Claims
REIVINDICAÇÕES
1) Um equipamento para detecção de rasgos em correia transportadora compreendendo uma estrutura base (2) dotada de duas barras paralelas (21) sobre as quais são fixados um conjunto de tubos (1), sendo que dois tubos paralelos (11) são fixados à estrutura base (2); um tubo perpendicular (12) aos referidos tubos paralelos (11) é disposto na parte central do conjunto de tubos (1) ligando os dois tubos paralelos (11); um tubo central (13) é disposto na porção medial dos tubos paralelos (11), fazendo uma interseção (4) no centro do tubo perpendicular (12), formando um conjunto de tubos (1) simétrico tanto no sentido longitudinal quanto no sentido transversal, sendo o conjunto de tubos (1 ) posicionado abaixo da correia transportadora; o equipamento analisa ainda a frequência vibracional enviada por um sensor (3) que é ligado por cabo para alimentação elétrica ou é dotado de bateria e emite sinais analógicos ou digitais por cabos ou wireless, caracterizado pelo fato do sensor (3) ser instalado na porção inferior da intercessão (4) do tubo central (13) com o tubo perpendicular (12), sendo que o referido sensor (3) recebe os estímulos vibracionais transmitidos pelo conjunto de tubos (1) e processa os sinais elétricos recebidos, entregando um sinal elétrico em função da frequência.
