与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本申请提供的床垫定制系统,可以根据用户需求定制具有特定软硬度,并且指定部位具有特定软硬度的床垫,可以快速定制一份客户让用户睡姿最舒服的床垫。在本定制系统包括云端系统的时候,可以将用户选定的定制数据储存到云端,或者从云端存储的信息中进行下载和比对,能充分实现个性化的定制操作。

发明实施例
本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例提供一种床垫定制系统,即个性化床垫系统,如图1所示,该床垫定制系统包括客户端和可调节床垫装置,还包括云端。其中,所述云端用于存储用户的个人数据,客户端或者云端作为中间节点,使得所述客户端、可调节床垫装置和云端之间进行通信。具体地,该客户端包括用户登录单元,用户个人定制单元,床垫控制单元,床垫状态显示装置,第一数据通信单元和第二数据通信单元。如图所示,用户登录单元与用户个人定制单元连接。用户个人定制单元分别与第一数据通信单元和第二数据通信单元连接并与之相互传输数据。第一数据通信单元同时与床垫控制单元和床垫状态显示装置连接。其中用户登录单元用于记录用户登录信息,例如用户进入客户端需要输入的账号和密码。用户个人定制单元用于记录和存储用户的个人定制信息,其中用户可通过客户端输入一些定制数据,如用户的基本信息或定制的压力数据,其中用户的基本信息包括用户的身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据(例如肩宽、胸围、腰围、臀围、肩臀宽、肩高等)、衣服裤子尺码、体型特征数据、BMI指数、身体健康状况信息(是否有疾病或者身体不适等信息)、睡眠偏好数据(如枕头、床垫的高度软硬度偏好,睡姿偏好)和是否是特殊人群(如适龄女性是否怀孕)中的至少一种。用户登录信息与用户个人信息(基本信息)绑定,一一对应。
通过设置客户端,可以方便客户操作,记录并存储客户输入的相关数据。
客户端中的床垫状态显示装置对床垫的一些信息进行显示,方便用户操作和理解。例如该客户端可以显示当前状态下床垫的各区域的压力信息,或者显示床垫当前的调节状态,哪些区域在调节等。具体地,床垫各区域的压力信息可以通过3D图像、2D压力热图或者一维柱状图中的一种或多种来显示,并且多种显示模式可以自由切换。具体地,该床垫状态显示装置可以为显示器,触摸显示 屏,平板电脑等。对于平板电脑的情况,客户端中的其他单元可以集成于该平板电脑中。
客户端中的第一数据通信单元与可调节床垫装置连接并通信,第二数据通信单元通过无线网络与云端通信。客户端的床垫控制单元,主要是向可调节床垫装置发送控制指令,来完成一些特定的操作,例如自动调节床垫的各个区域的压力,或者让用户手动调节床垫各个区域的压力。
在优选的实施例中,客户端将用户登录信息和用户定制信息都存储于云端,这样方便对更多用户的信息进行管理。客户端的后台也会存储一些数据,包括用户登录信息和用户个人定制信息。
具体地,可调节床垫装置为一张智能调节床垫,可以识别人体的压力并作出相应的调节。本发明一个实施例中,可调节床垫装置包括数据通信单元,主控单元,算法单元,传感单元,调节单元和本地数据存储单元。其中主控单元分别与数据通信单元,传感单元,调节单元,算法单元和本地数据存储单元连接。上述数据通信单元,主控单元,算法单元,传感单元,调节单元和本地数据存储单元都集成于床垫中,例如可通过集成芯片来实现。
可调节床垫装置中的传感单元用于采集人体(用户)在床垫上产生的压力,并且将压力转换为数字信号并传输至主控单元。主控单元作为控制中心,接收传感单元传输的数字信号以收集传感数据,并控制数据通信单元的数据传输,以及对输入的数据进行处理,同时还根据收到的通信数据来控制调节单元以实现床垫软硬度的调节,另一方面,主控单元还将用户定制的信息存储到本地数据存储单元。
可调节床垫装置中的算法单元用于对传感单元传输的传感数据进行分析处理,并输出调节指令。调节指令蕴含了调节单元如何调节床垫具体结构的信息。调节单元包括了调节人体各部位支撑力和床垫软硬度的结构,如气囊床垫通过对气囊充放气进行调节,其中可以包括多个气囊调节单元,气囊越多调节越精细;对于机械调节床垫,通过机械结构的升降进行调节。
具体地,可调节床垫装置可包括气动、液动和机械运动的调节结构的一种或多种的组合。
可调节床垫装置的本地数据存储单元用于存储用户通过客户端输入的数据,并将其传输到算法单元,以达到更好的个性化适应用户。存储的数据单元可以是用户的一些基本信息,如身高、体重、年龄、身体各部位尺码等;也可以是用户通过床垫按照一定规定睡姿或动作录入的压力数据,类似手机录入指纹信息,如录入用户平躺、侧躺时的压力数据。具体数据可以分组存储,并且单独命名,调取这些数据的时候通过文件名来调取。
可调节床垫装置中的数据通信单元,通过有线或者无线的方式与客户端的第一数据通信单元连接并进行通信。优选通过无线的方式传输数据,例如蓝牙或者WIFI。
图2显示了本发明实施例提供的床垫定制系统中可调节床垫装置的操作流程,其中该调节操作流程包括以下步骤:
S11压力传感单元获取用户在床垫上施加的压力;
S12压力传感单元将压力信号转换为数字信号并传输至主控单元;
S13主控单元将数字信号传输给算法单元,算法单元处理压力数字信号并进行计算,该计算通过参考本地存储的用户定制数据来进行,因此本地存储的用户定制数据是决定此步骤的算法的关键参数,用户定制数据越准确,越精细则该算法越精准;
S14算法单元输出识别结果(计算结果),并将该识别结果传输至主控单元;
S15主控单元控制调节单元,调节人体各部位对应的各部位床垫的压力和软硬度,本调节操作分区域同时进行。
通过上述压力信息的获取和床垫各区域的压力和软硬度的调节,可以针对不同客户实现床垫的定制。用户输入个人信息后(如上所述)躺在床垫上,该床垫自动检测各个区域的压力值并进行计算,然后根据用户预先输入的信息进行调节,直到用户满意为止。在用户完成定制后,将该定制信息上传于云端并存储,后续该客户登录其个人账户时,可以直接调取该定制信息,随时可以将该定制信息应用于新的床垫,例如酒店的智能床垫,节约了时间,提高了睡眠休息的质量。
优选地,步骤S11中的压力为用户在最舒适状态下的身体各部位压力,这种最 舒适状态可以通过用户和客户端互动调节来实现。
具体地,所述调节单元可以为气囊调节或者机械调节。优选地为气囊调节,如图4所示,该调节单元包括气囊、气泵气阀组件和气管,所述气囊均匀分布在床垫的从头部区到大腿区,所述气囊为2*8排列的单个气囊的组合,也就是沿着床垫的宽度方向左右对称设置有2列气囊、并且沿着床垫的长度方向每一列并列设置有8排单个气囊,所述气泵气阀组件包括气泵和16个气阀,所述单个气囊连接一个所述气管,相邻的所述单个气囊的气管不连通,所述气管连接所述气泵气阀组件并且每一个所述气管都由一个所述气阀控制,通过打开或关闭所述气泵和所述气阀依次对所述单个气囊进行充放气。气囊本身能够通过充放气来调节自身的高度和软硬度,而所述调节模块23包括多个气囊,因此通过每一个气囊的充放气从而实现所述调节模块23对床垫各个区域的软硬度的调节。在本发明其他实施例中,所述气囊和对应所述气阀的数量可以与本实施例不同。现有技术中主要通过两种方式对床垫的软硬度进行调节,一种是通过调节床垫中材料的软硬度实现调节床垫的软硬度,但是在长期使用床垫后,存在材料变形的问题,从而影响床垫的舒适性,而本发明实施例中采用的是气囊调节,气囊通过充放气来调节自身的高度和软硬度,从而有效调节床垫的各个区域的软硬度,床垫的舒适性更好,有助于提高用户体验。
图3显示了本发明一个实施例提供的定制床垫的方法,该方法具体包括:
S21用户在客户端登录并录入个人的定制信息,该定制信息包括身高、体重、年龄、身体各部位尺码等,定制信息经过客户端上传至云端,并与客户登录信息绑定;
S22用户躺在床垫上,床垫中的传感单元获取用户的当前压力数据,并且将压力转换为数字信号并整合至个人的定制信息中并传输至主控单元;
S23经过主控单元和算法单元处理,将计算处理结果上传至客户端;
S24用户更换一张床垫使用,可以是购买新的床垫,也可以是入住酒店时输入对应信息;
S25云端下传存储的用户定制信息至客户端;
S26客户端传输用户定制信息至新床垫,新的床垫存储并更新用户定制信息;
S27算法单元对关键参数进行更新,适合当前用户,并将更新后的数据传输给主控单元,主控单元通过调节单元对床垫进行调节,即可得到跟用户之前的床垫硬度,各部位高度一样的新的床垫。
以上流程先将定制信息存储并上传至云端,然后用户更换了一张床垫,新的床垫从云端拉取个人的定制数据,并进行相应的计算和调节,以便让这张新的床垫快速适应用户,以达到最佳的调节,让用户能用到跟家里使用的床垫一样的床垫。另一方面,对于同一张床垫,可以通过从云端下拉/下载定制数据,然后进行适应性的计算和调节,能够很好满足不同的用户,这样实现了一张床垫可以多用户使用,而同一用户也可以在不同的地方睡不同床垫,并且使这些床垫都具有相同的软硬度,高低支撑度的调节参数。例如在酒店住宿时,如果他家里之前也有一张同样的床垫,之前有定制过,那么他只需要绑定家里的这张床垫,然后酒店的床垫作为新床垫被该用户绑定时即可自动从云端拉取他的个人定制数据,从而使得这张床垫也能瞬间变为他私人定制化的床垫。
该步骤中,如需要更换目标床垫,则从云端下拉,若不更换,则直接存储。
具体地,在上述定制床垫的方法中,所述客户端可以为普通台式电脑,笔记本电脑,手机或者平板电脑,或者智能手表等。
具体地,上述步骤S22中还包括用户对床垫进行调节的操作,例如在床垫进行智能调节后,用户可以反馈局部压力不满意并进行调节,直至用户满意为止。
具体地,上述步骤S23中主控单元和算法单元的处理具体为通过压力数据对应的数字信号进行加工处理和存储,方便后续的调取。
上述步骤S24中,更换床垫可以包括用户搬家更换床垫,购买新的床垫,或者入住酒店等。
在一个实施例中,如果用户自己的智能床垫没有联网,可以将自己家的智能床垫的数据手动传输到客户端,然后通过客户端上传至云端,也就是手动操作步骤S22和S23。
具体地,在步骤S26中,智能床垫利用主控单元对下载的用户定制信息进行存储和更新。
步骤S27中,智能床垫中的算法单元对用户定制信息中的关键参数进行更新, 并传输给主控单元,然后通过调节单元进行软硬度和高低的调节,以使得新的床垫与用户之前的床垫参数一致。
对于智能床垫的用户来说,在设置好自己使用的智能床垫时,只需上传对应参数信息,无需其他操作,后台就可以自动完成操作,在入住酒店时即可享受家一般的床垫舒适度。
本发明实施例还提供一种执行该床垫定制方法的软件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种个性化床垫系统,包括客户端、可调节床垫装置和云端,其中,所述客户端包括用户登录单元、用户个人定制单元、床垫控制单元、数据通信单元;可调节床垫装置包括数据通信单元、主控单元、算法单元、传感单元、调节单元和本地数据存储单元,所述云端用于存储用户的个人数据;
    其中,客户端或者云端作为中间节点,使得所述客户端、可调节床垫装置和云端之间进行通信,所述可调节床垫装置通过数据通信单元从所述客户端或者云端获取用户定制信息并进行床垫调节。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的个性化床垫系统,其特征在于,所述客户端还包括床垫状态显示装置,用于对床垫的压力信息进行显示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的个性化床垫系统,其特征在于,所述用户个人定制单元用于记录和存储用户的个人定制信息,所述个人定制信息包括用户的身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据、衣服裤子尺码、体型特征数据、BMI指数、身体健康状况信息、睡眠偏好数据和是否是特殊人群中的至少一种,还包括用户躺在床垫上时所述可调节床垫装置中的传感单元记录的用户压力数据信息的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的个性化床垫系统,其特征在于,所述身体各部位的数据包括肩宽、胸围、腰围、臀围、肩臀宽和肩高中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的个性化床垫系统,其特征在于,数据通信单元,主控单元,算法单元,传感单元,调节单元和本地数据存储单元都集成于可调节床垫装置中。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的个性化床垫系统,其特征在于,所述可调节床垫装置包括气动、液动和机械运动的调节结构的一种或多种的组合。
  7. 一种定制床垫的方法,包括以下步骤:
    S1获取用户的个人定制信息,所述个人定制信息与客户登录信息绑定,其中所述个人定制信息包括用户的身高、体重、年龄、性别、身体各部位的数据,衣服裤子尺码,体型特征数据,BMI指数,疾病或身体不适信息,睡眠偏好数据和是否是特殊人群中的至少一种,还包括用户躺在床垫上时记录的用户压力数据、高度数据和软硬度数据信息中的至少一种;
    S2选择目标床垫,将步骤S1获得的所述个人定制信息传输至所述目标床垫;若需要更换目标床垫,则从云端下载获取所述个人定制信息然后进入下一步;若不更换,则直接进入下一步;
    S3所述目标床垫存储并更新所述个人定制信息;
    S4所述目标床垫根据所述个人定制信息进行床垫调节,所述床垫调节包括软硬度调节或高度调节。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中还包括向云端上传和下载个人定制信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中的用户压力数据信息包括用户设定的身体各部位的压力数据信息、高度数据和软硬度数据中的至少一种。
  10. 一种用于执行根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的方法的软件。
