可选地,第一安装部110为贯穿外沿140的第一安装孔,第二安装部120为贯穿外沿140的第二安装孔,第三安装部130为贯穿外沿140的第三安装孔,安装孔结构简单,装配简便,且可靠性高,使用成本低。此外,第一安装部110、第二安装部120和第三安装部130均形成为安装孔,也便于将第一安装部110、第二安装部120和第三安装部130中的两者或者三者集中在一组安装结构中进行使用。
假如相邻的安装孔之间的距离过小,可能导致基座100的强度无法满足使用需求,因此,可选地,参见图3至图6,每个所述安装连接区域内的所述第一安装孔、所述第二安装孔和所述第三安装孔中的至少两者连通,使得两个或者三个安装孔集成为一个异形孔,减少基座100上的开孔数量,提高基座100的强度。
但是,将安装孔中的两个或者三个集成为一个异形孔可能会影响安装结构的稳定性和可靠性,插在安装孔中的螺纹连接件、销钉、限位柱等连接件容易产生错位和晃动,因此,在布置空间充足的情况下,参见图1至图2,每个所述安装连接区域内的所述第一安装孔、所述第二安装孔和所述第三安装孔中的任意两者均间隔设置。
外沿140的具体结构可根据实际需要进行适当的设计,可选地,外沿140为板状外沿,电机本体200包括动力输出轴210,所述板状外沿的厚度方向与动力输出轴210的轴线方向一致,有助于减小电机的体积,减小电机所需 的布置空间,有助于家用电器朝向更小更薄的方向发展。
可选地,第一安装部110为贯穿外沿140的第一安装孔,第二安装部120为贯穿外沿140的第二安装孔,第三安装部130为贯穿外沿140的第三安装孔,所述第一安装孔的轴线、所述第二安装孔的轴线和所述第三安装孔的轴线均与所述动力输出轴的轴线方向一致,便于电机的安装固定。
可选地,外沿140包括至少两个围绕电机本体200设置的凸缘141,相邻的两个凸缘141间隔设置,每个凸缘141包括一个安装连接区域,进一步有助于工作人员在装配过程中快速找准安装结构,并且间隔设置的凸缘141还能够节约电机的制造材料,减轻电机的重量,降低电机的制造成本。
可选地,参见图7和图8,凸缘141包括至少两个子凸缘141a,每个子凸缘141a设置有第一安装部110、第二安装部120和第三安装部130中的至少一者。在第一安装部110、第二安装部120和第三安装部130之间的间隔较大时,可采用使得凸缘141包括两个或三个子凸缘141a的方式,相邻的子凸缘141a之间设置间隙,从而可进一步节约电机的制造材料,减轻电机的重量,降低电机的制造成本,同时,间隙也有利于在安装过程中发挥较好地避让作用。
相邻的两个凸缘141之间的间隙的形状可根据设计需要进行适当的设计,例如,扇形,可选地,相邻的两个凸缘141之间形成条状间隙150,有助于电机的快速散热,以及便于电机的搬运移动。
上述至少两组安装结构中所包括的安装部的数量、类型可根据实际需要进行适当的选择,例如,第一组安装结构包括一个第一安装部110和一个第二安装部120,第二组安装结构包括两个第一安装部110;或者第一组安装结构包括三个第一安装部110,第二组安装结构包括三个第二安装部120。
可选地,一个第一安装部110与多个第二安装部120和/或多个第三安装部130形成第一组安装结构,或者,一个第二安装部120与多个第一安装部110和/或多个第三安装部130形成第二组安装结构,或者,一个第三安装部 130与多个第一安装部110和/或多个第二安装部120形成第三组安装结构,每组安装结构均包括至少三个安装部,从而可进一步提高安装结构的稳定性和可靠性。
可选地,多个第一安装部110形成第一组安装结构,多个第二安装部120形成第二组安装结构,多个第三安装部130形成第三组安装结构,每组安装结构包括类型相同的多个安装部,便于电机的装配。
本发明实施例还提供一种家用电器,该家用电器包括根据上文所述的电机,所述电机具有较高的通用性,从而减少对家用电器中用于安装电机的安装基础的限制,便于家用电器的设计制造,并且便于家用电器中的后续维护,降低家用电器的维护成本。
本发明实施例公开的家用电器的可以是浴霸、凉霸、电风扇等配置有电机的家用电器,当然,本发明实施例不限制家用电器的具体种类。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种家用电器的电机,其中,包括基座(100)和设置于所述基座(100)上的电机本体(200),所述基座(100)设置有多个安装部,多个所述安装部围绕所述电机本体(200)设置,多个所述安装部形成至少两组安装结构,任意两组所述安装结构的分布位置不相同,每组所述安装结构均可实现所述电机独立安装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电机,其中,多个所述安装部包括多个第一安装部(110)、多个第二安装部(120)和多个第三安装部(130)中的至少两者,每组所述安装结构包括所述第一安装部(110)、所述第二安装部(120)和所述第三安装部(130)中的至少一者,各组所述安装结构形成的安装距离不同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电机,其中,所述基部(100)包括外沿(140),所述外沿(140)凸出于所述电机本体(200)的边缘,所述外沿(140)包括至少两个围绕所述电机本体(200)设置的安装连接区域,相邻的两个所述安装连接区域间隔设置,每个所述安装连接区域均设置有所述第一安装部(110)、所述第二安装部(120)和所述第三安装部(130)中的至少一者。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电机,其中,每个所述安装连接区域均设置有一个所述第一安装部(110)、一个所述第二安装部(120)和一个所述第三安装部(130)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电机,其中,在每个所述安装连接区域内,所述第一安装部(110)的中心与所述第二安装部(120)的中心的连线为第一 直线,所述第二安装部(120)的中心与发所述第三安装部(130)的中心的连线为第二直线,所述第一直线与所述第二直线相交。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电机,其中,所述第一安装部(110)为贯穿所述外沿(140)的第一安装孔,所述第二安装部(120)为贯穿所述外沿(140)的第二安装孔,所述第三安装部(130)为贯穿所述外沿(140)的第三安装孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电机,其中,每个所述安装连接区域内的所述第一安装孔、所述第二安装孔和所述第三安装孔中的至少两者连通。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电机,其中,所述外沿(140)为板状外沿,所述电机本体(200)包括动力输出轴(210),所述板状外沿的厚度方向与所述动力输出轴(210)的轴线方向一致。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电机,其中,所述第一安装部(110)为贯穿所述外沿(140)的第一安装孔,所述第二安装部(120)为贯穿所述外沿(140)的第二安装孔,所述第三安装部(130)为贯穿所述外沿(140)的第三安装孔,所述第一安装孔的轴线、所述第二安装孔的轴线和所述第三安装孔的轴线均与所述动力输出轴的轴线方向一致。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电机,其中,所述外沿(140)包括至少两个围绕所述电机本体(200)设置的凸缘(141),相邻的两个所述凸缘(141)间隔设置,每个所述凸缘(141)包括一个安装连接区域。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电机,其中,所述凸缘(141)包括至少两 个子凸缘(141a),每个所述子凸缘(141a)设置有所述第一安装部(110)、第二安装部(120)和所述第三安装部(130)中的至少一者。
  12. 根据权利要求2所述的电机,其中,一个所述第一安装部(110)与多个所述第二安装部(120)和/或多个所述第三安装部(130)形成第一组安装结构,或者,一个所述第二安装部(120)与多个所述第一安装部(110)和/或多个所述第三安装部(130)形成第二组安装结构,或者,一个所述第三安装部(130)与多个所述第一安装部(110)和/或多个所述第二安装部(120)形成第三组安装结构。
  13. 根据权利要求2所述的电机,其中,多个所述第一安装部(110)形成第一组安装结构,多个所述第二安装部(120)形成第二组安装结构,多个所述第三安装部(130)形成第三组安装结构。
  14. 一种家用电器,其中,包括权利要求1-13中任一项所述的电机。
