- the operating status can also be configured via the selection device. Furthermore, it is particularly preferably provided that the operating state can also be changed via the selection device.
- a further preferred embodiment of the inventive concept provides that between 1 and 1000, preferably between 2 to 800, more preferably between 2 to 100, covering elements and / or sensors are combined in a cluster.
- the covering elements and / or sensors can be in one room of a building or in different rooms of one Be arranged in the building. It can thus be provided that different rooms of a building are also networked with one another via at least one cluster.
- the clusters thus enable bundled, joint processing of the signals in the control device, with the sensor surfaces formed being able to be individually adapted to the needs of the user.
- the covering elements and / or sensors combined in a cluster are spatially spaced from one another.
- a spatial spacing can be provided in such a way that further covering elements of another cluster or without an electrical functionality are arranged between the covering elements.
- the same also applies to the sensors integrated in the covering element. Spatial spacing of the sensors is to be understood in particular to mean that the covering elements on which the sensors are arranged are spatially spaced from one another.
- it can also be provided that the covering elements and / or sensors are directly adjacent to one another.
- the cluster can be formed by a paving section that belongs together.
- the spatial arrangement of the covering elements and / or the sensors in the covering can in particular be provided independently of the combination in the respective cluster. Accordingly, two covering elements and / or sensors arranged next to one another do not necessarily have to be arranged in the same cluster.
- the cluster can basically be formed independently of the position of the sensor and / or the covering element.
- the cluster can thus also be formed as a function of the spatial arrangement of the covering elements and / or the sensors, so that, for example, a cluster can be assigned to a specified area of the covering.
- the position of the covering element and / or the sensor is taken into account when processing the covering signal and / or the sensor signal in the control device. It can be provided that the positions of the individual pavement elements and / or the sensors are stored in the control device. As a result, the local position on the covering element and / or the sensor must be taken into account, which can have an influence on the functions to be initiated. Thus, in addition to the cluster, an additional possibility is created to have an influence on the function to be initiated.
- the position (s) of the covering element (s) and / or sensor (s) stored in the control device is / are taken into account in the formation of the clusters.
- the position allocation is particularly advantageous because all of the paving elements of an area to be specified - for example, all of the paving elements in the window area - can be combined in a cluster. This cluster formed in this way can then be used to initiate an external function - for example, the transmission of an alarm signal when entering the cluster in the window area.
- the pavement element has a transmission device coupled to the sensor for the, preferably wireless, transmission of the pavement signal.
- the sensor of the covering element is assigned a sensor transmission device for the, preferably wireless, transmission of the sensor signal.
- the signal can be transmitted by the respective transmission device to the control device, which can then process this signal.
- the control device preferably has a communication device for, preferably wirelessly, receiving the coating signal and / or the sensor signal and / or for transmitting at least one control signal to initiate the execution of the at least one function of the selected system mode. Accordingly, the control device can receive the covering signals and / or sensor signals via the communication device and then process them as a function of the respective cluster.
