- 根据权利要求17所述的核心网设备,其中,所述第一设备为远端核心网设备;所述核心网设备还包括存储模块;所述接收模块,还用于接收所述远端核心网设备发送的所述中继UE的标识信息和远端UE的标识信息;所述存储模块,用于将所述接收模块接收的所述第一状态指示信息和所述远端UE的标识信息存储至所述中继UE的上下文。
- 根据权利要求17所述的核心网设备,其中,所述第一设备为所述中继UE或所述中继UE的接入网设备;所述核心网设备还包括删除模块;所述接收模块,还用于接收所述第一设备发送的所述第一状态指示信息之后,接收所述第一设备发送的第二状态指示信息,所述第二状态指示信息用于确定解除不发起所述中继UE的NAS信令连接释放过程的限制;所述删除模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述第二状态指示信息,从所述中继UE的上下文中删除所述第一状态指示信息。
- 根据权利要求22所述的核心网设备,其中,所述第二状态指示信息包括第三指示信息和第四指示信息中的至少一项;其中,所述第三指示信息指示所述中继UE完成所述UE-to-network relay通信,或指示所述UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放;所述第四指示信息指示所述中继UE完成所述紧急业务的UE-to-network relay通信,或指示所述紧急业务的UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放。
- 根据权利要求17所述的核心网设备,其中,所述第一设备为远端核心网设备;所述核心网设备还包括删除模块和确定模块;所述接收模块,还用于在接收所述第一设备发送的所述第一状态指示信息之后,接收所述第一设备发送的第三状态指示信息,所述第三状态指示信息用于确定是否解除不发起所述中继UE的NAS信令连接释放过程的限制;所述删除模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收的所述第三状态指示信息,从所述中继UE的上下文中删除第一远端UE对应的第一状态指示信息;所述确定模块,用于在所述删除模块删除所述第一远端UE对应的第一状态指示信息之后,在所述中继UE的上下文中还包括其它远端UE对应的第一状态指示信息的情况下,确定不解除不发起所述中继UE的NAS信令连接释放过程的限制;在所述中继UE的上下文中不包括其它远端UE对应的第一状态指示信息的情况下,确定解除不发起所述中继UE的NAS 信令连接释放过程的限制。
- 根据权利要求24所述的核心网设备,其中,所述第三状态指示信息包括第五指示信息和第六指示信息中的至少一项;其中,所述第五指示信息指示所述中继UE与所述第一远端UE完成UE-to-network relay通信,或指示所述中继UE与所述第一远端UE的UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放;所述第六指示信息指示所述中继UE与所述第一远端UE完成紧急业务的UE-to-network relay的通信,或指示所述中继UE与所述第一远端UE的紧急业务的UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放。
- 一种设备,所述设备为第一设备,所述第一设备包括发送单元;所述发送单元,用于向中继核心网设备发送第一状态指示信息,所述第一状态指示信息包括第一指示信息和第二指示信息中的至少一项,所述第一指示信息指示中继用户设备UE进行UE到网络中继UE-to-network relay通信,所述第二指示信息指示中继UE进行紧急业务的UE-to-network relay通信;其中,所述第一状态指示信息用于确定不发起所述中继UE的非接入层NAS信令连接释放过程。
- 根据权利要求26所述的设备,其中,所述第一设备为所述中继UE或所述中继UE的接入网设备;所述第一设备还包括接收单元;所述接收单元,用于在所述发送单元向中继核心网设备发送第一状态指示信息之前,接收所述中继核心网设备发送的释放请求消息,所述释放请求消息用于请求释放所述中继UE的NAS信令连接;其中,所述第一状态指示信息包括所述第二指示信息。
- 根据权利要求26所述的设备,其中,所述第一设备为远端核心网设备;所述第一设备还包括接收单元;所述接收单元,用于在所述发送单元向中继核心网设备发送第一状态指示信息之前,接收远端UE发送的所述第一状态指示信息和所述中继UE的标识信息;所述发送单元,还用于向所述中继核心网设备发送所述中继UE的标识信息和所述远端UE的标识信息。
- 根据权利要求26所述的设备,其中,所述第一设备为中继UE或所述中继UE的接入网设备;所述发送单元,还用在向中继核心网设备发送第一状态指示信息之后,向所述中继核心网设备发送第二状态指示信息,所述第二状态指示信息用于确定解除不发起所述中继UE的NAS信令连接释放过程的限制。
- 根据权利要求29所述的设备,其中,所述第二状态指示信息包括第三指示信息和第四指示信息中的至少一项;其中,所述第三指示信息指示所述中继UE完成所述UE-to-network relay通信,或指示所述UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放;所述第四指示信息指示所述中继UE完成所述紧急业务的UE-to-network relay通信,或指示所述紧急业务的UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放。
- 根据权利要求26所述的设备,其中,所述第一设备为远端核心网设备;所述发送单元,还用于在向所述中继核心网设备发送所述第一状态指示信息之后,向所述中继核心网设备发送第三状态指示信息,所述第三状态指示信息用于确定是否解除不发起所述中继UE的NAS信令连接释放过程的限制。
- 根据权利要求31所述的设备,其中,所述第三状态指示信息包括第五指示信息和第六指示信息中的至少一项;其中,所述第五指示信息指示所述中继UE与第一远端UE完成UE-to-network relay通信,或指示所述中继UE与所述第一远端UE的UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放;所述第六指示信息指示所述中继UE与第一远端UE完成紧急业务的UE-to-network relay的通信,或指示所述中继UE与所述第一远端UE的紧急业务的UE-to-network relay通信的连接已释放。
- 一种核心网设备,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或所述指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的状态指示方法的步骤。
- 一种设备,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或所述指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求10至16中任一项所述的状态指示方法的步骤。
- 一种通信系统,包括如权利要求17至25中任一项所述的核心网设备,以及如权利要求26至32中任一项所述的设备;或者,所述通信系统包括如权利要求33所述的核心网设备,以及如权利要求34所述的设备。
- 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至16中任一项所述的状态指示方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1-16中任一项所述的状态指示方法。
