16 RESUMEN Composición de tinta para tecnología de impresión por gota bajo demanda (Drop- on-demand – DoD) destinada a proporcionar simultáneamente efectos cromáticos y propiedad antiestática sobre textil caracterizada por estabilizar simultáneamente 5 pigmentos orgánicos y partículas inorgánicas de SnO2 dopado con Sb2O3 y presentar un valor de tiempo de semi-disipación t50 menor de 4 segundos según la norma EN1149- 3:2004 cuando la cantidad de tinta depositada sobre el tejido es igual o superior a 5 g/m2.

COMPOSICIÓN DE TINTA HIBRIDA ANTI ESTÁTICA
DESCRIPCIÓN
La presente invención se enmarca en el campo de las tintas para inyección de tinta mediante la tecnología gota bajo demanda (Drop-on-demand, cuyas siglas son DoD) que proporcionan simultáneamente efecto cromático y propiedad antiestática cuando se aplican sobre textil.
ESTADO DE LA TÉCNICA
En el estado de la técnica existen ejemplos de composiciones destinadas a la deposición de materiales conductores sobre textil. En este sentido la solicitud US2018/0255637A1 describe una formulación de tinta serigráfica para imprimir pistas eléctricamente conductoras sobre tejidos flexibles que comprende un elastómero, un vehículo líquido mezclado con el elastómero, de manera que el vehículo líquido es capaz de hinchar el elastómero y tiene un punto de ebullición de 150 °C o más a 1 atmósfera de presión, y una pluralidad de partículas eléctricamente conductoras y no esféricas. Las partículas conductoras se seleccionan del grupo que comprende partículas en un porcentaje comprendido entre el 30% y 60% en masa de la tinta. Dichas partículas pueden ser escamiformes, aciculares y/o nanotubulares, y su composición puede ser de plata y/o carbón. Sin embargo, las partículas escamiformes, aciculares y nanotubulares son inviables en la formulación de tinta para inyección de tinta porque obturan los orificios de los cabezales de inyección y, por lo tanto, impiden que la tinta se imprima sobre el tejido. Adicionalmente, esta solicitud no aporta ninguna información sobre aspectos fundamentales en la formulación de una tinta como es la viscosidad. No obstante, por el hecho de indicar que está destinada a la impresión mediante serigrafía se deduce que los valores de viscosidad son inherentemente mucho más elevados que los propios para inyección de tinta, y, por lo tanto, inviable para su aplicación mediante esta tecnología. Además, no aporta información sobre los aditivos necesarios para la formulación de una tinta de inyección de tinta como son los dispersantes y humectantes, entre otros. Cabe destacar también que la solicitud US2018/0255637A1 no aporta información sobre la conductividad en función de la concentración de partículas conductoras, aspecto fundamental para evaluar la eficacia en aplicaciones antiestáticas.
También en el estado de la técnica existen tejidos coloreados con propiedades antiestáticas. Así la solicitud US2020/0063299A1 describe una prenda coloreada que comprende una fibra acrílica conductora basada en mi ero partí cu las de carbono
conductor, como material que aporta la propiedad antiestética, que está coloreada con un colorante soluble (más conocido por su nombre en inglés “dye”) de tipo catiónico. Sin embargo, esta solicitud presenta la limitación de que requiere una preparación previa del hilo o fibra puesto que es necesario incorporar la fibra acrílica conductora basada en micropartículas de carbono conductor y posteriormente realizar el proceso de tejeduría para obtener el material textil conductor. Además, la solicitud US2020/006329 no proporciona ninguna información sobre la dispersión y estabilización de dichas micropartículas de carbono conductor en un medio líquido. Adicionalmente indicar que, al estar el tejido completamente coloreado, no permite imprimir motivos con diferentes colores, como ejemplo imágenes, ni personalizar cada pieza textil con una decoración distinta.
Finalmente cabe destacar que en el estado de la técnica no existen tintas capaces de estabilizar simultáneamente partículas orgánicas e inorgánicas debido a su naturaleza distinta. En este sentido, la presente invención contempla la formulación de una composición de tinta que es capaz de proporcionar un buen efecto cromático manteniendo la propiedad antiestética cuando se deposita sobre cualquier tipo de tejido sin necesidad de una preparación previa del mismo. Para ello la composición de tinta según la presente invención permite la estabilización simultánea de pigmentos orgánicos, responsables de la función cromática, y partículas inorgánicas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203, responsables de la función antiestética.
EXPLICACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
A lo largo de la invención y las reivindicaciones la palabra “comprende” y sus variantes no pretenden excluir otras características técnicas, aditivos, componentes o pasos. Además, la palabra “comprende” incluye el caso “consiste en”. Para los expertos en la materia, otros objetos, ventajas y características de la invención se desprenderán en parte de la descripción y en parte de la práctica de la invención.
La presente invención es una tinta híbrida antiestética aplicable mediante tecnología por gota bajo demanda (DoD, drop-on-demand) de inyección de tinta que proporciona simultáneamente efecto cromático y propiedad antiestética cuando se imprime sobre textil.
El término “textil” tal y como se utiliza en la presente invención se refiere a todo material natural o sintético que ha sido elaborado a partir de hilos, filamentos o fibras, de cualquier tamaño, incluidas micro y nanofibras, unidos por procedimientos mecánicos, térmicos o químicos. Ejemplos de materiales con los que se pueden fabricar textiles, a título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, son algodón, cáñamo, madera, lana, lino, poliéster,
nailon, polietileno, polipropileno, elastómeros, seda y licra, en estado puro o combinados entre ellos.
La tinta híbrida objeto de invención comprende partículas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 5% y 10%, con un tamaño de partícula (D90) inferior a 500 nm, y son las responsables de conferir la propiedad antiestática al tejido impreso. El contenido de Sb203 en el Sn02 está comprendido entre 1 ,5% y 15% en peso respecto del total del peso de las partículas, preferiblemente entre 1 ,5% y 5%. El término “partículas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203” tal y como se utiliza en la presente invención se refiere a partículas cuyo componente principal es Sn02 al que se ha agregado una determinada cantidad de Sb203 mediante métodos físicos o químicos, resultando un nuevo material indivisible. A modo de ejemplo, 100 gramos de partículas de Sn02 dopado con un 5% en peso de Sb203 significa que el contenido en Sn02 en las partículas es de 95 gramos y el de Sb203 es de 5 gramos, donde las partículas son un material formado por ambos componentes que no se pueden separar. Adicionalmente, de acuerdo con la presente invención, las partículas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203 se obtienen mediante el método de síntesis que se selecciona del grupo que comprende reacción en estado sólido a una temperatura máxima comprendida entre 800 °C y 1400 °C, sol-gel, síntesis hidrotermal y coprecipitación.
La presente invención también comprende al menos un pigmento orgánico, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 4% y 10% y que se selecciona del grupo que comprende cían, azul cobalto, azul turquesa, violeta, magenta, rojo, amarillo, naranja, negro, blanco, verde, gris o mezcla de ellos.
El término “pigmento orgánico” tal y como se utiliza en la presente invención, se refiere a todo material insoluble en el medio de la tinta, de origen natural o sintético y caracterizado por comprender dobles enlaces, triples enlaces y/o grupos químicos orgánicos (amina, sulfona, cloro, hidroxilo, carboxilo, bromo, etc.) responsables de cambiar el color de la luz reflejada o transmitida como resultado de la absorción selectiva de longitud de onda, dando lugar a un determinado color. Ejemplos de pigmentos orgánicos, a título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, son pigmentos monoazoicos (pigmento yellow 1 , pigmento red 3, pigmento red 187, pigmento orange 36, etc.), pigmentos diazoicos (pigmento yellow 13, pigmento yellow 17, pigmento red 144, etc.), pigmentos basados en ftalocianinas (pigmento blue 15, pigmento blue 15:1 , pigmento green 7, pigmento green 36), pigmentos basados en isoindolinona, pigmentos basados en dioxazina, pigmentos antraquinónicos, pigmentos basados en quinacridona, pigmentos de perileno o mezcla de ellos.
Con el fin de fijar las partículas y pigmentos orgánicos al textil, es necesario incluir en la formulación de la tinta híbrida una resina. En este sentido, la presente invención comprende al menos una resina dispersable en agua y termocurable a una temperatura inferior a 170 °C, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 5% y 15%. La resina se selecciona del grupo que comprende resina uretánica con grupos poliéter, resina uretánica con grupos poliéster, resina uretánica con grupos policarbonato, resina acrílica o mezcla de ellas.
Las resinas dispersables en agua y termocurables pueden formularse directamente o utilizar resinas comerciales. Ejemplos de resinas comerciales, a título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, son Joncryl HPD, Joncryl 8985, Cromoelastic SE, Cromoelastic NI, Edolan SN y Edolan SE.
La tinta híbrida antiestática objeto de invención comprende también agua en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 20% y 35%. Adicionalmente, la tinta híbrida comprende un disolvente, soluble en agua, de la familia de los glicoles, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 20% y 60%. El disolvente soluble en agua se selecciona del grupo que comprende monoetilenglicol, monopropilenglicol, etilenglicol propil éter, 1 ,2,3-propanotriol, etilenglicol n-butil éter, dietilenglicol, dietilenglicol metil éter, dietilenglicol etil éter, dietilenglicol n-butil éter, trietilenglicol, trietilenglicol metil éter, trietilenglicol etil éter, trietilenglicol n-butil éter, tripropilenglicol metil éter, polietilenglicol, 2,3-butanodiol y 1 ,5-pentanodiol o mezcla de ellos.
El disolvente soluble en agua puede formularse directamente o utilizar productos comerciales. Ejemplos de disolventes comerciales, a título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, son Butyl Carbitol, Dipropylene Glycol, Dowanol DPnB Glycol Ether, Dowanol PPH Glycol Ether, Hexyl Carbitol y Butyl Cellosolve. El hecho de que la tinta híbrida contenga agua aporta una ventaja medioambiental frente a otras formulaciones basadas en hidrocarburos y disolventes apolares. Sin embargo, este medio líquido tan polar en formulaciones de tintas para inyección de DoD supone también una dificultad añadida a la hora de estabilizar simultáneamente las partículas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203, que son de naturaleza inorgánica, y los pigmentos orgánicos, de naturaleza orgánica. Tras la realización de numerosos ensayos experimentales se ha descubierto que mediante una óptima selección de la concentración de los dispersantes para ambos tipos de materiales se consigue la estabilización simultánea requerida. Para ello, la composición de tinta híbrida comprende:
• Al menos un dispersante para partículas inorgánicas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,1% y 5%, Ejemplos de dispersantes para partículas inorgánicas, a título enunciativo, pero no limitativo,
son sal de poliacrilato, copolímero de acrilato, alcóxidos, derivados de ácido graso modificado no iónico, sal de ácido carboxílico, poliéter fosfórico, sal de ácido policarboxílico o mezcla de ellos.
Los dispersantes para partículas inorgánicas pueden formularse directamente o utilizar productos comerciales tales como Solsperse 40000, Solsperse W320,
Solsperse 43000, Disperbyk 184, Disperbyk 185, Disperbyk 190, Tego Dispers 740W y Tego Dispers 760, Joncryl 57, Joncryl 60, Joncryl 63.
• Al menos un dispersante para pigmentos orgánicos, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta, comprendido entre el 0,16% y el 12%. Cuando se utilicen en la composición concentrados de pigmento orgánico ya dispersado, dichos concentrados se seleccionan con un porcentaje en peso respecto del peso total de pigmento orgánico, comprendido entre 4% y 120%. Ejemplos de dispersante para pigmentos orgánicos, a título enunciativo, pero no limitativo, son copolímero con grupos afines a pigmentos orgánicos, disolución de dipropilenglicolmonometil éter y copolímeros de alto peso molecular con grupos afines a pigmentos orgánicos, disolución de 2-metil-2H-isotiazol-3-ona y copolímeros de alto peso molecular con grupos afines a pigmentos orgánicos, copolímero basado en sales de amonio cuaternario, disolución alcohólica de copolímero con grupos afines a pigmentos orgánicos o mezcla de ellos. Los dispersantes para pigmentos orgánicos pueden formularse directamente o utilizar productos comerciales tales como Disperbyk 192, Disperbyk 199, Solsperse 47000, Solsperse 27000, Solsperse 20000 y Solsperse 54000.
Adicionalmente la tinta híbrida objeto de invención también comprende en su formulación al menos un humectante en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,05% y 1%. El humectante se selecciona del grupo que comprende mezcla de éteres con glicol de polietileno-polipropileno con éter monobencílico y alcoholes C8-C10, copolímero de poliéter polisiloxano, surfactantes aniónicos, surfactantes no iónicos o mezcla de ellos. Adicionalmente la tinta híbrida antiestática comprende al menos un antiespumante para evitar la formación de burbujas cuando se encuentra en el circuito de impresión y cuando se produce la impresión. El contenido de antiespumante está comprendido entre 0,05% y 1% del peso de la tinta, y se selecciona del grupo que comprende siliconas modificadas, polidimetilsiloxanos, derivados de aceite mineral, derivados de ácidos grasos o mezcla de ellos.
En una realización preferida de la presente invención, la tinta híbrida antiestática comprende: a. Partículas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 5% y 10%, con un tamaño de partícula (D90) inferior a 500 nm, donde el porcentaje de dopado de Sn02 está comprendido entre 1,5% y 15% en peso respecto del total del peso de las partículas, obtenidas mediante reacción en estado sólido a una temperatura máxima comprendida entre 800 °C y 1400 °C. La selección de la temperatura máxima depende del grado de dopado y de la tipología de horno industrial que se disponga. b. Al menos un pigmento orgánico en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 4% y 10% y que se selecciona del grupo que comprende cían, azul cobalto, azul turquesa, violeta, magenta, rojo, amarillo, naranja, negro, blanco, verde, gris o mezcla de ellos. c. Al menos una resina dispersable en agua y termocurable a una temperatura inferior a 170 °C en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 5% y 15%. d. Agua en un porcentaje en un peso de la tinta comprendido entre 20% y 35%. e. Un disolvente soluble en agua de la familia de los glicoles en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 20% y 60%. f. Al menos un dispersante para las partículas inorgánicas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,1% y 5%. g. Al menos un dispersante para pigmentos orgánicos en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre el 0,16% y el 12%. Cuando se utilicen en la composición concentrados de pigmento orgánico ya dispersado, dichos concentrados se seleccionan con un porcentaje en peso del dispersante respecto del peso total de pigmento orgánico comprendido entre 4% y 120%. h. Al menos un humectante en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,05% y 1%. i. Al menos un antiespumante en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,05% y 1%.
En la formulación de tintas para tecnología de inyección de tinta DoD es fundamental definir una serie de propiedades que aseguren su correcto comportamiento. En este sentido cabe destacar el valor de la viscosidad en función de la velocidad de cizalladura o derivada de la deformación transversal respecto del tiempo, tanto cuando la tinta base agua está prácticamente en reposo (velocidad de cizalladura a 10 s 1) como cuando se encuentra en movimiento en el circuito del equipo impresión (velocidad de cizalladura comprendido entre 100 s 1 y 1000 s 1). La medida de la velocidad de cizalladura se ha realizado con un reómetro de tipo cono-plato Antón Paar modelo MCR102. El procedimiento de medida consiste en colocar la tinta base agua en una placa horizontal calefactable. Posteriormente el cono baja y comienza a girar midiéndose el par de torsión. A partir del valor de par de torsión se calcula el valor de viscosidad a una determinada temperatura y velocidad de cizalladura. En este sentido la tinta base agua objeto de la presente invención se caracteriza por tener los siguientes valores de viscosidad a 40 °C en función de la velocidad de cizalladura: · Entre 3 cP y 20 cP a 10 S 1 de velocidad de cizalladura.
• Entre 3 cP y 20 cP a 100 s_1 de velocidad de cizalladura.
• Entre 6 cP y 20 cP a 1000 s 1 de velocidad de cizalladura.
En el campo de las tintas para inyección de tinta es habitual el uso de la unidad cegesimal centipoise (cP) donde 1 cP equivale a 0,001 Pa s en el Sistema Internacional de Unidades.
Otra propiedad fundamental de la tinta en el campo de la inyección de tinta DoD es la tensión superficial, puesto que asegura que la gota salga correctamente del cabezal de impresión y se deposite sobre el textil sin expandirse, lo que provocaría una pérdida de definición del motivo impreso. En este sentido la tinta híbrida antiestática objeto de invención se caracteriza por tener un valor de tensión superficial comprendido entre 15 mN/m y 35 mN/m.
Un método de medida habitual de la propiedad antiestática en el sector textil es la norma EN1149-3:2004. En este sentido, la composición de tinta híbrida antiestática objeto de invención se caracteriza por proporcionar al tejido impreso un tiempo de semi- disipación (t5o) menor de 4 segundos, cuando la cantidad de tinta depositada sobre dicho tejido es igual o superior a 5 g/m2. El tiempo de semi-disipación (t5o), se define como el tiempo que tarda en reducirse a la mitad la intensidad de campo eléctrico inducido al material textil sometido al ensayo. El procedimiento consiste en cargar el material textil a ensayar por efecto inductivo. Para ello, inmediatamente debajo de la muestra de ensayo,
que se mantiene horizontal, y sin que haga contacto con ella, se coloca un electrodo de campo. El electrodo de campo se somete bruscamente a una tensión alta. Si la muestra es conductora o contiene elementos conductores, se induce sobre la misma una carga de signo contrario a la del electrodo de campo. El campo eléctrico del electrodo de campo que incide sobre los elementos conductores no atraviesa la muestra de ensayo, y el campo eléctrico resultante se reduce de una forma que es característica del material sometido a ensayo. Este efecto se mide y registra por detrás de la muestra, mediante una sonda de medida de campo apropiada. El campo eléctrico resultante medido por la sonda de medida decrece a medida que la carga inducida sobre la muestra aumenta. Esta reducción de campo eléctrico se utiliza para determinar el tiempo de semi-disipación ( o).
Dado que la tinta híbrida antiestática objeto de invención tiene agua, puede ser necesaria la incorporación de conservantes que eviten el desarrollo de bacterias y otro tipo de microorganismos que degradan la composición. Por ello la tinta base agua de la presente invención puede comprender un conservante en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,05% y 0,1%, que se selecciona del grupo que comprende mezcla de 1 ,2-benciisotiazol-3-ona y 1 ,2-benciisotiazol-3(2H)-ona, 2-metil-2H-isotiazol-3- ona, bronopol, piritona de sodio, tetrametiol acetileno diurea o mezcla de ellos. FORMAS PREFERENTES DE REALIZACIÓN
Los siguientes ejemplos se proporcionan a título ilustrativo, y no se pretende que sean limitativos de la presente invención. Además, la presente invención cubre todas las posibles combinaciones de realizaciones particulares y preferidas aquí indicadas.
Las propiedades en cuanto a viscosidad y tensión superficial de cada una de las tintas híbridas antiestáticas se indican a continuación.
Las tintas híbridas antiestáticas 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 y 7 se aplicaron con un equipo de inyección de tinta DoD sobre tres tipos de tejidos, uno 100% algodón, otro 50% algodón y 50% poliéster y un tercero 100% poliéster. En cada tipo de tejido, cada tinta se imprimió sobre tres probetas de 300 mm de lado. En todos los casos, la cantidad de tinta
depositada en la probeta fue de 20 g/m2. Posteriormente cada probeta impresa se sometió a un tratamiento térmico a 160 °C durante 5 minutos.
Las probetas impresas y tratadas térmicamente se evaluaron tanto desde el punto de vista de rendimiento colorimétrico como de propiedad antiestática. El estudio colorimétrico se centró en determinar las coordenadas colorimétricas CieLa*b* utilizando un espectrofotómetro (Minolta o similar), con unas condiciones de iluminación y detección D65 de 10°. En cuanto a la medida de la propiedad electrostática, se midió el tiempo de semi-disipación t5o según la norma EN1149-3:2004.
A continuación, se muestra el valor medio de L, a* y b* obtenido a partir de las tres probetas de cada tipo de tejido y con cada tinta.
Claims
1. Una composición de tinta híbrida antiestática aplicable mediante tecnología por gota bajo demanda (DoD -drop-on-demand) de inyección de tinta del tipo que proporciona simultáneamente efecto cromático y propiedad antiestática sobre textil, y que comprende: a. Partículas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203, en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 5% y 10% y con un tamaño de partícula (D90) inferior a 500 nm. b. Al menos un pigmento orgánico en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 4% y 10% y que se selecciona del grupo que comprende cían, azul cobalto, azul turquesa, violeta, magenta, rojo, amarillo, naranja, negro, blanco, verde, gris o mezcla de ellos. c. Al menos una resina dispersable en agua y termocurable a temperaturas inferiores a 170 °C en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 5% y 15%. d. Agua en un porcentaje en un peso de la tinta comprendido entre 20% y 35%. e. Un disolvente soluble en agua de la familia de los glicoles en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 20% y 60%. f. Al menos un dispersante para partículas inorgánicas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203 en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,1% y 5%. g. Al menos un dispersante para pigmentos orgánicos en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,16% y 12%. h. Al menos un humectante en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,05% y 1%. i. Al menos un antiespumante en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,05% y 1%.
2. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según la reivindicación 1 donde el porcentaje de dopado de Sn02 está comprendido entre 1 ,5% y 15% en peso respecto del total del peso de las partículas, preferiblemente entre 1 ,5% y 5%.
3. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde el pigmento orgánico y el dispersante se utilizan en la forma de concentrados de pigmento orgánico ya dispersado con un porcentaje en peso de dispersante respecto del peso total de pigmento orgánico comprendido entre 4% y 120%.
4. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde los valores de viscosidad a 40 °C en función de la velocidad de cizalladura son: a. Entre 3 cP y 20 cP a 10 s_1 de velocidad de cizalladura. b. Entre 3 cP y 20 cP a 100 s 1 de velocidad de cizalladura. c. Entre 6 cP y 20 cP a 1000 s_1 de velocidad de cizalladura.
5. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde el valor de tensión superficial está comprendido entre 15 mN/m y 35 mN/m.
6. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde el tejido impreso presenta un tiempo de semi-disipación (t5o) menor de 4 segundos cuando la cantidad de tinta depositada sobre dicho tejido es igual o superior a 5 g/m2.
7. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde las partículas de Sn02 dopado con Sb203 se obtienen mediante el método de síntesis que se selecciona del grupo que comprende reacción en estado sólido a una temperatura máxima comprendida entre 800 °C y 1400 °C, sol-gel, síntesis hidrotermal y coprecipitación.
8. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde la resina dispersable en agua y termocurable se selecciona del grupo que comprende resina uretánica con grupos poliéter, resina uretánica con grupos poliéster, resina uretánica con grupos policarbonato, resina acrílica o mezcla de ellas.
9. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde el disolvente soluble en agua se selecciona del grupo que comprende monoetilenglicol, monopropilenglicol, etilenglicol propil éter, 1 ,2,3- propanotriol, etilenglicol n-butil éter, dietilenglicol, dietilenglicol metil éter, dietilenglicol etil éter, dietilenglicol n-butil éter, trietilenglicol, trietilenglicol metil éter, trietilenglicol etil éter, trietilenglicol n-butil éter, tripropilenglicol metil éter, polietilenglicol, 2,3-butanodiol, 1 ,5-pentanodiol o mezcla de ellos.
10. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde el humectante se selecciona del grupo que comprende mezcla de éteres con glicol de polietileno-polipropileno con éter monobencílico y alcoholes C8- C10, copolímero de poliéter polisiloxano, surfactantes aniónicos y surfactantes no iónicos o mezcla de ellos.
11. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde el antiespumante se selecciona del grupo que comprende siliconas modificadas, polidimetilsiloxanos, derivados de aceite mineral, derivados de ácidos grasos o mezcla de ellos.
12. La composición de tinta híbrida antiestática según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores donde la composición comprende un conservante en un porcentaje en peso de la tinta comprendido entre 0,05% y 0,1% y que se selecciona del grupo que comprende mezcla de 1,2-benciisotiazol-3-ona y 1 ,2-benciisotiazol-3(2H)-ona y 2- metil-2H-isotiazol-3-ona, bronopol, piritona de sodio y tetrametiol acetileno diurea o mezcla de ellos.
