背景技术
在安装空调室外机时,由于安装位置的限制,常常需要借助支架来将空调室外机安装在室外的墙体上。通常地,空调室外机1底部预先固定有支脚2,在支脚2的前端、后端各开设有一个安装孔(21、22),参考图1、图2所示,利用两个螺栓将支架与支脚2之间进行固定,这种螺栓连接方式安装效率低下,导致高空作业的危险性增加,且螺栓连接需要借助工具紧固,在拆卸以及再次安装过程中还会存在螺栓散落、丢失的问题。
此外,当支脚2上的两个安装孔(21、22)间距变化时,也需要对应改变支架的尺寸,因此,现有支架的通用性较低。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种空调室外机支架,以解决现有空调室外机支架通用性低以及与空调室外机的支脚之间连接不便的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种空调室外机支架,包括:
连墙杆;
支撑杆,由所述连墙杆向外延伸并可沿延伸方向伸缩;
卡扣,形成在所述支撑杆的上表面,用于卡装所述空调室外机的支脚的一端。
进一步地,所述支脚的一端沿所述支撑杆的延伸方向卡装于所述卡扣。
进一步地,所述卡扣包括:
壳体,形成有沿所述支撑杆的延伸方向延伸的卡槽;

本实用新型空调室外机支架,利用连墙杆固定在墙上,支撑杆由连墙杆向外延伸,利用支撑杆支撑空调室外机,由于在支撑杆上设置了卡扣,至少可将空调室外机底部支脚的一端进行卡装固定,有利于减少螺栓的使用,有助于简化安装过程、降低高空作业的时长。
此外,支撑杆能够沿延伸的方向伸缩,通过调整支撑杆的长度,可以适配不同的空调室外机支脚,通用性强,有利于降低空调室外机的安装成本。

实施例一
本实施例中卡扣33位于支撑杆32上远离连墙杆31的一端。
卡扣33位于支撑杆32的前端,利用卡扣33卡装支脚2的前端,能够简化支脚2的前端与支撑杆32之间的连接过程。
本实施例卡扣33包括壳体331、第一弹性体(附图未示出)以及按钮332,其中,壳体331限定出收容支脚2一端的卡槽3311,第一弹性体安装在壳体331的卡槽3311中,按钮332安装在壳体331的上端。
卡槽3311沿支撑杆32的延伸方向延伸,卡槽3311的入口朝向连墙杆31,在将支脚2的前端向前推入卡槽3311内时,第一弹性体卡入支脚2的前端的安装孔21中,支脚2的前端与卡扣33之间完成卡装配合。

本实施例支撑杆32包括第一管体321、第二管体322,采用少量的管体插装配合有助于确保支撑杆32的结构强度。
具体地,第一管体321、第二管体322均采用抗弯性好、承载力高的矩形管制成。
为了加固支撑杆32与连墙杆31之间的连接,在第一管体321与连墙杆31之间连接有加强斜撑4。设置的加强斜撑4,也有助于提高支架3的承载力。
第二管体322插装在第一管体321中,第一管体321、第二管体322之间形成卡装结构,利用卡装结构能够将支撑杆32保持在所需的长度。
卡装结构包括第一管体321上形成的多组卡孔3211以及第二管体322上形成的第二弹性体3221,第二弹性体3221与卡孔3211卡装配合,以限制第一管体321与第二管体322之间的相对运动。

多组卡孔3211沿支撑杆32的延伸方向间隔布置,利用第二弹性体3221与不同的卡孔3211进行卡装配合,可以确保支撑杆32能够根据实际需要固定在不同的长度。
为了提高固定效果,每组卡孔3211沿第一管体321的宽度方向间隔布置有三个。
如图3所示,卡扣33具体设置在第二管体322远离第一管体321的一端,由于第二管体322插入在第一管体321中,第二管体322的上表面低于第一管体321的上表面,为了引导支脚2的前端进入卡扣33的卡槽3311中,本实施例在第二管体322的上表面形成有导向斜面,导向斜面朝向卡槽3311的方向斜向上延伸。
在将支脚2固定在支架3的过程中,可先调整第一管体321、第二管体322之间的相对位置,确保支撑杆32与所需固定的支脚2相适配,之后,将安装有支脚2的空调室外机1放置在支撑杆32上,向前推动空调室外机1,使得支脚2的前端卡入卡扣33内,再之后,将支脚2的后端螺栓连接于第一管体321。
具体地,在第一管体321上形成有沿支撑杆32延伸方向延伸的条形安装孔(附图未示出),利用条形安装孔将支脚2的后端螺栓固定在第一管体321上。
本实施例支架3将支脚2的前端固定在远离连墙杆31的一端,在伸缩支撑杆32时,不仅可适配不同的支脚2,还能够调节空调室外机1与墙体之间的间距,有利于适应性地调整空调室外机1与墙体之间的散热空间。当散热问题得到改善后,还有助于提升空调的制冷效率以及使用周期。
实施例二
本实施例中在支撑杆32的两端各设置一个卡扣33。
在将支脚2固定在支架3的过程中,可先将支撑杆32伸出至最大的长度,在将支脚2的一端卡入支撑杆32一端的卡扣33上后,收缩支撑杆32,使得支撑杆32另一端的卡扣33朝向支脚2的另一端靠近,在将支脚2的另一端卡入支撑杆32另一端的卡扣33上后,便完成了支脚2与支架3之间的连接。
安装人员可根据实际情况,先安装支脚2的前端或后端。
本实施例支脚2的前端、后端均通过卡装进行固定,无需采用螺栓,相比实施例一,能够进一步提高安装效率。
实施例三
本实施例中卡扣33设置在支撑杆32上邻近连墙杆31的一端。
卡扣33位于支撑杆32的后端,利用卡扣33卡装支脚2的后端,能够简化支脚2的后端与支撑杆32之间的连接过程。
在将支脚2固定在支架3的过程中,可先调整支撑杆32的长度,确保支撑杆32与所需固定的支脚2适配,之后,将安装有支脚2的空调室外机1放置在支撑杆32上,向后推动空调室外机1,使得支脚2的后端卡入卡扣33内,再之后,利用螺栓将支脚2的前端与支撑杆32螺栓连接。
本实施例中支脚2的前端与支撑杆32之间螺栓连接,每个支脚2仅采用一个螺栓,减少了螺栓的使用量,有利于加快安装过程。
由于支脚2的前端远离墙体,相比位于空调室外机1与墙体之间的支脚2的后端,螺栓连接时不受空间限制,更能方便安装人员进行操作,因此,本实施例相比实施例一,也能够进一步提高安装效率。
实施例四
基于上述各实施例中的空调室外机支架,本实施例中还提供了一种空调室外机,其包括支脚以及上述任一实施例中的支架。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,所述支脚的一端沿所述支撑杆的延伸方向卡装于所述卡扣。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括:
    壳体,形成有沿所述支撑杆的延伸方向延伸的卡槽;
    第一弹性体,形成在所述卡槽中,在所述支脚的一端进入所述卡槽时,所述第一弹性体卡入所述支架的安装孔中;
    按钮,形成在所述壳体上,按压所述按钮时,所述按钮推动所述第一弹性体退出所述支架的安装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,所述卡扣位于远离所述连墙杆的一端,和/或所述卡扣位于邻近所述连墙杆的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括:
    第一管体,形成有多组卡孔,多组所述卡孔沿所述支撑杆的延伸方向间隔布置;
    第二管体,插装于所述第一管体,所述第二管体形成有与所述卡孔卡装配合的第二弹性体。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,所述第一管体与所述连墙杆之间连接有加强斜撑。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,所述第一管体、第二管体为矩形管。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,每组所述卡孔沿所述第一管体的宽度方向间隔布置有多个。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室外机支架,其特征在于,所述第一管体形成有条形安装孔,所述条形安装孔沿所述支撑杆的延伸方向延伸。
  10. 一种空调室外机,包括支脚,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的空调室外机支架。
