具体地,以安卓系统为例,由于安卓系统当前打开次数的统计跟系统强相关,部分接口直接掌 握在应用程序的开发者当中,对汇报数据的准确性会造成不一定准确。这样系统收集上来的数据不能代表应用真实的频率,且应用程序开发者会针对这种漏洞做类似SEO优化(搜索引擎优化),即使很少打开的APP也可以将数据上报变得很高频,从而变成本地常用应用,从而能够被推送给用户,以获得更加多的流量入口。
因此,为了克服上述缺陷,本申请实施例提供了一种信息推送方法,具体地,请参阅图4,该方法用于提高向用户推送应用程序推送时的准确性,以提高用户体验度。本实施例中,该方法的执行主体可以是上述的用户终端,例如,可以是用户终端内安装的客户端,在一些实施例中,该客户端可以是上述的应用中心客户端,也可以是用户终端内的其他应用程序,还可以是服务器,于本申请实施例中,以上述执行主体为服务器为例,描述本申请的方法的实施过程,具体地,该方法包括:S401至S405。
S401:获取预设时间内多个应用程序的使用数据。
其中,预设时间可以是当前时刻之前的一个时间段,该时间段的时间长度可以是指定时间长度。例如,该指定时间长度可以是一周,则该预设时间可以是当前时刻前的一周的时间内,例如,当前时刻为3月20日,则该预设时间为3月14日至3月20日或者3月13日至3月19日。具体地,该预设时间可以根据实际需求而设定。
其中,多个应用程序可以是用户终端内安装的应用程序,也可以是,多个用户终端内安装的应用程序,还可以是满足指定条件的应用程序。其中,指定条件可以是某个时间段内被用户安装或使用的应用程序,该指定条件还可以是某种类型的应用程序。
作为一种实施方式,该应用程序可以是用户终端内安装的应用程序。在一些实施例中,用户终端内安装有应用中心客户端,则用户在用户终端安装的应用程序可以是通过在应用中心客户端内的操作而进行的。例如,在应用中心客户端的安装界面内点击某个应用程序的安装按钮,从而该应用程序能够被安装。
作为一种实施方式,服务器内存储有安装在用户终端的应用中心客户端的记录数据,该记录数据包括应用中心客户端所执行的各项操作,例如,打开了某个界面。具体地,用户针对应用中心客户端的一些操作,例如,针对某个应用程序的安装操作,从而能够被服务器所记录,进而能够确定用户终端内安装的应用程序。
作为另一种实施方式,服务器内存储有用户终端的应用程序记录,该应用程序记录包括用户终端内已安装的应用程序的标识以及该标识对应的版本号。具体地,在应用中心客户端检测到用户终端每次安装了应用程序时,都会将用户终端当前安装的应用程序的标识发送至服务器,服务器将当前安装的应用程序的标识存储在应用程序记录内。另外,每次用户针对用户终端内已经安装的应用程序的操作,例如,更新、启动、退出或卸载,应用中心客户端都能够获取到应用程序的状态并发送至服务器,由服务器存储在用户终端的应用程序记录中。其中,应用程序的状态包括待更新、未安装、当前版本号等。
具体地移动终端对应的应用程序记录可以如下表所示:

在上述表1中,查找所有的状态为“已安装”对应的应用程序的标识,就能够确定用户终端内所有已安装的应用程序的表示,进而确定用户终端内所有已安装的应用程序。
在一些实施例中,服务器内还存储有用户终端的应用程序使用记录,该用户终端的应用程序使用记录内包括用户终端所安装的所有的应用程序中以及每个应用程序的使用数据,该使用数据包括启动次数、前台运行时间、后台运行时间等,通过查阅该应用程序使用记录就能够获取用户终端内的某一个应用程序的使用数据。作为一种实施方式,使用数据包括启动次数和前台运行时长。
作为一种实施方式,获取多个应用程序的使用数据的实施方式,可以是获取多个应用程序在预设时间段内的使用数据。其中,预设时间段为用户根据实际需要而设定的时间段,该预设时间段的时间终点可以是当前时间,例如,该预设时间段为以当前时间为时间终点的之前的三天内的时间。则作为一种实施方式,根据预先获取的所述用户终端的应用程序使用记录,确定预设时间段内每个 所述备选标识的使用数据的具体实施方式为,根据预先获取的所述用户终端的应用程序使用记录,确定每个所述备选标识对应的当前时间之前三天内的使用数据。
S402:根据每个所述应用程序的使用数据的大小,依次将所述多个应用程序排序,得到待选序列。
其中,在该待选序列内,每个应用程序对应一个序号,并且随着序号的逐渐增大,应用程序的使用数据逐渐增大或缩小,于本申请实施例中,该应用程序的使用数据可以逐渐增大,即在该待选序列内,使用数据最小的应用程序的序号最小,使用数据最大的应用程序的序号最大。
例如,多个应用程序为包括5个应用程序,分别为APP1、APP2、APP3、APP4和APP5,APP1、APP2、APP3、APP4和APP5各自对应的使用数据分别为data1、data2、data3、data4和data5,则data1、data2、data3、data4和data5的数据大小分别为data3>data4>data5>data1>data2,即data3最大,data2最小,则得到的待选序列为[APP2,APP1,APP5,APP4,APP3],各个应用程序对应的序号分别为1、2、3、4、5,可以看出,APP2的序号最小,APP3的序号最大。
其中,使用数据的数量可以不限制,可以是一个,也可以是多个,其中,多个的含义是至少两个,则在多个的时候,每个使用数据对应一个序待选列。
S403:针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,将每个所述应用程序的使用数据修改为参考数据。
其中,每个所述应用程序对应一所述参考数据,即每个应用程序的使用数据都被修改成参考数据。即将每个应用程序的修改后的使用数据命名为参考数据,且每个所述应用程序的参考数据不同,所述待选序列内的相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值位于指定数值范围内。
其中,指定数值范围可以是预先设定的一个范围值,可以根据用户需求而设定的,也可以是根据多个应用程序的使用数据而设定的。在一些实施例中,该指定数值范围可以是根据多个应用程序的使用数据中的最大使用数据和最小使用数据而设定。例如,获取最大使用数据和最小使用数据之间的差值,假设该差值是M,获取多个应用程序的数量,例如,该数量是N,则得到的参考差值为M/N,该指定数值范围为第一指定值和第二指定值之间,其中,第一指定值为(M/N-c 1),第二指定值为(M/N+c 2),其中,c 1和c 2为较小的数值,例如,该c 1和c 2相等,均为1,当然,该c 1和c 2也可以均为0。
从而在将每个所述应用程序的使用数据修改为参考数据,所述待选序列内的相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值能够稳定在一个较固定的范围内,使得那些因为数据造假而使用数据突然猛增的应用程序,其对应的使用数据在被修改为参考数据之后,能够缩小与其他应用程序之间的差距。需要说明的是,于本申请实施例中,差值的含义为相减之后结果的绝对值,即差值为一个正数。
具体地,将每个所述应用程序的使用数据修改为参考数据的实施方式可以是,依次获取每相邻的两个应用程序的使用数据之间的初始差值,判断该初始差值是否位于指定数值范围,如果位于该指定数值范围内,则可以不必修改该相邻的两个应用程序的使用数据,如果该初始差值不位于该指定数值范围内,则修改该相邻的两个应用程序的使用数据为参考数据,使得修改后的该相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值位于该指定数值范围内。
作为一种实施方式,可以修改该相邻的两个应用程序的使用数据中,较大的使用数据,例如,可以采用增加一个数值和减小一个数值,从而使得该相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值位于该指定数值范围内。作为另一种实施方式,也可以同时修改该两个应用程序的使用数据。然后,依次类推,对所有的应用程序的使用数据采用上述的方式遍历,以便每相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值均位于该指定数值范围内。
于本申请实施例中,在使用数据被修改为参考数据之后,该应用程序的使用数据就变为参考数据,例如,在应用程序的使用数据被修改为参考数据之后,再次获取该应用程序的使用数据的时候,所获取的数据实质上是参考数据。
作为另一种实施方式,将每个所述应用程序的使用数据修改为参考数据的实施方式,还可以是将该待选序列内的每个所述应用程序的使用数据进行线性化处理,即将每个所述应用程序的使用数据之间的函数关系修改为线性函数的关系,具体地,请参考后续实施例。
S404:根据所述参考数据确定待推送应用程序对应的推送内容。
作为一种实施方式,根据所述参考数据由该多个应用程序中确定需要被推送的应用程序,即待推送应用程序。在一些实施例中,可以将参考数据大于指定数值的应用程序作为待推送应用程序。其中,该指定数值可以是根据实际需求而预先设定的。因此,由于修改后每个应用程序的使用数据变为参考数据,待选序列内的相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值位于指定数值范围内,因此,各个应用程序的数据相互之间的差异稳定在指定数值范围内,较好地避免了某个数据被造假的 时候,与其他数据之间的差异变化过大,使得各个数据之间的差异变化不大,即未超出指定数值范围内,使得被造假的数据能够被修正到整体数据变化趋势的范围内,从而使得某个使用数据在被造假的情况下,使用数据过大的情况下,被修改后的参考数据能够趋于一个整体的变化,从而使得该过大的使用数据被改小为参考数据,则该参考数据有可能小于该指定数据,而避免造假的应用程序被推荐。
在另一些实施例中,该应用程序的使用数据为多个,则所对应的参考数据也为多个,则根据所述参考数据由该多个应用程序中确定待推送应用程序的实施方式,可以参考后续实施例。
其中,待推送应用程序对应的推送内容可以包括待推送应用程序的标识和图标以及描述内容等信息,该描述内容可以包括待推送应用程序的内容介绍等信息。
S405:将所述推送内容在用户终端显示。
作为一种实施方式,服务器将推送内容发送至用户终端,用户终端获取该推送内容对应的显示内容,其中,显示内容包括该推送内容,即用于将该推送内容显示。
另外,根据推送策略,该推送内容对应的显示内容还可以包括待推送应用程序对应的操作按钮(例如,安装或更新)。其中,推送策略可以是基于目的所确定的推送内容,例如,该推送策略可以包括推送未安装的应用程序对应的内容、推送未更新的应用程序对应的内容或推送常用应用程序对应的内容。
则如果推送策略是推送未安装的应用程序对应的内容,则上述的获取多个应用程序的使用数据中的应用程序应当是用户终端之外的其他终端上安装的应用程序。如果推送策略是推送未更新的应用程序对应的内容,则上述的获取多个应用程序的使用数据中的应用程序应当是用户终端内安装的且未更新的应用程序,其中,未更新的应用程序可以是指该应用程序的最新版本与该应用程序在该用户终端内的版本不同。如果推送策略是推送常用应用程序对应的内容,则上述的获取多个应用程序的使用数据中的应用程序应当是用户终端内安装的应用程序。
作为一种实施方式,用户终端将推送内容在指定界面内显示,则将所述推送内容在用户终端内显示的实施方式为,将所述推送内容在用户终端的指定界面内显示。
其中,该指定界面可以是用户终端所显示的某个界面,具体的可以根据实际使用需求而设定。例如,该指定界面可以是顶部状态栏弹出的提示界面,另外,该指定界面也可以是上述的应用中心客户端内的某个界面。
于本申请实施例中,该指定界面可以是用户终端安装的目标客户端的首页的应用推荐区域内,则在所述用户终端安装的目标客户端的首页的应用推荐区域内显示所述推送内容。
作为一种实施方式,该目标客户端可以是上述的应用中心客户端,则该首页的应用推荐区域内可以是上述的应用中心客户端的首页的某个区域。则在一些实施例中,如图2所示,待推送应用程序对应的推送内容在该应用中心客户端的首页内显示,即以列表的形式,由上至下显示多个应用程序对应的显示内容,该显示内容可以包括应用程序的图标、描述内容、名称和操作按钮,如图2所示,该操作按钮可以是安装按钮,用户点击该安装按钮,能够安装该应用程序。则该应用推荐区域可以是图2内的应用列表对应的区域。
如图5所示,该推送内容在应用中心客户端的首页显示的方式可以是,在某个应用程序被安装的时候,在该应用程序对应的显示内容和下一个应用程序对应的显示内容之间的插入所述推送内容。作为一种实施方式,可以预先在首页内显示某个应用安装列表,该应用安装列表可以是服务器根据其他的策略在首页内显示的供用户下载的应用程序的列表,可以称为默认列表,则该初始列表内的应用程序称为默认推荐应用程序,因此,如图5所示,在该界面内,在相邻的两个默认推荐应用程序之间显示待推送应用程序对应的推送内容。则应用推荐区域可以是图5中的在相邻的两个默认推荐应用程序之间的区域。
作为一种实施方式,本申请实施例可以在检测到用户确定应用中心客户端的首页的时候,再执行本申请实施例提供的方法。即在S401之前,方法还包括,判断应用中心客户端的首页是否被启动,如果是,则执行S401。进一步地,首先上还显示有预设按钮,例如,该预设按钮可以是一个指定标签。例如,该指定标签为常用应用的标签,在用户选中或者操作该标签的时候,用户终端向服务器发送一个待推送应用获取请求,指示服务器执行本申请的方法。
作为一种实施方式,服务器确定应用中心客户端的首页是否被打开的实施方式可以是,服务器内存储有安装在移动终端的应用中心客户端的记录数据,该记录数据包括应用中心客户端所执行的各项操作,例如,打开了某个界面。具体地,用户针对应用中心客户端的一些操作,导致某个界面被打开以及从一个切面切换到另一个界面时,都会发送一个指令至服务器,服务器根据该指令返回 与要打开的界面对应的数据,应用中心客户端加载该数据后将界面打开。
在一些实施例中,应用中心客户端被打开的信息可以是,应用中心客户端的首页被打开时向服务器发送的页面加载请求,服务器在收到该页面加载请求时,判定获取到应用中心客户端的首页被打开的信息。还可以是服务器将首页对应的页面记载数据发送应用中心客户端时,生成一个对应于应用中心客户端的标记信息,该标记信息用于表示应用中心客户端当前展示的界面为首页。
例如,用户在成功登录后,应用中心客户端发送首页加载请求至服务器,服务器在获取到首页加载请求时,根据首页加载请求获取对应的首页加载数据,将该数据发送至应用中心客户端,应用中心客户端根据所获取的首页加载数据展示对应的首页,即图2所示的界面。具体地,在服务器将首页加载数据发送至应用中心客户端时,在预先存储的应用中心客户端的操作记录中,为应用中心客户端设置一个预设标记,该预设标记用于表示应用中心客户端当前展示的界面为首页。
当然,也可以是在服务器将首页加载数据发送至应用中心客户端,并且应用中心客户端根据页加载数据打开首页时,返回一个成功展示指令至服务器,服务器在获取到该成功展示指令时,就判定获取到应用中心客户端首页被打开的信息,其中,该成功展示指令用于表示应用中心客户端成功打开首页。
服务器在判定应用中心客户端的首页被打开之后,可以直接执行S401以及后续步骤,还可以是,监测是否获取到待推送应用获取请求,如果获取到,则执行S401以及后续步骤。
作为另一种实施方式,该指定界面可以是用户终端的负一屏界面,在用户终端的桌面界面的最左屏显示为负一屏,为用户提供搜索、应用建议、快捷服务、情景智能等等服务。如图6所示,所显示的APP1至APP6的图标和名称等内容为上述的待推送应用程序对应的推送内容。
请参阅图7,本申请实施例提供了一种信息推送方法,该方法用于提高向用户推送应用程序推送时的准确性,以提高用户体验度。本实施例中,该方法的执行主体可以是上述的用户终端,例如,可以是用户终端内安装的客户端,在一些实施例中,该客户端可以是上述的应用中心客户端,也可以是用户终端内的其他应用程序,还可以是服务器,于本申请实施例中,以上述执行主体为服务器为例,描述本申请的方法的实施过程,具体地,该方法包括:S701至S705。
S701:获取预设时间内多个应用程序的使用数据。
S702:根据每个所述应用程序的使用数据的大小,依次将所述多个应用程序排序,得到待选序列。
S703:针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理,得到每个所述应用程序的参考数据。
即针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理,将每个所述应用程序的所述使用数据修改为所述参考数据,其中,所述待选序列内的相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值为指定常数。
其中,对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理是指,经过对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理之后,每个应用程序的使用数据变成了参考数据,并且每个应用程序的参考数据的函数关系满足线性函数。具体地,以应用程序在待选序列内的序号为横坐标,每个应用程序的使用数据作为纵坐标,则每个应用程序对应的坐标点拟合得到的函数关系如果是非线性函数,则需要对该每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理,使得该每个应用程序对应的使用数据在被修改为参考数据之后,整体满足线性关系。
作为一种实施方式,对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理的实施方式,可以是对应用程序的使用数据修改,例如,上述的将使用数据修改为参考数据的方式,即修改后的参考数据,相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值位于指定数值范围内,而在该指定数值范围为常数的时候,即在参考数据之间的差值为指定常数的时候,每个所述应用程序的参考数据满足线性关系,即完成对使用数据的线性化处理。
作为另一种实施方式,针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理,得到每个所述应用程序的参考数据的实施方式可以是,根据所述待选序列内的多个应用程序的排序,依次将每个所述应用程序的使用数据映射到预先获取的指定线性函数内,得到每个所述应用程序的参考数据。
具体地,可以预先设定一个线性函数,其中,线性函数是指两个变量之间的关系是一次函数关系的,即函数上的各个点位于同一条直线上,这样的两个变量之间的关系就是“线性关系”。其中,该两个变量就是每个应用程序对应的横坐标和纵坐标,其中,横坐标为每个应用程序内在待选序列内的序号,纵坐标为每个应用程序的参考数据,即被修改后的使用数据。
假设线性函数为f(x)=a*x+b,其中,x为应用程序在待选序列内的序号,f(x)为应用程序的参考数据,则依次将每个所述应用程序的使用数据映射到预先获取的指定线性函数内的实施方式可以是,将某个应用程序的序号代入该线性函数内,在a和b的数值已知的情况下,能得到f(x)的值,从而将f(x)作为该应用程序的使用数据映射到预先获取的指定线性函数之后的结果,即该应用程序对应的参考数据。
则在执行将每个所述应用程序的使用数据映射到预先获取的指定线性函数之前,需要先确定指定线性函数,例如,确定上述线性函数内的a和b的参数。
具体地,根据所述待选序列内的至少一个应用程序的使用数据设置指定线性函数。具体地,可以预先设置一个初始的线性函数,该线性函数内存在未知的参数,则根据待选序列内的至少一个应用程序的序号和对应的使用数据求得该参数。则如果该参数为一个,则可以选择该待选序列内的一个应用程序的序号和对应的使用数据求得该参数。例如,该初始的线性函数为f(x)=a*x,存在一个未知的参数a,则选择一个应用程序的使用数据和序号,将所选择的使用数据和序号代入该初始的线性函数,计算得到a,则未知的参数被求解之后,该初始的线性函数可以被记为指定线性函数。
则如果该参数为两个,则可以选择该待选序列内的两个应用程序的序号和对应的使用数据求得该参数,因此,所选择的应用程序的数量与初始的线性函数内的未知的参数有关。
于本申请实施例中,初始的线性函数为f(x)=a*x+b,则由所述待选序列内获取两个应用程序的使用数据,分别作为第一数据和第二数据,根据所述第一数据和所述第二数据设置指定线性函数。其中,第一数据和第二数据可以是待选序列内两个不同的应用程序对应的使用数据。则根据所述第一数据和所述第二数据设置指定线性函数的实施方式可以是,确定第一数据对应的第一序号,和第二数据对应的第二序号,根据第一数据和第二序号以及第二数据和第二序号求解初始的线性函数的参数,即上述的a和b。
作为一种实施方式,由所述待选序列内获取最大的使用数据和最小的使用数据,所述最大的使用数据作为第一数据,所述最小的使用数据作为第二数据。
以多个应用程序分别为APP1、APP2、APP3、APP4、APP5和APP6,APP1、APP2、APP3、APP4、APP5和APP6各自对应的使用数据分别为data1、data2、data3、data4、data5和data6,则data1、data2、data3、data4、data5和data6的数据大小分别为data6>data3>data4>data5>data1>data2,即data6最大,data2最小,则得到的待选序列为[APP2,APP1,APP5,APP4,APP3,APP6],各个应用程序对应的序号分别为1、2、3、4、5、6,可以看出,APP2的序号最小,APP6的序号最大。则第一数据为data2,第二数据为data6。
作为一种实施方式,根据所述第一数据和所述第二数据设置指定线性函数的实施方式可以是,确定所述第一数据对应的应用程序在所述待选序列内的第一序号;确定所述第二数据对应的应用程序在所述待选序列内的第二序号;根据所述第一数据、第一序号、第二数据和第二序号设置指定线性函数。
例如,以上述的APP1至APP6为例,第一数据为data2,第一序号为1,第二数据为data6,第二序号为6。
假设初始线性函数包括初始参数,则根据所述第一数据、第一序号、第二数据和第二序号更新所述初始参数,以获得更新的初始线性函数,作为指定线性函数。
例如,假设初始函数为上述的f(x)=a*x+b。
其中,a为第一参数,b为第二参数,当x为第一序号时,f(x)为第一数据,当x为第二序号时,f(x)为第二数据。
则当x为1是,a+b的值等于data2,当x为6时,6*a+b的值为data6,从而能够得到a和b的值,从而得到指定线性函数。
如图8所示,假设[APP2,APP1,APP5,APP4,APP3,APP6],各个应用程序对应的序号分别为x 1、x 2、x 3、x 4、x 5、x 6,如图8所示,x 1、x 2、x 3、x 4、x 5、x 6对应的使用数据分别为y 1、y 2’、y 3’、y 4’、y 5’、y 6,由图8可以看出,各个APP的使用数据的函数为非线性函数,即图8中的曲线L1为APP的使用数据。所确定的指定线性函数为图8中的直线L2,如图8所示,x 1、x 2、x 3、x 4、x 5、x 6对应的参考数据分别为y 1、y 2、y 3、y 4、y 5、y 6,可以看出,最小的使用数据的应用程序的参考数据与该应用程序的使用数据相同,且最大的使用数据的应用程序的参考数据与该应用程序的使用数据相同,即x 1和x 6的使用数据和参数数据相同。
经过线性化操作,各个应用程序之间的使用数据之间的差值,在被修改为参考数据之后,差值等于一个指定常数,例如,该指定常数可以是指定线性函数f(x)=a*x+b的a。由图8可以看出, 序号为x 1、x 2的应用程序的使用数据之间的差值为y 1和y 2’的差的绝对值,则在经过将使用数据映射到直线L2对应的线性函数之后,该差值变为y 1和y 2的差值,明显小于y 1和y 2’的差值,避免x 2的应用程序的使用数据造假,而导致其与其他的应用程序的使用数据差距过大,并且能够与所有的应用程序的参考数据的变化趋势整体一致。
同理,如图9所示,对于使用数据最大的应用程序,如果因为数据造假而导致其与其他的使用数据的差距过大的情况下,可以根据最小的使用数据和最大的使用数据确定整体的变化趋势,将其他的与最大的使用数据相比差距过大的使用数据增大一定数值的方式,将该使用数据修改为参考数据,并且,经修改后,参考数据满足线性变化。如图9所示,序号为x 1、x 2的应用程序的使用数据之间的差值为y 1和y 2’的差的绝对值,则在经过将使用数据映射到直线L2对应的线性函数之后,该差值变为y 1和y 2的差值,明显大于y 1和y 2’的差值,即将x 2的应用程序的使用数据增大。
作为另一种实施方式,确定线性函数的方式还可以通过对每个应用程序的使用数据拟合得到应用函数进行处理的方式得到。

其中,根据每个应用程序的使用数据拟合得到应用函数的实施方式可以是,以每个应用程序在待选序列内的序号为横坐标,以每个应用程序的使用数据为纵坐标,进行曲线拟合,得到应用函数。然后,再对该应用函数处理,得到指定线性函数。具体地,可以判定该应用函数是否为线性函数,若所述应用函数为非线性函数,对所述应用函数处理得到指定线性函数。
例如,如果该应用函数为高幂函数,可以通过降幂的方式,得到指定线性函数。如果该应用函数为低幂函数,可以通过升幂的方式,得到指定线性函数。其中,高幂和低幂为与一元一次函数相比而言的,如果应用函数的次级高于1,则判定为高幂函数,例如,f(x)=x 2。如果应用函数的次级低于1,则判定为低幂函数,例如,f(x)=x -1

请参阅图10,本申请实施例提供了一种信息推送方法,该方法用于提高向用户推送应用程序推送时的准确性,以提高用户体验度。本实施例中,该方法的执行主体可以是上述的用户终端,例如,可以是用户终端内安装的客户端,在一些实施例中,该客户端可以是上述的应用中心客户端,也可以是用户终端内的其他应用程序,还可以是服务器,于本申请实施例中,以上述执行主体为服务器为例,描述本申请的方法的实施过程,具体地,该方法包括:S1001至S1005。
S1001:获取多个应用程序的第一使用数据和第二使用数据。
S1002:根据每个所述应用程序的第一使用数据的大小排序得到第一序列和根据每个所述应用程序的第二使用数据的大小排序得到第二序列。
于本申请实施例中,所述使用数据为多个,且多个使用数据包括第一使用数据和第二使用数据,所述待选序列包括根据每个所述应用程序的第一使用数据的大小排序得到的第一序列和根据每个所述应用程序的第二使用数据的大小排序得到的第二序列,所述参考数据包括第一参考数据和第二参考数据。
则针对每个使用数据,分别根据每个使用数据的大小对多个应用程序排序,得到每个使用数据对应的待选序列,则于本申请实施例中,与第一使用数据对应的待选序列命名为第一序列,与第二使用数据对应的待选序列命名为第二序列。
于本申请实施例中,该第一使用数据为启动次数,所述第二使用数据为使用时长。其中,该使用时长可以是应用程序位于前台运行状态的持续时长。
S1003:针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,将每个所述应用程序的第一使用数据修改为第一参考数据,将每个所述应用程序的第二使用数据修改为第二参考数据。

则在使用数据为多个的时候,上述的根据所述参考数据确定待推送应用程序对应的推送内容的实施方式为根据第一参考数据和第二参考数据确定待推送应用程序对应的推送内容。
具体地,可以根据每个所述应用程序的第一参考数据和第二参考数据得到该应用程序对应的权重值;根据每个所述应用程序的权重值确定待推送应用程序;根据所述待推送应用程序确定推送内容。
作为一种实施方式,获取每个所述应用程序的第一参考数据和第二参考数据的乘积,所述乘积作为该应用程序对应的权重值,当然,也可以获取每个所述应用程序的第一参考数据和第二参考数据的比值,所述比值作为该应用程序对应的权重值,或者其他的计算方法得到每个应用程序的权重。
具体地,可以使用乘积的方式获得最终常用的权重,即:
Wapp=Start*Use;
其中,Wapp代表应用程序的权重值,Start代表启动次数,Use代表使用时间。
根据每个所述应用程序的权重值确定待推送应用程序的实施方式可以是,根据每个所述应用程序的权重值对所述应用程序进行排序,得到备选序列,然后,由该备选序列内确定待推送应用程序。
作为一种实施方式,可以按照权重值由大到小的顺序,对每个所述应用程序排序,序号越小的应用程序的权重值越高。由备选序列选择前N个应用程序作为待推送应用程序。其中,N为正整数,例如,该N为5。
因此,由于采用第一参考数据和第二参考数据的乘积作为应用程序对应的权重值,从而能够通过两个维度确定待推送应用程序。
另外,用于对第一使用数据和第二使用数据分别进行了线性化处理,如果应用程序的某个使用数据造假,由于该使用数据被修改为参考数据,能够降低该使用数据对该应用程序的权重值大小的影响。例如,某个应用程序的启动次数造假,但是使用时长是合理的,则由于在将该启动次数线性化处理之后,该启动次数降低,则在得到启动次数和使用时长的乘积的时候,能够避免启动次数过大而导致权重值过大。
通过对使用数据的线性化处理方式,使得各个应用程序在满足使用数据的大小关系的情况下,使用数据的变化趋于一个稳定的变化趋势,避免数据造假而偏离正常变化趋势过多,能够起到降噪的作用。
另外,由于第一使用数据和第二使用数据为不同的数据,则为了避免两个数据之间的量纲或者数值范围相差太多,而导致权重值不准确,则可以对第一使用数据和第二使用数据做归一化处理。则具体地,根据所述参考数据确定待推送应用程序对应的推送内容的实施方式可以是,将各个所述应用程序的所述第一参考数据和第二参考数据归一化处理;根据归一化处理之后的第一参考数据和第二参考数据确定待推送应用程序对应的推送内容。
具体地,归一化的方式为将所有应用程序的参考数据的大小限定在[0,1]的区间内,作为一种实施方式,可以是最大的参考数据为1,其他的参考数据均小于1。作为一种实施方式,可以设置最小的参考数据为0。
具体地,以第一参考数据为例,确定最大的第一参考数据,将所有的应用程序的第一参考数据均除以最大的第一参考数据,则得到的结果为归一化处理之后的第一参考数据。第二参考数据的归一化过程,可以参考前述方式,在此不再赘述。
S1005:将所述推送内容在用户终端的指定界面内显示。
另外,需要说明的是,该使用数据还可以包括更多,例如,第三参考数据、第四参考数据等等。则可以获取每个使用数据对应的参考数据,在将每个参考数据乘积得到应用程序的权重值。

推送单元1250,用于将所述推送内容在用户终端显示。
进一步地,推送单元1250还用于在所述用户终端安装的目标客户端的首页的应用推荐区域内显示所述推送内容。

存储器120可以包括随机存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM),也可以包括只读存储器(Read-Only Memory)。存储器120可用于存储指令、程序、代码、代码集或指令集。存储器120可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储用于实现操作系统的指令、用于实现至少一个功能的指令(比如触控功能、声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)、用于实现下述各个方法实施例的指令等。存储数据区还可以存储电子设备100在使用中所创建的数据(比如电话本、音视频数据、聊天记录数据)等。
请参考图14,其示出了本申请实施例提供的一种计算机可读存储介质的结构框图。该计算机可读介质1400中存储有程序代码,所述程序代码可被处理器调用执行上述方法实施例中所描述的方法。
计算机可读存储介质1400可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。可选地,计算机可读存储介质1400包括非易失性计算机可读介质(non-transitory computer-readable storage medium)。计算机可读存储介质1400具有执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码1410的存储空间。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。程序代码1410可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。
综上所述,本申请提供的信息推送方法、装置、电子设备及计算机可读介质,获取多个应用程序的使用数据;根据每个所述应用程序的使用数据的大小,依次将所述多个应用程序排序,得到待选序列,依次对待选序列内的每个应用程序的使用数据修改,修改后每个应用程序的使用数据变为参考数据,待选序列内的相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值位于指定数值范围内,因此, 各个应用程序的数据相互之间的差异稳定在指定数值范围内,较好地避免了某个数据被造假的时候,与其他数据之间的差异变化过大,使得各个数据之间的差异变化不大,即未超出指定数值范围内,使得被造假的数据能够被修正到整体数据变化趋势的范围内,从而根据参考数据确定的待推送应用程序,能够更加合理和准确。

  1. 一种信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取预设时间内多个应用程序的使用数据;
    根据每个所述应用程序的使用数据的大小,依次将所述多个应用程序排序,得到待选序列;
    针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,将每个所述应用程序的使用数据修改为参考数据,其中,每个所述应用程序对应一所述参考数据,每个所述应用程序的参考数据不同,所述待选序列内的相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值位于指定数值范围内;
    根据所述参考数据确定待推送应用程序对应的推送内容;
    将所述推送内容在用户终端显示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,将每个所述应用程序的使用数据修改为参考数据,包括:
    针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理,将每个所述应用程序的所述使用数据修改为所述参考数据,其中,所述待选序列内的相邻的两个应用程序的参考数据之间的差值为指定常数。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述针对所述待选序列内的多个应用程序,对每个所述应用程序的使用数据作线性化处理,得到每个所述应用程序的参考数据,包括:
    根据所述待选序列内的多个应用程序的排序,依次将每个所述应用程序的使用数据映射到预先获取的指定线性函数内,得到每个所述应用程序的参考数据。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述待选序列内的至少一个应用程序的使用数据设置线性函数,包括:
    由所述待选序列内获取两个应用程序的使用数据,分别作为第一数据和第二数据;
    根据所述第一数据和所述第二数据设置指定线性函数。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述由所述待选序列内获取两个应用程序的使用数据,分别作为第一数据和第二数据,包括:
    由所述待选序列内获取最大的使用数据和最小的使用数据,所述最大的使用数据作为第一数据,所述最小的使用数据作为第二数据。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一数据和所述第二数据设置指定线性函数,包括:
    确定所述第一数据对应的应用程序在所述待选序列内的第一序号;
    确定所述第二数据对应的应用程序在所述待选序列内的第二序号;
    根据所述第一数据、第一序号、第二数据和第二序号设置指定线性函数。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述第一数据、第一序号、第二数据和第二序号设置指定线性函数,包括:
    设置初始线性函数,所述初始线性函数包括初始参数;
    根据所述第一数据、第一序号、第二数据和第二序号更新所述初始参数,以获得更新的初始线性函数,作为指定线性函数。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述初始参数包括第一参数和第二参数,所述根据所述第一数据、第一序号、第二数据和第二序号更新所述初始参数,包括:

    将每个应用程序的序号以及每个应用程序的使用数据拟合得到应用函数;
    若所述应用函数为非线性函数,对所述应用函数处理得到指定线性函数。
