本发明实施例还提供一种床垫定制及选床方法,包括如下步骤:S101、获取用户的基本信息,所述基本信息包括身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据,衣服裤子尺码,体型特征数据,BMI指数,疾病或身体不适信息,睡眠偏好数据以及是否是特殊人群;
S102、该用户以偏好睡姿躺在床垫上,开始体验,依次调节床垫的每个区域的软硬度,获取该用户躺在床垫上的压力信息,所述压力信息包括在床垫的各个区域处于不同软硬度的情况下身体的各个部位对床垫产生的压力;
S103、根据所述基本信息和/或所述压力信息,得出定制结果数据;定制结果数据,用于定制针对用户的床垫或选择适合用户的床垫,当定制结果数据用于选择适合用户的床垫时,则是预先将可供用户选择的床垫进行编码,定制结果数据为指向该适合用户床垫的编码的数据;当定制结果数据用于定制针对用户的床垫时,则定制结果数据为指向床垫不同区域的材料规格或材料特征参数的数据,根据该数据定制出床垫;
S104、将所述定制结果数据显示在屏幕上;
S105、用户躺在定制或者选择好的床垫上进行体验,得到体验结果;
S106、将体验结果反馈输入,根据体验结果进行调节床垫的软硬度或者重新选择不同软硬度的床垫,重复该步骤直至用户感觉舒适为止。
本发明实施例还提供一种床垫,采用上述的床垫定制及选床系统进行定制或者选择。
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的床垫定制及选床系统的有益效果为:采用软硬件结合的方式,提高了获取人体身体数据的准确性和压力检测的精度、能够定制或者选择不同软硬度的床垫以适用于不同人群。结合算法对用户的基本信息和压力信息进行算法或逻辑计算,得出定制结果数据,并将用户的体验结果作为反馈调节信息输入,形成反馈系统,进一步地调节床垫的软硬度或者重新选择适合用户的床垫,使得床垫能够提供给身体各个部位更合适的支撑力,提高用户的睡眠质量。

为了使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
在本文中提及“实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或特性可以包含在本发明的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中的各个位置出现该短语并不一定均是指相同的实施例,也不是与其它实施例互斥的独立的或备选的实施例。本领域技术人员显式地和隐式地理解的是,本文所描述的实施例可以与其它实施例相结合。
本发明实施例提供了一种床垫定制及选床系统,参考图1,所述系统包括信息输入单元1、传感单元21、算法单元22、调节单元23、主控单元24和显示单元3。所述信息输入单元1用于获取输入数据,并将所述输入数据传输给所述主控单元24,所述输入数据包括用户的基本信息和/或调节设置信息;所述传感单元21用于获取传感单元数据,并将所述传感单元数据传输给所述主控单元24,所述传感单元数据包括用户躺在床垫上时的压力信息;所述调节单元23用于调节床垫的软硬度和/或高度。所述主控单元24分别与所述传感单元21、所述算法单元22、所述调节单元23和所述信息输入单元1连接,用于接收所述输入数据和所述传感单元数据,并将所述基本信息、所述调节设置信息和所述压力信息传输给所述算法单元22,并向所述调节单元23发出调节控制指令。
所述输入数据还包括发送体验开关的控制指令,所述信息输入单元1将所述控制指令传输给所述主控单元24。具体地,所述主控单元24接收到所述输入数据后,对该数据进行判断,如果该数据是所述基本信息和/或所述调节设置信息,则发送给所述算法单元22。
所述算法单元22根据所述基本信息、所述调节设置信息和所述压力信息,进行算法或逻辑计算,得出定制结果数据。所述定制结果数据,用于定制针对用户的床垫或选择适合用户的床垫,当定制结果数据用于选择适合用户的床垫时,则是预先将可供用户选择的床垫进行编码,定制结果数据为指向该适合用户床垫的编码的数据;当定制结果数据用于定制针对用户的床垫时,则定制结果数据为指向床垫不同区域的材料规格或材料特征参数的数据,根据该数据定制出床垫。
所述显示单元3通过可视化的方式显示输入数据、传感单元数据和定制结果数据。
所述信息输入单元1和所述显示单元3可以内置在手机、平板等移动终端中,用户通过终端的输入界面输入基本信息、调节设置信息、发送体验开关的控制指令,通过终端的输出界面获取所述定制结果数据。其中,信息输入单元1采用的信息输入方式可以是语音输入、按键输入、触屏输入。
所述基本信息包括身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据(如肩宽、胸围、腰围、臀围、肩臀宽、肩高)、衣服裤子尺码、体型特征数据、BMI指数、疾病或身体不适信息、睡眠偏好数据(如枕头、床垫的高度软硬度偏好,睡姿偏好)以及是否为特殊人群(如孕妇等)。其中衣服裤子尺码为用户合身的衣服的标准尺码,偏好睡姿包括侧卧母胎姿(侧卧时,像婴儿一样蜷缩起来)、侧卧木头姿(侧卧时,将手放在身体两侧)、侧卧伸手姿(侧卧时,将手臂前伸)、左侧卧、右侧卧、俯卧、仰卧,疾病包括颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎病、腰肌劳损、腰椎间盘突出、肋痛、强直性脊柱炎等疾病。通过选择标准衣物尺码作为判断用户体型的依据,可以有效减少用户输入的信息,提高了用户体验。
所述压力信息包括身体的各个部位对床垫产生的压力。如图2所示,床垫沿其长度方向被划为分成7个区域,包括头部区、肩部区、背部区、腰部区、臀部区、大腿区和小腿区。因此所述压力信息包括床垫的头部区、肩部区、背部区、腰部区、臀部区、大腿区和小腿区受到的压力。
所述传感单元21包括称重传感器、动态压力传感器、静态压力传感器、气压传感器等用于获取用户压力或压强数据的传感器。采用上述多种不同类型的传感器的组合以获取用户躺在床垫上对床垫产生的压力信息,可以更直接的获取人躺在床垫上的压力信息,提高了压力检测的准确度。
所述调节单元23包括气动调节、机械结构调节和液动调节的至少一种。
图3为本发明实施例提供的床垫定制及选床系统中调节单元为气动调节时调节单元的结构示意图。如图3所示,所述调节单元23包括气囊、气泵气阀组件和气管,所述气囊均匀分布在床垫的从头部区到大腿区,所述气囊为2*8排列的单个气囊的组合,也就是沿着床垫的宽度方向左右对称设置有2列气囊、并且沿着床垫的长度方向每一列并列设置有8排单个气囊,所述气泵气阀组件包括气泵和16个气阀,所述单个气囊连接一个所述气管,相邻的所述单个气囊的气管不连通,所述气管连接所述气泵气阀组件并且每一个所述气管都由一个所述气阀控制,通过打开或关闭所述气泵和所述气阀依次对所述单个气囊进行充放气。气囊本身能够通过充放气来调节自身的高度和软硬度,而所述调节单元23包括多个气囊,因此通过每一个气囊的充放气从而实现所述调节单元23对床垫各个区域的软硬度的调节。在本发明其他实施例中,所述气囊和对应所述气阀的数量可以与本实施例不同。现有技术中主要通过两种方式对床垫的软硬度进行调节,一种是通过调节床垫中材料的软硬度实现调节床垫的软硬度,但是在长期使用床垫后,存在材料变形的问题,从而影响床垫的舒适性,而本发明实施例中采用的是气囊调节,气囊通过充放气来调节自身的高度和软硬度,从而有效调节床垫的各个区域的软硬度,床垫的舒适性更好,有助于提高用户体验。
图4为本发明实施例提供的床垫定制及选床系统的流程图,参考图4,所述系统的工作原理为:
用户输入基本信息,所述基本信息包括身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据(如肩宽、胸围、腰围、臀围、肩臀宽、肩高)、衣服裤子尺码、体型特征数据、BMI指数、疾病或身体不适信息、睡眠偏好数据(如枕头、床垫的高度软硬度偏好,睡姿偏好)以及是否为特殊人群(如孕妇等),用户以偏好睡姿躺在床垫上;;此时,信息输入单元1发送开始体验的控制指令,将所述控制指令传输给主控单元24;同时将所述基本信息通过主控单元24传输给算法单元22,所述主控单元24接收到开始体验的控制指令后,向调节单元23发出调节控制指令,控制调节单元23依次调节床垫每个区域的软硬度和/或高度,在床垫每个区域处于不同软硬度和高度的情况下控制所述传感单元21获取身体每个部位对床垫产生的压力信息;所述传感单元21将所述压力信息通过主控单元24传输给所述算法单元22;所述算法单元22根据所述基本信息和/或所述压力信息进行算法或逻辑计算,得出定制结果数据,完成初步定制或选择,并将所述定制结果数据传输给显示单元3,所述定制结果数据,用于定制针对用户的床垫或选择适合用户的床垫。当定制结果数据用于选择适合用户的床垫时,则是预先将可供用户选择的床垫进行编码,定制结果数据为指向该适合用户床垫的编码的数据;当定制结果数据用于定制针对用户的床垫时,则定制结果数据为指向床垫不同区域的材料规格或材料特征参数的数据,根据该数据定制出床垫。所述显示单元3通过可视化的方式显示输入数据、传感数据和定制结果数据。
用户再次躺在完成初步定制或选择的床垫上进行体验,得到体验结果。将该用户的体验结果作为调节设置信息反馈输入到信息输入单元1,并通过主控单元24发送给算法单元22,算法单元根据所述调节设置信息进行进一步算法或逻辑计算,所述系统微调床垫的软硬度、高度或者重新选择不同软硬度的床垫,重复该步骤直至用户感觉舒适为止完成定制或选择。
图5为本发明实施例提供的床垫定制及选床系统中算法单元的工作流程图,如图5所示,上述算法单元22根据输入数据和/或传感单元数据,进行算法或逻辑计算,得出定制结果数据包括:
算法单元22通过所述信息输入单元1获取到基本信息;
算法单元22通过所述传感单元21获取到身体每个部位在床垫的每个区域处于不同软硬度的情况下对床垫产生的压力信息,结合所述基本信息和所述压力信息,得到适合该用户身体每个部位的支撑力;
算法单元22根据所述适合该用户身体每个部位的支撑力,进行床垫定制或者选择床垫;
得到定制结果数据,完成初步定制或选择;
让用户再次躺在完成初步定制或选择的床垫上进行体验,得到体验结果。判断用户对体验结果是否满意?如果满意,则完成床垫定制或者选床完成;如果不满意,则将该用户的体验结果反馈输入到所述信息输入单元1,并通过所述主控单元传输给所述算法单元,所述算法单元根据所述体验结果进行进一步定制床垫或者重新选择适合用户的床垫,,重复该步骤直至用户感觉舒适为止完成床垫定制或者选床完成。
在定制针对用户的床垫时,定制完成后,床垫不再进行自动调节,床垫的软硬度保持不变。当用户改变了偏好睡姿时,还可以手动调节床垫的软硬度。也就是通过手动选择的方式,比如通过手机的输入界面输入新的偏好睡姿以得到新的定制结果数据,调整床垫的软硬度到新的合适用户的软硬度。当用户由于疾病等原因需要单独调节身体某部位所对应床垫区域的软硬度时,比如由于颈椎病用户需要加大床垫上头部区的硬度,可以通过将体验结果反馈给系统,从而调整床垫的头部区使得达到适合的软硬度。当更换了新的用户后,所述床垫定制系统重新开始工作,以定制一款适合新用户的床垫。
相比于现有技术中的床垫定制及选床工具,本发明提供的床垫定制及选床系统具有如下优点:(1)通过选择标准衣物尺码等输入信息作为判断用户体型等身体数据的依据,相比于通过摄像头拍照获得用户体型,提高了数据的准确性,更加方便用户操作;(2)采用压力传感器获取用户躺在床垫上对床垫产生的压力信息,可以更直接的获取人躺在床垫上的压力信息,提高了压力检测的准确度;(3)在调节床垫的软硬度方面,通过气囊组合调节,气囊通过充放气来调节自身的高度和软硬度,从而有效调节床垫的各个区域的软硬度,床垫的舒适性更好,有助于提高用户体验;(4)在定制床垫的软硬度方面,通过算法自动生成一个适合该用户的床垫的软硬度,这种科学的计算方法提高了定制床垫的准确率;(5)在完成了对用户身体的基本信息和身体对床垫的压力信息的测量后,还能够通过反馈调节进一步调节床垫的软硬度,通过将用户的体验结果反馈输入到系统,作为输入信息反馈调节床垫的软硬度,使得定制或者选择的床垫能够提供给身体各个部位需要的更合适的支撑力,提高用户的睡眠质量,有助于保护用户的脊椎健康;(6)定制完成后,还可以手动调节床垫不同部位的软硬度,如头、颈、肩、背部、腰部、臀部、大腿、小腿等部位的软硬度都可以由用户自己设定,从而能够满足用户的个性需求并且能够满足不同人群的需求,应用范围广。
本发明实施例还提供一种床垫定制及选床方法,包括如下步骤:
S101、获取用户的基本信息,所述基本信息包括身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据、衣服裤子尺码、体型特征数据、BMI指数、疾病或身体不适信息、睡眠偏好数据以及是否为特殊人群;
S102、该用户以偏好睡姿躺在床垫上开始体验,依次调节床垫的每个区域的软硬度,获取该用户躺在床垫上的压力信息,所述压力信息包括在床垫的各个区域处于不同软硬度的情况下身体的各个部位对床垫产生的压力;
S103、根据所述基本信息和所述压力信息得出定制结果数据;
其中所述定制结果数据,用于定制针对用户的床垫或选择适合用户的床垫,当所述定制结果数据用于选择适合用户的床垫时,则是预先将可供用户选择的床垫进行编码,所述定制结果数据为指向该适合用户床垫的编码的数据;当所述定制结果数据用于定制针对用户的床垫时,则所述定制结果数据为指向床垫不同区域的材料规格或材料特征参数的数据,根据该数据定制出床垫;
S104、将所述基本信息、所述压力信息和所述定制结果数据显示在屏幕上;
S105、用户躺在定制或者选择好的床垫上进行体验,得到体验结果;和
S106、将用户的体验结果反馈输入,根据体验结果进行调节床垫的软硬度、高度或者重新选择不同软硬度的床垫,重复上述步骤,直至用户感觉舒适为止。
本发明实施例还提供一种利用上述床垫定制及选床系统进行定制或者选择的床垫,所述床垫的各个部位的软硬度适合该用户,从而能够为该用户身体的各个部位提供适合的支撑力,有助于提高用户的睡眠质量。在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置,可通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性或其它的形式。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储器中,存储器包括:闪存盘、只读存储器(ROM)、随机存取器(RAM)、磁盘或光盘等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种床垫定制及选床系统,包括信息输入单元、传感单元、算法单元、调节单元和主控单元,
    所述信息输入单元用于获取输入数据,所述输入数据包括用户的基本信息和/或调节设置信息,
    所述传感单元用于获取传感单元数据,所述传感单元数据包括该用户躺在床垫上时的压力信息;
    所述调节单元用于调节床垫的软硬度和/或高度;
    所述主控单元与所述传感单元、所述算法单元、所述调节单元和所述信息输入单元连接,用于传输输入数据和传感单元数据,并发出调节控制指令;
    所述算法单元根据输入数据和/或传感单元数据,进行算法或逻辑计算,得出定制结果数据,其中所述定制结果数据用于定制针对用户的床垫或选择适合用户的床垫,当定制结果数据用于选择适合用户的床垫时,则是预先将可供用户选择的床垫进行编码,定制结果数据为指向该适合用户床垫的编码的数据;当定制结果数据用于定制针对用户的床垫时,则定制结果数据为指向床垫不同区域的材料规格或材料特征参数的数据,根据该数据定制出床垫。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的床垫定制及选床系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括显示单元,所述显示单元用于显示输入数据、传感单元数据和定制结果数据中的一个、两个或全部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的床垫定制及选床系统,其特征在于,所述基本信息包括身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据,衣服裤子尺码,体型特征数据,BMI指数,疾病或身体不适信息,睡眠偏好数据以及是否是特殊人群中的一个、多个或全部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的床垫定制及选床系统,其特征在于,所述传感单元包括称重传感器、动态压力传感器、静态压力传感器和气压传感器中的一种、多种或全部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的床垫定制及选床系统,其特征在于,所述主控单元接收所述输入数据并判断所述数据,如果是所述基本信息和/或所述调节设置信息则传输给所述算法单元。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的床垫定制及选床系统,其特征在于,所述调节单元包括气动调节、机械结构调节和液动调节中的一种、两种或全部。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的床垫定制及选床系统,其特征在于,完成定制后,用户能够手动调节床垫的软硬度。
  8. 如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的床垫定制及选床系统,其特征在于,所述系统的信息输入方式包括语音输入、按键输入和触屏输入中的一种、两种或全部。
  9. 一种床垫定制及选床方法,包括如下步骤:
    S101、获取用户的基本信息,所述基本信息包括身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据,衣服裤子尺码,体型特征数据,BMI指数,疾病或身体不适信息,睡眠偏好数据以及是否是特殊人群中的一种或多种;
    S102、该用户以偏好睡姿躺在床垫上,开始体验,依次调节床垫的每个区域的软硬度,获取该用户躺在床垫上的压力信息,所述压力信息包括在床垫的各个区域处于不同软硬度的情况下身体的各个部位对床垫产生的压力;
    S103、根据所述基本信息和/或所述压力信息,得出定制结果数据;定制结果数据,用于定制针对用户的床垫或选择适合用户的床垫,当定制结果数据用于选择适合用户的床垫时,则是预先将可供用户选择的床垫进行编码,定制结果数据为指向该适合用户床垫的编码的数据;当定制结果数据用于定制针对用户的床垫时,则定制结果数据为指向床垫不同区域的材料规格或材料特征参数的数据,根据该数据定制出床垫;
    S104、将所述定制结果数据显示在屏幕上;
    S105、用户躺在定制或者选择好的床垫上进行体验,得到体验结果;
    S106、将体验结果反馈输入,根据体验结果进行调节床垫的软硬度或者重新选择不同软硬度的床垫,重复该步骤直至用户感觉舒适为止。
  10. 一种床垫,采用如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的床垫定制及选床系统进行定制或者选择。
