Abstract
一种显示装置(100),通过在柔性显示屏(101)的两端设置卷轴(102,103),可以有效缓解折叠时随着卷曲圈数增加导致柔性显示屏(101)叠构膜层间卷曲长度差异越来越大的问题,并且内卷的一端可以减小外卷一端所产生的应力,进而可以防止膜层之间的脱落,有利于增加柔性显示屏(101)的使用寿命。
Description
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是一种显示装置。
主动矩阵有机发光二极体(AMOLED)因高对比度,可视角度广以及响应速度快、可柔性等特点有望取缔液晶成为下一代显示器主流选择。
目前可卷曲柔性面板的卷曲直径可以做到10mm~5mm ,但是由于驱动主板、电池等配件并未实现卷曲技术突破,严重限制卷曲显示面板应用领域。业内专业预估2023年后卷曲显示开始广泛应用。
但是, 由于一个卷曲屏随着卷曲圈数增加,面板叠构膜层间卷曲厚度增加,内外面板膜层应力差异越来越大(外圈的膜层应力较大,内圈的膜层应力较小),如图1所示,当卷曲范围未达到整个面板的的100% 长度时还会发生局部剥落。
本发明的目的,提供一种显示装置,可以实现柔性显示屏卷曲的同时,防止柔性显示屏膜层的局部剥落。
为了达到上述目的,一种显示装置,包括:柔性显示屏;第一卷轴,设于所述柔性显示屏的一端并连接所述柔性显示屏,当所述柔性显示屏需要卷曲时,所述第一卷轴转动,使得所述柔性显示屏的底面包裹于所述第一卷轴上;当所述柔性显示屏需要展开时,所述第一卷轴反向转动,以释放所述柔性显示屏;第二卷轴,设于所述柔性显示屏的另一端并连接所述柔性显示屏,当所述柔性显示屏需要卷曲时,所述第二卷轴转动,使得所述柔性显示屏顶面的包裹于所述第二卷轴上;当所述柔性显示屏需要展开时,所述第二卷轴反向转动,以释放所述柔性显示屏。
进一步地,当所述柔性显示屏需要卷曲时,所述第一卷轴与所述第二卷轴均逆时针转动,并同时靠近所述柔性显示屏的中间部位;当所述柔性显示屏需要展开时,所述第一卷轴与所述第二卷轴均顺时针转动,并同时远离所述柔性显示屏的中间部位。
进一步地,显示装置,其特征在于,还包括:辅助轴,设于所述第二卷轴与所述柔性显示屏之间,所述柔性显示屏经过所述辅助轴连接至所述第二卷轴。
进一步地,所述辅助轴位于所述柔性显示屏的下方并与柔性显示屏的底面形成接触。
进一步地,所述辅助轴与所述第二卷轴的转向相反。
进一步地,所述第一卷轴与所述第二卷轴通过一驱动电机进行驱动。
进一步地,所述显示装置还包括:壳体,设于所述柔性显示屏的下方;所述壳体中包括电路板、电源电池、信号发射模块以及存储模块。
进一步地,所述显示装置还包括:控制系统,集成于所述电路板上,用以控制所述第一卷轴以及所述第二卷轴同时进行工作;当所述显示装置折叠时,所述控制系统控制所述第一卷轴以及所述第二卷轴同时卷曲部分所述柔性显示屏;当所述显示装置铺开时,所述控制系统控制所述第一卷轴以及所述第二卷轴同时铺开部分所述柔性显示屏。
进一步地,所述的显示装置还包括:第一卷轴盒,容纳所述第一卷轴;第二卷轴盒,容纳所述第二卷轴。
进一步地,所述柔性显示屏为OLED显示面板或AMOLED显示面板。
本申请的有益效果为:本发明提供一种显示装置,通过在柔性显示屏的两端设置卷轴,可以有效缓解折叠时随着卷曲圈数增加所导致的柔性显示屏叠构膜层间卷曲长度差异,并且内卷的一端可以减小外卷一端所产生的应力,进而可以防止膜层之间的脱落,有利于增加柔性显示屏的使用寿命。
下面结合附图,通过对本申请的具体实施方式详细描述,将使本申请的技术方案及其它有益效果显而易见。

所述柔性显示屏101为OLED显示面板或AMOLED显示面板。所述柔性显示屏101具有卷曲特性。
所述第一卷轴102设于所述柔性显示屏101的一端并连接所述柔性显示屏101,当所述柔性显示屏101需要卷曲时,所述第一卷轴102转动,使得所述柔性显示屏101的底面包裹于所述第一卷轴上102;当所述柔性显示屏101需要展开时,所述第一卷轴102反向转动,以释放所述柔性显示屏101。
所述第一卷轴102安装于所述第一卷轴盒107内。

所述第一卷轴102与所述第二卷轴103通过一驱动电机进行驱动。
当所述显示装置100折叠时,所述第一卷轴102与所述第二卷轴103同时卷曲所述柔性显示屏101;当所述显示装置100展开时,所述第一卷轴102与所述第二卷轴103同时铺开所述柔性显示屏101。
所述显示装置100还包括辅助轴104,所述辅助轴104设于所述第二卷轴103与所述柔性显示屏101之间,所述柔性显示屏101经过所述辅助轴104连接至所述第二卷轴103。
所述辅助轴104位于所述柔性显示屏101的下方并与柔性显示屏101的底面形成接触。
所述辅助轴104用来辅助第二卷轴103卷曲所述柔性显示屏101,能防止所述柔性显示屏101被撕扯或撕裂;所述辅助轴104与所述第二卷轴103的转向相反。
具体地,当所述柔性显示屏101需要卷曲时,所述第二卷轴103逆时针转动,而所述辅助轴104则顺时针转动。当所述柔性显示屏101要展开时,所述第二卷轴103顺时针转动,而所述辅助轴104则逆时针转动。
这样可以通过设置两个卷轴,一个用外卷,另一个用内卷,可以有效缓解折叠时随着卷曲圈数增加,柔性显示屏101叠构膜层间卷曲长度差异越来越大的问题,进而可以防止膜层之间的脱落, 有利于增加柔性显示屏101的使用寿命。
也就是说,通过设置两个卷轴,两个卷轴分别从柔性显示屏101的两端同时卷曲柔性显示屏101,可以减少柔性显示屏101的卷曲圈数,从而防止卷曲长度差异变大,并且内卷的一端可以减小外卷一端所产生的应力,防止膜层的剥落。
所谓的外卷就是所述柔性显示屏101的顶面包裹于卷轴上,所谓的内卷就是所述柔性显示屏101的底面包裹于卷轴上。
同时参照图2以及图4所示,所述显示装置100还包括一壳体106,所述壳体106设于所述柔性显示屏101的下方。如图2所示,所述壳体106中包括电路板(PCB)、电源电池、信号发射模块以及存储模块。
所述电路板集成一控制系统,所述控制系统用以控制所述第一卷轴102以及所述第二卷轴103同时进行工作。
当所述显示装置100折叠时,所述控制系统控制所述第一卷轴102以及所述第二卷轴103同时卷曲部分所述柔性显示屏101。所述控制系统通过信号发射模块发射信号至第一卷轴102以及所述第二卷轴103。
当所述显示装置100铺开时,所述控制系统控制所述第一卷轴102以及所述第二卷轴103同时铺开部分所述柔性显示屏101。
本发明提供一种显示装置100,通过在柔性显示屏101的两端设置卷轴,可以有效缓解折叠时随着卷曲圈数增加,柔性显示屏101叠构膜层间卷曲长度差异越来越大,并且内卷的一端可以减小外卷一端所产生的应力,进而可以防止膜层之间的脱落, 有利于增加柔性显示屏101的使用寿命。

- 一种显示装置,其中,包括:柔性显示屏;第一卷轴,设于所述柔性显示屏的一端并连接所述柔性显示屏,当所述柔性显示屏需要卷曲时,所述第一卷轴转动,使得所述柔性显示屏的底面包裹于所述第一卷轴上;当所述柔性显示屏需要展开时,所述第一卷轴反向转动,以释放所述柔性显示屏;第二卷轴,设于所述柔性显示屏的另一端并连接所述柔性显示屏,当所述柔性显示屏需要卷曲时,所述第二卷轴转动,使得所述柔性显示屏顶面的包裹于所述第二卷轴上;当所述柔性显示屏需要展开时,所述第二卷轴反向转动,以释放所述柔性显示屏。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,当所述柔性显示屏需要卷曲时,所述第一卷轴与所述第二卷轴均逆时针转动,并同时靠近所述柔性显示屏的中间部位;当所述柔性显示屏需要展开时,所述第一卷轴与所述第二卷轴均顺时针转动,并同时远离所述柔性显示屏的中间部位。
