如图1至图4所示,本实施方式提供一种启动发电一体机,该启动发电一体机包括电机总成110、设置于电机总成110轴线两端的前盖120和后盖130、设置于后盖130远离前盖120—侧的逆变器140、以及罩设于逆变器140外的罩盖1,罩盖1上设置有多个与后盖130连接的卡扣11,部分卡扣11的下方设置有剪切缺口12;前盖120和后盖130上均设置有挂角2,以连接启动发电一体机和发动机缸体。
拆卸孔12贯穿罩盖1。
通过设置罩盖1,实现对逆变器140的保护,罩盖1通过卡扣11与后盖130连接,使安装更加方便,卡扣11的下方的剪切缺口12用来容置剪子头部,便于在破坏性拆卸罩盖1时剪切破坏罩盖1的卡扣11,使拆卸更加容易;通过在前盖120和后盖130上均设置挂角2,即采用分离式挂角2,相较于现有技术中挂角2仅设置于前盖120或后盖130的悬臂式设置方式,分离式挂角2可以将力更好地分散到前盖120和后盖130,能使启动发电一体机与发动机缸体连接时的受力更加均匀,减少了应力集中,避免了前盖120或后盖130破裂的风险,有效地提高了启动发电一体机的强度,增加了启动发电一体机的安全性能。
具体地,如图1至图3所示,后盖130上设置有紧固螺栓,紧固螺栓与逆变器140螺纹连接,以实现逆变器140与后盖130的连接;紧固螺栓的头部设置有环形凹槽,相应地,卡扣11的内侧设置有环形翻边13,环形翻边13置于环形凹槽内,以实现罩盖1与后盖130的卡接;与后盖130卡接后的罩盖1罩设于逆变器140外,能有效地起到保护逆变器140的作用。
优选地,紧固螺栓的头部还设置有导向斜面,环形翻边13朝向远离逆变器140的方向设置,卡接时,导向斜面先与环形翻边13抵接,导向斜面和环形翻边13均能起到一定导向作用以方便更加省力的卡接,卡接完成后,环形翻边13完全置于环形凹槽内,环形翻边13的边缘抵接于环形凹槽的顶面,能有效保证卡接的稳定性和牢固性。与后盖总成130卡接后的罩盖1罩设于逆变器140外,能有效地起到保护定子总成110的定子相端与逆变器140的母线的连接部分的作用。
如图3所示,卡扣11上还设置有朝向所述罩盖1外侧的豁口16,豁口与罩盖1的表面平行,在卡接罩盖1时更加便于施力;具体地,拆卸孔12至少有部分设置于豁口16上,使拆卸孔12在受到剪子的剪切力时更加容易被破坏,便于罩盖1的拆卸;于本实施例中,拆卸孔12设置于豁口16的正下方,使罩盖1更加美观。
优选地,环形翻边13上设置有至少一个缺口17,缺口17延伸至卡扣11上,且缺口17正对拆卸孔12设置,缺口17的设置一方面便于环形翻边13与环形凹槽的卡接,另一方面,将缺口17正对拆卸孔12设置,便于置于拆卸孔12内的剪子头部进一步深入缺口17中,使剪子能更加针对性地对环形翻边13进行破坏。为保证环形翻边13与环形凹槽的卡接强度,又为保证环形翻边13受到剪子头部的剪切力后更易被破坏,于本实施例中,环形翻边13上设置有3个缺口,且三个缺口沿环形翻边13的周向等间隔设置。
进一步地,为在破坏性拆除时便于剪子头部的伸入,拆卸孔12可以被设置为矩形或圆形或三角形以及可以容纳剪子头部的任意形状,于本实施例中,剪切缺口12设置为矩形,且矩形的剪切缺口12的尺寸为4MMX6MM。在需要破坏性拆卸罩盖1时,只需将剪子的头部伸入剪切缺口12中,旋转或张开剪子,实现对环形翻边13的破坏,进一步的破坏卡扣11与后盖130之间的连接,拆卸下罩盖1,使拆卸更加方便、省力。
罩盖1不仅需要保护逆变器140,同时还需要起到一定的散热作用,为此,罩盖1上还设置有格栅窗口14,且格栅窗口14的宽度小于10MM,既有效地实现散热,又满足IP25防护等级,使操作者的手指不可插入,有效地保护了操作者的安全。
进一步地,为有效保护操作者的操作安全、避免罩盖1与其他零件的干涉以及有效地实现散热作用,罩盖1上多处均设置有格栅窗口14;位于罩盖1表面的格栅窗口14的宽度较小,具体可以设置为2-4MM;位于罩盖1两侧的格栅窗口14的宽度较大,具体可以设置为6-10MM;值得说明的是,为避免干涉及进一步增大散热效果,位于罩盖1侧边的格栅窗口14设置有不同宽度,具体地,罩盖1侧边中间的格栅窗口14宽度较大,具体可以设置为10MM,较大宽度格栅窗口14的两侧的格栅窗口14的宽度较小,具体可以设置为6MM。
可选地,为进一步减少罩盖1对散热产生的负面影响,本领域技术人员可以在保证罩盖1具有足够的强度的前提下,在罩盖1的表面设置较大的散热通孔来替换罩盖1表面的格栅窗口14,散热通孔较格栅窗口14能起到更大的散热作用,大大地增加了罩盖1的散热效果。
为避免罩盖1与逆变器140或启动发电一体机其他零部件之间的干涉,罩盖1设置为半环形。于本实施例中,后盖130通过4个紧固螺栓与逆变器140连接,所以相应地,半环形的罩盖1上共设置有4个卡扣11,其中3个卡扣11的下方设置有剪切缺口12,即剪切缺口12设置有3个。
为便于每个卡扣11的拆卸,一个卡扣11的侧方设置一个拆卸孔12;本领域技术人员还可以根据实际情况设置拆卸孔12,例如本实施例中,其中一个卡扣11处已经存在可以容纳剪子头部的结构,出于简化结构和便于加工的考虑,该卡扣11的侧方就不再设置有拆卸孔12,故本实施例的其中3个卡扣11的侧方设置有拆卸孔12,即拆卸孔12设置有3个。
优选地,罩盖1边缘设置有卷边15和加强筋,用于进一步加强罩盖1的结构强度,能有效地避免在运输及装配过程中发生变形、弯折损坏等风险。
具体地,卷边15沿罩盖1的周向边缘设置,卷边15采用注塑工艺制成,能有效增强罩盖1边缘的强度;加强筋设置于罩盖1的表面,具体可以设置为连接处以及应力集中处,以增强罩盖1表面的强度;总体上卷边15和加强筋能有效保证罩盖1具有较好的结构强度以抵抗运输和装配过程中的结构变形,避免弯折损坏等风险。
如图1和图4所示,前盖总成120和后盖总成130上均设置有挂角2,以连接启动发电一体机和发动机缸体,通过在前盖总成120和后盖总成130上均设置挂角2,即采用分离式挂角2,相较于现有技术中挂角2仅设置于前盖总成120或后盖总成130的悬臂式设置方式,分离式挂角2可以将力更好地分散到前盖总成120和后盖总成130,能使启动发电一体机与发动机缸体连接时的受力更加均匀,减少了应力集中,避免了前盖总成120或后盖总成130破裂的风险,有效地提高了启动发电一体机的强度,增加了启动发电一体机的安全性能。
进一步地,如图1和图4所示,挂角2的中心轴线与前盖120和后盖130的中心轴线垂直,方便安装的同时还有利于挂耳承受更大的力,进一步增加了启动发电一体机的连接强度。
具体地,为实现启动发电一体机与发动机缸体的稳定连接,前盖120和后盖130均设置有两个挂角2,共计4个挂角2,且挂角2设置于前盖120和后盖130的径向两端。
进一步地,挂耳设置有安装平面22,安装平面22与发动机缸体抵接,四个安装平面22位于同一平面。
为实现启动发电一体机与发动机缸体的准确连接,优选地,至少两个挂角2上设置有定位销21。示例性地,可以在前盖120上的两个挂角2设置有定位销21;或,后盖130上的两个挂角2设置有定位销21;或,前盖120的一个挂角2上设置有定位销21,后盖130的一个挂角2上设置有定位销21。根据实际启动发电一体机与发动机缸体之间的连接情况以及操作者的操作习惯,于本实施例中,定位销21设置于前盖120的两个挂耳上。
优选地,定位销21的中心轴线与挂角2的中心轴线重合,更加便于加工。且定位销21的端部设置有倒角23,在启动发电一体机与发动机缸体连接时会起到一定的导向作用。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (8)

    1.一种启动发电一体机,包括定子总成(110)、设置于所述定子总成(110)轴线两端的前盖总成(120)和后盖总成(130)、以及设置于所述后盖总成(130)远离所述前盖总成(120)—侧的逆变器(140),其特征在于,还包括:罩盖(1),罩设于所述逆变器(140)外,所述罩盖(1)上设置有多个与所述后盖总成(130)连接的卡扣(11),部分所述卡扣(11)的侧方设置有拆卸孔(12);所述前盖总成(120)和所述后盖总成(130)上均设置有挂角(2),以连接所述启动发电一体机和发动机缸体.2.根据权利要求1所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述逆变器上上设置有紧固螺栓,所述紧固螺栓与所述后盖总成(130)螺纹连接,所述紧固螺栓的头部设置有环形凹槽,所述卡扣(11)与所述环形凹槽卡接。
  2. 3.根据权利要求2所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述卡扣(11)设置有环形翻边(13),所述环形翻边(13)置于所述环形凹槽内。
  3. 4.根据权利要求1所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述罩盖(1)上设置有格栅窗口(14)。
  4. 5.根据权利要求1所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述罩盖(1)边缘设置有卷边(15)和加强筋。
  5. 6.根据权利要求1所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述挂角(2)的中心轴线与所述前盖总成(120)和所述后盖总成(130)的中心轴线垂直。
  6. 7.根据权利要求6所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述挂角(2)设置于所述前盖总成(120)和所述后盖总成(130)的径向两端.8.根据权利要求6所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述前盖总成(120)和所述后盖总成(130)均设置有两个所述挂角(2)。
  7. 9.根据权利要求8所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,至少两个所述挂角(2)上设置有定位销(21)。
  8. 10.根据权利要求9所述的启动发电一体机,其特征在于,所述前盖总成(120)上的两个所述挂角(2)设置有所述定位销(21);或,所述后盖总成(130)上的两个挂角(2)设置有所述定位销(21);或,所述前盖总成(120)的一个所述挂角(2)上设置有所述定位销(21),所述后盖总成(130)的一个所述挂角(2)上设置有所述定位销(21)。
