技术问题
本公开的目的在于克服淋浴器的表面温度过高及制作成本较高的问题,提供一种淋浴器。
技术解决方案
根据本公开的一个方面,提供一种淋浴器,包括外壳、第一塑料内芯、第二塑料内芯、流量阀座和切换阀座,外壳为管状结构;第一塑料内芯设于外壳内,第一塑料内芯为柱状结构,第一塑料内芯设有第一腔体,第一塑料内芯的侧壁上成型有冷水进水口,冷水进水口与第一腔体连通,流量阀座配合于第一腔体内,在流量阀座的端壁上形成冷水接口、混水接口和热水接口,冷水接口与冷水进水口连通;第二塑料内芯设于外壳内,第二塑料内芯为柱状结构,第二塑料内芯与第一塑料内芯设于同一轴线上,第二塑料内芯远离第一塑料内芯的一端设有第二腔体,第二腔体的侧壁上设有热水进水口,第二塑料内芯包括热水管和混水管,热水管的一端与热水进水口连通,另一端与热水接口连通,混水管的一端与混水接口连通,另一端与第二腔体连通,第二塑料内芯上设有与第二腔体连通的第一内出水管和第二内出水管,第一内出水管设有第一出水口,第二内出水管设有第二出水口;切换阀座具有第一开口和第二开口,第一开口与第一内出水管连通,第二开口与第二内出水管连通。
在本公开的一个实施例中,第一内出水管和第二内出水管设于热水管与混水管之间。
在本公开的一个实施例中,淋浴器还包括第一出水接头、第一出水管、第二出水接头和第二出水管,第一出水接头连接于第一出水口上;第一出水管连接于第一出水接头上;第二出水接头连通于第二出水口上;第二出水管连接于第二出水接头上。
在本公开的一个实施例中,淋浴器还包括流量控制机构,流量控制机构设于外壳的一端,流量控制机构包括流量阀座,流量阀座与流量阀芯配合于第一腔体内。
在本公开的一个实施例中,流量控制机构还包括第一把手,第一把手与流量阀芯联动,以控制混水接口的出水量。
在本公开的一个实施例中,淋浴器还包括切换控制机构,切换控制机构设于外壳的一端相对的另一端,切换控制机构包括切换阀芯,切换阀芯与切换阀座配合于第二腔体内。
在本公开的一个实施例中,切换控制机构还包括第二把手,第二把手与控制阀芯联动,以打开第一开口或第二开口。
在本公开的一个实施例中,外壳的侧壁上设有第一安装接头和第二安装接头,第一出水接头穿过第一安装接头连接于第一出水口上,第二出水接头穿过第二安装接头连接于第二出水口上。
在本公开的一个实施例中,第一出水接头包括第一接头部、第二接头部和第一螺母,第一接头部过盈配合于第一安装接头,第二接头部过盈配合于第一接头部上,第一螺母螺纹连接于第一安装接头上。
在本公开的一个实施例中,第二出水接头包括第三接头部和第四接头部,第三接头部过盈配合于第二出水接头内,第四接头部卡接于第三接头部上。
有益效果
本公开的淋浴器的内芯为塑料材质,因此淋浴器的水路为塑料材质,塑料材质的热传导效率较低,因此外壳的温度较低,本公开的淋浴器能够实现防烫功能。另外,淋浴器的内芯与外壳采用分体设置,并且内芯分为第一塑料内芯和第二塑料内芯,因此制作成本大大降低,在流量阀座上设冷水接口,可以避免在第一塑料内芯上设冷水接口时,冷水通道与热水通道、混水通道免在发生交叉,提高冷水通道、热水通道和混水通道的加工难度;在切换阀座设第一开口和第二开口,可以加大第一开口和第二开口的尺寸,避免在第二塑料内芯上形成出水通路时,因为开口的尺寸太小不易成型以及容易断裂的问题。

参见图1至图5,本公开实施方式提供了一种淋浴器。该淋浴器包括外壳1、第一塑料内芯2、第二塑料内芯3、流量阀座812和切换阀座912,外壳1为管状结构;第一塑料内芯2设于外壳1内,第一塑料内芯2为柱状结构,第一塑料内芯2设有第一腔体212,第一塑料内芯2的侧壁上成型有冷水进水口213,冷水进水口213与第一腔体212连通,流量阀座812配合于第一腔体213内,在流量阀座812的端壁上形成冷水接口8121、混水接口8122和热水接口8123,冷水接口8121与冷水进水口213连通;第二塑料内芯3设于外壳1内,第二塑料内芯3为柱状结构,第二塑料内芯3与第一塑料内芯2设于同一轴线上,第二塑料内芯3远离第一塑料内芯2的一端设有第二腔体311,第二腔体的侧壁上设有热水进水口312,第二塑料内芯3包括热水管321和混水管322,热水管322的一端与热水进水口312连通,另一端与热水接口8123连通,混水管322的一端与混水接口8122连通,另一端与第二腔体311连通,第二塑料内芯3上设有与第二腔体311连通的第一内出水管3231和第二内出水管3232,第一内出水管3231设有第一出水口3241,第二内出水管3232设有第二出水口3242;切换阀座912具有第一开口9121和第二开口9122,第一开口9121与第一内出水管3231连通,第二开口9122与第二内出水管连通3232。
本公开的淋浴器的内芯均为塑料材质,因此淋浴器的水路为塑料材质,塑料材质的热传导效率较低,因此外壳1的温度较低,本公开的淋浴器能够实现防烫功能。另外,淋浴器的内芯与外壳采用分体设置,并且内芯分为第一塑料内芯和第二塑料内芯,因此制作成本大大降低,在流量阀座81上设冷水接口8121,可以避免在第一塑料内芯2上设冷水接口8121时,冷水通道与热水通道、混水通道免在发生交叉,提高冷水通道、热水通道和混水通道的加工难度;在切换阀座92设第一开口9121和第二开口9122,可以加大第一开口9121和第二开口9122的尺寸,避免在第二塑料内芯3上形成出水通路时,因为开口的尺寸太小不易成型以及容易断裂的问题。
淋浴器包括外壳1,外壳1为管状结构,外壳1内沿第一方向依次设置有第一塑料内芯2和第二塑料内芯3。需要说明的是,第一方向为外壳1的轴线方向。
第一塑料内芯2为柱状结构,包括第一芯段21和第二芯段22,第二芯段22设于第一芯段21靠近第二塑料内芯3的一端,第二芯段22的直径小于第一芯段21的直径。第一塑料内芯2设有第一腔体212,第一腔体212可以位于第一芯段21内,也可以位于第一芯段21内和第二芯段22内。第一腔体212的侧壁上设有冷水进水口213,冷水进水口213连接有冷水接头214。第一芯段21上设有第一卡接部211,第一卡接部211包括垂直于第一塑料内芯2的轴线方向延伸的第一卡接段2111和平行于第一塑料内芯2的轴线方向延伸的第二卡接段2112,第二卡接段2112与第一芯段21形成第一卡槽。
第一塑料内芯2还包括第三芯段23,第三芯段23设于第二芯段22靠近第二塑料内芯3的一端,第三芯段23包括热水管接头231、混水管322接头232和第一连接片233,第一连接片233沿第二方向设置,热水管接头231和混水管322接头232相互平行,第一连接片233连接于热水管接头231和混水管322接头232的外围,第一连接片233包括第一连接片本体和第一限位部,第一限位部沿第二方向凸出于第一连接片本体。
第二塑料内芯3为柱状结构,包括第四芯段31和第五芯段32,第四芯段31设于第二芯段22靠近第一塑料内芯2的一端。第一塑料内芯2设有第二腔体311,第二腔体311可以位于第四芯段31内。第二腔体311的侧壁上设有热水进水口312,热水进水口312连接有热水接头313。热水管321的热水进水口312上设有热水接头313,热水接头313通过卡片固定于热水管321的热水进水口312处。第四芯段31上设有第二卡接部314,第二卡接部314包括垂直于第二塑料内芯3的轴线方向延伸的第三卡接段3141和平行于第二塑料内芯3的轴线方向延伸的第四卡接段3142,第四卡接段3142与第四芯段31形成第二卡槽。
第五芯段32包括热水管321、混水管322、内出水管323和第二连接片325,热水管321、混水管322和内出水管323相互平行,第二连接片325沿第二方向设置,第一连接片连接于热水管321、混水管322和内出水管323的外围,第二连接片325包括第二连接片325本体和第二限位部,第二限位部沿第二方向凸出于第连接片本体。
热水管接头231与热水管321连接,混水管322接头232与混水管322连接,第一连接片233与第二连接片325贴合在一起,从而将第一塑料内芯2与第二塑料内芯3连接在一起。
需要说明的是,热水接头313包括热水接头本体3131、第一连接垫圈3132和第一连接螺母3135,热水接头本体3131上设有第五环形凹槽3133,可以在第五环形凹槽3133内设有第五密封圈3134,热水接头本体3131设于热水进水口312内,第五密封圈3134抵接于热水进水口312内壁,第一连接螺母3135与热水进水口312外部螺纹连接。第一连接垫圈3132套接于热水接头本体3131外侧,沿轴向位于热水接头本体3131与热水进水管之间。冷水接头214包括冷水接头本体2141、第二连接垫圈2142和第二连接螺母2145,冷水接头本体2141上设有第六环形凹槽2143,可以在第六环形凹槽2143内设有第六密封圈2144,冷水接头本体2141设于冷水进水口213内,第六密封圈2144抵接于冷水进水口213内壁,第二连接螺母2145与冷水进水口213外部螺纹连接。第二连接垫圈2142套接于冷水接头本体2141外侧,沿轴向位于冷水接头本体2141与冷水进水管之间。
外壳1具有沿轴线方向相对设置的第一端和第二端,第一端为靠近第一塑料内芯2的一端,外壳1的第一端安装有流量控制机构8。流量控制机构8包括流量控制阀81和第一把手82,流量控制阀81配合于第一腔体212内,第一把手82与流量阀芯811联动,以控制混水接口的出水量。流量控制机构8还包括第一压盖813,通过第一压盖813将切换控制阀91压紧于外壳1上,第一压盖813卡接于第一卡接部211与第一芯段21形成的第一卡槽内。
具体地,流量控制阀81包括流量阀芯811和流量阀座812,流量阀座812配合于第一腔体212内,流量阀座812与流量阀芯811配合。流量阀座812上具有端壁上形成冷水接口8121、混水接口8122和热水接口8123,冷水接口8121与冷水进水口213连通,通过流量阀芯811封堵冷水接口8121的面积来控制冷水的水流量,通过流量阀芯811封堵热水接口8123的面积来控制热水的水流量,通过流量阀芯811封堵混水接口8122的面积来控制混合水的水流量,也就是流入混水管322的水流量。
内出水管323的侧壁上设有出水口324,内出水管323包括相互平行的第一内出水支管3231和第二内出水支管3232,出水口324包括第一出水口3241和第二出水口3242,第一出水口3241形成于第一内出水支管3231上,第二出水口3242形成于第二内出水支管3232上。第一出水口3241和第二出水口3242沿第二方向位于同一直线上。需要说明的是,第二方向为第一把手82的延伸方向。
外壳1的第二端安装有切换控制机构9,第二端为靠近第二塑料内芯3的二端。切换控制机构9包括切换控制阀91和第二把手92,切换阀座912配合于第二腔体311内,第二把手92与控制阀芯联动,以连通第一出水口3241或第二出水口3242。切换控制机构9还包括第二压盖913,通过第二压盖913将切换控制阀91压紧于外壳1上,第二压盖913卡接于第四卡接部与第四段形成的第二卡槽内。
具体地,切换控制阀91包括切换阀芯911和切换阀座912,切换阀座912具有第一开口9121和第二开口9122,第一开口9121与第一出水支管配合,第二开口9122与第二出水管7配合。切换阀座912与切换阀芯911配合,打开第一开口9121或第二开口9122。切换阀芯911上设有第三开口和第四开口,当第三开口与第一开口9121对准时,混合后的水进入第一内出水支管3231,当第四开口与第二开口9122对准时,混合后的水进入第二内出水支管3232。需要说明的是,第一开口9121的尺寸大于第三开口的尺寸,第二开口9122的尺寸大于第四开口的尺寸。
淋浴器还包括第一出水接头41、第一出水管6、第二出水接头51和第二出水管7,第一出水接头41连接于第一出水口3241上;第一出水管6连接于第一出水接头41上;第二出水接头51连通于第二出水口3242上;第二出水管7连接于第二出水接头51上。外壳1的侧壁上设有第一安装接头11和第二安装接头12,第一出水接头41穿过第一安装接头11连接于第一出水口3241上,第二出水接头51穿过第二安装接头12连接于第二出水口3242上。
第一出水接头41包括第一接头部、第二接头部42和第一螺母43,第一接头部伸入第一安装接头11内,并与第一出水口3241过盈配合,在第一接头部设第一环形凹槽411,可以在第一环形凹槽411内设第一密封圈412,第二密封圈414靠近第一出水口3241的一侧抵紧第一出水口3241的内壁。第二接头部42与第一接头部接触,且与第一安装接头11过盈配合,可以在第二接头部42设第二环形凹槽413,可以在第二环形凹槽413内设第二密封圈414,第二密封圈414靠近第一安装接头11内壁的一侧抵紧第一安装接头11的内壁。第一螺母43螺纹连接第一安装接头11和第一出水管6。
第二出水接头51包括第三接头部51和第四接头部52,第三接头部51靠近第二安装接头12设置,第三接头部51上设有第三环形凹槽511和第四环形凹槽513,可以在第三环形凹槽511内设置第三密封圈512,第三接头部51设于第二出水接头51内,第三密封圈512靠近第二安装接头12的一侧抵紧第二安装接头12的内壁。第四接头部52远离第二安装接头12设置,第四接头部52套接于第三接头部51上,第四密封圈514靠近第四接头部52的一侧抵紧第四接头部52的内壁。
可以理解的是,本公开的淋浴器通过流量控制机构8可以实现调节流量功能,通过切换控制机构9沿第三方向的第一出水接头41或第二出水接头51出水,可以通过第一出水接头41实现手握出水,可以通过第二出水接头51实现顶喷出水。

  1. 一种淋浴器,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳为管状结构;
    第一塑料内芯,设于所述外壳内,所述第一塑料内芯为柱状结构,所述第一塑料内芯设有第一腔体,第一塑料内芯的侧壁上成型有冷水进水口,所述冷水进水口与所述第一腔体连通,
    流量阀座,所述流量阀座配合于所述第一腔体内,在所述流量阀座的端壁上形成冷水接口、混水接口和热水接口,所述冷水接口与冷水进水口连通;
    第二塑料内芯,设于所述外壳内,所述第二塑料内芯为柱状结构,所述第二塑料内芯与所述第一塑料内芯设于同一轴线上,所述第二塑料内芯远离所述第一塑料内芯的一端设有第二腔体,所述第二腔体的侧壁上设有热水进水口,所述第二塑料内芯包括热水管和混水管,所述热水管的一端与所述热水进水口连通,另一端与所述热水接口连通,所述混水管的一端与所述混水接口连通,另一端与所述第二腔体连通,所述第二塑料内芯上设有与所述第二腔体连通的第一内出水管和第二内出水管,所述第一内出水管设有第一出水口,所述第二内出水管设有第二出水口;
    切换阀座,所述切换阀座具有第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口与第一内出水管连通,所述第二开口与所述第二内出水管连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述第一内出水管和所述第二内出水管设于所述热水管与所述混水管之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述淋浴器还包括:
    第一出水接头,连接于所述第一出水口上;
    第一出水管,连接于所述第一出水接头上;
    第二出水接头,连通于所述第二出水口上;
    第二出水管,连接于所述第二出水接头上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述淋浴器还包括:
    流量控制机构,设于外壳的一端,所述流量控制机构包括流量阀座,所述流量阀座与流量阀芯配合于所述第一腔体内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述流量控制机构还包括第一把手,所述第一把手与所述流量阀芯联动,以控制所述混水接口的出水量。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述淋浴器还包括:
    切换控制机构,设于所述外壳的一端相对的另一端,所述切换控制机构包括切换阀芯,所述切换阀芯与所述切换阀座配合于所述第二腔体内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述切换控制机构还包括第二把手,所述第二把手与所述控制阀芯联动,以打开所述第一开口或所述第二开口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述外壳的侧壁上设有第一安装接头和第二安装接头,第一出水接头穿过所述第一安装接头连接于所述第一出水口上,第二出水接头穿过所述第二安装接头连接于所述第二出水口上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述第一出水接头包括第一接头部、第二接头部和第一螺母,所述第一接头部过盈配合于所述第一安装接头,所述第二接头部过盈配合于所述第一接头部上,所述第一螺母螺纹连接于所述第一安装接头上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的淋浴器,其特征在于,所述第二出水接头包括第三接头部和第四接头部,所述第三接头部过盈配合于所述第二出水接头内,所述第四接头部卡接于所述第三接头部上。
