另外,市面上大部分按摩椅椅架的姿态调节都是通过两边双导轨的设计来实现的,如图1所示,61和71即为两边双导轨设计,在设计和加工上需要控制单边两根导轨的形位偏差,以及两边导轨的宽度偏差,才能保证运动结构的稳定性,所以在加工制造过程中有一定的难度和要求。有鉴于此,特提出本申请。
技术问题
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足而提出一种按摩椅,从而实现在实现椅架零重力和零靠墙的前提下,通过两边单导轨的设计,简化按摩椅椅架结构,达到改善加工工艺,降低成本,提高椅架稳定性的效果。
技术解决方案

如图1、图6、图7所示,所述底座1上设置有导轨11,所述椅架2上设置有滚轮21,所述滚轮21可滚动的设置于所述导轨11中,具体地,椅架2的两侧均设置有摆杆22,滚轮21通过销轴安装在摆杆22上,使得整个椅架2在滚轮21的滚动下在导轨11中移动;所述导轨11包括下滑段111、水平段112和上升段113,所述下滑段111第一端高于所述下滑段111第二端,所述下滑段111第二端与所述水平段112第一端连接,所述上升段113第二端高于所述上升段113第一端,所述上升端113第一端与所述水平段112第二端连接,所述上升段113第二端高于所述下滑段111第一端。

如图7所示,具体地,该底座1上的导轨11在轨迹上分为三段,第一段下滑段111能够增加椅架2初始运动时的稳定性,第二段水平段112为了让椅架2前移动作的具备足够的行程,从而实现完全零靠墙,第三段上升段113让椅架2有倒背动作,能够让椅架2实现零重力姿态。其中,第一段下滑段111为弧形段,相对该水平段的倾斜角度范围为3-10度,这样就可以在重力和推杆3的拉力下给椅架2前滑一个需要的初始作用力,且为了使椅架2不会晃动,所以倾斜角度不能小于3度,同时,倾斜角度也不能大于10°,大于10°倒背时椅架2会与墙体干涉,失去完全零靠墙的效果。相比于现有导轨在椅架前滑时未提供初始作用力,使得增加了推杆的拉力,推杆的使用寿命也降低,本实施例由于具有初始作用力,充分利用了重力的影响,减少了推杆的拉力,提高了推杆的使用寿命。
按摩椅倒背动作实现完全零靠墙的运动过程可以分解为倒背动作和前移动作,通过两种动作的配合实现完全零靠墙。在本实用新型实施例中倒背动作的实现:按摩椅坐姿状态到零重力姿态,通常需要倒背20-35度,第一段下滑段111角度设定需满足3-10度,所以第三段上升段113角度根据第一段下滑段111以及设定的角度进行调整,本实施例中,设为与水平段的倾斜角度范围为17-25度,而总体角度变化总值应满足20-35度。前移动作的实现:第一段下滑段111的水平距离根据椅架2靠背长度及初始角度所定义,为前后靠背角度的余弦值之差,本提案的距离满足42mm-134mm,同时为了让椅架2有零靠墙的效果,第二段水平段112的长度应接近于椅架2上前后滚轮21之间的距离,第二段水平段112和第三段上升段113的水平距离总和应为400mm-540mm。倒背动作的实现:由于所述上升段113相对所述水平段112倾斜,使得所述椅架被推动的上升段113处时,所述椅架调整到倒背状态。需要说明的是,所述水平段112的长度设置使得所述椅架倒背前及倒背后距离椅架后方的任意墙面的最小值不变。具体可参见,如图3为按摩椅初始状态示意图,如图4为按摩椅前移状态示意图,如图5为按摩椅倒背状态示意图。
进一步地,在一个实例中,所述椅架2上设置有按摩机芯(图中未示出),用于人体按摩。
也就是说,本实用新型实施例通过两边单导轨实现椅架的调节,在实现零重力和完全零靠墙的前提下,使得按摩椅椅架结构更加简单,运动更加稳定,且能够达到改善加工工艺,降低成本的效果。
