一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统 技术领域
本发明涉及畜牧养殖设备技术领域,具体是一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统。
背景技术
动物福利的概念源于英国,1822年,第一个禁止虐待动物的议案-“马丁法令”获得通过,所谓动物福利,就是让动物在康乐的状态下生存,其标准包括动物无任何疾病、无异常行为、无心理紧张压抑和痛苦等,国际上公认的动物福利基本原则包括:让动物享有5种自由,即不受饥渴、生活舒适、不受痛苦伤害、生活无恐惧感和悲伤感以及表达天性的自由,国外提出动物福利问题已有100多年的历史,许多国家(如欧盟)都制定了保护动物福利的法律法规,我国《畜牧法》规定:“畜牧兽医行政主管部门应当指导畜牧业生产经营者改善畜禽繁育、饲养、运输的条件和环境”,使“动物福利”得到了体现。
目前,传统的笼养模式仍然是世界上最普遍的饲养模式,但是传统的饲养模式存在鸡舍过于拥挤,笼养环境差,蛋鸡无法自由活动等的问题逐渐显现,如该模式使得蛋鸡变得胆小、行为刻板、骨骼脆弱等,这些现象的出现引起人们对传统笼养模式提出了质疑,伴随着人们对动物福利的逐渐关注,单纯追求高生产销量获得畜禽产品已不能满足现今消费者的需求,有调查显示欧洲大量的消费者愿意花费更多的钱去购买动物福利良好的产品。
由于现有技术中存在上述的技术缺陷,是本领域内技术人员亟待解决的技术问题;因此,本发明提供一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统来解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术之缺陷,本发明提供一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,有效的解决了现有笼养模式鸡舍过于拥挤,笼养环境差,蛋鸡无法自由活动,使蛋鸡变得胆小、行为刻板、骨骼脆弱等,蛋鸡动物福利低下,导致生产出来的鸡蛋质量较低的问题。
一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,包括笼架,其特征在于,所述笼架的左 端连接有上料装置,所述笼架的右端连接有清粪装置,所述笼架内安装有多层的底网,所述上料装置与清粪装置之间转动安装有贯穿笼架的左右侧面且位于每层的底网中部上方的收蛋装置,所述笼架的左右两侧面之间固定安装有位于每层的底网的前后两端上方的食槽,每层的两个所述食槽分别与上料装置连接,所述上料装置与清粪装置之间转动安装有贯穿笼架的左右侧面且位于每层的底网下方的粪带,所述笼架的前后两侧面上分别固定安装有攀升装置,所述笼架的前后侧面的底部分别转动安装有挡鸡装置。
优选的,所述笼架的左右侧面之间固定安装有位于每个食槽上方的栖息杠,所述笼架的左右侧面之间固定安装有位于每个底网上方的饮水管,每个所述饮水管上均安装有多个饮水嘴。
优选的,所述底网为前后两端高、中部向下倾斜的形状,所述收蛋装置位于底网的中部上方。
优选的,所述上料装置,包括上料支架,所述上料支架上固定安装有料箱,所述上料支架上固定安装有多个不同高度的且贯穿料箱的上料导槽,所述清粪装置上固定安装有多个与多个上料导槽高度对应的辅助上料导槽,两个同一高度的所述食槽分别与上料导槽的两端连接,两个同一高度的所述食槽分别与辅助上料导槽的两端连接,使得同一高度的上料导槽、辅助上料导槽与两个食槽之间形成一个方形的上料回路;
所述上料支架和清粪装置上分别转动安装有两个位于上料回路的四个拐弯处的导向轮,所述上料回路内放置有由若干个链节组成的上料链,所述上料链能够绕着四个导向轮运动,所述上料支架上固定安装有上料电机,所述上料电机的转轴上安装有与上料链啮合的上料链轮。
优选的,所述清粪装置,包括清粪支架,所述清粪支架内转动安装有多个不同高度的主动清粪辊,所述上料支架上转动安装有多个与多个主动清粪辊高度对应的从动清粪辊,每个高度的主动清粪辊与从动清粪辊之间安装有位于底网下方的粪带。
优选的,所述收蛋装置,包括转动安装在上料支架上的多个不同高度的主动收蛋辊,所述清粪支架上转动安装有多个与多个主动收蛋辊高度对应的 从动收蛋辊,同一高度的所述主动收蛋辊与从动收蛋辊之间安装有位于底网中部上方的收蛋带。
优选的,所述笼架内固定安装有两个底网,使得所述笼架内分为第一活动区和第二活动区,所述第一活动区内固定安装有位于底网上的遮羞仓,所述笼架的左右侧壁之间固定安装有若干个位于第二活动区内且不同高度的活动杆。
优选的,所述攀升装置,包括多个固定安装在笼架前后侧且与每层的底网齐平的转杆固定架,同一高度的两个所述转杆固定架上分别转动安装有转动杆,两个所述转动杆之间固定安装有攀升杆;
所述笼架的前后侧壁上分别固定安装有位于每两层底网之间且倾斜放置的攀升网板,最下层的底网与地面之间也安装有攀升网板。
优选的,所述挡鸡装置,包括固定安装在笼架左侧面和右侧面的前后端且位于最底层的底网下方的支撑板,四个所述支撑板上分别开有转孔,位于笼架前侧或后侧的两个支撑板之间转动安装有位于转孔内的转动方管,所述转动方管上固定安装有多个挡网,所述转动方管上同轴安装有带有方孔且位于笼架左侧的凸轮板,所述凸轮板的远心端转动连接有连杆,所述笼架的前侧面的左端转动安装有驱动连杆,所述连杆的另一端转动安装在驱动连杆上。
本发明的优点在于:
1.将笼架放置在具有一定空间的室内进行散养,使鸡子能够像在户外一样活动,能够很好的促进鸡子的生长,提高养殖效率;
2.通过链带式的上料装置,能够均匀的为笼架上的多个食槽进行上料,使得生活在笼架内的鸡子不管在哪一侧都能够均匀进食;
3.通过清粪装置,能够将掉落到粪带上的粪便清理出笼架,然后进行粪便处理,使得鸡子能够拥有一个干净卫生的生长环境;
4.攀升装置能够为鸡子提供向上的攀爬媒介,使得鸡子能够在笼架的每一层活动;而挡鸡装置能够防止鸡子跑进笼架的底部下蛋或者踩到笼架底部的少量粪便。
本发明设计思路清晰,实用性强,能够为鸡子提供舒适的生长环境,为 福利养殖提供了巨大的帮助。

下面将参照附图描述本发明的各示例性的实施例。
实施例一,本发明为一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,包括笼架1,所述笼架1由镀锌板或铝合金等轻质金属制作,此处的连接方式可采用螺栓连接,其特征在于,所述笼架1的左端连接有上料装置,所述上料装置能够为笼架内的鸡子提供饲料,可在上料装置上连接定时器,然后设定好鸡子每天需要 进食的时间,通过定时器控制上料装置给鸡子提供一定量的饲料,使得笼架1内的鸡子能够规律的进食,所述笼架1的右端连接有清粪装置,所述清粪装置能够将笼架1内掉落的粪便清理到笼架1的右端,然后在进行后续的粪便处理,所述笼架1内安装有多层的底网2,鸡子能够在底网2上活动,且鸡子的粪便能够通过底网2掉落到清粪装置上,所述上料装置与清粪装置之间转动安装有贯穿笼架1的左右侧面且位于每层的底网2中部上方的收蛋装置,鸡子在底网上下的蛋能够滚落到底网2中部的收蛋装置上,所述收蛋装置运行时能够将鸡蛋传送到笼架1的一端进行收集,所述笼架1的左右两侧面之间固定安装有位于每层的底网2的前后两端上方的食槽3,所述食槽3为U形槽板,通过螺栓固定安装在笼架1上,每层的两个所述食槽3分别与上料装置连接,所述上料装置能够为多个食槽3提供饲料,所述上料装置与清粪装置之间转动安装有贯穿笼架1的左右侧面且位于每层的底网2下方的粪带4,鸡子在底网2上产生的粪便会掉落到底网2下方的粪带4上进行传送,所述笼架1的前后两侧面上分别固定安装有攀升装置,鸡子通过攀升装置能够从地面进入笼架1内,为鸡子提供了向上攀升的媒介,所述笼架1的前后侧面的底部分别转动安装有挡鸡装置,如果鸡子进入笼架1的底部下蛋,养殖人员还要将鸡蛋从笼架1底部取出,比较费劲,还容易弄碎鸡蛋,而且笼架1的底部还会有从粪带4上掉落的少量粪便,如果鸡子踩到粪便将会污染鸡舍内的环境,更容易滋生病菌,而挡鸡装置的底部与地面接触,能够防止鸡子跑进笼架1的底部,有效避免了上述的情况发生。
实施例二,在实施例一的基础上,所述笼架1的左右侧面之间固定安装有位于每个食槽3上方的栖息杠7,鸡子能够站在栖息杠7上休息,栖息杠7位于食槽3上方的好处在于,鸡子站在栖息杠7上时,鸡的屁股会朝里或者朝外,如果鸡子站在栖息杠7上拉屎时,粪便不会掉落进食槽3内,所述笼架1的左右侧面之间固定安装有位于每个底网2上方的饮水管8,多个所述进水管8外接水源,每个所述饮水管8上均安装有多个饮水嘴9,所述饮水嘴9下端具有单向阀门,鸡子用嘴巴啄单向阀时饮水嘴9将会出水,饮水嘴9上还连接有接水槽,防止水掉落到粪带4上使粪便稀释粘到粪带4上。
实施例三,在实施例二的基础上,所述底网2为前后两端高、中部向下倾斜的形状,所述收蛋装置位于底网2的中部上方,当鸡子在底网2上下蛋后,鸡蛋会沿着斜坡滚落到底网2中部的收蛋装置上。
实施例四,在实施例三的基础上,所述上料装置,包括上料支架10,所述上料支架10通过镀锌板或铝合金等轻质金属制成,此处的连接方式了采用螺栓连接,所述上料支架10上固定安装有料箱11,所述料箱11内放置有饲料,所述上料支架10上固定安装有多个不同高度的且贯穿料箱11的上料导槽12,所述料箱11的两侧分别开有通孔,所述上料导槽12呈“U”形,上料导槽12的其中一端穿过料箱11上的通孔,且通孔处上下滑动安装有位于上料导槽12内的调节板,通过调节调节板底部与上料导槽12底部之间的间隙控制饲料的厚度,所述清粪装置上固定安装有多个与多个上料导槽12高度对应的辅助上料导槽13,所述辅助上料导槽13也成“U”形,且上料导槽12的“U”形开口与辅助上料导槽13的“U”形开口相对安装,两个同一高度的所述食槽3分别与上料导槽12的两端连接,两个同一高度的所述食槽3分别与辅助上料导槽13的两端连接,此处可采用螺栓连接,使得同一高度的上料导槽12、辅助上料导槽13与两个食槽3之间形成一个方形的上料回路,所述上料回路环绕整个笼架1,能够为笼架1两侧的食槽3提供饲料;
所述上料支架10和清粪装置上分别转动安装有两个位于上料回路的四个拐弯处的导向轮14,四个所述导向轮14能够分别在上料支架10和清粪装置上自转,所述上料回路内放置有由若干个链节151组成的上料链15,若干个所述链节151的右端均一体连接有圆环,每个所述链节151上的圆环均套设在向轮的链节151的左端,使得若干个链节151组成上料链15,所述上料链15能够绕着四个导向轮14运动,四个导向轮14为上料链15提供了支撑力,使上料链15形成一个围绕四个导向轮14的运动轨迹,所述上料链15位于上料导槽12、辅助上料导槽13与两个食槽3的底部,并能够在三者的底部带着饲料运行,上料链15在经过料箱11时能够将料箱11内的饲料带出到上料导槽12内,并通过上料链15将饲料带到两个食槽3内,所述上料支架10上固定安装有上料电机,所述上料电机连接供电电源,所述上料电机的转轴上安 装有与上料链15啮合的上料链轮100,上料电机带动上料链轮100转动时,能够带动上料链15运动。
实施例五,在实施例四的基础上,所述清粪装置,包括清粪支架16,所述清粪支架16通过镀锌板或铝合金等轻质金属制成,此处的连接方式了采用螺栓连接,所述清粪支架16内转动安装有多个不同高度的主动清粪辊17,所述主动清粪辊17能够在清粪支架16上转动,主动清粪辊17的高度低于底网2的高度,多个主动清粪辊17之间通过链轮组连接,且多个所述主动清粪辊17均连接有固定在清粪支架16上的驱动电机,驱动电机连接供电电源,通过驱动电机能够同时带动多个主动清粪辊17转动,所述上料支架10上转动安装有多个与多个主动清粪辊17高度对应的从动清粪辊18,多个所述从动清粪辊18能够在上料支架10转动,每个高度的主动清粪辊17与从动清粪辊18之间安装有位于底网2下方的粪带4,每个所述主动清粪辊17转动时通过粪带4带动从动清粪辊18转动,多个所述从动清粪辊18上均安装有张紧装置,使得粪带4始终处于张紧的工作状态。
实施例六,在实施例五的基础上,所述收蛋装置,包括转动安装在上料支架10上的多个不同高度的主动收蛋辊19,多个所述主动收蛋辊19之间通过链轮组同步连接,且多个主动收蛋辊19均连接有固定安装在上料支架10上的收蛋电机,所述收蛋电机连接供电电源,收蛋电机能够带动多个主动收蛋辊19转动,所述清粪支架16上转动安装有多个与多个主动收蛋辊19高度对应的从动收蛋辊20,同一高度的所述主动收蛋辊19与从动收蛋辊20之间安装有位于底网2中部上方的收蛋带21,多个所述主动收蛋辊19转动动时通过收蛋带21带动多个从动收蛋辊20转动,所述收蛋带21的两侧与底网2的斜面接触,鸡子在底网2上下蛋后,鸡蛋沿着底网2的斜面滚向底网2的中部,然后滚落到收蛋带21上进行传送,位于笼架1外侧的收蛋带21的外侧可安装防护装置,防止鸡蛋掉落到底面上。
实施例七,在实施例一的基础上,所述笼架1内固定安装有两层底网2,使得所述笼架1内分为第一活动区22和第二活动区23,两个所述底网2之间的距离小于上层的底网2到笼架1顶部的距离,即第一活动区22的空间小于 第二活动区23的空间,所述第一活动区22内固定安装有位于底网2上的遮羞仓24,所述遮羞仓24的四周可挂设红色的帘子,红色的帘子能够刺激鸡子的雌雄性激素分泌,提高授精几率,鸡子可以在遮羞仓24内进行授精或下蛋,为鸡子提供了隐蔽场所,所述笼架1的左右侧壁之间固定安装有若干个位于第二活动区23内且不同高度的活动杆25,不同高度的活动杆25能够模拟户外高处的树枝,使得鸡子能够在不同高度的活动杆25上活动。
实施例八,在实施例一的基础上,所述攀升装置,包括多个固定安装在笼架1前后侧且与每层的底网2齐平的转杆固定架26,所述转杆固定架26可通过螺栓固定在笼架1上,同一高度的两个所述转杆固定架26上分别转动安装有转动杆27,所述转动杆27能够在转杆固定架26上上下转动,两个所述转动杆27之间固定安装有攀升杆28,所述攀升杆28能够为鸡子提供与“梯子”作用相同的攀爬媒介,鸡子在地面活动时,能够通过攀爬杆28进入笼架1内,第一活动区22内的鸡子能够通过攀爬干28进入第二活动区23内,当养殖人员需要在鸡舍内进行操作时,可向上提攀升杆28带动两个转动杆27向上转动至与笼架1平行,即可收起攀升杆28,方便养殖人员操作而不会碰伤养殖人员;
所述笼架1的前后侧壁上分别固定安装有位于每两层底网2之间且倾斜放置的攀升网板29,最下层的底网2与地面之间也安装有攀升网板29,鸡子也可通过倾斜的攀升网板29进行攀升,不需鸡子煽动翅膀,只需在攀升网板29上向上走即可。
实施例九,在实施例一的基础上,所述挡鸡装置,包括固定安装在笼架1左侧面和右侧面的前后端且位于最底层的底网2下方的支撑板30,此处可通过螺栓固定在笼架1上,四个所述支撑板30上分别开有转孔,位于笼架1前侧或后侧的两个支撑板30之间转动安装有位于转孔内的转动方管31,所述转动方管的对角线的尺寸小于转孔的直径,使得转动方管31能够在转孔内转动,所述转动方管31上固定安装有多个挡网32,所述挡网32通过螺钉固定在转动方管31上,所述转动方管31转动时能够带动多个挡网32同时摆动,所述转动方管31上同轴安装有带有方孔且位于笼架1左侧的凸轮板33,所述凸轮 板33的轴心处开有方孔,且凸轮板33能够套在转动方管31上,凸轮板33转动时能够带动转动方管31转动,所述凸轮板33的远心端转动连接有连杆34,所述笼架1的前侧面的左端转动安装有驱动连杆35,所述连杆34的另一端转动安装在驱动连杆35的中间部位,所述驱动连杆35向下或向上摆动时,能够带动连杆34向上或向下运动,从而带动凸轮板33向上或向下运动,从而带动转动方管31和挡网32转动;
平时饲养时,若干个挡网32的状态为竖直状态,能够挡住鸡子,防止鸡子跑到笼架1的下方下蛋或者踩到粪便,当需要清理笼架1底部的粪便时,手动向下转动驱动转动35时带动连杆34向下移动,所述连杆34带动凸轮板33的远心端顺时针转动,从而带动转动方管31顺时针转动,使得固定在转动方管31上的若干个挡网32顺时针向笼架1的中部摆动,从而方便养殖人员清理笼架1底部的粪便,清理完粪便后,向上转动驱动转杆35带动连杆34向上移动,连杆34带动凸轮板33的远心端逆时针转动,从而带动转动方管31逆时针转动,使得若干个挡网32逆时针转动回原来的竖直状态,继续挡住鸡子不让其跑到笼架1的下方。
本发明的优点在于:
1.将笼架放置在具有一定空间的室内进行散养,使鸡子能够像在户外一样活动,能够很好的促进鸡子的生长,提高养殖效率;
2.通过链带式的上料装置,能够均匀的为笼架上的多个食槽进行上料,使得生活在笼架内的鸡子不管在哪一侧都能够均匀进食;
3.通过清粪装置,能够将掉落到粪带上的粪便清理出笼架,然后进行粪便处理,使得鸡子能够拥有一个干净卫生的生长环境;
4.攀升装置能够为鸡子提供向上的攀爬媒介,使得鸡子能够在笼架的每一层活动;而挡鸡装置能够防止鸡子跑进笼架的底部下蛋或者踩到笼架底部的少量粪便。
本发明设计思路清晰,实用性强,能够为鸡子提供舒适的生长环境,为福利养殖提供了巨大的帮助。

  1. 一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,包括笼架(1),其特征在于,所述笼架(1)的左端连接有上料装置,所述笼架(1)的右端连接有清粪装置,所述笼架(1)内安装有多层的底网(2),所述上料装置与清粪装置之间转动安装有贯穿笼架(1)的左右侧面且位于每层的底网(2)中部上方的收蛋装置,所述笼架(1)的左右两侧面之间固定安装有位于每层的底网(2)的前后两端上方的食槽(3),每层的两个所述食槽(3)分别与上料装置连接,所述上料装置与清粪装置之间转动安装有贯穿笼架(1)的左右侧面且位于每层的底网(2)下方的粪带(4),所述笼架(1)的前后两侧面上分别固定安装有攀升装置,所述笼架(1)的前后侧面的底部分别转动安装有挡鸡装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述笼架(1)的左右侧面之间固定安装有位于每个食槽(3)上方的栖息杠(7),所述笼架(1)的左右侧面之间固定安装有位于每个底网(2)上方的饮水管(8),每个所述饮水管(8)上均安装有多个饮水嘴(9)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述底网(2)为前后两端高、中部向下倾斜的形状,所述收蛋装置位于底网(2)的中部上方。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述上料装置,包括上料支架(10),所述上料支架(10)上固定安装有料箱(11),所述上料支架(10)上固定安装有多个不同高度的且贯穿料箱(11)的上料导槽(12),所述清粪装置上固定安装有多个与多个上料导槽(12)高度对应的辅助上料导槽(13),两个同一高度的所述食槽(3)分别与上料导槽(12)的两端连接,两个同一高度的所述食槽(3)分别与辅助上料导槽(13)的两端连接,使得同一高度的上料导槽(12)、辅助上料导槽(13)与两个食槽(3)之间形成一个方形的上料回路;
    所述上料支架(10)和清粪装置上分别转动安装有两个位于上料回路的四个拐弯处的导向轮(14),所述上料回路内放置有由若干个链节(151)组成的上料链(15),所述上料链(15)能够绕着四个导向轮(14)运动,所述上料支架(10)上固定安装有上料电机,所述上料电机的转轴上安装有与上 料链(15)啮合的上料链轮(100)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述清粪装置,包括清粪支架(16),所述清粪支架(16)内转动安装有多个不同高度的主动清粪辊(17),所述上料支架(10)上转动安装有多个与多个主动清粪辊(17)高度对应的从动清粪辊(18),每个高度的主动清粪辊(17)与从动清粪辊(18)之间安装有位于底网(2)下方的粪带(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述收蛋装置,包括转动安装在上料支架(10)上的多个不同高度的主动收蛋辊(19),所述清粪支架(16)上转动安装有多个与多个主动收蛋辊(19)高度对应的从动收蛋辊(20),同一高度的所述主动收蛋辊(19)与从动收蛋辊(20)之间安装有位于底网(2)中部上方的收蛋带(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述笼架(1)内固定安装有两层底网(2),使得所述笼架(1)内分为第一活动区(22)和第二活动区(23),所述第一活动区(22)内固定安装有位于底网(2)上的遮羞仓(24),所述笼架(1)的左右侧壁之间固定安装有若干个位于第二活动区(23)内且不同高度的活动杆(25)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述攀升装置,包括多个固定安装在笼架(1)前后侧且与每层的底网(2)齐平的转杆固定架(26),同一高度的两个所述转杆固定架(26)上分别转动安装有转动杆(27),两个所述转动杆(27)之间固定安装有攀升杆(28);
    所述笼架(1)的前后侧壁上分别固定安装有位于每两层底网(2)之间且倾斜放置的攀升网板(29),最下层的底网(2)与地面之间也安装有攀升网板(29)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种功能齐全的福利养殖系统,其特征在于,所述挡鸡装置,包括固定安装在笼架(1)左侧面和右侧面的前后端且位于最底层的底网(2)下方的支撑板(30),四个所述支撑板(30)上分别开有转孔,位于笼架(1)前侧或后侧的两个支撑板(30)之间转动安装有位于转孔内的转动方管(31),所述转动方管(31)上固定安装有多个挡网(32),所 述转动方管(31)上同轴安装有带有方孔且位于笼架(1)左侧的凸轮板(33),所述凸轮板(33)的远心端转动连接有连杆(34),所述笼架(1)的前侧面的左端转动安装有驱动连杆(35),所述连杆(34)的另一端转动安装在驱动连杆(35)上。
