mask is used for a long time is large.
- the strap 40 of the mask puts a great deal of pressure on the cheeks, which is a heavy burden.
- the mask shield 70 of the second embodiment eliminates the pulling force applied to the mask when the mask is attached, and the mask shield main body can be directly pressed against the face.
- the effective area of the filter can be greatly expanded. Since the area can be increased, the air flow rate can be maintained and breathing is easy even when the filter is used in double or triple layers or when a dense filter is used.
- FIGS. 13A, 13B, 14A, and 14B are shown in FIGS. 13A, 13B, 14A, and 14B.
- the mask shield 80 of the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 13A (state before unfolding) and FIG. 13B (state of use after unfolding) has a rectangular double structure, where 82 is an inner frame portion and 84 is. It becomes the outer frame part.
- the mask shield 90 of the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 14A (state before unfolding) and FIG. 14B (state of use after unfolding) has an elliptical double structure, 92 is an inner frame portion, and 94 is. It becomes the outer frame part.
- a tent-like space can be formed in front of the user by raising an arbitrary frame portion inside or outside.
- FIGS. 15 to 17 The fifth embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 15 to 17.
- the outer frame portion 74 and the inner frame portion 72 are made of different wire-like materials and are joined by the joining portion 73 to form a mask shield. It is set to 70.
