甘草提取物:主要成分甘草酸,能够有效清除自由基并能抑制脂肪氧化酶的活性,从而具有抗衰老和抗炎的功效。
葡糖柚提取物:具有广谱抑菌功效,可抑制大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和白色念珠菌等菌种生物生长。
莼菜提取物:莼菜叶的背面会分泌一种类似琼脂的黏液,这种黏液富含糖类,可以在皮肤上形成一层保护膜,使其锁住更多水分,提高肌肤保湿度,并且具有抗污染和抗氧化能力。
桂竹汁提取物:桂竹汁液的美肤活力,可以对皮肤起到保湿肌肤,增强皮肤屏障的功效。
一方面,本申请提供了一种组合物,包括以重量百分比计的以下组分:阴离子表面活性剂10-40%,非离子表面活性剂1-12%,两性离子表面活性剂1-28%,所述的植物提取物组合物0.5-40%,油脂0.5-35%,皮肤调理剂0.1-6%。
在一些实施方案中,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠或椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:月桂酰肌氨酸钠3-30%,优选6-20%;月桂酰丙氨酸钠0.5-10%,优选1-7%;月桂酰谷氨酸钠0.1-9%,优选0.5-6%;月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠0.2-11%,优选0.5-8%;椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠0.5-12%,优选1-5%;椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠1-12%,优选3-8%。
在一些实施方案中,所述非离子表面活性剂选自椰油酰胺MEA或椰油酰胺甲基MEA中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述非离子表面活性剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:椰油酰胺MEA 0.1-5%,优选0.5-2%;椰油酰胺甲基MEA0.2-6%,优选0.6-3%。
在一些实施方案中,所述两性离子表面活性剂选自椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性乙酸钠或月桂酰羟基磺基甜菜碱中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述两性离子表面活性剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱0.5-25%,优选1-20%;月桂酰两性乙酸钠0.3-13%,优选0.4-12%;月桂酰羟基磺基甜菜碱0.1-23%,优选0.3-9%。
在一些实施方案中,所述植物提取物组合物选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:春榆提取物0.1-20%,优选0.5-15%;甘草提取物0.1-16%,优选0.3-15%;葡萄柚提取物0.2-8%,优选0.5-6%;莼菜提取物0.03-17%,优选0.1-11%;桂竹汁提取物0.03-5%,优选0.2-4%。
在一些实施方案中,所述油脂选自PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、异硬脂酸或甘油月桂酸酯中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述油脂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.1-4%,优选0.2-1%;异硬脂酸0.1-2%,优选0.2-1%;甘油月桂酸酯0.1-5%,优选0.2-3%。
在一些实施方案中,所述皮肤调理剂选自聚季铵盐-7或聚季铵盐10中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述皮肤调理剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分聚季铵盐-70.05-1%,优选0.1-0.6%,聚季铵盐10 0.01-2%,优选0.1-0.6%。
在一些实施方案中,还包括防腐剂、螯合剂、pH调节剂、香精或水中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方案中,所述防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油或对羟基苯乙酮中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述防腐剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:苯氧乙醇0.2-1%,优选0.3-0.6%,乙基己基甘油0.1-1%,优选0.2-0.6%,对羟基苯乙酮0.1-1%,优选0.2-0.5%。
在一些实施方案中,所述螯合剂选自EDTA-2Na;优选地,所述螯合剂的重量百分比为0.1-0.6%,优选0.2-0.4%。
在一些实施方案中,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、氨甲基丙醇或三乙醇胺中的至少一种。
在一些实施方案中,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸;进一步优选柠檬酸的重量百分比为 0.01-8%。
在一些实施方案中,所述香精的重量百分比为0.02%。
一方面,本申请还提供了所述的组合的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将阴离子表面活性剂和水加入反应釜中,搅拌,加热75-80℃;
2)加入两性离子表面活性,搅拌均匀;
3)再加入非离子表面活性剂,螯合剂,搅拌均匀,保温20-30min降温;
4)降温到45℃,加入植物组合物,防腐剂,油脂,搅拌均匀;
5)加入皮肤调理剂、香精,调节pH到5.5-7.3;
6)冷却至37℃,过滤。
本申请取得的有益效果:
本申请的几种植物提取物合用,具有滋润保湿、抗敏、抗炎等功效,这几种提取物添加在化妆品中,可以达到抗皮肤干燥、修复肌肤屏障、舒缓抗敏、抗氧化等效果。搭配氨基酸表面活性剂,再通过添加油脂、皮肤调理剂,形成了温和,泡沫丰富的氨基酸组合物的架构,本发明的沐浴露通过各个组分组合,达到协同增效的作用。
进一步地,本申请的组合物经过实验验证,对人体无刺激性,本发明的沐浴露组合物的制备方法,具有很高的安全性和较低的成本,适合工业大规模的生产。
以下通过具体的实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案,具体实施例不代表对本发明保护范围的限制。其他人根据本发明理念所做出的一些非本质的修改和调整仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3 包含本申请组合物的沐浴露
按照表1准备沐浴露各组分。

实施例1-3沐浴露的制备方法如下:
①将月桂酰肌氨酸钠,月桂酰丙氨酸钠,月桂酰谷氨酸钠,月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠,椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠,椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠和水加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,加热75-80℃;
②加入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,月桂酰两性乙酸钠,月桂酰羟基磺基甜菜碱,搅拌均匀;
③再加入椰油酰胺MEA,椰油酰胺甲基MEA,EDTA-2Na,搅拌均匀,保温20-30min降温;
④降温到65℃,加入对羟基苯乙酮;
⑤降温到45℃,加入春榆提取物,甘草提取物,葡萄柚提取物,莼菜提取物,桂竹汁提取物,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,异硬脂酸,甘油月桂酸酯,苯氧乙醇,乙基己基甘油,搅拌均匀;
⑥加入聚季铵盐-7,聚季铵盐10,香精,用柠檬酸和柠檬酸钠调节PH到5.5-7.3;
⑦冷却至37℃,过滤出料;
⑧检验合格后,分装、包装,再检验,成品入库。

对比例11:与实施例1不同之处在于对比例11没有包含两性表面活性剂;
对比例12:与实施例1不同之处在于对比例12没有包含非离子表面活性剂;
对比例13:与实施例1不同之处在于对比例13没有包含阴离子表面活性剂。
功效性测试
人体斑贴试验
1.受试物:本发明实施例1-3沐浴露、对比例1-13的沐浴露;
2.受试者:共120人,其中男70名,女50名,年龄20-55岁,符合受试者志愿入选标准;
3.试验方法:采用封闭式试验方法,将受试物置于合适的斑贴试器内,将其用低致敏胶带贴敷于受试者的手臂曲侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀的贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h;空白对照组为受试者不使用产品;
4.观察结果:分别在24小时后去除受试器,0.5h、24h、48h后观察皮肤反应,记录反应结果。皮肤的不良反应等级见表3,试验结果见表4。

结果表明,120例受试者中,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4、对比例5、对比例6、对比例7、对比例8、对比例9、对比例10、对比例11、对比例12、对比例13有0例出现皮肤不良反应,对比例1有2例1级不良反应,对比例9有1例1级不良反应和1例2级不良反应,对比例10有1例1级不良反应,对比例11有1例1级不良反应,对比例12有1例1级不良反应。
实施例1、实施例2、实施例3与对比例1相比,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3无不良反应,对比例1有2例1级不良反应,通过添加植物组合物的沐浴露配方更加的温和。
实施例1、实施例2、实施例3与对比例9、对比例10相比,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3无不良反应,对比例9有1例1级不良反应和1例2级不良反应,对比例10有1例1级不良反应,说明超出剂量的表面活性剂的沐浴露配方会引起皮肤的刺激性。
实施例1、实施例2、实施例3与对比例11、对比例12相比,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3无不良反应,对比例11有1例1级不良反应,对比例12有1例1级不良反应,说明添加两性离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂可以降刺激。
说明本发明实施例1-3的沐浴露安全无刺激,这种抗干敏沐浴露可以对皮肤安全、温 和。
性能测试
防腐挑战实验
防腐挑战实验(按照欧洲药典(EP7.0)的方法进行实验,测试结果如下表5所示)。

由表3可以看出,本发明实施例1-3沐浴露,通过了防腐挑战测试,模拟化妆品生产和使用过程中受到的微生物污染,从而避免消费者在使用产品过程中可能造成的伤害,结果表明氨基酸沐浴露的安全性。
人体感官评价
招募340名志愿者,经过入组后,随机分组,每组为20个志愿者持续使用各组沐浴露8周,测试者根据使用感受进行评分。评分标准采用7分制,1分为最差,7分为最好,分数越高越好。最终得出结果如表6所示。

由表6可以得出,本发明的沐浴露组合物,在使用后容易冲洗干净、使用后皮肤的保湿度、抗瘙痒、鳞屑改善等方面,与市售氨基酸沐浴露A相比较,有较大的优势。普遍受到测试者的喜爱。
对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4、对比例5、对比例6与实施例1不同之处在于植物提取物组合物的不同,沐浴露使用后在抗瘙痒、鳞屑改善、消费者满意度等方面的使用效果都较差。
对比例7、对比例8与实施例1不同之处在于,没有包含油脂与皮肤调理剂,沐浴露使用后在保湿等方面的评分都较差。
对比例9、对比例10与实施例1不同之处在于,表面活性剂使用剂量超过推荐范围,沐浴露使用后,虽然泡沫的方面有改善,但因为过度脱脂,导致沐浴露使用后,鳞屑改善、抗瘙痒以及整体满意度等方面的表现较差。
对比例11、对比例12与实施例1不同之处在于,没有包含两性表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂,沐浴露使用后,泡沫的绵密程度、沐浴露外观喜好度以及整体沐浴露满意等方面的评分较差。
对比例13与实施例1不同之处在于,没有包含阴离子表面活性剂,沐浴露使用后,泡沫的绵密程度、皮肤的干净程度以及整体满意度等方面评分较差。
以上结果说明,本发明的氨基酸沐浴露使用感较好,具有保湿、抗瘙痒、鳞屑改善等功效,且本沐浴露配方中几个组分之间具有协同增效的作用,整体使用效果较好。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例,是发明人花费了大量人力财力和时间,在多次试验得出来的结果,应当理解,本领域的普通技术无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思做出诸多修改和变化。
Claims (10)
- 一种植物提取物组合物,其特征在于,包括以重量百分比计以下组分:春榆提取物为0.1-30%,甘草提取物为0.05-45%,葡萄柚提取物为0.01-26%,莼菜提取物为0.05-20%,桂竹汁提取物为0.02-35%。
- 一种组合物,其特征在于,包括以重量百分比计的以下组分:阴离子表面活性剂10-40%,非离子表面活性剂1-12%,两性离子表面活性剂1-28%,如权利要求1所述的植物提取物组合物0.5-40%,油脂0.5-35%,皮肤调理剂0.1-6%。
- 如权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自月桂酰肌氨酸钠、月桂酰丙氨酸钠、月桂酰谷氨酸钠、月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠、椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠或椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠中的至少一种;优选地,所述阴离子表面活性剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:月桂酰肌氨酸钠3-30%,优选6-20%;月桂酰丙氨酸钠0.5-10%,优选1-7%;月桂酰谷氨酸钠0.1-9%,优选0.5-6%;月桂酰燕麦氨基酸钠0.2-11%,优选0.5-8%;椰油酰苹果氨基酸钠0.5-12%,优选1-5%;椰油酰甲基牛磺酸牛磺酸钠1-12%,优选3-8%。
- 如权利要求2-3任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂选自椰油酰胺MEA或椰油酰胺甲基MEA中的至少一种;优选地,所述非离子表面活性剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:椰油酰胺MEA 0.1-5%,优选0.5-2%;椰油酰胺甲基MEA0.2-6%,优选0.6-3%。
- 如权利要求2-4任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述两性离子表面活性剂选自椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、月桂酰两性乙酸钠或月桂酰羟基磺基甜菜碱中的至少一种;优选地,所述两性离子表面活性剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱0.5-25%,优选1-20%;月桂酰两性乙酸钠0.3-13%,优选0.4-12%;月桂酰羟基磺基甜菜碱0.1-23%,优选0.3-9%。
- 如权利要求2-5任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述植物提取物组合物选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:春榆提取物0.1-20%,优选0.5-15%;甘草提取物0.1-16%,优选0.3-15%;葡萄柚提取物0.2-8%,优选0.5-6%;莼菜提取物0.03-17%,优选0.1-11%;桂竹汁提取物0.03-5%,优选0.2-4%。
- 如权利要求2-6任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述油脂选自PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、异硬脂酸或甘油月桂酸酯中的至少一种;优选地,所述油脂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯0.1-4%,优选0.2-1%;异硬脂酸0.1-2%,优选0.2-1%;甘油月桂酸酯0.1-5%,优选0.2-3%。
- 如权利要求2-7任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂选自聚季铵盐-7或聚季铵盐10中的至少一种;优选地,所述皮肤调理剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分聚季铵盐-7 0.05-1%,优选0.1-0.6%,聚季铵盐10 0.01-2%,优选0.1-0.6%。
- 如权利要求2-8任一所述的组合物,其特征在于,还包括防腐剂、螯合剂、pH调节剂、香精或水中的一种或多种;优选地,所述防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油或对羟基苯乙酮中的至少一种;优选地,所述防腐剂选自以重量百分比计的以下组分:苯氧乙醇0.2-1%,优选0.3-0.6%,乙基己基甘油0.1-1%,优选0.2-0.6%,对羟基苯乙酮0.1-1%,优选0.2-0.5%;优选地,所述螯合剂选自EDTA-2Na;优选地,所述螯合剂的重量百分比为0.1-0.6%,优选0.2-0.4%;优选地,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、氨甲基丙醇或三乙醇胺中的至少一种;优选地,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸;进一步优选柠檬酸的重量百分比为0.01-8%;优选地,所述香精的重量百分比为0.02%。
- 如权利要求9所述的组合的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:1)将阴离子表面活性剂和水加入反应釜中,搅拌,加热75-80℃;2)加入两性离子表面活性,搅拌均匀;3)再加入非离子表面活性剂,螯合剂,搅拌均匀,保温20-30min降温;4)降温到45℃,加入植物组合物,防腐剂,油脂,搅拌均匀;5)加入皮肤调理剂、香精,调节pH到5.5-7.3;6)冷却至37℃,过滤。
