Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un dispositif mis en oeuvre pour commander un appareil ménager. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à communiquer avec un terminal portable d'un utilisateur qui ne se trouve pas dans un environnement domestique, et à obtenir des informations relatives aux habitudes comportementales actuelles de l'utilisateur (S101) ; s'il est déterminé que les informations relatives aux habitudes comportementales actuelles satisfont des conditions définies, à commander alors un ou plusieurs appareils ménagers destinés à être commandés dans l'environnement domestique afin de les faire fonctionner (S102). Ainsi, en fonction des informations relatives aux habitudes comportementales de l'utilisateur, l'appareil ménager est télécommandé de manière active sans que cela nécessite la participation active de l'utilisateur, ce qui améliore l'intelligence et la flexibilité de la domotique à distance.
