优选的,安装部121与弹性部122形成折叠角,折叠角的大小为8至20°。最优选的折叠角为14.5°。折叠角的大小可以调节第二基座20相对于第一基座10的张开度和第二基座20受到的弹力。
请参阅图6至7,卡钩结构11包括与第一基座10固定联接的固定部111,与固定部111连接的弧形部112。固定部111与弧形部112的连接处圆弧过渡。弧形部112与转轴21转动联接。固定部111与弧形部112形成勾形结构。弧形部112的勾口朝向第一基座10的一端,以使得在拆卸时,只要按下弹性部122,就能将转轴21从卡钩结构11拆卸下来。同样,安装时也可以按下弹性部122,转轴21就能安装到卡钩结构11。
请参阅图1至3、7,卡钩结构11为二个,并且对称设置。弹片12设于二个卡钩结构11之间,且弹片12的端部靠近于转轴21与卡钩结构的连接处。
请参阅图1至4,第二基座20的端部与弹片12的弹性端接触。第二基座20相对于第一基座10打开时,所述第二基座20的端部挤压弹片12的弹性端。具体的,当第一基座10与第二基座20处于直角状态或近于直角状态时,弹片12的弹性部122与第二基座20基本处于面接触(弹片12的弹性部122处于挤压状态),此状态下第一基座10与第二基座20处于锁紧状态,如果不对第一基座10或第二基座20施加绕转轴21的力矩,二者之间不会转动。第二基座20朝向第一基座10收合时,所述第二基座20的内侧挤压弹片12的弹性端。具体的,第二基座20相对于第一基座10转动,第二基座20的端部挤压着弹片12转动,直至第一基座10的内侧与弹片12的弹性部122面接触,在此状态下也是为自锁状态。
还有,第二基座20可以向第一基座10的外侧转动时,第二基座20的端部挤压弹片12。由于弹片12为U型结构,所以使得第二基座20挤压弹片12后,第二基座20相对第一基座10展开,可以使二者的展开角度大于90°,这样使得第一基座10与第二基座20具有更加大的展开角度,适用范围更加大。
在别的情况下,请参阅图8至10,为了弹片12可以不是固定在第一基座10上,可以是弹片12与第一基座10可拆卸联接,比较方便更换弹片12。所以,安装部121两侧设有与卡钩结构11联接的凹槽123。凹槽123卡接于卡钩结构11的底部,以使弹片12可拆卸联接。由于第二基座20对于弹片12为挤压状态,所以弹片12受到一个朝向第一基座10的力,凹槽123卡接在卡钩结构11的下端,使得弹片12受到平行于弹片12安装面的力时,也不会发生移动。
优选的,请参阅图8至9,凹槽123设有凸起部124。卡钩结构11侧边设有与凸起部124联接的固定孔113,这样使得弹片12固定在卡钩结构11的底部。
更加优选的,请参阅图7、9,第一基座10设置有用于与弹片12的安装部121轮廓匹配的安装槽101,使得安装部121镶嵌在安装槽101。
请参阅图1至3、11,第二基座20一端设有与卡钩结构11匹配的凹陷部201。转轴21贯穿凹陷部。卡钩结构11位于凹陷部内与转轴21旋转联接,使得第二基座20与第一基座10转动时,第二基座20的端部能与弹片12接触:第一基座10与第二基座20相互展开时,第二基座20的端部挤压弹片12;第一基座10与第二基座20收合时,第二基座20近于端部的内侧与弹片12挤压。
优选的,弹性部122设有按压部,使得拆装第二基座20时更加方便。
一种眼镜,请参阅图1至3、12,包括镜框10A及镜腿20A。镜框10A与镜腿20A通过上述的弹性转动机构Q联接。镜框10A为第一基座10,镜腿20A为第二基座20,弹性转动机构Q可以使得镜腿20A与镜框10A比较方便拆卸,而且更重要的一点是,镜框10A与镜腿20A的展开角度可以更加大,能适应不同的脸型。由于第二基座20(即镜腿20A)挤压弹片12,使得第二基座20受到弹力,进而使得镜框10A、镜腿20A能夹紧人的头部。镜腿20A夹紧头部的弹力,可根据弹片12的材质和折叠角度来调节,以保证客人使用的舒适度。
优选的,本眼镜为音频眼镜,适用性会更加好。
优选的,音频眼镜的电子部分(如电池、电路板、喇叭等)设置于镜腿20A,以方便更换。
镜框10A可以设置成不同的款式,搭配不同的镜片,不同的场景下更换不同的镜框10A,这样使得客户的选择性更多。镜腿20A与镜框10A比较方便拆卸,可以使得镜腿20A搭配不同的款式的镜框10A,不需要购置多个不同款式的音频眼镜,减少客户的消费支出。
与现有技术相比,本申请第一基座10通过卡钩结构11与第二基座20的转轴21转动联接,并且第一基座10与第二基座20转动受制于弹片12,以使第一基座10与第二基座20之间的转动具有弹力,方便第一基座10与第二基座20相互打开或收合;卡钩结构11为勾形结构方便第一基座10与第二基座20拆装。本弹性转动机构Q应用于眼镜中,使得镜腿20A与镜框10A拆装方便,按压弹片12的一端即可拆卸;镜腿20A与镜框10A具有一定的弹力,使得镜腿20A张开适应不同人的脸型,适应性更强,佩戴舒适性更好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弹性转动机构,包括第一基座,及与第一基座转动联接的第二基座;其特征在于,所述第一基座设置有卡钩结构;所述第二基座设有与卡钩结构转动联接的转轴;所述第一基座与第二基座之间设有弹片,以使第一基座与第二基座相互转动受制于弹片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述弹片固定于第一基座,并且弹片的弹性端止抵于第二基座,以使第二基座相对于第一基座转动时,第二基座端部挤压弹性端;其中,所述第一基座与第二基座相互拆卸时,所述弹片的弹性端接受挤压,以使转轴与卡钩结构分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述弹片包括安装部,与安装部连接的弹性部;所述安装部与弹性部的连接处为圆弧过渡,以形成U型结构;所述安装部设置于第一基座;所述弹性部止抵于第二基座的端部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述卡钩结构包括与第一基座固定联接的固定部,与固定部连接的弧形部;所述固定部与弧形部的连接处圆弧过渡;所述弧形部与转轴转动联接;所述固定部与弧形部形成勾状结构;所述弧形部的勾口朝向第一基座的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述卡钩结构为二个,并且对称设置;所述弹片设于二个卡钩结构之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述第二基座端部与弹片的弹性端接触;所述第二基座相对于第一基座打开时,所述第二基座的端部挤压弹片的弹性端;所述第二基座朝向第一基座收合时,所述第二基座的内侧挤压弹片的弹性端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述弹片包括弹性部及安装部;所述安装部两侧设有与卡钩结构联接的凹槽;所述凹槽卡接于卡钩结构的底部,以使弹片可拆卸联接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述凹槽设有凸起部;所述卡钩结构侧边设有与凸起部联接的固定孔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性转动机构,其特征在于,所述第二基座一端设有与卡钩结构匹配的凹陷部;所述转轴贯穿凹陷部;所述卡钩结构位于凹陷部内与转轴旋转联接。
  10. 一种眼镜,包括镜框及镜腿;其特征在于,所述镜框与镜腿通过权利要求1至9任一项所述的弹性转动机构联接;所述镜框为第一基座,镜腿为第二基座。
