一种土建施工用推车,包括箱体(1),箱体的一侧内壁通过螺钉固定电动伸缩杆(11),电动伸缩杆活塞杆的一端通过螺钉固定推动板(2),箱体一侧外壁的底端铰接有挡板(9),挡板的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有橡胶板(10),箱体的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有正极电磁铁(7),挡板的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有负极电磁铁(8),箱体的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有底板。通过设置电动伸缩杆和推板将箱体内的材料推出,卸料省时省力,提高了工人的工作效率;通过设置正、负极电磁铁构成了锁紧机构,可以将挡板锁紧在箱体上,防止材料掉落。

一种土建施工用推车 技术领域
本实用新型涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种土建施工用推车。
背景技术
土建,一般是指土建工程,土建工程是指一切和水、土、文化有关的基础建设的计划、建造和维修。现时一般的土建工程项目包括:房屋、道路、水务、渠务、防洪工程及交通等。过去曾经将一切非军事用途的民用工程项目归类入本类,但随着工程科学日益广阔,不少原来属于土建工程范围的内容都已经独立成科。现今说的土建大都一般专指小土建专业,包括住宅、公共建筑、构筑物等的一次建设。如降水、挖土方、打地基、浇筑柱梁板墙等围护结构的浇筑与砌筑工程及其配套的钢筋、简单装饰等。
如今土建工地上我们一般都是采用小推车来运输材料,小推车在土建工地使用相当频繁,现有技术中的搬运小推车,移动迅速,可实现建筑物料和垃圾的快速转运,然而在对小推车内装载的材料或废物进行装卸时,通常都需要工具进行实现,尤其是进行卸料时,工人为将推车抬高然后卸料,但是这样往往卸料不彻底,还需铁锹再次铲料,影响工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种土建施工用推车。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种土建施工用推车,包括箱体,所述箱体的一侧内壁通过螺钉固定有电动伸缩杆,且电动伸缩杆活塞杆的一端通过螺钉固定有推动板。
进一步的,所述箱体1的一侧外壁开设有出料口,且箱体一侧外壁的底端铰接有挡板,挡板的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有橡胶板,箱体的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有正极电磁铁,挡板的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有负极电磁铁。
进一步的,所述箱体的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有底板,且底板底部外壁的一侧通过螺钉固定有支撑柱。
进一步的,所述底板底部外壁的两边通过均焊接有支撑块,且支撑块的底部外壁滑动连接有转动轴,转动轴的两边外壁均通过螺钉固定有滚轮。
进一步的,所述箱体一侧外壁的两边均焊接有把手,且把手的外表面包裹有橡胶层,与把手同一侧箱体外壁的顶端通过螺钉固定有控制器,与把手同一侧箱体外壁的底端通过螺钉固定有蓄电池。
进一步的,所述箱体的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有太阳能电池板,且太阳能电池板分别与控制器和蓄电池通过导线相连接。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、该土建施工用推车,通过设置有电动伸缩杆和推板,这两个元件构成了推土机构,主要作用就是将箱体内的材料给推出,比起一般的卸料,省时省力,这样可以提高工人的工作效率。
2、该土建施工用推车,通过设置有正极电磁铁和负极电磁铁,这两个元件构成了锁紧机构,可以将挡板锁紧在箱体上,防止材料从出料口滚落出去。
3、该土建施工用推车,通过设置有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板吸收阳光,将光能转化为电能,通过控制器,进入蓄电池,为该装置供电,节能环保。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现,该装置设计结构合理,使用方便,满足人们的使用需求。

本实用新型中,箱体1的一侧外壁开设有出料口,且箱体1一侧外壁的底端铰接有挡板9,挡板9的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有橡胶板10,箱体1的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有正极电磁铁7,挡板9的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有负极电磁铁8,箱体1的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有底板,且底板底部外壁的一侧通过螺钉固定有支撑柱13,底板底部外壁的两边通过均焊接有支撑块14,且支撑块14的底部外壁滑动连接有转动轴15,转动轴15的两边外壁均通过螺钉固定有滚轮6,箱体1一侧外壁的两边均焊接有把手4,且把手4的外表面包裹有橡胶层5,与把手4同一侧箱体1外壁的顶端通过螺钉固定有控制器3,与把手4同一侧箱体1外壁的底端通过螺钉固定有蓄电池12。
工作原理:蓄电池12发电,正极电磁铁7和负极电磁铁8相互吸引锁紧挡板9,将材料放入箱体1内,手持把手4通过滚轮6拖动箱体1至建筑地点,通过控制器3使正极电磁铁7和负极电磁铁8分开,打开挡板9,电动伸缩杆11推动推动板2,将材料推出箱体1完成卸料。
实施例2
参照图3,一种土建施工用推车,本实施例相较于实施例1,还包括箱体1的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有太阳能电池板16,且太阳能电池板16分别与控制器3和蓄电池12通过导线相连接。
工作原理:太阳能电池板16吸收阳光,将光能转化为电能,通过控制器3,进入蓄电池12,为装置供电。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种土建施工用推车,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的一侧外壁开设有出料口,且箱体(1)一侧外壁的底端铰接有挡板(9),挡板(9)的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有橡胶板(10),箱体(1)的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有正极电磁铁(7),挡板(9)的一边外壁通过螺钉固定有负极电磁铁(8)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种土建施工用推车,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的底部外壁通过螺钉固定有底板,且底板底部外壁的一侧通过螺钉固定有支撑柱(13)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种土建施工用推车,其特征在于,所述底板底部外壁的两边通过均焊接有支撑块(14),且支撑块(14)的底部外壁滑动连接有转动轴(15),转动轴(15)的两边外壁均通过螺钉固定有滚轮(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种土建施工用推车,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)一侧外壁的两边均焊接有把手(4),且把手(4)的外表面包裹有橡胶层(5),与把手(4)同一侧箱体(1)外壁的顶端通过螺钉固定有控制器(3),与把手(4)同一侧箱体(1)外壁的底端通过螺钉固定有蓄电池(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种土建施工用推车,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的顶部外壁通过螺钉固定有太阳能电池板(16),且太阳能电池板(16)分别与控制器(3)和蓄电池(12)通过导线相连接。
