第一、第二摆杆,二者通过转轴铰接并装设在框体内,且所述第一、第二摆杆呈一定角度设置;所述第一摆杆的另一端抵靠于第二滑轨;
第一弹性体,其设于第二滑轨与第二摆杆之间,且一端固定于框体,另一端作用在第二摆杆底部,以使第二摆杆与第二滑轨形成供活动件穿过的间距;
第二滑轨,其设于框体内,且与第一滑轨平行设置;所述第二滑轨具有倾斜面,该倾斜面沿开门方向向上倾斜延伸;
连接件,其与滑轮组件相接;该连接件具有垂直于第一轨道的导向部,该导向部供活动块贯穿且滑动;
其中,驱动所述门体开门,与之连接的连接件随之运动,其上活动块沿第一摆杆上移且越过转轴朝向第二摆杆方向运动,所述活动块通过自重和/或外部加载力作用于第二摆杆及第二滑轨的倾斜面移动,以联动门体自动位移。
进一步地,所述活动块的重力大于第一弹性体的作用力。
进一步地,还包括一加载件,其设置于框体内;该加载件作用于活动块,以使所述活动块在第一、第二摆杆及第二滑轨上依序循环位移。
进一步地,所述加载件包括一卷簧及第一牵引绳,该卷簧的内端滑轮组件固接,卷簧的外端通过牵引绳与活动块下表面相接;其中,当所述滑轮组件沿第一滑轨往开门方向移动时,带动卷簧的内端不断绕紧的同时,所述牵引绳拉动活动块压抵且沿第一、第二摆杆滑动;当所述滑轮组件沿第二滑轨往关门方向移动时,所述滑轮组件反向转动,以使所述卷簧外端反向转动。
进一步地,所述加载件为第一弹簧,该第一弹簧套设于连接件上的导向部,且该弹簧的一端作用于框体的内顶面,另一端顶持于活动块上端。
进一步地,所述加载件包括第二弹簧及第二牵引绳,所述第二弹簧平行于第一滑轨设置, 且其一端固定于框体侧部,另一端与第二牵引绳相接;所述第二牵引绳的另一端与活动块下表面固定。
进一步地,所述第一滑轨和/或第二滑轨上还开设有一限位槽,该限位槽供所述滑轮组件的滚轮和/或活动块置入限位。
进一步地,所述滑轮组件包括第一、第二滑轮组,二者依序朝开门方向间隔装设于门体上;所述第一、第二滑轮组分别包括第一、第二滚轮及第一、第二滚轮座,所述第一、第二滚轮分别装设于第一、第二滚轮座上;其中,所述开关门组件装设于第二滚轮座。
进一步地,还包括一缓冲件,其装设于第一滚轮座上;该缓冲件包括外壳、抵推杆及第二弹性体,所述第二弹性体与抵推杆装设于外壳,且所述第二弹性体的两端分别作用于外壳的内壁与抵推杆的一端;其中,所述缓冲件随滑轮组件反向运动,带动抵推杆的另一端抵于框体的侧壁。
由上述对本发明的描述可知,相对于现有技术,本发明具有的如下有益效果:
本发明所述的提供一种移门装置,其结构简单、制作简便且易实现,通过机械式开关门组件同时实现两个功能,第一在开门过程中利用第一摆杆与活动块配合,实现只需使用者施加较小作用力,且手动施力开门距离小,即能实现开门,无需用手向开门方向拉动很大距离,也能实现全程开启的效果;与此同时,无需再次施力拉动门体关门,门体通过第二滑轨自动关闭,实现电动式移门的效果;更重要的是,此方案的结构极其简单、部件少,采用最优的布局,故用户也能自行装配,更适用于电商销售,无需专业人员及专业工具来实现装配,适用范围更广,集成了机械式移门及电动式移门的优点,使用非常方便。

参见图1至图5,一种移门装置,该移门装置主要用于各建筑物,如商场、办公楼、及居民楼内厨房门、淋浴房门、阳台隔断门等;本发明所述的移门装置不仅结构简单,使用方便以外,同时解决现今机械式平移门体的缺陷,且具有电动式移门结构的优点,现列举4个实施例具体说明;
实施例一,参见图1至图5,
本发明以所述移门装置运用于淋浴房举例,其包括门体1、框体2及滑轮组件3,
所述门体1通过滑轮组件3吊挂于框体2上的第一滑轨20滑动;
所述框体2包括上、下、左、右框体21、22、23、24,当然也可以只有上、下两框体21、22,左右框体23、24为浴室墙体;
所述滑轮组件3包括第一、第二滑轮组31、32,二者依序朝开门方向间隔装设于门体1上;所述第一、第二滑轮组31、32分别包括第一、第二滚轮310、320及第一、第二滚轮座311、321,所述第一、第二滚轮310、320分别装设于第一、第二滚轮座311、321上;其中,第一、第二滚轮310、320吊趟于第一滑轨20内滑动;所述开关门组件4装设于第二滚轮座321;
开关门组件4,包括第一、第二摆杆41、42、第一弹性体43、第二滑轨44、连接件45及活动块46;
第一、第二摆杆41、42,二者通过转轴47铰接,且该转轴47垂直于框体2的侧壁装设,而第一、第二摆杆41、42的另一端皆为自由端,故第一、第二摆杆41、42向下垂,以使第一、第二摆杆41、42呈一定角度设置;这里的呈一定角度优选大于120°;
第一弹性体43,其设于第二滑轨44与第二摆杆42之间,且一端固定于框体2,另一端作用在第二摆杆42底部,以使第二摆杆42与第二滑轨44形成供活动件穿过的间距;需说明的是,本实施例的第一弹性体43以扭簧举例,该扭簧43的一端固定在框体2的侧壁,另一端顶持在第二摆杆42的下表面,通过扭簧43顶抵,使得第二摆杆42下表面与第二滑轨44之间形成一条供活动块46穿过的通道48;
第二滑轨44,其设于框体2内,且与第一滑轨20平行设置,这里的平行设置可以在同 一水平面的平行设置,也可以是空间错位的平行设置;所述第二滑轨44面对第二摆杆42的一面具有倾斜面440,该倾斜面440沿开门方向向上倾斜延伸;需说明的是,该第二滑轨44只需通过螺钉锁定在框体2的侧壁上即可完成装配;
连接件45,其与滑轮组件3的第二滚轮座321相接;该连接件45具有垂直于第一轨道20的导向部450,该导向部450供活动块46贯穿且滑动;
加载件6,其设置于框体2内;该加载件6作用于活动块46,以使所述活动块46在第一、第二摆杆41、42及第二滑轨44上依序循环位移;所述加载件6包括一卷簧61及第一牵引绳62,该卷簧61的内端滑轮组件3固接,卷簧61的外端通过牵引绳与活动块46下表面相接;
其中,驱动所述门体1开门,与之连接的连接件45随之运动,其上活动块46沿第一摆杆41上移且越过转轴47朝向第二摆杆42方向运动,所述活动块46通过自重和/或外部加载力作用于第二摆杆42及第二滑轨44的倾斜面440移动,以联动门体1自动开关;
实际使用时,用户的手握持住门体1上的把手,向开门方向位移,需说明的是,用户只需施力拉动的距离为活动块46在第一摆杆41上滑动的距离;具体为,拉动门体1位移时,所述第一、第二滚轮310、320沿第一滑轨20滑移(这里的第一、第二滚轮310、320始终在第一滑轨20上滑移);而与第二滚轮座321连接的门体1组件中的连接件45带动活动块46也向开门方向移动,此时的活动块46在移动过程中是沿第一摆杆41移动的,由于活动块46与连接件45的导向部450是相对滑动的,故活动块46在第一摆杆41滑动时向开门方向倾斜向上运动,故用户需要施力拉过这一距离,随后活动块46越过转轴47,进入到第二摆杆42,所述活动块46向下压第二摆杆42,活动块46的重力与向下的加载力大于扭簧43的作用力,故活动块46沿着向开门方向斜向下倾斜的第二摆杆42滑移(这里需说明下,在往开门方向移动时,所述卷簧61的内端与第一滚轮310的轴或者其他部件连接,在第一滚轮310转动时,内端被卷绕,使得外端不断的转动绕进,联动与外端连接的第一牵引绳62也同样绕设,进而拉动活动向下运动),故,用户施力的距离即为活动块46起始位置至铰接第一、第二摆杆41、42的转轴47之间的距离,越过转轴47后即可松开手,无需施力而门体1还能继续向开门方向运动;
直至所述活动块46从第二摆杆42边缘落下,落到第二滑轨44上;此时第二摆杆42上 已经没有活动块46的重力及卷簧61的加载力,通过扭簧43件其顶起恢复原始状态;第二摆杆42向上翘起,使得第二摆杆42的下表面与第二滑轨44形成供活动块46穿过的通道48,该活动块46通过第二滑轨44的倾斜面440反向移动,进而带动第二滚轮320反向移动,所述卷簧61也反向转动松开,活动块46不再具有向下拉动的加载力,随后活动块46运动置第一摆杆41下方,并撞击第一摆杆41的自由端,最终越过第一摆杆41回到原始位置;
上述活动块46从第一、第二摆杆41、42及第二滑轨44依序循环滑移,以实现半自动开门及自动关门的功能;
需说明的是,为了防止自动关门时产生过度撞击,本实施例还设置了缓冲件7,该缓冲件7装设于第一滚轮座311上;该缓冲件7包括外壳71、抵推杆72及第二弹性体(图中未示出),所述第二弹性体(图中未示出)与抵推杆72装设于外壳71,且所述第二弹性体(图中未示出)的两端分别作用于外壳的内壁与抵推杆72的一端;其中,所述缓冲件7随滑轮组件3反向运动,带动抵推杆72的另一端抵于框体2的侧壁;
更进一步地,如需要长时间开门,可以将移门限制在开门状态,使用时,只需在所述第一滑轨20和/或第二滑轨44上还开设有一限位槽8,该限位槽8供所述滑轮组件3的第二滚轮320和/或活动块46置入限位,也就是说,可以在第二滑轨44上开设一限位槽8,且该限位槽8位于第二摆杆42边缘与最大开门位置之间,这样可以通过人手带动门体1位移,使得活动块46进入限位槽8内,以实现始终保持在开门的状态;而限位槽8开设在第二摆杆42边缘与最大开门位置之间是为了在不是限位槽8时,半自动开门与自动关门功能能够正常使用;
实施例2:参见图1、图6-8,
本实施例2与实施例1相同的部分不再重复赘述,区别在于:
即施加在活动块46上的加载力方向不同,实施例1是通过第一牵引绳62向下拉动活动块46运动,而实施例是采用向下压活动块46;本实施例的加载件6采用第一弹簧63,该第一弹簧63套设于连接件45上的导向部450,且该第一弹簧63的一端作用于框体2顶部的下表面,另一端顶持于活动块46上端;此方式能够很方便的调节施加在活动块46上的加载力(通过调整框体2上端内表面与活动块46之间的间距,即能调整第一弹簧63的作用力,当 然也可以通过快速更换第一弹簧63来实现调节功能),能够通过调节第一弹簧63对活动块46的加载力大小,调整开关门的速度,起到很好的调节作用;
实施例3:参见图1、图9-12,
本实施例3与实施例1、2相同的部分不再重复赘述,区别在于:
本实施例同样采用下拉活动块46的方式举例;所述加载件6包括第二弹簧64及第二牵引绳65,所述第二弹簧64平行于第一滑轨20设置,且其一端固定于第一滚轮座311或框体2侧部,另一端与第二牵引绳65相接;所述第二牵引绳65的另一端与活动块46下表面固定;该第二牵引绳65中间受第二滚轮320的轴作用,也就是说,活动块46沿连接件45的导向部450上下移动时,第二弹簧64被拉动,而第二弹簧64的弹力给予第二牵引绳65一个向下的拉力,使得活动块46始终向下压,并超过第一弹性体43(扭簧43)的作用力,此方式结构更为简单,易实现,成本低;
实施例4:参见图1-图13,
本实施例4与实施例1、2和3相同的部分不再重复赘述,区别在于:
本实施例4的活动块46所自重的方式实现半自动开门与自动关门的功能,也就说,所述活动块46的重力大于第一弹性体43的作用力,也能够通过活动块46压抵第二摆杆42向下倾斜,且活动块46沿倾斜方向移动,以实现松手自动开门的效果;
本发明所述的提供一种移门装置,其结构简单、制作简便且易实现,通过机械式开关门组件同时实现两个功能,第一在开门过程中利用第一摆杆与活动块配合,实现只需使用者施加较小作用力,且手动施力开门距离小,即能实现开门,无需用手向开门方向拉动很大距离,也能实现全程开启的效果;与此同时,无需再次施力拉动门体关门,门体通过第二滑轨自动关闭,实现电动式移门的效果;更重要的是,此方案的结构极其简单、部件少,采用最优的布局,故用户也能自行装配,更适用于电商销售,无需专业人员及专业工具来实现装配,适用范围更广,集成了机械式移门及电动式移门的优点,使用非常方便。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种移门装置,其包括门体、框体及滑轮组件,所述门体通过滑轮组件吊挂于框体上的第一滑轨滑动;其特征在于:还包括一开关门组件,其设置于所述滑轮组件与框体之间;所述开关门组件包括第一、第二摆杆、第一弹性体、第二滑轨、连接件及活动块;
    第一、第二摆杆,二者通过转轴铰接并装设在框体内,且所述第一、第二摆杆呈一定角度设置;所述第一摆杆的另一端抵靠于第二滑轨;
    第一弹性体,其设于第二滑轨与第二摆杆之间,且一端固定于框体,另一端作用在第二摆杆底部,以使第二摆杆与第二滑轨形成供活动件穿过的间距;
    第二滑轨,其设于框体内,且与第一滑轨平行设置;所述第二滑轨具有倾斜面,该倾斜面沿开门方向向上倾斜延伸;
    连接件,其与滑轮组件相接;该连接件具有垂直于第一轨道的导向部,该导向部供活动块贯穿且滑动;
    其中,驱动所述门体开门,与之连接的连接件随之运动,其上活动块沿第一摆杆上移且越过转轴朝向第二摆杆方向运动,所述活动块通过自重和/或外部加载力作用于第二摆杆及第二滑轨的倾斜面移动,以联动门体自动位移。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:所述活动块的重力大于第一弹性体的作用力。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:还包括一加载件,其设置于框体内;该加载件作用于活动块,以使所述活动块在第一、第二摆杆及第二滑轨上依序循环位移。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:所述加载件包括一卷簧及第一牵引绳,该卷簧的内端滑轮组件固接,卷簧的外端通过牵引绳与活动块下表面相接;其中,当所述滑轮组件沿第一滑轨往开门方向移动时,带动卷簧的内端不断绕紧的同时,所述牵引绳拉动活动块压抵且沿第一、第二摆杆滑动;当所述滑轮组件沿第二滑轨往关门方向移动时,所述滑轮组件反向转动,以使所述卷簧外端反向转动。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:所述加载件为第一弹簧,该第一弹簧套设于连接件上的导向部,且该弹簧的一端作用于框体的内顶面,另一端顶持于活动块上端。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:所述加载件包括第二弹簧及第二牵引绳,所述第二弹簧平行于第一滑轨设置,且其一端固定于框体侧部,另一端与第二牵引绳相接;所述第二牵引绳的另一端与活动块下表面固定。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:所述第一滑轨和/或第二滑轨上还开设有一限位槽,该限位槽供所述滑轮组件的滚轮和/或活动块置入限位。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:所述滑轮组件包括第一、 第二滑轮组,二者依序朝开门方向间隔装设于门体上;所述第一、第二滑轮组分别包括第一、第二滚轮及第一、第二滚轮座,所述第一、第二滚轮分别装设于第一、第二滚轮座上;其中,所述开关门组件装设于第二滚轮座。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的所述的一种移门装置,其特征在于:还包括一缓冲件,其装设于第一滚轮座上;该缓冲件包括外壳、抵推杆及第二弹性体,所述第二弹性体与抵推杆装设于外壳,且所述第二弹性体的两端分别作用于外壳的内壁与抵推杆的一端;其中,所述缓冲件随滑轮组件反向运动,带动抵推杆的另一端抵于框体的侧壁。
