     筒状のシースと、
     前記シース内に進退可能に挿し通された操作ワイヤと、
     前記操作ワイヤの先端部に接続され、線条弾性体からなる環状の取り外しループ部とを有し、
     前記取り外しループ部は、開口幅が小さくなるくびれ部を有し、前記操作ワイヤの進退によって前記シースに対して突没することにより弾性変形するものであり、
     前記取り外しループ部の開口内において前記くびれ部よりもシース側に前記クリップを配置した状態から、前記取り外しループ部を前記シースに引き込むことによって、前記くびれ部を用いて前記締め付けリングを前記クリップ本体の後方側に移動させて、前記クリップ本体による前記体内組織の把持を解除する、クリップ取り外し装置。
