在一示例性实现方式中,例如,对于酒类产品(如红酒、白酒等),尤其是红酒,如果该产品的识别码或防伪码是通过本公开实施例中的多层变色体制作而成,则可以在识别码或防伪码中设置根据不同的预设条件进行不同的颜色变化的颜色层,例如,可以设置有随时间进行变化的颜色层,可以设置随光线强度进行变化的颜色层,还可以设置根据温度进行变化的颜色层,在对红酒进行鉴别和储藏时,可通过红酒包装上的识别码颜色立即识别出该酒的储藏时长(即,可以通过颜色变化确认是哪一个年份的红酒),还可以根据预设区域的颜色变化确认当前的储藏温度、光照条件等是否合适,以利于对该酒进行最佳存储。该实施例方案便于非专业人员可以实现对红酒的专业鉴别和储藏。
在一示例性实现方式中,当所述预设条件为温度条件时,使得多层变色体上相应的可变颜色层可以根据温度进行变化,例如,所述可变颜色层的颜 色在所处环境的温度达到预设温度时发生变化,从而使得对于温度要求比较苛刻的产品上使用本公开实施例的多层变色体时,例如,通过多层变色体设置的商标、识别码、防伪码等,通过观察商标、识别码、防伪码等的相应区域的颜色变化可以确定是否符合所需的温度条件。
在一示例性实现方式中,例如,对于需要进行低温冷藏的食品,通常一些超市并未提供相应温度的冷藏条件,从而使得在保质期之内的食品可能已经变质,然而由于产品处于封闭包装状态,消费者并不能通过外包装确定产品已经变质,因此,此时消费者购买该产品时会严重影响消费者的利益。如果产品上的识别码的颜色能够跟随温度进行变化,则可以设置为当冷藏温度高于预设温度时(或者冷藏温度高于预设温度一定时长时),识别码上的预设区域的颜色发生变化,以指示该食品并未按照要求进行冷藏,从而使得消费者可以自行判断食品是否已经变质,而不是仅依赖于印刷的生产日期,从而大幅度保护了消费者的利益,也保护了产品生产者的利益,使得生产商不会因为销售商的不合理存储对产品本身质量的声誉造成影响。
在一示例性实现方式中,当所述预设条件为湿度条件时,使得多层变色体上相应的可变颜色层可以根据湿度进行变化,例如,所述可变颜色层的颜色在所处环境的湿度达到预设湿度值时发生变化,从而使得对于湿度要求比较苛刻的产品上使用本公开实施例的多层变色体时,例如,通过多层变色体设置的商标、识别码、防伪码等,通过观察商标、识别码、防伪码等的相应区域的颜色变化可以确定是否符合所需的湿度条件。
在一示例性实现方式中,当所述预设条件为酸碱度条件时,使得多层变色体上相应的可变颜色层可以根据酸碱度进行变化,例如,所述可变颜色层的颜色在所处环境的酸碱度达到预设酸碱度阈值时发生变化,从而使得对于酸碱度要求比较苛刻的产品上使用本公开实施例的多层变色体时,例如,通过多层变色体设置的商标、识别码、防伪码等,通过观察商标、识别码、防伪码等的相应区域的颜色变化可以确定是否符合所需的酸碱度条件。
在一示例性实现方式中,每个可变颜色层的颜色变化可以为可逆的,也可以为不可逆的,在此不做详细限定。
在一示例性实现方式中,当大面积的多层变色体制作成装饰品时,如果 该多层变色体内设置了多种可变颜色层(例如,随温度、湿度、酸碱度、光照强度、光照时长等进行颜色变化的可变颜色层),可以分别设置相应的多个镂空以裸露出不同的可变颜色层,当该装饰品摆设于室内时,可以实时通过不同位置的镂空观察出室内环境状态的变化情况。
在一示例性实现方式中,所述多个颜色层中任意相邻的两个颜色层之间可以设置有第一隔离膜;和/或,
所述多个颜色层的最顶层颜色层上可以设置有第二隔离膜。
在一示例性实现方式中,可以在任意相邻的两个颜色层之间设置第一隔离膜;该第一隔离膜可以设置一个或多个,也可以不设置第一隔离膜。并且根据不同颜色层所采用材料的特性不同,每一层设置的隔离膜可以为一个或多个。
在一示例性实现方式中,为了实现对最顶层颜色层的保护,可以在最顶层颜色层上设置第二隔离膜。
在一示例性实现方式中,所述第一隔离膜和所述第二隔离膜可以为无色透明体。以便于将镂空加工到第一隔离膜处时可以通过第一隔离膜观察到下层颜色层的颜色。
在一示例性实现方式中,所述基底、所述第一隔离膜和所述第二隔离膜的特性可以均不同,或者可以至少任意两个的材质相同。
在一示例性实现方式中,该特性可以包括但不限于以下任意一种或多种:尺寸、形状、材质以及透明度。
在一示例性实现方式中,所述基底、所述第一隔离膜和所述第二隔离膜的形态可以包括但不限于:材料薄片(如纸片、木片、金属片、塑料片、合成材料薄片等)以及涂层(如)等。所述纸片的材质可以包括但不限于:棉纸、拷贝纸和牛皮纸。
在一示例性实现方式中,所述第一隔离膜的颜色可以为多层颜色层所包含颜色以外的颜色,以避免与多层颜色蹭的颜色相混淆。
在一示例性实现方式中,例如,对于通过本公开实施例的多层变色体所设置的结构三维码(通过雕刻出的不同的色块呈现出二维码和条形码)来说, 都会存在无信息的区域(例如,日常所见的黑白二维码中的白色区域),所述第一隔离膜的颜色可以不作为构成所述二维码和条形码的扫描码信息的颜色,可以设置为无信息的颜色,例如,白色;还可以设置为与扫描码信息的颜色完全不同的颜色作为混淆色。
在本实用新型的示例性实施例中,所述可变颜色层可以包括以下任意一种或多种:温度敏感材料、纳米材料、光敏材料、湿度敏感材料以及酸碱度敏感材料。
在一示例性实现方式中,所述多个颜色层中可以设置有一个或多个特征物。
在一示例性实现方式中,所述特征物在所述多个颜色层中的设置位置可以包括以下任意一种或多种:
每一个颜色层中;
任意相邻的两个颜色层之间;以及,
贯穿于多个颜色层中。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,所述特征物可以为具有任意色彩的丝线和/或色块。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,所述特征物为丝线时,例如,可以为具有色彩的纤维;所述特征物为色块时,例如,可以为固定于颜色层中的色片。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,对于丝线的尺寸(例如宽度、长度、半径等)、颜色、材质、走向、绕制成的图案、实现方式、设置位置、设置数量等均不做限制。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,对于色块的尺寸、面积、颜色、材质、形状、实现方式、设置位置、设置数量等均不做限制。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,所述特征物可以全部为荧光体;或者,所述特征物可以全部为非荧光体;或者,所述特征物中可以一部分为荧光体,另一部分为非荧光体。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,可以将至少一部分特征物设置为荧光体,即,多层变色体被光线照射时可以使得设置为荧光体的特征物能够显示出来。
在本发明的示例性实施例中,一个或多个特征物可以为可变色特征物,变色条件也可以为前述的预设条件。
本公开实施例还提供了一种多层变色体的生成方法,如图2所示,所述多层变色体可以为上述任意一项所述的多层变色体,所述方法可以包括步骤S101-S102:
S101、提供基底;
S102、在所述基底上按照预设顺序叠加设置多个颜色层;其中,所述多个颜色层中至少一个颜色层为可变颜色层;所述可变颜色层的颜色在预设条件下发生变化;所述多个颜色层中至少相邻的两个颜色层的颜色不同。
在一示例性实现方式中,上述的多层变色体实施例方案中的任何实施例均适用于该生成方法实施例中,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多层变色体,包括:基底和设置于所述基底上的相互叠加的多个颜色层;所述多个颜色层中至少一个颜色层为可变颜色层;
    其中,所述可变颜色层的颜色在预设条件下发生变化;
    所述预设条件包括以下任意一种或多种:时间条件、光照条件、温度条件、酸碱度条件以及湿度条件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多层变色体,其中,
    当所述预设条件为时间条件时,所述可变颜色层的颜色在保留预设时长后发生变化;
    当所述预设条件为光照条件时,所述可变颜色层的颜色在保持预设的光照时长后和/或在照射到该可变颜色层的光线达到预设的光照强度后发生变化;
    当所述预设条件为温度条件时,所述可变颜色层的颜色随所处环境的温度变化而相应发生变化;
    当所述预设条件为酸碱度条件时,所述可变颜色层的颜色随所处环境的酸碱度变化而相应发生变化;
    当所述预设条件为湿度条件时,所述可变颜色层的颜色随所处环境的湿度变化而相应发生变化。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多层变色体,其中,所述可变颜色层的颜色发生变化包括:变为透明色,或者,从第一颜色变为第二颜色。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的多层变色体,其中,所述多个颜色层中任意相邻的两个颜色层之间设置有第一隔离膜;和/或,
    所述多个颜色层的最顶层颜色层上设置有第二隔离膜。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多层变色体,其中,所述第一隔离膜和所述第二隔离膜的颜色为所述多层颜色层所包含颜色以外的颜色。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的多层变色体,其中,所述第一隔离膜和所述第二隔离膜为无色透明体。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的多层变色体,其中,所述基底、所述第一隔离膜和所述第二隔离膜的材质均不同,或者至少任意两个的材质相同。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的多层变色体,其特征在于,所述基底、所述第一隔离膜和所述第二隔离膜包括以下任意一种或多种:纸片、木片、金属片、塑料片、合成材料薄片和涂层;
    其中,所述纸片包括:棉纸、拷贝纸和牛皮纸。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的多层变色体,其中,所述多个颜色层中设置有一个或多个特征物。
  10. 一种多层变色体的生成方法,其中,所述多层变色体为权利要求1-9任意一项所述的多层变色体,所述方法包括:
    提供基底;
    在所述基底上按照预设顺序叠加设置多个颜色层;其中,所述多个颜色层中至少一个颜色层为可变颜色层;所述可变颜色层的颜色在预设条件下发生变化;所述多个颜色层中至少相邻的两个颜色层的颜色不同。
