一实施例之中:该外管接头具有锁接段和连接段,该锁接段插入外管端口内且固接在外管端口内壁,该连接段和锁接段间具有定位面,该定位面紧靠接在外管端面。

该内管接头单元31包括内管接头311和内接头312,该内管接头311一端插入内管1端口内以实现固装,该固装如外管接头和外管的固装结构;该内接头312固装在内管接头311之另一端,该固装如螺纹连接,以此锁接固定内管1、内管接头311和内接头312,及,内接头、内管接头、内水路的接通。该内接头312位于该外管接头32端口内,该内接头312外周壁凸设有凸环3121。
该锁接机构33包括锁紧套331,该锁紧套331末端周缘朝内延伸成内凸的凸缘332,该锁紧套331套接内接头312且锁接在外管接头32,该锁接如螺纹连接;该凸环3121介于该外管接头32末端面和凸缘332间,通过锁接使凸缘和外管接头末端面紧锁凸环,以此锁接固定外管接头32、内管接头311和内接头312,内管与外管不会发生窜动,方便整体装接,更换时无需拆卸。该连接段322设有内外贯穿的贯穿孔,该贯穿孔构成上述的连通路34。根据需要,该锁接机构可直接设置在外管接头和内接头间如螺纹连接或其它锁接。
该内管接头单元31包括内管封套313,该内管封套313一端紧套在该内管接头311之伸出内管1端口外的部分,该内管封套313另一端紧套在内管1末端外壁,该外管接头311包围在内管封套313外,该外管接头311和内管封套313间留有间隙,通过内管封套313进一步避免流向外通路的水流流入内通路,及,避免流向内通路的水流流入外通路,内管与外管水路相互独立,互不影响。
根据需要,该内管接头311外周壁还凸设有第二凸环3111,该内接头312锁接在内管接头311外且末端顶抵在第二凸环3111第一端面处,该内管封套313一端紧套在该内管接头311之伸出内管端口外的部分且通过第二凸环第二端面轴向定位。
该管中管接头固定装置,还包括第一卡扣5,该外管接头32外周壁凹设有环槽 324,该第一卡扣5套接在外管接头32的环槽324内且具有伸出外管接头外的凸出部分,该连接套4呈喇叭状套结构且内设有限位面42,该凸出部分和限位面相配合。该喇叭套内设有能螺纹装接在外界的内螺纹,螺纹连接时通过第一卡扣实现限位,实现锁紧。该第一卡扣5如C形扣。
本实施例之中的管中管接头固定装置,外管接头32、内管接头311和内接头312锁接固定在一起构成整体,内管与外管可作为一个整体与外界装接或花洒等零件配合,装配方便。
图3和图4是上述固定装置的应用实例的结构示意图,该应用实例为厨房抽拉龙头,该抽拉龙头包括龙头本体61、设于龙头本体61的主控机构62和通水管65,该主控机构62连接冷水管63、热水管64和混合水路以通过主控机构62的把手控制水温、流量及开关;该龙头本体61还连接有净水水路;该通水管65一端连接该龙头本体61,另一端穿过龙头本体61且接通出水终端66,该通水管65采用上述的管中管结构;该通水管65和出水终端66之间的连接采用上述的固定装置,该通水管65和主控机构62之间的连接采用上述的固定装置;该管中管的内通路11和外通路21分别接通净水水路和混合水路,或者,内通路11和外通路21分别接通混合水路和净水水路。该出水终端设有能控制对应该净水水路之出水终端水路的开关。
实施例二
管中管接头固定装置,它与实施例一不同之处在于:请查阅图5、图6和图7,该内管接头单元31包括内管接头311,该内管接头311一端插入内管1端口内以实现固装,该内管接头311之伸出内管端口外的部分设有朝向内管1的配合面3112;该锁接机构33包括第二卡扣333,该第二卡扣333套接内管接头311外且适配定位于外管接头32端面和配合面3112间。该内管接头和外管接头通过第二卡扣333限位,避免二者相对移动,避免外管和内管相对移动,而且,第二卡扣不会对内管造成挤压,不会影响流量。该第二卡扣333包括C形扣,该C形扣具有缺口3331,该第二卡扣333端面凹设有内外贯穿的凹槽3332,该缺口3331和凹槽3332构成上述的连通路34。该配合面3112还轴向定位内管封套313一端。第二卡扣333不仅避免外管和内管相对移动,而且还构成通水路,简化结构,结构紧凑。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
本发明管中管接头固定装置,外管接头和内管接头单元锁接固定在一起以构成整体,内外管不会相对移动,作为一个整体与外界装接或花洒等零件配合,装配时无需拆卸外管接头和内管接头单元,装拆方便,密封性好。
Claims (12)
- 管中管接头固定装置,包括内管和套在内管外的外管,该内管内构成内通路,该内管和外管间构成外通路;其特征在于:还包括固定机构和装接在外管的连接套;该固定机构包括内管接头单元、外管接头和锁接机构;该内管接头单元固装在内管端口且内管接头单元接通内通路;该外管接头固装在外管端口,该内管接头单元和外管接头通过锁接机构固装在一起;该固定机构还设有连通路,该连通路接通该连接套与固定机构间的腔体和外通路。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该内管接头单元包括内管接头和内管封套,该内管接头一端插入内管端口内以实现固装,该内管封套一端紧套在该内管接头之伸出内管端口外的部分,该内管封套另一端紧套在内管末端外周壁。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该外管接头具有锁接段和连接段,该锁接段插入外管端口内且固接在外管端口内壁,该连接段和锁接段间具有定位面,该定位面紧靠接在外管端面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:还包括第一卡扣,该外管接头外周壁凹设有环槽,该第一卡扣套接在外管接头的环槽内且具有伸出外管接头外的凸出部分,该连接套内设有限位面,该凸出部分和限位面相配合。
- 根据权利要求3所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该内管接头单元包括内管接头,该内管接头一端插入内管端口内以实现固装,该内管接头之伸出内管端口外的部分设有朝向内管的配合面;该锁接机构包括第二卡扣,该第二卡扣套接内管接头外且定位于外管接头端面和配合面间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该第二卡扣包括C形扣,该C形扣具有缺口,该缺口构成上述的连通路或连通路的部分。
- 根据权利要求5所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该第二卡扣端面凹设有内外贯穿的凹槽,该凹槽构成上述的连通路或连通路的部分。
- 根据权利要求5所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该内管接头单元包括内管封套,该内管封套一端紧套在该内管接头之伸出内管端口外的部分,该内管封套另一端紧套在内管末端外壁,该第二卡扣包围在内管封套外。
- 根据权利要求3所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该内管接头单元包括内管接头和内接头,该内管接头一端插入内管端口内以实现固装,该内接头固装在内管接头之另一端且该内管接头设有凸环,该锁接机构包括锁紧套,该内接头位于该外管接头端口内,该凸环顶抵在外管接头末端面且该锁紧套固装在外管接头外,通过锁紧套和外管接头的锁接使锁紧套和外管接头末端面紧锁凸环。
- 根据权利要求9所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该连接段设有内外贯穿的贯穿孔,该贯穿孔构成上述的连通路。
- 根据权利要求9所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该锁紧套内凸设有凸缘,通过锁紧套和外管接头的锁接使凸缘和外管接头末端面紧锁凸环。
- 根据权利要求9所述的管中管接头固定装置,其特征在于:该内管接头单元包括内管封套,该内管封套一端紧套在该内管接头之伸出内管端口外的部分,该内管封套另一端紧套在内管末端外壁,该外管接头包围在内管封套外。
